Description

Genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method, device and related equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of information inquiry anti-counterfeiting, in particular to a genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method, a genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting device, a system and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
The information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technical product 'password anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2216694Y)' which is originally invented by the inventor of the application in 1994 is commonly called code anti-counterfeiting or digital anti-counterfeiting, and the principle is as follows: an anti-counterfeiting mark is arranged for each commodity, a group of unique random passwords, namely personalized anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, is hidden in the anti-counterfeiting mark, and the random passwords are put on record and stored in an anti-counterfeiting inquiry system database accessed to the Internet to serve as a basis for identifying the authenticity of the commodity. After the consumer purchases the commodity with the anti-fake code, the consumer can input the random cipher and check the commodity with the anti-fake inquiry system. Code anti-counterfeiting belongs to an information checking type anti-counterfeiting technology, and is widely applied to various commodities in various industries after being popularized for more than 20 years. It is recognized as the first generation information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology in China and is included in the national standard GB/T19425-2003. Because the password is the password, the password needs to be bought first and then checked, so the query rate is very low, and statistics shows that the query rate is only 0.3 percent on average. As time goes on, the counterfeiting molecules find technical flaws, so that the anti-counterfeiting strength is weak and the anti-counterfeiting effect is poor.
International patents such as chinese patent, US patent (US6623041), russian patent (2202127), korean patent (0419436), vietnam patent (3347) and the like are obtained by a structure texture anti-counterfeiting method (CN1074563C) which is an information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology originally invented by the inventor of the present application in 1998. The method selects materials with clear random structure textures (namely personalized anti-counterfeiting characteristics) to manufacture the 'structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y)'; and printing a unique identification serial number-code; the random structure texture characteristic information on the 'structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y') is collected and is used as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (namely, the basis for identifying the authenticity) and is combined with the identification serial number to be recorded and stored in a computer anti-counterfeiting query system database accessed to a telephone network or/and the Internet; the public can inquire and verify the random structure texture on the structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker through the identification serial number by communication tools such as telephone, short message, multimedia message, WeChat, fax, computers on the Internet and the like, and whether the random structure texture is consistent with the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information in the database, thereby obtaining the authenticity checking result. The patent 'grafting the ancient tiger-sign anti-counterfeiting principle with the modern communication technology and the computer technology', creating a new anti-counterfeiting field, and being evaluated as an anti-counterfeiting technical product which is 'originated in the world, advanced in the world, extremely difficult to forge, easy to identify and effective for a long time' by 'national anti-counterfeiting office' and national anti-counterfeiting industry association and organized national level evaluation and identification. After more than twenty years of popularization, the anti-counterfeiting paper becomes the leading technical product in the domestic anti-counterfeiting market. The anti-counterfeiting technology has wide application, and is recognized as the anti-counterfeiting technology of the second generation information inquiry in China in the industry. Because the identification code is a plain code, the anti-counterfeiting label can be purchased after being checked, so that the inquiry rate is higher, and the statistical display inquiry rate is 1.1 percent, so that the anti-counterfeiting strength is stronger and the anti-counterfeiting effect is better.
In order to further improve the query rate and enhance the anti-counterfeiting strength, the inventor actively upgrades and improves the two anti-counterfeiting technologies for dozens of times, and applies tens of information query anti-counterfeiting technologies such as an Internet of things texture anti-counterfeiting mobile phone automatic identification system (CN202939903U), ' non-special APP anti-counterfeiting method for automatically identifying the true and false texture (CN108537555A), ' mobile phone identification coding sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN104794629B), ' overrun anti-counterfeiting method and product (CN106096970B), ' codeless anti-counterfeiting method (CN103810603B), ' clothing user big data interference acquisition method (CN 107103346A). The ' mobile phone identification coding sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method ' (CN104794629B) ' is evaluated as a unique ' non-reproducible and easily identifiable ' anti-counterfeiting technology in China by the national anti-counterfeiting technical review committee. The anti-counterfeiting technology has wide application prospect and is recognized as the anti-counterfeiting technology of the third generation information inquiry class in China in the industry. However, in the popularization practice of these upgraded technical products, many users still have less confidence in the checking results of the anti-counterfeiting checking system about the authenticity of their products, so that they are less actively involved in the inquiry, resulting in a low inquiry rate and a low anti-counterfeiting strength.
Manufacturers of goods (manufacturers or distributors) have been dreaded to know the time, which users are sold, where the users are, the age of the users, whether the users are male or female, the number of micro-signals of the users, the number of mobile phones of the users, and the consumption habits of the users. These large data users, in the world of modern times, are a very commercially valuable resource and wealth. The Chinese patent discloses a bottle cap anti-counterfeiting device (CN204010023U) with a two-dimensional code label, and the scheme of the patent is implemented on certain domestic ice spring brand bottled mineral water. In order to collect the user big data, the water plant pays the bonus of 2 yuan per bottle of water, rewards and scans the code user, and the user big data is 'bought'. The patent scheme is also implemented in a certain bottled Chinese liquor in China. In order to collect the big data of users, a winery pays the prize money of 5-8 yuan RMB per bottle of wine, and the user scans the code for the rewarding and the rewarding to 'purchase' the big data of the users. Thus, the result is still very little in the rewarding process, and statistics show that: on average, only 13.8% of the goods in the two cases are scanned in code and awarded. As the money is not universal in common, the heavy money purchases the big data of the user, and the effect is little. The reason is as follows: many high-consumer groups do not see the prize of several dollars and are reluctant to accept the prize of scanning the code. However, the information of high consumption group is just the big data of high quality user that the manufacturer most desires to collect.
In summary, the existing information inspection anti-counterfeiting technology has the following four disadvantages:
1. the consumer does not believe much that the checked commodity given by the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system is the checking result of the genuine product;
2. consumers do not actively perform anti-counterfeiting inquiry, and the inquiry rate is low;
3. the anti-counterfeiting strength is not strong, the anti-counterfeiting effect is poor, and a plurality of counterfeit commodities are missed because consumers do not perform anti-counterfeiting inquiry;
4. even rewarding inquirers are difficult to greatly improve the inquiry rate and acquire more user big data.
Therefore, how to provide an anti-counterfeiting method and system capable of enhancing the reliability of the inspection result and enhancing the anti-counterfeiting strength is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method provided in the present application, where the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method includes:
s101: receiving an insurance claim evaluation request submitted by a user terminal;
this step is intended to implement the reception of an insurance claim authentication request, which is an anti-counterfeit authentication request for a target product, and the request can be initiated by a user based on a corresponding user terminal (e.g., a smart phone), and the target product is a product to be authenticated. Specifically, when a user needs to perform anti-counterfeit authentication on a certain product, an insurance claim authentication request can be sent to the corresponding anti-counterfeit authentication system, so as to realize the anti-counterfeit authentication of the product.
S102: establishing a video live broadcast with a user terminal according to the insurance claim identification request;
the step aims to realize establishment of live video broadcast between the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system and the user terminal so as to obtain required video content and realize genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting identification. Specifically, after the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system receives the insurance claim identification request, the user terminal can be directly requested to carry out video live broadcast, and the requirement information about the video live broadcast can also be sent to the user terminal, so that the user can establish the video live broadcast with the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system through the user terminal according to the actual conditions of the user.
S103: acquiring video content acquired and submitted by a user terminal through video live broadcast; the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is obtained by acquiring an anti-counterfeiting marker on a product by a user terminal;
the method aims to realize the acquisition of related video content through live video, wherein the video content refers to the video content acquired and submitted by a user through a user terminal. The anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is acquired by the user terminal by acquiring (for example, scanning/shooting/reading and other acquisition modes) anti-counterfeiting markers (for example, information inquiry type anti-counterfeiting markers such as sawtooth anti-counterfeiting markers, RFID anti-counterfeiting markers and the like) on the product. Specifically, when a manufacturer produces products, unique anti-counterfeiting feature information such as saw teeth or texture two-dimensional codes can be set on each product in advance, and meanwhile, each anti-counterfeiting feature information is recorded and stored in a preset database so as to facilitate subsequent anti-counterfeiting identification; further, when a user needs to perform product anti-counterfeiting authentication, the user terminal can acquire anti-counterfeiting feature information on a target product and send the anti-counterfeiting feature information to the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system for checking, and the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system can check the received anti-counterfeiting feature information by using the record information in the preset database. In addition, the live video is not limited to the acquisition of the video content, and guidance suggestions can be provided for the user to guide the user to further ensure the authenticity of the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information through the process of live video acquisition and uploading of the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information by the user terminal.
As a preferred embodiment, the anti-counterfeiting marker has a random texture, and the individual elements forming the random texture comprise one or more of fibers, chips, particles, bright sheets, glitter powder, fancy yarns and batting.
The preferred embodiment provides a specific type of anti-counterfeiting marker, which has random textures composed of one or more of fibers, chips, particles, paillettes, glitter powder, fancy yarns and battings, wherein the random textures are anti-counterfeiting characteristic information on a product and are used for realizing anti-counterfeiting identification of the product.
As a preferred embodiment, the acquiring, by live video, video content collected by the user terminal and submitted with the anti-counterfeit feature information may include: and sending a guidance suggestion to the user terminal so as to obtain the video content of the random texture characteristics obtained from the anti-counterfeiting marker by the user fed back by the user terminal according to the guidance suggestion.
The preferred embodiment provides a more specific method for acquiring video content, and specifically, an authentication technician may send guidance information (guidance suggestion) to a user terminal through live video, for example, instruct a user in a form of voice or text to acquire the random texture feature, that is, the anti-counterfeiting feature information, from an anti-counterfeiting marker, so that the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system can acquire the video content of the random texture feature acquired from the anti-counterfeiting marker by the user according to the guidance suggestion, thereby implementing a recheck of the anti-counterfeiting checking process for the user, preventing the user from falsifying and cheating insurance claims, and the like, and ensuring the authenticity of the anti-counterfeiting checking process.
As a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method may further include: collecting random texture characteristics as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and record information; and storing the record information into a preset database.
Specifically, in the production process of the product, the random texture features can be stored into a preset database as record information so as to realize subsequent anti-counterfeiting identification operation aiming at the product.
S104: and checking the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information by using the record information in the preset database to obtain a checking result, and feeding the checking result back to the user terminal.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a corresponding checking result through genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting authentication, calling record information in a preset database to match the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system when the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system receives anti-counterfeiting characteristic information submitted by a user terminal, indicating that a target product is a genuine product if the record information matched with the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information exists in the preset database, and judging that the target product is qualified, otherwise, judging that the target product is unqualified, and finally feeding the checking result back to the user terminal.
In addition, the manufacturer can also set anti-counterfeiting responsibility insurance for each product, and when the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information conforms to the record information in the preset database, namely the anti-counterfeiting checking result of the target genuine product is qualified, the policy information of the target product can be simultaneously fed back to the user terminal, so that the authenticity of the checking result is further ensured, and the trust of the user on the genuine product insurance anti-counterfeiting result is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method may further include: acquiring product purchase information according to the insurance claim verification request; the product purchase information comprises one or more of seller identity information, user identity information, purchase voucher information and inspection result numbers; and carrying out legality identification on the product purchase information.
In order to further ensure the legality of the source of the target product, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system can also obtain the product purchase information of the target product for legality identification, the product purchase information includes, but is not limited to, seller identity information, user identity information, purchase voucher information, inspection result number, etc., and can be obtained based on the insurance claim identification request, for example, when a user initiates an insurance claim qualification request through a user terminal, product purchase information can be attached thereto, therefore, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system can obtain the product purchase information through request analysis, or feed back the information acquisition request to the user terminal when the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system receives the insurance claim identification request, therefore, the user submits the product purchase information to the user terminal again through the user terminal, and the method for acquiring the product purchase information is not unique and is not limited in the application. In addition, the operation of legality identification on the product purchase information can be performed before the system and the user terminal establish video live broadcast, or can be performed in the video live broadcast process, which is not limited in this application.
As a preferred embodiment, the seller identity information may include one or more of a name of the seller, a name of a contact person, a contact address, a phone number, and an electronic mailbox; the purchase voucher information can comprise one or more of a shopping receipt, an invoice, a payment voucher, a product brand, a three-pack card and a traceability code; the user identity information may include one or more of a name, an identification number, an address, a telephone number, a micro-signal number, and an electronic mailbox.
It should be noted that the specific content included in each piece of information is only one implementation manner provided by the preferred embodiment, and is not unique, and may also include one or more other types of related information according to actual situations.
As a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method may further include: and feeding back the acceptance number corresponding to the insurance claim identification request to the user terminal.
Specifically, when the anti-counterfeit identification system receives the insurance claim identification request, the corresponding acceptance number can be fed back to the user terminal to inform the user that the insurance claim identification request is accepted or inquired to obtain a corresponding identification conclusion, and meanwhile, the user can inquire the identification process of the target product according to the acceptance number.
As a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method may further include: feeding back the information of the authentication mechanism to the user terminal; and obtaining an identification conclusion of the product by the identification mechanism corresponding to the identification mechanism information, and feeding back the identification conclusion to the user terminal.
The preferred embodiment provides a more specific genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method, which can perform offline secondary identification, namely judicial identification, on the basis of online identification, and is equivalent to final examination identification, so as to further improve the accuracy of product identification results. Specifically, the information of the authentication mechanism can be fed back to the user terminal, and the information of the authentication mechanism is related to the information of a professional organization which can perform offline product anti-counterfeiting authentication, so that a user can send a product to a corresponding authentication mechanism for anti-counterfeiting authentication, for example, a mailing method and other methods can be adopted. For the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system, the offline identification mechanism corresponding to the target product can be determined by querying a pre-established database, for example, corresponding relations can be preset and stored in the database for different products and offline identification mechanisms thereof, and of course, the corresponding relations can be one-to-one, many-to-one, one-to-many, and one-to-many corresponding relations which are not unique and can be set according to actual requirements, so that the identification mechanism information can be obtained by querying the database.
As a preferred embodiment, the feeding back the authentication mechanism information to the user terminal may include: acquiring product information and user information sent by a user terminal; determining each authentication mechanism corresponding to the product according to the product information; inquiring in each authentication mechanism according to the user information to obtain a target authentication mechanism; and feeding back authentication mechanism information corresponding to the target authentication mechanism to the user terminal.
For a product, there may be multiple corresponding offline authentication mechanisms, that is, the product and the offline authentication mechanism are in a one-to-many relationship, and in order to determine the authentication mechanism for offline authentication of a target product, that is, the target authentication mechanism, the user information and the product information may be obtained simultaneously, so as to determine the target authentication mechanism among the multiple offline authentication mechanisms according to the user's needs. In the specific implementation process, each offline identification mechanism corresponding to the target product is obtained according to product information inquiry, and then the target identification mechanism is selected from each offline identification mechanism according to user information so as to realize product anti-counterfeiting identification. The specific content of the product information and the user information is not unique, and can be user identity information, product anti-counterfeiting identification requirement information and the like.
As a preferred embodiment, the querying each authentication mechanism for obtaining a target authentication mechanism according to user information may include: determining a target address according to the user information; each authentication means is queried as a target authentication means for the authentication means closest to the target address.
The preferred embodiment provides a more specific method for selecting a target authentication mechanism, which is implemented based on address information. Specifically, the current address of the user, namely the target address, can be determined according to the user information, and the identification mechanism closest to the target address is selected as the target identification mechanism, so that the user can conveniently and timely send the target product to the target identification mechanism for anti-counterfeiting identification, the identification efficiency is improved, and the user experience is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, the querying each authentication mechanism for obtaining a target authentication mechanism according to user information may include: acquiring user demand information according to the user information; determining the grade of a target mechanism according to the user demand information; each authentication means is queried for an authentication means that satisfies the rank of the target means as a target authentication means.
The preferred embodiment provides another specific method for selecting a target authentication mechanism, which is implemented based on the actual needs of the user. Specifically, since the authentication mechanisms may be classified into different levels, such as different scales, in order to improve the user experience and the user's confidence in the anti-counterfeit authentication conclusion of the product, the user may select the level of the target authentication mechanism, i.e., the level of the target mechanism, so that the authentication mechanism satisfying the level of the target mechanism may be used as the target authentication mechanism.
It should be understood that the above methods for selecting the target authentication mechanism are only two implementation manners provided in the present application, and are not limited to these two implementation manners, and may also be other types of feedback methods, for example, related information of all authentication mechanisms corresponding to the target product may also be fed back to the user, so that the user can select the target authentication mechanism by himself, and the present application is not limited thereto.
As a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method may further include: and when the identification conclusion is qualified, counting the identification information, and storing the identification information into a product database.
The step aims to realize the storage of identification information, namely relevant information of anti-counterfeiting identification of a target product by a target identification mechanism, such as identifier information, identification time information, identification conclusion information and the like. More specifically, when the identification conclusion is obtained, whether the target product is a genuine product or not can be determined, and if the target product is a genuine product, the identification information is counted, and the identification information and other related information are stored in the product database together, so that the later traceability is facilitated.
Therefore, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method provided by the application can acquire the video content of the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information collected and submitted by a user in a video live broadcast mode in the process of carrying out anti-counterfeiting identification on a product, ensure that the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is collected from the anti-counterfeiting marker of the product, further ensure the authenticity and the legality of the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and ensure the authenticity of the anti-counterfeiting identification process.
On the basis of the above embodiments:
as a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method may further include collecting random texture feature information formed by individual elements on the anti-counterfeiting marker, and using the random texture feature information as the anti-counterfeiting feature information and the record information, and may include the following steps:
firstly, fixing at least one part of the individual elements forming the random textures on a substrate layer, and not fixing the other parts on the substrate layer, so that the individual elements are fixed and movable;
secondly, covering a transparent protective layer on the substrate layer and the individual elements to shape and protect the individual elements, so that the individual elements lose mobility and obtain stability;
thirdly, collecting the characteristic information of the stable individual elements as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and record information;
and commanding and guiding the user to live the video, uncovering the transparent protective layer to expose the individual elements, and shaking the individual elements by hands or blowing the individual elements by a mouth to perform insurance claim identification and make an insurance claim identification conclusion.
As a preferred embodiment, the genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method can further comprise one or more of the following steps:
reserving a handle at the edge of the transparent protective layer;
cutting the transparent protective layer into a plurality of pieces;
thirdly, compacting the substrate layer, the individual elements on the substrate layer and the transparent protective layer together to enable the individual elements to be extruded unevenly so as to generate random deformation;
covering the detachable transparent glass sheet or transparent plastic sheet as a transparent protective layer on the substrate layer to shape and protect the individual elements, so that the individual elements lose mobility and obtain stability;
bonding at least one part of the individual element on the substrate layer, and not bonding the other parts on the substrate layer;
sixthly, the individual elements are flocks;
the strippable transparent protective layer is a non-setting adhesive transparent protective layer.
Based on the above embodiments, several types of movable texture identifiers are provided below.
A first movable grain identifier:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a movable texture anti-counterfeit marker provided in the present application, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a cross-sectional structure at a position a-B in fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a cross-sectional structure after a transparent protection layer is uncovered at a position a-B in fig. 2.
Specifically, a piece of copper plate paper can be used as the substrate layer 2, a layer of UV glue is printed on the copper plate paper, and a layer of curved black fibers with the thickness of 0.06mm and the length of 3-6mm is adhered on the UV glue by an electrostatic flocking process to be used as the personality element 3. Further, one end of the bent fiber is bonded to the copper sheet and the other end is not bonded to the copper sheet, so that the bent fiber has mobility but does not come off the copper sheet, in other words, one end of the personality element 3 has immobility and the other end has mobility.
The UV glue is cured by a UV lamp to stick one end of the personality element 3, and then a movable transparent film (a common packaging material, commonly called a movable self-adhesive film) is coated on the copper plate paper and the bent fiber to be used as a transparent protective layer 8, so that the bent fiber is shaped and protected to lose mobility. Furthermore, in order to make the distribution of the character elements 3 more personal, it is preferable to wind them around and then cover them with a removable transparent film. In other words, the movable individual element 3 is fixed by the transparent protective layer 8, so that the movable individual element can be poured on the paperboard and can not move any more, and the transparent individual element has the stability meeting the anti-counterfeiting requirement so as to be used as the anti-counterfeiting identification characteristic; otherwise, the individual element 3 cannot be used as an anti-counterfeit identification feature without being fixed. Similarly, fingerprints have the stability which is not changed for the whole life, so that the fingerprints are used as legal basis for identity authentication at home and abroad, and on the contrary, the fingerprints cannot be used for identity identification if the fingerprints change along with the age. Research shows that if the personality element 3 is not fixed, the position and the shape of the personality element 3 are changed (namely, stability is not provided) when the consumer purchases the uploaded photo and the photo is compared with the archive photo taken by the factory before the consumer leaves the factory, so the authenticity cannot be compared.
Further, a local printing ink white bottom layer 6 and a unique code 4 are printed on the transparent protective layer 8, and the characteristic information of the immobilized individual elements 3 after the shaping protection is collected and stored as a texture information file in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database; then die cutting and waste discharge are carried out to obtain the movable texture anti-counterfeiting marker.
When the user wants to identify the authenticity, the smart phone can be used for checking whether the characteristics of the immovable individual elements 3 on the marker 1 are consistent with the texture information file of the marker by the anti-counterfeiting checking system so as to identify the authenticity of the product. More specifically, when the authenticity is verified, the movable transparent film is lifted, the other end of the bent fiber is lifted by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the film adhesive sticker, and then the lifted (i.e., supported) bent fiber is touched by hand to confirm that the bent fiber has mobility. On the other hand, if the curved fibers are printed ink marks, they are not necessarily pulled up by the adhesive surface adhesion force and are not movable to the touch, in other words, the printed pseudo curved fibers are not movable.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false texture, for example, after checking that the product is authentic, the transparent protective layer 8 should be lifted, the texture formed by the bent fibers should be touched to determine that the product is authentic, and if the texture is touched and can flutter, the product is counterfeit.
A second movable grain identifier:
referring to fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a substrate layer adhered with individual elements such as batting, etc., fig. 6 is a schematic view of a cross-sectional structure of the substrate layer shown in fig. 5, and fig. 7 is a schematic view of a movable texture anti-counterfeiting marker printed by using the substrate layer shown in fig. 5.
Specifically, fragile paper may be used as the base material layer 2, a layer of UV glue may be printed on the fragile paper as the adhesive 5 layer, and a layer of debris such as batting may be scattered on the UV glue as the personality element 3. Further, one side of the batting is bonded to the breakable paper, and the other side is not bonded to the breakable paper, so that the batting has mobility but does not separate from the breakable paper, in other words, one side of the individual element 3 has immobility and the other side has mobility.
Firstly, UV glue is solidified by a UV lamp to stick one side of the individual element 3, and then a movable transparent film is coated on the fragile paper and the batting to be used as a transparent protective layer 8, so that the batting is compacted, shaped and protected to lose mobility. In other words, the movable individual element 3 is fixed by the transparent protective layer 8, so that the movable individual element can be poured on the fragile paper and can not move any more, and the movable individual element has the stability meeting the anti-counterfeiting requirement so as to be used as the anti-counterfeiting identification characteristic; otherwise, the individual element 3 cannot be used as an anti-counterfeit identification feature without being fixed. Similarly, fingerprints have the stability which is not changed for the whole life, so that the fingerprints are used as legal basis for identity authentication at home and abroad, and on the contrary, the fingerprints cannot be used for identity identification if the fingerprints change along with the age. Research shows that if the personality elements are not fixed, the position and the shape of the personality element 3 are changed (namely, stability is not provided) when the consumer purchases the uploaded photos, and compared with the archive photos taken by the factory before the consumer leaves the factory, the authenticity cannot be compared.
More specifically, when the authenticity is verified, the movable transparent film can be lifted, the other side of the batting is lifted by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the film, and then the erected (i.e. supported) batting is touched by hands to confirm that the batting has the mobility. On the contrary, if the flock is the printing ink mark, the flock cannot be pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface, and the flock cannot move by touching and does not have mobility.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false texture, for example, after checking that the product is authentic, the transparent protective layer 8 should be lifted, and the texture formed by the batting should be touched to determine whether the product is authentic, if so, it can flutter, and otherwise, it is a counterfeit product.
Preferably, the transparent protective layer 8 can be divided into a plurality of pieces by the cutting lines 9 so as to be taken off and used separately and repeatedly, for example, as a check for authenticity when a consumer purchases the product, when a merchant enters the product, and when a manufacturer returns the product.
A third movable grain identifier:
referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a substrate layer adhered with fibers bent randomly according to the present application, and fig. 9 is a schematic view of a movable texture anti-counterfeiting marker printed by using the substrate layer shown in fig. 8.
Specifically, a film may be used as the substrate layer 2, some sparse UV adhesive 5 dots are printed on the film, and a layer of curved thread end is scattered on the adhesive 5 dots as the personality element 3 by an electrostatic flocking process. Further, one end of the bending thread end is bonded to the film and the other end is not bonded to the film so that the bending thread end has mobility but does not come off the film, in other words, one end of the character element 3 has immobility and the other end has mobility.
The UV glue is firstly cured by a UV lamp to stick one end of the personality element 3, and then the non-stuck bent thread end is blown off and removed by strong wind. Further, a movable transparent film is coated on the film and the bending wire head to serve as a transparent protective layer 8, so that the bending wire head is shaped and protected to lose mobility. In other words, the movable personality element 3 is fixed by the transparent protection layer 8 and can not move any more, so that the movable personality element has the stability meeting the anti-counterfeiting requirement so as to be used as the anti-counterfeiting identification characteristic; otherwise, the individual element 3 cannot be used as an anti-counterfeit identification feature without being fixed.
Further, printing a local printing ink white bottom layer 6 and a unique code 4 on the transparent protective layer 8, collecting the characteristic information of the shaped and protected individual elements 3, and storing and recording the characteristic information as a texture information file in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database; then die cutting and waste discharge are carried out to obtain the movable texture anti-counterfeiting marker.
When the user wants to identify the authenticity, the smart phone can be used for checking whether the characteristics of the immovable individual elements 3 on the marker 1 are consistent with the texture information file of the marker by the anti-counterfeiting checking system so as to identify the authenticity of the product. More specifically, when the authenticity is verified, the movable transparent film is peeled off, the other end of the curved end is pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the film, and then the raised (i.e., held up) curved end is touched by hand to confirm the movability of the curved end. On the contrary, if the curved line end is a printing ink mark, the curved line end is inevitably not pulled up by the adhesive surface adhesion force, and is not movable by hand touch and has no mobility.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false texture, for example, after checking that the product is authentic, the transparent protective layer 8 should be lifted, and the texture formed by touching the curved thread end is true, if it is touched and can flutter, it is true, otherwise it is a counterfeit product.
A fourth movable texture identifier:
referring to fig. 10 and fig. 11, fig. 10 is a schematic view of another substrate layer adhered with fibers bent randomly according to the present application, and fig. 11 is a schematic view of a movable texture anti-counterfeiting marker printed by using the substrate layer shown in fig. 10.
Specifically, self-adhesive paper can be used as the substrate layer 2, a row of dotted lines of the UV adhesive 5 are printed on the self-adhesive paper, and a layer of bent thread ends are scattered on the dotted lines of the adhesive 5 to serve as the individual elements 3. Furthermore, one part of the bending thread end is bonded on the self-adhesive paper, and the other parts are not bonded on the self-adhesive paper, so that the bending thread end has mobility, but can not be separated from the self-adhesive paper, in other words, one part of the personality element 3 has fixity and the other parts have mobility.
The UV glue is firstly cured by a UV lamp to stick the personality element 3, and then the non-stuck bent thread end is blown off and removed by strong wind. Furthermore, a movable transparent film is covered on the self-adhesive paper and the bending line head to be used as a transparent protective layer 8, so that the bending line head is shaped and protected to lose mobility.
When the authenticity is verified, the movable transparent film is peeled off, the bending end is pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the film, and then the raised (i.e., held up) bending end is touched by hand to confirm that the bending end has mobility.
In addition, referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a pressing roller/pressing plate with a rugged surface for a movable texture anti-counterfeiting marker provided by the present application, in order to make the individual element 3 shaped and protected by the transparent protection layer 8 more individual, preferably, a pressing roller/pressing plate 10 of a printing device such as a hot stamping machine may be adopted to compact the individual element 3 and the transparent protection layer 8 together, so that the individual element 3 is deformed by uneven pressurization (for example, widening and thinning), and then the characteristic information of the immobilized individual element 3 shaped and protected is collected and stored as a texture information file in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database.
Further, referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a substrate layer adhered with fancy yarns, which may be formed by printing a row of dotted UV adhesives 5 on a self-adhesive paper as the substrate layer 2, and applying and adhering a fancy yarn 11 with individual elements 3 on the dotted UV adhesives 5. Furthermore, the fancy yarns 11 are bonded on the self-adhesive paper by using 5 lines of adhesive at intervals of 10mm, and the rest positions are not bonded on the self-adhesive paper, so that the fancy yarns 11 and the individual elements 3 thereon have mobility, but can not be separated from the self-adhesive paper, in other words, one part of the individual elements 3 has fixing performance, and the rest parts have mobility.
Based on the above embodiments regarding the movable texture anti-counterfeit identifier, please refer to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of individual elements, which are a, b, c, d, e, f, and other types of batting, where the types of the individual elements are not unique. It should be understood that fig. 5, 8, 10, 9, and 13 are schematic structural views of the substrate layer 2 without the transparent protective layer 8 or with the transparent protective layer 8 removed.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the preferred embodiment provides a more specific genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method, which is implemented based on a genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting system.
