Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-7, a secret ant sauce comprises an ant sauce which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of ant, 8-10 parts of mulberry, 5-10 parts of medlar, 5-10 parts of dendrobium officinale, 5-10 parts of cistanche, 1-3 parts of lucid ganoderma, 1-3 parts of fructus amomi, 1-3 parts of fingered citron and 1-3 parts of honey.
The processing technology of the special ant sauce comprises the following steps:
(1) pickling: putting fresh ants into a sieve pot 102, repeatedly cleaning the fresh ants with clear water for 3-5 times, putting the ants together with the sieve pot 102 on a pickling pot 101, adding salt water to pickle for 1-2 hours, taking out the sieve pot 102 containing the ants, cleaning the sieve pot 102 for 1-2 times, removing the salt water on the surfaces of the ants, draining, and putting the soaked ants into a medicine soaking cup 204 for later use;
(2) selecting: selecting Mori fructus, fructus Lycii, herba Dendrobii, Cistanchis herba, Ganoderma, fructus Amomi and fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, respectively, sorting out unqualified products, and retaining high-quality products for use;
(3) decocting and fumigating: the screened mulberry, medlar, dendrobium officinale, cistanche, ganoderma lucidum, fructus amomi and fingered citron are put into a boiling pot 18 according to the proportion, 500 plus 1000 parts of clear water is added, heating and boiling are carried out through an electromagnetic oven 13, steam generated by boiling the medicines is guided into a medicine soaking cup 204 through a gas guide tube 6 during the boiling, and the ants are fumigated;
(4) soaking: cooling the decocted liquid medicine to room temperature through the water cooling box 3, guiding the finished medicine to the medicine inspection cup 8, verifying the quality of the finished medicine, finally filling the finished medicine into the medicine soaking cup 204, and soaking the ants for 1-2 hours;
(5) and (4) sealing and warehousing: taking out the sieve pot 102 for preparing the ants, draining, then mixing the ants and the honey uniformly, filling into a bottle, sealing by using a bottle cap, sterilizing at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, cooling and boxing and warehousing.
By adopting the technical scheme: the ant seed sauce is prepared by blending natural food materials such as ant seeds, lucid ganoderma, medlar, honey and the like, and has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing qi and stomach, and maintaining beauty and keeping young. The preparation method has stable process and simple and convenient operation, and can exert the nutritive value of the ant seed sauce to the maximum extent.

As shown in fig. 1-7, a processing device for a secret ant paste comprises a pickling mechanism 1 and a processing mechanism 2, wherein the pickling mechanism 1 comprises a pickling pot 101 and a screening pot 102, the screening pot 102 is placed inside the pickling pot 101, the processing mechanism 2 comprises a medicine stove 201, a stove cover 202, a digital display screen 203, a medicine soaking cup 204 and a screw sleeve 205, the stove cover 202 is installed at the top of the medicine stove 201, the medicine soaking cup 204 is located at the bottom of the medicine stove 201, the screw sleeve 205 is located at the outer side of the joint of the medicine stove 201 and the medicine soaking cup 204, the medicine stove 201 and the medicine soaking cup 204 are fixedly connected through the screw sleeve 205, and the digital display screen 203 is installed on the front of the medicine stove 201.
