Abstract
The invention provides a comfortable, breathable, cool-feeling, quick-drying and antibacterial knitted underwear fabric, which adopts a weft knitted fabric and is sequentially connected with a first textile layer, a second textile layer, a supporting textile line, a second textile layer, a connecting textile line and a third textile layer, wherein the first textile layer, the second textile layer and the supporting textile line all adopt long-acting cool nylon fibers, so that the fabric has the advantages of outstanding fatigue resistance, difficult deformation, good waterproof performance, moisture resistance and long-acting cool property; the third textile layer and the connecting textile lines adopt long-acting deodorant spandex, so that the fabric is natural and skin-friendly, is resistant to fluffing and pilling, is light, thin and breathable, keeps warm in the whole body, has a stiff hand feeling, and is suitable for functions and the like. In the preparation process, the antibacterial agent is added, so that the antibacterial agent has good antibacterial performance.

the third textile thread forms a plurality of third coils on a third area, and the plurality of third coils are mutually sleeved on the third area to form the third textile layer;
and the second coil and the third coil are sequentially sleeved with the connecting textile wires in a serial mode.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the fabric, which comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-setting the woven fabric;
(2) dyeing the fabric obtained in the step (1);
(3) dehydrating the fabric in the step (2);
(4) drying the fabric obtained in the step (3);
(5) washing the fabric obtained in the step (4) with water;
(6) and (5) shaping the fabric in the step (5).
Further, the pre-shaping process includes: and (2) performing pre-setting on a pre-setting machine, wherein the pre-setting temperature is 135-145 ℃, the time is 21-31min, the times are 6-8, the machine speed is 16m/min, the width is 210cm, and the overfeeding amount is 35%.
Further, the dyeing process includes: adding 1-5g/L organic antibacterial agent, placing the blank in dyeing liquid at bath ratio of 1:20-1:25, treating at 80-100 deg.C for 20-25min,

the first coil and the third coil are sequentially sleeved with the plurality of supporting textile threads 4 in a stringing manner;
the third textile thread forming a plurality of third windings in a third zone, a plurality of said third windings being interlooped with one another in said third zone to form said third textile layer 3;
and the second coil and the third coil are sequentially sleeved with the plurality of connecting textile wires 5 in a series mode.
2. A fabric as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first 1, second 2 and supporting textile threads 4 are long-lasting cooling nylon fibres.
3. A fabric according to claim 1, wherein the connecting textile thread 5 and the third textile layer 3 are long-acting deodorizing spandex.
4. A fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fabric is a weft knitted fabric in which the yarns of the weft knitted fabric run in the cross direction, the fabric being formed by knitting a course of courses in the course direction with knitting needles which engage one another.
5. A method of making a fabric as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) pre-setting the woven fabric;
(2) dyeing the fabric obtained in the step (1);
(3) dehydrating the fabric in the step (2);
(4) drying the fabric obtained in the step (3);
(5) washing the fabric obtained in the step (4) with water;
(6) and (5) shaping the fabric in the step (5).

The method for preparing according to claim 5, wherein the pre-setting treatment comprises: and (2) performing pre-setting on a pre-setting machine, wherein the pre-setting temperature is 135-145 ℃, the time is 21-31min, the times are 6-8, the machine speed is 16m/min, the width is 210cm, and the overfeeding amount is 35%.
