Abstract
本申请涉及塑料膜的技术领域,具体公开了一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜及其制备方法。一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,包括沿其厚度方向依次设有PE基膜层、次外吸光层和防水层;其中,所述PE基膜层经过辐照预处理;所述次外吸光层包含甲基丙烯酸‑4,5‑二甲氧基‑2‑硝基苯甲酯;所述防水层包含有机硅乳液、无机光催化剂粉体和表面活性剂。本申请通过在PE基膜层上增设次外吸光层与防水层,三层之间紧密交联,形成高交联密度的疏水网络结构,PE膜整体上呈现出耐高温、防潮、防腐、抗老化特性。

技术领域
本申请涉及塑料膜的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
PE膜是以聚乙烯为主要原材料的保护膜,可作为农业大棚膜、室外设备保护膜等。PE膜在户外使用过程中需要长时间经受到高低温、高湿以及酸雨侵蚀的考验,因此导致PE膜易破损,从而导致PE膜失去保护作用。
公开号为CN CN110607010A的中国专利公开了一种耐高温聚乙烯保护膜,其使用聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯纤维、醋酸纤维素、抗氧化剂、硬脂酸锌、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、钛酸酯偶联剂、云母粉、膨润土、茂金属聚乙烯低密度弹性体、油酸和钙锌复合稳定剂作为制备原料,能够得到热变形温度达到172℃的聚乙烯保护膜;
公开号为CN108382041A的中国专利公开了一种石墨烯气泡保护薄膜及其制备方法,其通过在PE塑料基膜上增设含有尼龙、高压聚乙烯、聚丙烯、石墨烯、石棉、增白剂、开口剂、胶粘剂、防腐蚀剂等原料制得的保护层,从而使得聚乙烯保护膜能够具备防潮、耐腐蚀的特性。
针对上述相关技术,本申请人认为上述相关技术至少存在如下缺陷:相关技术中一般都选择对PE膜的一种或两种性能进行有效改善,对PE膜的三种及以上的性能进行改善的技术鲜有报道;而PE膜在外界使用过程中会受到温度、湿度、紫外光、腐蚀性溶剂等因素的影响,上述四个因素会导致PE膜严重受损,大大缩短PE膜的防护时间;因此,仅对PE膜的一种或两种性能进行改善无法满足PE膜所需的长效防护要求。
发明内容
本申请提供一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜及其制备方法,PE膜同时兼具耐高温性能、防潮、防腐以及抗老化性能,以便于PE膜起到长效保护作用。
第一方面,本申请提供一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,采用如下的技术方案:
一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,所述PE膜沿其厚度方向依次设有PE基膜层、次外吸光层和防水层;
其中,所述PE基膜层经过辐照预处理;
所述次外吸光层由包括如下重量份的原料制得:甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯1~5份,溶剂100~150份;
所述防水层由包括如下重量份的原料制得:有机硅乳液20~30份、无机光催化剂粉体0.3~0.7份,表面活性剂0.1~0.3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,PE基膜层主要是由聚乙烯类材料经过吹塑而成,PE基膜层上进行辐照预处理等处理方式处理后,使得PE基膜层上产生多个活性位点,有利于后续甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯能够接枝于PE基膜层表面;
甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯上的酯键在吸光后易发生断裂,产生大量羟基;甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯可吸收紫外光,对内部的PE基膜层进行保护,提升PE基膜层抗老化性能;
有机硅乳液易在固化过程中水解,在紫外光和无机光催化剂作用下,与甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯产生的羟基、PE基膜层的活性位点进行交联,形成高交联密度的疏水网络结构,从而使得PE膜整体上呈现出耐高温、防潮、防腐、抗老化以及耐磨特性,从而使得PE膜能够起到长效防护作用;
除此之外,防水层内含有的无机光催化剂粉体在表面活性剂的作用下充分分散于防水层中,无机光催化剂粉体能够提升防水层的耐磨性能,降低PE膜破损的可能性,进一步提高PE膜的防护性能。
可选的,所述PE基膜层由包括如下原料制得:线性低密度聚乙烯树脂30~50份、高密度聚乙烯树脂20~40份、低密度聚乙烯树脂10~50份。
通过采用上述技术方案,PE基膜层中使用三种不同类型的聚乙烯进行复配,其中,低密度聚乙烯树脂具有良好的化学稳定性和柔软性,加工性能好,但力学性能较差;高密度聚乙烯树脂能够提高PE基膜层的耐热性、硬度和力学性能;而线性低密度聚乙烯树脂引入的少量α-烯烃,使其分子链上形成一定长度的无规则分布的短支链,进一步提升PE基膜层的耐热性和耐低温冲击性,制得的PE基膜层本身具备较好的化学稳定性、力学性能、耐高低温冲击性。
可选的,所述辐照预处理步骤中,使用Co-60钴源进行高能辐照,辐照剂量为30~60kGy。优选的,所述辐照剂量为40~50kGy。
可选的,所述甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯与有机硅的重量比为(0.1~0.2):1。
通过采用上述技术方案,调控PE基膜层的辐照处理参数以及甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯与有机硅的重量比,使得PE各个膜层之间的交联密度适中,PE膜整体呈现出更优异的耐高温、防潮、防腐、抗老化性能;同时,保证次外吸光层中仍然存在部分未反应的甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯,起到长效吸光抗老化作用。
可选的,所述无机光催化剂粉体为烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛。
可选的,所述烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛的制备方法如下:将二氧化钛粉末投入至水中,升温至45~55℃,加入烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂,保温反应0.5~1.5h后烘干得到烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛粉末;
其中二氧化钛粉末与烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂的重量比为1:(0.02~0.05)。
通过采用上述技术方案,烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂对二氧化钛表面进行改性,烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂上含有的烷氧基能够与二氧化钛表面的羟基进行交联,同时烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂的长链烷基能够与有机硅相互作用,通过氢键作用进一步增强防水层的交联密度,使得PE膜的耐高温性能和防腐防潮性能进一步提高;
并且,烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂中含有未反应的烷氧基,烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂能够与未反应完全的烷氧基进行交联,提升PE膜的综合使用性能。
可选的,所述表面活性剂为聚硅氧烷表面活性剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚硅氧烷表面活性剂能够起到稳定作用,使得防水层原料维持稳定
第二方面,本申请提供一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤;
S1、PE基膜的制备:按配方量称取PE基膜层原料和功能性助剂,搅拌熔融、吹塑、冷却后得到PE基膜;
S2、次外吸光层的制备:将PE基膜进行辐照预处理,备用;
按照配方量称取次外吸光层原料,配制成吸光层处理剂;
将经过辐照预处理的PE基膜放置于吸光层处理剂中,在无氧环境下升温至40~80℃,保温反应4~6h,洗涤、烘干备用;
S3、按照配方量称取防水层的原料,配制成防水处理剂,将防水处理剂涂覆于次外吸光层上,固化得到防水层。
通过采用上述技术方案,制得外层防水、耐高温、防腐和耐腐蚀性能佳的防水层。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请对PE基膜层进行辐照,使得PE基膜层上产生多个活性位点;甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯能够接枝在PE基膜层上,同时甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯吸光后酯键断裂,产生羟基,可以与有机硅进行缩合,形成高交联密度的疏水网络结构,从而使得PE膜的耐高温性能、防潮防腐性能以及抗老化性能得到明显提升。
2、本申请中优选采用三种不同类型的聚乙烯树脂,使得PE基膜层本身具备较好的化学稳定性、力学性能、耐高低温冲击性。
3、本申请使用烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂作为无机光催化剂,烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂能够与有机硅相互作用,进一步增强防水层的交联密度,使得PE膜的耐高温性能和防腐防潮性能进一步提高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1和实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本实施例公开的PE膜沿其厚度方向依次设有第一防水层3、第一次外吸光层2、PE基膜层1、第二次外吸光层2和第二防水层3。PE基膜层1主要由聚乙烯树脂制得,决定PE膜整体的拉伸强度,使得PE膜宏观上表现为质地柔软、韧性佳。
次外吸光层2中含有甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯,甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯接枝于经过预辐射处理的PE基膜层1的表面。而防水层3附着在次外吸光层2上,防水层2中含有有机硅乳液和无机光催化剂颗粒,使得PE膜具备较好的防水性能。
次外吸光层2与防水层3联用,光传递至次外吸光层2内,未反应的甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯吸光,保护内部的PE基膜层1。
防水层3的一侧可以通过涂覆聚丙烯酸类压敏胶,从而使得PE保护膜可以牢固粘接于被保护物体的表面;也可以通过静电吸附等作用附着在被保护物体的表面。
若无特殊说明,本申请实施例和对比例中所用的原料的来源如下表1所示。

制备例1
一种烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛,按照如下步骤制得:
称取10g二氧化钛粉末投入至500mL去离子水中,边搅拌边升温至45℃,保温加入0.2g钛酸酯偶联剂KR-TTS,保温反应0.5h后,使用去离子水洗涤后,烘干得到烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛粉末。
制备例2-5
一种烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛,与实施例1的区别点在于制备参数不同,具体参数如下表2所示。

实施例
实施例1
一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,按照如下步骤制得:
S1、PE基膜的制备:
称取500g线性低密度聚乙烯树脂和500g低密度聚乙烯树脂,投入至吹膜机组中,升温至180℃,引膜、冷却得到PE基膜;
S2、次外吸光层的制备:
将PE基膜放置于辐照设备中,在空气气氛中使用Co-60作为辐照源,控制辐照剂量为30kGy,得到辐照预处理的PE基膜;
称取10g甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯和1000g溶剂四氢呋喃,搅拌混匀后得到吸光层处理剂;
将辐照预处理的PE基膜层浸泡于吸光层处理剂中,氮气气氛下升温至40℃,保温反应4h,取出、烘干、冷却得到含有次外吸光层的PE基膜,备用;
S3、防水层的制备:
称取200g有机硅乳液、3g二氧化钛和1g十二烷基硫酸钠,以1000rpm的转速均质10min后得到防水处理剂;
将防水处理剂辊涂于含有次外吸光层的PE基膜上,继而进行紫外线照灯固化,照灯1min后,得到防水层。
实施例2
一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,与实施例1的区别点在于,各个层的制备原料组成不同,具体组成如下表3所示。

实施例12的烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛来源于制备例2;
实施例13的烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛来源于制备例3;

一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,与实施例16的区别点在于步骤S2中的辐照剂量不同;其中,实施例17中的辐照剂量为60kGy;实施例18中的辐照剂量为40kGy;实施例19中的辐照剂量为50kGy。
实施例20
一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,与实施例16的区别点在于步骤S2中吸光层处理剂升温至80℃,保温反应6h。
对比例
对比例1
一种PE膜,与实施例1的区别点在于次外吸光层上无防水层。
对比例2
一种PE膜,与实施例1的区别点在于PE基膜层上无次外吸光层。
性能检测试验
拉伸强度检测:根据GB/T1040.1-2006测试PE膜的拉伸强度;
热变形温度检测:根据GB/T10004-2008中5.4.9测试PE膜发生明显变形、层间剥离等异常现象的温度;
耐腐蚀性能检测:根据GB/T16266-2019中记载的包装材料试验方法接触腐蚀性,其中选用5wt%盐酸溶液进行浸泡60天,对腐蚀结果的严重程度进行评分,评分满分为10分,其中无腐蚀为10分,出现不超过5个面积<0.1cm2破损点得分为8分,出现不超过1个面积≥1cm2的破损点得分为6分,不超过5个面积<1cm2破损点得分为4分,出现不超过10个面积<1cm2破损点得分为2分;
防潮性能检测:根据GB/T1037-1988测试PE膜的水蒸气透过量,测试时间为24h;
老化性能检测:根据GB/T16422.2-2014对PE膜使用氙灯进行老化试验。
防护时效检测:将PE膜包覆于光滑PE板上,将PE板放置于试验箱内,使PE板浸泡于5wt%盐酸溶液中,同时试验箱内温度为50℃,湿度为90%,使用6000lux氙灯照射,记录PE板上出现孔洞的时间。
检测结果
表4.实施例1-20和对比例1-2的拉伸强度、热变形温度、耐腐蚀评分、水蒸气透过量、老化时间、防护时效
结合实施例1和对比例1-2并结合表4可以看出,对比例1中无防水层,其热变形温度仅为151℃,水蒸气透过量高达0.5g/cm3,耐腐蚀评分为2分,耐高温性能、防潮性能以及耐腐蚀性能均不佳;
而对比例2中无次外吸光层,虽然其水蒸气透过量有所降低、耐腐蚀评分有所提高,但其防潮性能以及耐腐蚀性能仍然远不如实施例1,并且其抗老化时间显著降低;
实施例1的热变形温度可达190℃、耐腐蚀评分高达8分、水蒸气透过量仅为0.01g/cm3,老化时间以及防护时效均远高于对比例1-2,证明:甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯、有机硅以及光催化剂联用能够在提高PE膜综合使用性能方面起到协同增效的作用,使得PE膜综合使用性能得到显著提升。
结合实施例1-5并结合表4可以看出,PE基膜层组成的改变对PE膜的拉伸强度影响显著;结合实施例5-7并结合表4可以看出,改变甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯与有机硅的比例,PE膜的综合使用性能在甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯与有机硅的重量比为(0.1-0.2):1时达到最佳;结合实施例7-10并结合表4可以看出,通过增大无机光催化剂粉体以及表面活性剂的含量,能够对PE膜的综合使用性能进行一定的提升。
结合实施例10-15并结合表4可以看出,烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛作为无机光催化剂能够进一步提升PE膜的综合使用性能,其拉伸强度、老化时间以及防护时间均显著增加;
实施例15-16并结合表4可以看出,聚硅氧烷表面活性剂能够进一步提升PE膜的综合使用性能。

Claims (8)
1.一种耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于,所述PE膜沿其厚度方向依次设有PE基膜层、次外吸光层和防水层;
其中,所述PE基膜层经过辐照预处理;
所述次外吸光层由包括如下重量份的原料制得:甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯1~5份,溶剂100~150份;
所述防水层由包括如下重量份的原料制得:有机硅乳液20~30份、无机光催化剂粉体0.3~0.7份,表面活性剂0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于:所述PE基膜层由包括如下原料制得:线性低密度聚乙烯树脂30~50份、高密度聚乙烯树脂20~40份、低密度聚乙烯树脂10~50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于:所述辐照预处理步骤中,使用Co-60钴源进行高能辐照,辐照剂量为30~60kGy。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于:所述甲基丙烯酸-4,5-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酯与有机硅的重量比为(0.1~0.2):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于:所述无机光催化剂粉体为烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于:所述烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛的制备方法如下:
将二氧化钛粉末投入至水中,升温至45~55℃,加入烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂,保温反应0.5~1.5h后烘干得到烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛粉末;
其中二氧化钛粉末与烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂的重量比为1:(0.02~0.05)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为聚硅氧烷表面活性剂。
8.权利要求1所述的耐高温防潮防腐抗老化PE膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下制备步骤;
S1、PE基膜的制备:按配方量称取PE基膜层原料和功能性助剂,搅拌熔融、吹塑、冷却后得到PE基膜;
S2、次外吸光层的制备:将PE基膜进行辐照预处理,备用;
按照配方量称取次外吸光层原料,配制成吸光层处理剂;
将经过辐照预处理的PE基膜放置于吸光层处理剂中,在无氧环境下升温至40~80℃,保温反应4~6h,洗涤、烘干备用;
S3、防水层的制备:按照配方量称取防水层的原料,配制成防水处理剂,将防水处理剂涂覆于次外吸光层上,固化得到防水层。
