Abstract

本发明的石油钻杆产线降噪设备,包括左右平行间隔设置的两个支架,在每一个支架上分别安装有一个沿钻杆的送出方向向下倾斜设置的导轨,两根导轨的后端分别通过挡板固定连接有一个伸缩气缸,在两根导轨的前端分别固定有一个阻挡块,挡板的顶面和导轨后端顶面平滑相接,每一个伸缩气缸的活塞杆上设置有一个倾斜向下的下料托块,设置在下料托块上的钻杆能够靠在挡板上且在伸缩气缸活塞杆向上伸出后,钻杆能够滑入导轨;在每一根导轨外侧的支架上分别安装有一个带轮结构,进入导轨的钻杆在带轮结构的带动下向前输送至阻挡块处。采用本设备可以降低下线钻杆下降过程中的速度,从而减小钻杆产生的冲击力,很好的降低了钻杆与钻杆碰撞产生的噪声。

技术领域
本发明涉及降噪设备,尤其涉及石油钻杆产线降噪设备。
背景技术
在石油钻杆生产加工过程中,输送带推送钻杆时,钻杆与钻杆碰撞会产生很大噪音,噪音分贝达到90多分贝,属于高噪声作业环境,为了降低噪音,改善工作环境,避免队员工人身造成伤害,需设计制作降噪装置,可以使钻杆在储料架上滚动时减少钻杆间的碰撞,从而减低噪声。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种实现在钻杆推送中降低钻杆之间的碰撞产生噪音的石油钻杆产线降噪设备。
为实现上述功能,本发明采用的技术方案是:
石油钻杆产线降噪设备,包括左右平行间隔设置的两个支架,在每一个支架上分别安装有一个沿钻杆的送出方向向下倾斜设置的导轨,所述的两根导轨的后端分别通过挡板固定连接有一个伸缩气缸,在所述的两根导轨的前端分别固定有一个阻挡块,挡板的顶面和导轨后端顶面平滑相接,在沿竖直方向设置的每一个伸缩气缸的活塞杆上设置有一个倾斜向下的下料托块,设置在下料托块上的钻杆能够靠在挡板上且在伸缩气缸活塞杆向上伸出后,钻杆能够滑入导轨;
在每一根导轨外侧的支架上分别安装有一个带轮结构,其中第一个带轮结构的主动带轮的转动轴与一个减速电机的输出轴固定相连,第一个带轮结构的主动带轮的转动轴通过连轴器与第二带轮结构主动带轮的转动轴固定连接,在每一个带轮结构的传送带上间隔固定有多个分隔挡板,进入导轨的钻杆的左右两端的每一端均位于相邻的两个分隔挡板之间,并在带轮结构的带动下向前输送至阻挡块处。
本发明的优点是:通过驱动减速电机和带轮机构,将钻杆缓慢的运送至导轨的底部的阻挡块处,降低下线钻杆下降过程中的速度,从而减小钻杆产生的冲击力,很好的降低了钻杆与钻杆碰撞产生的噪声。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的石油钻杆降噪设备结构进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明的石油钻杆产线降噪设备,包括左右平行间隔设置的两个支架,在每一个支架上分别安装有一个沿钻杆8的送出方向向下倾斜设置的导轨4。
所述的两根导轨4的后端分别通过挡板3固定连接有一个伸缩气缸1,在所述的两根导轨4的前端分别固定有一个阻挡块9。挡板的顶面和导轨4后端顶面平滑相接,在沿竖直方向设置的每一个伸缩气缸1的活塞杆上设置有一个倾斜向下的下料托块2,设置在下料托块2上的钻杆8能够靠在挡板3上且在伸缩气缸1活塞杆向上伸出后,下料托块向上托起钻杆8,钻杆8能够滑入导轨4。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述的挡板3与导轨4焊接连接,伸缩气缸1与与下料托块2通过螺栓固定连接。
在每一根导轨4外侧的支架上分别安装有一个带轮结构5,其中第一个带轮结构5的主动带轮的转动轴与一个减速电机6的输出轴固定相连,第一个带轮结构的主动带轮的转动轴通过连轴器7与第二带轮结构主动带轮的转动轴固定连接。在每一个带轮结构的传送带5上间隔固定有多个分隔挡板,从下料托块2进入导轨4的钻杆8向前滑动,且钻杆8的左右两端的每一端均位于相邻的两个分隔挡板之间,并在带轮结构的带动下向前输送至阻挡块9处。
所有与钻杆8接触面,即下料托板2、挡板3、导轨4、阻挡块9上均铺有聚氨酯,降低速度减小冲击力,以上所有配件均为标准件具备替换性,质量安全可靠。

1.石油钻杆产线降噪设备,包括左右平行间隔设置的两个支架,在每一个支架上分别安装有一个沿钻杆的送出方向向下倾斜设置的导轨,其特征在于:所述的两根导轨的后端分别通过挡板固定连接有一个伸缩气缸,在所述的两根导轨的前端分别固定有一个阻挡块,挡板的顶面和导轨后端顶面平滑相接,在沿竖直方向设置的每一个伸缩气缸的活塞杆上设置有一个倾斜向下的下料托块,设置在下料托块上的钻杆能够靠在挡板上且在伸缩气缸活塞杆向上伸出后,钻杆能够滑入导轨;
在每一根导轨外侧的支架上分别安装有一个带轮结构,其中第一个带轮结构的主动带轮的转动轴与一个减速电机的输出轴固定相连,第一个带轮结构的主动带轮的转动轴通过连轴器与第二带轮结构主动带轮的转动轴固定连接,在每一个带轮结构的传送带上间隔固定有多个分隔挡板,进入导轨的钻杆的左右两端的每一端均位于相邻的两个分隔挡板之间,并在带轮结构的带动下向前输送至阻挡块处。
2.根据权利要求所述的石油钻杆产线降噪设备,其特征在于:在所述的下料托板、挡板、导轨和阻挡块上均铺有聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的石油钻杆产线降噪设备,其特征在于:所述的挡板与导轨焊接连接,伸缩气缸与下料托块通过螺栓固定连接。
