Abstract
一种便携式信息终端包括一个装有一个发射和接收信息的单元和有一个装有第二操作单元的平底槽,和一个可反转和滑动连接到平底槽和有一个操作单元的板壳体。主壳体呈矩形,其侧面相对置并有一对导向槽,板壳体呈基本上相似于平底槽的矩形和在靠近对置面的末端有一对销。主壳体包括一个第一光发射器和第一光接收器而板壳体包括一个第二光发射器和第二光接收器,上述第一和第二光发射器和接收器当便携式终端被使用时相面对。
Description
本发明涉及一种适用于无线电设备的手机等的便携式终端。
各种便携式信息终端,诸如无线电话,便携式电话设备等,都做成便于携带。
图1示出了未进行通信时的一个便携式电话设备的透视图。图2是一个显示正用于通信时的便携式电话设备的透视图。
图1和图2的便携式电话机1是由一个主壳体2和一个板壳体(子壳体)3组成。
主壳体2有一个基本上为正平行六面体的形状。如图2所示,主壳体2有一个阶梯部分4,主壳体的下部的厚度大于上部的厚度2a。在下部2b的前表面配备有一个前面板,面板上有一组,例如十键,用于打电话用的操作键6。
主壳体2的上部2A配有一个接收机8。接收机8通过一个在主壳体2上的一个开口9发出拨号音。在上部2a的前表面配置有一个电源键10。天线可以收入主壳体2并在打电话时可以如图2所示那样将其拉伸出来。
装有发射机13的板壳体3用一个铰链部分12与主壳体的下部的边缘可转动连接。板壳体3的表面则起一个护盖的作用,当板壳体3绕铰链12转动并如图1所示正对主壳体的面板合上。另一方面,当板壳体绕铰链转动并如图2所示打开时,用户可以通过对着开口在板壳体3的发射机侧表面的开口14说话进行通话。
具有上述装置的便携式电话设备,提供了一种结构紧凑的便于用户携带的装置。然而,因为这便携式电话设备在收到呼叫时,用户要将板壳体3绕铰链12转动,并如图2所示那样打开,所以板壳体3是不稳定的,容易被打破,和可能脱离主壳体2,这就使用户感到不便。而且因此产生了这样的问题,当用户进行呼叫时,主壳体2和打开着的板壳体3占据了一个可观的空间,因此整个便携式电话设备的显得比较大。
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的是为了提供一种可以解决上述问题一种便携式信息终端,具体地说,提供一种在电话呼叫和通信的使用状态时只用在板壳体上配置的为进行电话呼叫或通信所需的操作键便可获得满意操作的便携式信息终端,而且这种便携式终端体积紧凑和可防止板壳体在电话呼叫和通信时的不稳定。
根据本发明的便携式信息终端,包括一个装有一个用来发射和接受信息的功能单元和具有一个平底槽的的主壳体,和包括一个可以反转和滑连到主壳体平底槽部分的并具有一个操作单元的板壳体。主壳体的平底槽部分呈矩形,其侧面相对并有一对导槽。板壳体呈基本上相似于平底槽的形状并在靠近两个相对侧面的端部有一对销。板壳体通过将一对销插入到一对导向槽与主壳体相连。主壳体包括一个第一光发射器和第一光检测器,而板壳体包括一个第二光发射器和一个第二光检测器,分别放置得当便携式信息终端使用时使其对向第一光发射器和第一光检测器。主壳体包括一个在平底槽的部分的平面部分的第二操作单元。板壳体的一个表面构成了一个保护面,而操作单元形成在板壳体的另一个面上。板壳体包括一个输入单元或触感式面板输入单元。

现在参阅图3到图13来详细描述的采用了本发明的实施例的便携式详细终端的便携式电话机成便携式无线电收发机。
在描述本发明的第一实施例的便携式无线电和设备的壳体的结构以前,先参阅图3通过一个例子描述一下电路构成的例子。在图3中,作为一个便携式信息终端的便携式无线电话设备15是由类似于图1和2的便携式电话机1的一个主壳体2和一个板壳体3所组成,上述壳体2和3将稍后描述。
在主壳体2中,由天线11所接收的信号通过一个天线耦合器加到接收单元17。接收单元16对所接收的信号进行一个接收处理以便将所接收的信号转换成到一个预定发送信道的信号并将处理后的信号送到调制解调单元18。调制解调单元将接收到的信号解调转换成基带信号并将其加到基带信号处理单元19。基带处理单元19从接收的信号中提取音频信号和控制数据并将提取的音频信号加到音频处理单元20和将控制数据加到控制单元(以后称之为CPU)21。
音频处理单元20处理从所接收的信号中提取的音频信号并通过放大器22将处理的音频信号送到接收机8。接收机8根据音频信号放出声音。
CPU21根据从基带处理单元19送来的控制数据执行一个通信控制,诸如建立和切换信道等。
来自发射机(拾音器)13的音频信号输出通过放大器23被送到音频处理单元20。音频处理单元20使音频信号实行音频处理以进行发射并将其加到基带处理单元19。基带处理单元19将音频信号进行基带处理以便获得一个发送音频信号,并将此发送音频信号送到调制解调单元18。调制和解调单元18执行调制处理以便进行发射。调制解调单元18将调制的信号送到发射单元24。发射单元24将调制的信号转换成一个预定发射信道的发射信号,并通过通信耦合器16将该发射信号送到天线11。发射信号从天线发射出去。
CPU21与操作单元25相连。当一个用户操作在操作单元25上的键时,CPU21根据用户的操作控制便携式电话设备的各种操作。例如,操作单元25配以一个用来登录缩拨号,设定等等的的操作键组。CPU21包括一个由一个ROM,一个RAM等等组成的用来存储通信运行数据等的存储器26。另外,为了在主壳体2侧和板壳体3侧之间通过无线(光通信)发送和接收信息信号,在主壳体2中提供一个光发射器27和一个光检测器28,并在主壳体2中装有诸如初级或二次电池的电源29。
在板壳体3中,配置有一个诸如微处理器之类的控制单元(以后称之为CPU)。CPU30被连接到一个操作单元6。操作单元有例如十键组成,并当电话呼叫而输入电话号码时和用来拨号输入的电话号码的处理处理时对其实行操作,由一个液晶显示器(LCD)组成的一个大尺寸显示单元31如果需要的话可连接到板壳体3上。CPU30还与一个用来接收一个来自主壳体2侧的光发射器27的光信息信号的光检测器33和一个用来将在主壳体2侧的光发射信号发射到光检测器28的光发射器34相连,因此在CPUs21和30之间实行光通信(有线通信)。一个诸如初级或次级电池的电压源可以被装在板壳体3中。
现参阅图4到8描述本发明的第一实施例的作为便携式信息终端的无线电话设备。图4到示出了如何操作本发明实施例的板壳体的透视图。
在图4到8中,便携式信息终端15的主壳体2是由合成树脂之类制成的,它有一个基本上平坦的矩形盒的形状。该便携式信息终端15的上部和下部的端部分别是半圆形部分50U和50L。在半圆形部分50U和50L中分别配置了接收机8和发射机13。在半圆形部分50U和50L部分的弧形平面部分形成的开口9和4则分别用当接收机8发声和发射机13拾音。
如图5到7所示,主壳体2除了在半圆形部分50U和50L部分以外的部分形成有一个槽部分,槽部分有一个比半圆形部分低的矩形底面。槽部分组成了一个面板51,其中配置了形成第一操作单元25的诸如登录键之类的操作键组。
稍后要描述用来引导滑销41U和41L的导向槽36U和36L,导向槽位于如图5到7所示的阶梯部分35U会35L的中部的左边和右边,此阶梯部分形成了在面板51与上半圆形部分和下半圆形部分50U和50L之间的边界。在相对于阶梯部分35L的地方埋置了光发射器27和光检测器28。
现描述板壳体3的构成,板壳体3由合成树脂之类制成,它基本上象一个平坦的矩形盒形。在靠近板壳体3的上下表面的末端在分别相对于上下阶梯部分35U和35L处突出地装有作为枢轴的滑销41U和41L。滑销41U合41L在导向槽中滑动,并可绕枢轴部分在滑槽的末端可转动。
板壳体3包括CPU30,操作单元6,显示单元(以后称之为LCD)31,光检测器33,和光辐射器31。
板壳体3的前表面如图4所示被用作为盖部分。盖部分37保护形成在主壳体2的面板上的操作单元25中的键组,和板壳体3的后侧的LCD31等等,对此以后将要详细地描述。因为盖部分37防止即使当使用者不使用便携式信息终端15时,即,放置在包或口袋内时,键组外露,从而可防止便携式信息终端被误操作。
在板壳体的后面板38配置了组成诸如十键49,发送键39,和结束键40等的操作键组。
参阅图6,光检测器33配置在相对于装在下半圆形部分的光发射器27的板壳体3的下表面的一个末端处。光发射器34置于相对于在主壳体2侧的光检测器28的板壳体3的下表面的另一末端。天线11装在主壳体2中。
现参阅图4到图8来描述本发明的具有上述结构的第一实施例的便携式信息终端15的板壳体3的操作。
图4是本发明的实施例的便携式无线电话设备15在未使用时(未用于电话呼叫)的透视图。如图4所示,主壳体2的面板51被板壳体3的盖部分所覆盖。在此种状态是便于携带的。
在这种状态下,当如图4所示的盖部分37的左表面以箭头A的方向推动时,板壳体3绕滑销41U和41L转动,因此板壳体3被树立起来。
在这种状态下,当如图5所示的板壳体3以箭头B的方向从后侧推动时,板壳体3又相对于主壳体2绕滑销41U和41L转动,因此提供在板壳体3的后侧的面板38被如图6所示那样推向前。在这种状态下,面板51被完全暴露,从而使得用户可以利用操作单元25的各种键执行各种操作,诸如设定电话号码的缩拨等等。在这种情况下,登录数据等等可以被显示在LCD31上。
当如图6所示的板壳体3被以箭头C的方向推动时,滑销41U和41L被沿着滑槽36U会36L滑动,然后板壳体3盖上而将面板如图7所示地盖上。
在图7所示的状态下,当沿箭头D的方向继续推动时,滑销41U和41L被在上下滑槽36U和36L的左端部分制止,因此板壳体3被保持在便携式无线电话设备15可用于如图8所示的进行电话呼叫的状态。按照本发明的第一实施例的这种便携式信息终端15,因为当其板壳体3树立时并不象图2所示的便携式电话机1的板壳体3从主壳体2的悬挂部分悬挂下来时要占据一个可观的空间,所以本发明的第一实施例的便携式信息终端15的主壳体和板壳体减少了所占据的空间。此外,本发明的这个实施例的便携式信息终端15不会在电话呼叫期间在悬挂部分断裂和断开。而且,因为在图6中所示的状态下的便携式终端15被用于登录缩拨的电话号码等,而在图8所示的便携式终端被用于进行或接收电话呼叫,所以用来登录之类的操作和进行电话呼叫的操作是利用各自的面板进行的,这导致操作简便而无需使用供该两类操作服务的诸键。
图9和10示出了本发明的第二实施例的便携式信息终端15。在此实施例中,在本发明的图4所示的第一实施例的板壳体3的盖部分37的一侧配置了由一个大尺寸LCD之类组成的显示单元42。配置在面板38上的LCD31用来当电话呼叫时显示电话号码,呼叫时间等。第二实施例的大尺寸LCD42用来当文件数据,手写文稿数据,图象数据等等发送或接收时进行显示。在板壳体3上配置的键43为滚动键,用来当在LCD42上显示具有大量文字的消息时进行滚动。为了使用分别配置在板壳体3的前后侧的LCD42和面板38,在第一实施例中被分别配置光发射器27和光检测器28的两个位置的每个位置处配置了一对光发射器和光检测器。
具有这种大尺寸LCD42和滚动键43的板壳体3如图10所示3地树立起来,然后类似于图6到8描述的第一实施例的操作进行反转和滑动,从而设置在如图8所示的状态。于是,在电话呼叫时可以发射和接收音频信号。
图11到13示出了本发明的第三实施例的便携式消息终端15。图11是一个用于解释如何将具有其上配置有触感式面板44的板壳体3连接到或从凹面板脱离,面板51形成在主壳体2的上下阶梯部分35U和35L,而板壳体3可拆地连接到面板51上。
如图11所示,本发明的第三实施例的板壳体3用触感式面板44代替如图9实施例中的大尺寸LCD42。第三实施例的板壳体3有一个在触感式面板44上的显示单元45。板壳体有一个具有一个开口部分46的框体48,在框体前表面的下侧,嵌入一个单触拨号板47,板壳体的后表面有一个由十键之类组成的操作单元6,类似于图6到图8的情形。备有多类可拆板壳体3,以供用户更换。例如,图9所示的具有大尺寸LCD42的板壳体3从主壳体2中拆下来,而将具有如图11所示的触面板44的板壳体3通过将滑销41U和41L插入到在单触操作板中的上下滑槽36U和36L中将其连接到上面。
如此连接到主壳体2的板壳体3的左侧表面从如图12所示的状态向前推动,从而板壳体3被如图13所示的树立起来。此后,通过类似于对图6和8的描述的操作,板壳体3可设置在便携式信息终端15可用于进行电话呼叫的状态。
根据本发明,因为当消息被发射和接收时没有必要打开板壳体3并也没有必要通过板壳体3从悬挂部分悬挂下来来发射和接收信息,因此可以获得其板壳体不会在电话呼叫期间打破并小而紧凑的便携式信息终端。
而且,根据本发明的第二实施例,因为大尺寸LCD42可以装在小尺寸的便携式信息终端上,便于无需滚动许多次用户可观测大量电子邮递数据。根据本发明的第三实施例,因为板壳体3有触感式面板44,就有可能获得可提供一种操作简易而满意的便携式信息终端。
在参阅附图描述了本发明的最佳实施例之后应该认识到:本发明并不局限于上述实施例,熟悉本技术领域的人们可以在不偏离本发明的精神实质和权利要求的范围内作出各种改变和修正。
Claims (7)
1.一种便携式信息终端,包括:
一个主壳体,它装有一个用来发射和接收信息的装置,和有一个具有一个平底的槽部分;和
一个板壳体,可反转和滑动地连接到所述主壳体的平底槽部分和有一个操作单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式信息终端,其中所述的主壳体的平底槽部分呈矩形,其侧面互相对置,并在所述对置的表面形成有一对导向槽,其中所述板壳体呈基本上相似于所述平底槽的形状的矩形形状并在靠近所述对置的表面的末端处有一对插销,和其中所述板壳体通过将所述一对插销插入到所述一对导向槽将其与所述主壳体相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式信息终端,其中所述板壳体的一个表面被形成为一个保护面,和所述的操作单元被形成在所述的板壳体的另一个表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便携式信息终端,其中所述的主壳体包括一个第一光发射器和一个第一光检测器,和所述板壳体包括一个第二光发射器和一个第二光检测器,后者互相对置从而使当所述的便携式终端使用时与所述第一光发射器和第一光检测器相对。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便携式信息终端,其中所述的主壳体包括一个在所述平底槽部分的平面部分上的第二操作单元。
6.根据权利要求3所述的便携式信息终端,其中所述的操作单元包括一个键输入装置。
7.根据权利要求3所述的便携式信息终端,其中所述的操作单元包括一个触感式面板输入装置。
