The present information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology, namely the Chinese invention patent 'anti-counterfeiting structure comprising a plurality of color layers and a production method (CN 104992618B)' can also be referred to produce a genuine insurance marker (2) commonly called as a three-dimensional code. The anti-counterfeiting characteristic information of each genuine insurance marker (2) produced by the various anti-counterfeiting technologies is stored in an anti-counterfeiting query system database (4) accessed to (mobile) internet (8) and used as an anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (3) file.
One piece of genuine product insurance marker (2) is adhered to or printed on the commodity (1) to be anti-counterfeit.

Claims (4)

1. A genuine insurance and anti-counterfeiting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
arranging information inquiry anti-counterfeiting marks (2) on a commodity (1), endowing each anti-counterfeiting mark (2) with at least one unique identification code (10), and correspondingly recording and storing the identification codes (10) and policy information (6) in an anti-counterfeiting inquiry system database (4);
secondly, the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (3) on the anti-counterfeiting mark (2) is recorded and stored in an anti-counterfeiting query system database (4) accessed to the Internet to be used as basis for identifying the authenticity of the commodity (1), namely recorded information;
the consumer uses the smart phone (5) to inquire and verify whether the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (3) on the anti-counterfeiting mark (2) is consistent with the recorded information or not to identify the authenticity of the commodity (1);
fourthly, after inquiry verification, when the inquired anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (3) is consistent with the record information in the database (4), the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system feeds back the identification conclusion information (11) that the inquired commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5) of the consumer; when the searched anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (3) is not in accordance with the recorded information in the database (4), the anti-counterfeiting query system feeds back the identification conclusion information (11) that the searched commodity (1) is a counterfeit product to the smart phone (5) of the consumer;
fifthly, purchasing a genuine liability insurance for the commodity (1) with the genuine product identification conclusion, and endowing a policy information (6);
when or after the anti-counterfeiting query system feeds back the identification conclusion information (11) that the searched commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5) of the consumer, the anti-counterfeiting query system or the policy-preserving query system sends the policy-preserving information (6) of the searched commodity (1) to the smart phone (5) of the consumer.
2. A genuine insurance and anti-counterfeiting method according to claim 1, which comprises one or more of the following features:
the anti-counterfeiting query system is connected with the insurance policy query system through a network; a consumer logs in a policy inquiry system and reads policy details, wherein the policy information (6) comprises one or more of an insurance policy number (6), insurance policy content, an insurance policy link, an insurance policy title, a bought insurance prompt and an insurance policy inquiry identification;
when or after the anti-counterfeiting query system feeds back the identification conclusion information (11) that the identified commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5), the anti-counterfeiting query system or the policy-keeping query system receives personal information filled by a consumer;
thirdly, when or after the anti-counterfeiting query system feeds back the authentication conclusion information (11) that the authenticated commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5) of the consumer, the anti-counterfeiting query system sends instruction information for activating the corresponding policy to the policy-preserving query system to activate the insurance policy so as to enable the insurance policy to take effect;
fourthly, when or after the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system feeds back the identification conclusion information (11) that the checked commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5), the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system sends out instruction information for paying the insurance premium corresponding to the policy information (6);
and fifthly, when or after the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system feeds back the identification conclusion information (11) that the identified commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5), purchasing a genuine commodity responsibility insurance for the commodity (1) with the identification conclusion of the genuine commodity from an insurance company, and activating a policy to enable the policy to take effect.
3. The genuine insurance and anti-counterfeiting method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when or after the anti-counterfeiting query system feeds back the authentication conclusion information (11) that the identified commodity (1) is a genuine commodity to the smart phone (5), and after a consumer fills in a mobile phone number or a name or an identity card number or email information, the anti-counterfeiting query system or the policy-keeping query system sends policy-keeping information (6) of the checked commodity (1) to the smart phone (5) of the consumer.

The genuine insurance and anti-counterfeiting method according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting feature information (3) comprises random information such as random passwords in the code anti-counterfeiting mark of the first-generation information query anti-counterfeiting technology in China, random structure information such as random structure textures in the texture anti-counterfeiting mark of the second-generation information query anti-counterfeiting technology in China, and microscopic personalized random feature information such as random saw teeth in the sawtooth anti-counterfeiting mark of the third-generation information query anti-counterfeiting technology in China, which is difficult to copy.
