Description

Insurance fidelity anti-fake method and its mark
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of product responsibility insurance and anti-counterfeiting, and particularly relates to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method and a marker thereof.
Background
Policy refers to the official written proof that the insured life contracts with the insurer. The policy completely records the right obligation and responsibility of both parties of the insurance contract. The content of the policy record is the basis for the contract parties to fulfill. The policy is proof of the establishment of an insurance contract. The electronic insurance policy refers to an electronic insurance policy with an electronic insurance company electronic signature issued by an insurance company to an insured person by means of digital signature software and an enterprise digital certificate which conform to a PKI system. The electronic insurance policy has the same legal effectiveness as the paper insurance policy, and the electronic insurance policy can be used as the paper insurance policy after being subjected to color printing. Each insurance company has established a policy inquiry system, opens network inquiry and telephone inquiry, and can provide electronic policy inquiry service.
The product liability insurance means insurance that the insurer undertakes the liability for the damage when the insured life causes the third person to casualty or property loss to undertake the liability for the damage compensation in accordance with law due to the product defect. Product liability insurance underwriting insureds that products or goods produced, sold by insured (manufacturers and distributors) have accidents in the underwriting area causing personal injury, illness, death or property loss of the person or anyone else who uses, consumes or operates the products or goods, the insurer is responsible for reimbursement within the agreed limit of reimbursement when the insured is legally responsible for the liability.
The invention discloses a password anti-counterfeiting marker (CN2216694Y) which is originally invented by the inventor in 1994 and is commonly called code anti-counterfeiting or digital anti-counterfeiting, and the principle is as follows: an anti-counterfeiting code is set for each product, a group of unique random passwords is hidden in the anti-counterfeiting code, and the random passwords are recorded and stored in an anti-counterfeiting inquiry system database accessed to the Internet to serve as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, namely a basis for identifying the authenticity of the product. After the consumer purchases the product with the anti-counterfeiting code label, the consumer only needs to dial the telephone, input the random password (i.e. the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information) on the product, and can know the authenticity of the product after the product is checked by the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system, thereby breaking through the limitations that the traditional anti-counterfeiting product is easy to prevent counterfeiting in batches and the consumer is not easy to identify. Code anti-counterfeiting belongs to an information checking type anti-counterfeiting technology, and is widely applied to various products in various industries after being popularized for more than 20 years. It is recognized as the first generation information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology in China and is included in the national standard GB/T19425-2003. Because the password (i.e. the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information) is the password and needs to be bought first and then checked, the query rate is very low, and statistics shows that the query rate is only 0.3 percent on average. As time goes on, the counterfeiting molecules find technical flaws, so that the anti-counterfeiting strength is weak and the anti-counterfeiting effect is poor.
The inventor of the present invention originally invented "structural texture anti-counterfeiting method (CN 1074563C)" in 1998, which also belongs to the information inspection type anti-counterfeiting technology. It has acquired international patents such as chinese invention patent, US invention patent (US6623041), russian invention patent (2202127), korean invention patent (0419436), vietnam invention patent (3347), etc. The material with clear random structure texture is selected to manufacture the structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y); and printing an anti-counterfeiting code with uniqueness; the random structure texture on the 'structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y)' is scanned and collected to be used as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, namely a basis for identifying authenticity, and is combined with an anti-counterfeiting code to be recorded and stored in a computer anti-counterfeiting query system database accessed to a telephone network or/and the Internet; the public can inquire and verify whether the random structure texture on the structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker conforms to the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information in the database through the identification serial number through communication tools such as a telephone, a mobile phone short message, a mobile phone multimedia message, a WeChat, a fax, a computer on the Internet and the like, thereby verifying the authenticity. Because the identification code and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information are clear, the anti-counterfeiting product can be purchased after being checked, so the query rate is higher, and the statistical display query rate is 1.1 percent, so the anti-counterfeiting strength is stronger and the anti-counterfeiting effect is better.
In order to further improve the query rate and enhance the anti-counterfeiting strength, the inventor actively upgrades and improves the two anti-counterfeiting technologies for dozens of times, and applies tens of information query anti-counterfeiting technologies such as an Internet of things texture anti-counterfeiting mobile phone automatic identification system (CN202939903U), ' non-special APP anti-counterfeiting method for automatically identifying the true and false texture (CN108537555A), ' mobile phone identification coding sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN104794629B), ' overrun anti-counterfeiting method and product (CN106096970B), ' codeless anti-counterfeiting method (CN103810603B), ' clothing user big data interference acquisition method (CN 107103346A). However, in the popularization practice of these upgraded technical products, many users still have less confidence in the authentication conclusion fed back by the anti-counterfeiting query system of the anti-counterfeiting company, so that the users are less actively involved in the query, and the query rate is still low and the anti-counterfeiting strength is still low.
In summary, the existing information inspection anti-counterfeiting technology has the following four disadvantages:
1. the domestic information inquiry anti-counterfeiting inquiry system is thousands of, and does not have a unified authoritative website and anti-counterfeiting APP which are mastered by the consumers, a plurality of counterfeit anti-counterfeiting inquiry system websites are on the market, the consumers cannot identify the websites even with the counterfeit anti-counterfeiting websites, and the authenticity of the product can be identified in any situation, namely the authenticity identification work which needs professional technology is required;
2. the consumer does not trust the authentication conclusion given by the anti-counterfeiting inquiry system of the anti-counterfeiting company too much;
3. consumers do not actively perform anti-counterfeiting query, so that the query rate is low;
4. the anti-counterfeiting strength is not strong, the anti-counterfeiting effect is poor, and many counterfeit products are missed because consumers do not perform anti-counterfeiting inquiry.
The inventor conducts anti-counterfeiting technology and fake-prevention theory research for nearly 30 years, and finally discovers that: the consumers are relied on to inquire whether the products are true or false actively, the inquiry rate is very low, and the counterfeit products are difficult to be effectively suppressed.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objects of the present invention: the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method can effectively improve anti-counterfeiting strength and enhance the accuracy of an inspection result.
The second object of the present invention is: the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting marker can be conveniently mailed, can effectively improve anti-counterfeiting strength and enhance the accuracy of an inspection result.
The technical scheme of the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is as follows.
An insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting an anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy (for example, the identity information of the insurance beneficiary is in a pending state) for the product, wherein the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy comprises a printed policy or an electronic edition of the printed policy;
the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is manufactured on the marker, and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information comprises the steps of printing the identification code on the marker to manufacture the marker in a two-dimensional code form, or writing the identification code into RFID to manufacture the marker in an RFID form;
combining the marker and the product package into a firm and unbreakable whole so that the marker cannot be transferred to a counterfeit without damage;
storing the policy (content) information of the anti-counterfeiting liability policy, the identification code and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information into a preset database (connected with an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system) correspondingly (namely in a correlation mode) to serve as a filing confidence;
the user terminal collects the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information on the marker, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information submitted by the user terminal, and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is checked by using the record information in the preset database to obtain a checking result;
and sending the policy information corresponding to the searched marker to the user terminal to prompt the user to purchase/consume at ease while or after the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system sends the identification conclusion information of which the checking result is a genuine product to the user terminal.
The anti-counterfeiting liability insurance policy is set for protecting consumers from being infringed by counterfeit products. Thus, only after the product is purchased by the consumer is the product authorized to obtain its anti-counterfeiting liability warranty. In order to prevent a person who does not buy a product from falsely claiming the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy, prevent a person who has a chance to contact the product before the product is sold from falsely claiming the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy, prevent a garbage collector who is not a real purchaser from falsely claiming the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy, ensure that only the purchaser has the right to take the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy, and carry out appearance easily-damaged design such as packaging or identification, so that the purchaser/consumer can damage the packaging and collect and upload damage evidence information of the appearance by bare hands without any other tools, thereby reversely determining whether the product is purchased by the consumer.
The design of the desirable appearance easy to damage is that a vulnerable cut line is die-cut at the position 1-12mm away from the mark code on the product package or the mark; or burying a vulnerable pull line on the product package or the marker at a position 1-12mm away from the marker code; or, marking an identification code at a position 1-8mm away from the opening of the pop can; or, marking codes are printed at the positions 1-8mm away from the suction pipe jacks of the tetra Pak.
In order to ensure that only a buyer has the right to receive the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy, the anti-counterfeiting system needs to be matched with verification and verification in addition to the design that the appearance is easy to damage. Preferably, the said insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method can further adopt one or two of the following technical means used in combination.
A user damages the appearance of the product, and uses a user terminal to upload damaged evidence information of the damaged appearance of the product to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system for verification; and if the uploaded damage evidence is authentic and is the first uploaded information, receiving the identity information provided by the user and registering the identity information provided by the user as an insurance beneficiary of the anti-counterfeiting liability insurance policy through verification of the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system.
After the identifier in the RFID form is judged to be a genuine product by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, the user damages the identifier in the RFID form so as to prevent future people from inquiring the falsely-claimed anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy again; the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system registers the identity information provided by the user for the last time as the identity information of the insurance beneficiary.
In order to simplify the production process and the use process and ensure that the insurance policy, the marker and the inquiry process are organically combined and interacted with the inquiry and the registration, preferably, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method can further adopt one or more of the following technical means.
A user shoots the appearance of a damaged product by using a user terminal, and acquires damage evidence information; and uploading the acquired damage evidence information (in the form of characters/images/videos and the like) and the identification codes to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system.
Preferably, the damage evidence information uploaded by the image/video and the like is analyzed and compared by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, and after the product appearance is confirmed to be damaged indeed, the identity information of the insurance beneficiary of the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy is modified from an undetermined state to a determined state.
After the product adopts the scheme of the invention, if the authentication conclusion information received by the user is a genuine product, the user can obtain insurance claim as an insurance beneficiary in case that the product searched by the user is finally identified as a counterfeit product by judicial authentication, expert review and authentication or a designated third-party authentication mechanism. In order to facilitate the user to perform insurance claim qualification on the product, the following technical measures can be further taken.
Preferably, the method for ensuring fidelity and anti-counterfeiting is characterized by further comprising the following steps:
the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives an insurance claim settlement authentication request submitted by the user terminal;
acquiring seller identity information according to the insurance claim identification request;
legality identification is carried out on the seller identity information, and identification mechanism information is fed back to the user terminal;
and obtaining an identification conclusion of the product by the identification mechanism corresponding to the identification mechanism information, and feeding back the identification conclusion to the user terminal.
Preferably, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is characterized by further comprising:
receiving purchase voucher information and/or user identity information and/or checking result number which are sent by the user terminal and are related to products;
and legally identifying the purchase voucher information and/or the user identity information and/or the checking result number.
Preferably, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is characterized by further comprising: and feeding back an acceptance number corresponding to the insurance claim evaluation request to the user terminal.
Preferably, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is characterized in that the seller identity information comprises one or more of a seller name, a contact address, a telephone number and an electronic mailbox; the purchase voucher information comprises one or more of a shopping receipt, an invoice, a payment voucher, a product brand, a three-pack card and a traceability code; the user identity information comprises one or more of name, identification card number, address, telephone number, micro-signal number and electronic mailbox.
The marker can be printed by adopting a Chinese first-generation information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology, namely a code anti-counterfeiting technology, can also be printed by adopting a Chinese second-generation information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology, namely a texture anti-counterfeiting technology, can also be printed by adopting a Chinese third-generation information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology, namely a sawtooth anti-counterfeiting technology, can also be manufactured by adopting an RFID anti-counterfeiting technology, and can also be printed by adopting information checking anti-counterfeiting technologies, such as digital encryption anti-counterfeiting technologies, such as self-encryption two-dimensional codes and the like which are originally created.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the policy information 6 of the security liability policy 7 in which the insurance beneficiary identification information column is pending (i.e., left empty) is printed with offset a5 paper. Preferably, the contents such as the identification code 10 in the form of a two-dimensional code and the policy flow number in the form of a number are printed. For example, the printed content is: the insurance company guarantees that the product purchased by the insurance company is a genuine product, and if doubts exist, the insurance company can carry out final judicial appraisal on the product through other third-party institutions with judicial appraisal qualification; in case of being identified as a fake product, you pay the available insurance company for insurance claim money equivalent to three times of the selling price of the product; the user terminal 5 such as a smart phone is used for worship to scan the two-dimensional code, an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system is logged in, identity information is filled in, and the insurance beneficiary is registered under your name.
Coding the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7, wherein each anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 is printed with a unique identification code 10; the anti-counterfeiting technology of a 'mobile phone identification code sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN 104794629B)' in Chinese patent is adopted, and the identification code 10 is printed on the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 in a two-dimensional code form to manufacture the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 which is combined with the identifier 2 into a whole; amplifying and shooting the two-dimensional code to acquire random saw teeth on the edge of the two-dimensional code ink, taking the acquired random saw tooth information as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, and storing and recording the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information in an anti-counterfeiting query subsystem database 4 shown in figure 5; and then, folding the printed anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7, putting the folded anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy into a wine box, and sealing the wine box to ensure that the wine box is provided for consumers along with wine.
Preferably, an information inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology is adopted to manufacture an anti-counterfeiting label 18 with an anti-counterfeiting code 17 as shown in fig. 2, and the wine box is sealed by the anti-counterfeiting label. Preferably, the security code 17 is stored in the database 4 of the security and fidelity system in a one-to-one correspondence with the identification code 10. The anti-counterfeiting code 17 and the identification code 10 can be combined into a whole. The identification code 10 may be a warranty code or an anti-counterfeiting code.
An insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system as shown in figure 5 is built. The system can be composed of an anti-counterfeiting inquiry subsystem 12 and a policy registration subsystem 13.
The policy information 6 of the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information of the marker 2 are stored and recorded in the database 4 of the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system in a one-to-one correspondence with the marker codes 10.
Therefore, after the consumer purchases the wine, the wine box can be disassembled (namely the package is damaged), the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 is found out from the wine box, the two-dimensional code of the identification code 10 is scanned by the user terminal 5 to log in the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, and the identity information of the consumer is registered as the insurance beneficiary.
The consumer can be objectively and unconsciously inquired by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system to verify the authenticity of the marker 2 in the process of scanning the code and logging in the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system subjectively. If the identifier 2 is genuine, the set policy information 6 may be sent by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system to the user terminal 5 of the user at the same time as or after the authentication conclusion information 11 that the checked anti-counterfeiting liability policy 7 is genuine is fed back to the user terminal 5 of the consumer. Referring to fig. 4, for example, the sent information is: the insurance company guarantees to you that the product purchased by you is genuine. If doubts exist, the product can be judiciously identified by other third parties with judicial qualification; in case of being identified as fake, you can obtain the insurance claim amount paid by the insurance company to three times of the selling price of the product.
On the contrary, if the identifier 2 is counterfeit, an alert message (e.g., "you check that it is counterfeit insurance policy/product" etc.) is issued to the user terminal 5 of the user by the insurance policy inquiry issuing system to prompt the user to be wary of counterfeiting.
In this way, the user can obtain insurance claims as an insurance beneficiary in case the product is counterfeit. In other words, the unchasers cannot obtain the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 and the insurance claim thereof.
Certainly, if the consumer does not purchase the product such as the wine bottle, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system should not register the insurance beneficiary of the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 under the user name. Only when the bottle of wine is purchased, the wine box is opened (namely the package is damaged), and the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system is logged in, the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 with undetermined insurance beneficiary identity information can be added to the identity information name provided (or confirmed) by the user by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, so that the insurance beneficiary identity information becomes the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 determined by the insurance beneficiary (namely the beneficiary column is filled in).
Example two.
As shown in fig. 3, each anti-counterfeiting liability insurance policy 7 is endowed with a unique identification code 10; and writing the identification code 10 into the RFID chip to manufacture the bottle cap adhered with the RFID marker 2. The bottle cap is an RFID bottle cap, belongs to a component of a product package 1, and is integrated with the bottle cap.
The identification code 10 is encrypted and then stored as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information in the anti-counterfeiting query subsystem database 7.
An insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system as shown in figure 5 is built. The system can be composed of an anti-counterfeiting inquiry subsystem 12 and a policy registration subsystem 13.
The policy information 6 and the identification code 10 are stored in the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system database 4 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Thus, after the consumer purchases the bottle of wine, the NFC function of the user terminal 5 can be opened, the RFID bottle cap is closed, the link is opened, the insurance policy information 6 is read from the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, the identity information is filled in, and the identity information of the consumer is registered as the insurance beneficiary.
The consumer subjectively and unknowingly can be inquired and verified by the system in the process of reading the policy information 6 and logging in the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system by using the NFC function of the user terminal 5. If true, the set policy information 6 may be sent by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system to the user terminal 5 of the user at the same time as or after feeding back the true authentication conclusion information 11 to the user terminal 5. Referring to fig. 4, for example, the sent information is: the insurance company guarantees to you that the product you buy is genuine. You can re-authenticate the product through other third parties with judicial qualification; in case of being identified as fake, you can obtain the insurance claim amount paid by the insurance company to three times of the selling price of the product.
On the contrary, if the user terminal is false, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system sends out warning information (for example, sending out "you check that the insurance policy/product is fake" or the like) to the user terminal 5 to prompt the user to be wary of counterfeiting.
In this way, the user can obtain insurance claims as an insurance beneficiary in case the product is counterfeit.
Of course, the consumer will not have the right to unscrew the cap without purchasing the bottle of wine, and the RFID tag 2 therein will not be damaged. Others may also continue to query for registered insurance beneficiaries, at which time the system will modify the identity information of the new purchaser to be new insurance beneficiaries.
In order to prevent the occurrence of the false-proof event, the consumer is prompted at an obvious position on the wine box, the insurance anti-counterfeiting system is firstly logged in to register the insurance beneficiary under the name of the consumer, then the bottle cap is unscrewed to damage the RFID marker 2 in the insurance anti-counterfeiting system, and any person can not read the RFID marker 2, so that the insurance anti-counterfeiting system is not logged in to modify the identity information of the insurance beneficiary again, and the identity of the insurance beneficiary is guaranteed.
In other words, the system should identify the identity information last provided as the insurance beneficiary.
Example three.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the anti-counterfeiting technology of the "mobile phone identification code sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN 104794629B)" in the chinese patent is adopted, and the identification code 10 in the form of arabic numerals is spray-printed on the top cover of the pop can, so as to ensure that one can has one code, and the code is never repeated. And a fixed WeChat small program two-dimensional code 16 for logging in an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system is printed on the can body. The other steps refer to the first and second embodiments. Therefore, after purchasing the pop can product, the consumer can pull up the pull ring according to the prompt to open the filling opening.
Then, the WeChat scanning software of the user terminal 5 is used for scanning the WeChat applet two-dimensional code 16 on the can body, opening the WeChat applet, shooting the identification code 10 in the Arabic number form and the pulled filling opening to obtain damage evidence 14 information and identification code 10 information such as photos/short videos, and uploading the obtained damage evidence 14 information and identification code 10 information to the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system.
The insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives and verifies the damage evidence 14 information and the identification code 10 information.
The insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system carries out artificial intelligence image recognition on the information of the damage evidence 14, confirms that the filling opening is damaged, and registers the provided identity information as an insurance beneficiary by referring to the steps of the first embodiment and the second embodiment on the premise that the real sawtooth characteristics of the identification code 10 are consistent.
Example four.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a non-transparent adhesive sticker made of PE material is used to print shampoo bottle labels of a known brand, i.e., a product package 1. On the back side of the opaque PE material, some printed information such as "opened" text that is not visible from the front side is printed in advance.
And printing a unique identification code 10 in a two-dimensional code form on the right lower corner area of the front surface of each bottle label, so as to manufacture the bottle label with the identifier 2 area in the lower right corner area. And die-cutting a fragile cutting line 3 of the lotus root broken filament so that the consumer can tear the marker 2 at the lower right corner from the bottle label.
Referring to the chinese patent "mobile phone identification code sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN 104794629B)", the two-dimensional code of the identification code 10 is subjected to microscopic photographing to acquire individual characteristic information such as random sawtooth at the edge of the two-dimensional code, and the individual characteristic information such as the random sawtooth is stored in the database 4 as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information.
The bottle label is stuck to shampoo bottle, so that it can not be transferred to fake product without damage.
Thus, after purchasing a bottle of shampoo product, the consumer can tear the marker 2 in the lower right corner region according to the prompt. Firstly, scanning a two-dimensional code on the front surface of a user terminal by using WeChat scanning software of the user terminal 4, opening a WeChat applet, and logging in an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system; the tamper evidence 14 information, such as "opened" or the like, concealed on the identifier 2 or within the product package 1 is then uploaded to the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system. If verified (e.g., artificial intelligence recognition/parsing/matching of images/videos), the damage evidence 14 information is completely matched and uploaded for the first time, and if the saw-tooth characteristics are matched, the identity information provided by the user can be registered as an insurance beneficiary by referring to the steps of the first and third embodiments.
Example five.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, a coated paper adhesive sticker material is selected to print the marker 2. A thin thread is released on the adhesive layer on the back side to serve as a tamper evident thread 9. It is preferable to reserve a string head which is easy to pinch and pull by hand.
On the front side of the identifier 2, an identification code 10 in the form of a two-dimensional code having uniqueness is printed, for example an http://315net. com/123456789012 link address.
Referring to the chinese patent "mobile phone identification code sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN 104794629B)", the two-dimensional code is subjected to microscopic photographing to acquire individual characteristic information such as random sawtooth at the edge of the two-dimensional code, and the individual characteristic information such as the random sawtooth is stored in the database 4 as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information.
The manufactured marker 2 is firmly affixed to the product package 1 so that it cannot be transferred without damage to counterfeit products.
Thus, after purchasing the product, the consumer can pinch the string end and pull up the string 9 according to the prompt to tear the label.
Then, the WeChat scanning software of the user terminal 4 is used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the WeChat scanning software, the WeChat applet is opened, the WeChat applet is used for shooting the two-dimensional code and the damaged marker 2 so as to obtain (pictures/short videos and the like) damage evidence 14 information and identification code 10 information, and the obtained damage evidence 14 information and identification code 10 are uploaded to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system.
The insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives and verifies the damage evidence 14 information and the identification code 10 information.
The insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system carries out artificial intelligence image recognition on the information of the damage evidence 14, and after the verification that the marker 2 is indeed damaged and on the premise that the sawtooth characteristics are consistent, the provided identity information is registered as an insurance beneficiary by referring to the steps of the first embodiment, the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment.
Example six.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the anti-counterfeiting technology of the "mobile phone identification code sawtooth anti-counterfeiting method (CN 104794629B)" in the chinese patent is adopted, and the identification code 10 in the form of a two-dimensional code is printed beside the suction pipe jack 15 at the top of the tetra pak, so as to ensure that one pack of the identification code is one code and never repeated. The other steps refer to the above embodiments one and three. Thus, after purchasing a tetra Pak (e.g., milk), the consumer can first puncture the straw receptacle 15 in accordance with the reminder, damaging the package.
Then, the WeChat scanning software of the user terminal 5 is used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the tetra Pak, the WeChat applet is opened, the WeChat applet is used for shooting the two-dimensional code and the punched suction pipe jack 15 so as to obtain (pictures/short videos and the like) damage evidence 14 information and identification code 10 information, and the obtained damage evidence 14 information and identification code 10 information are uploaded to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system.
The insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives and verifies the damage evidence 14 information and the identification code 10 information.
After the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system carries out artificial intelligence image recognition on the information of the damage evidence 14, the provided identity information is registered as an insurance beneficiary after the product packaging material 1 is indeed damaged, for example, the punctured straw jack 15 is found beside the two-dimensional code, and on the premise that the identification code 10 is true (not fake).
Example seven.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 14, each anti-counterfeiting liability insurance policy 7 is endowed with a unique identification code 10. The policy information 6 of the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 with the insurance beneficiary identity information column pending (i.e., left empty) is printed by using offset A5 paper. Then, the contents such as the identification code 10 in the form of a two-dimensional code and the insurance policy serial number in the form of a number are printed. The printed identification code 10 is folded and placed into the wine box.
And writing the identification code 10 into the RFID chip to manufacture the bottle cap internally provided with the RFID marker 2.
To prevent a false-proof event, the printed matter of the identification code 10 placed in the wine box can be taken out, and the area of the marker 2 in the upper right corner area can be torn off. Firstly, scanning a two-dimensional code on the front surface of a user terminal by using WeChat scanning software of the user terminal 4, opening a WeChat applet, and logging in an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system; then, the information of the torn damage evidence 14 such as the marker 2 and the like in the upper right corner area is uploaded to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system. If verified (e.g., artificial intelligence recognition/parsing/matching of images/videos), the damage evidence 14 information is completely consistent and uploaded for the first time, and if the saw-tooth characteristics are consistent, the identity information provided by the user can be registered as the insurance beneficiary by referring to the steps of the first and third embodiments, so that others are not allowed to modify the insurance beneficiary identity information again.
Example eight.
Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic flow chart of an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method provided by the present invention, which may include:
s101: receiving anti-counterfeiting feature information submitted by a user terminal 5 (such as a smart phone), wherein the anti-counterfeiting feature information is obtained by collecting (such as scanning/shooting/reading and other collection modes) markers 2 (such as sawtooth anti-counterfeiting markers, RFID anti-counterfeiting markers and other information query type anti-counterfeiting markers) on a product by the user terminal 5;
s102: checking the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information by using the record information in the preset database 4 to obtain a checking result;
s103: feeding back the checking result to the user terminal 5;
the above steps are intended to realize on-line product authentication, specifically, when a manufacturer produces a product, unique anti-counterfeiting feature information such as a sawtooth or a texture two-dimensional code can be set on each product in advance, and meanwhile, each anti-counterfeiting feature information is recorded and stored in the preset database 4 so as to facilitate subsequent authentication. Further, when a user needs to perform product authentication, the user terminal 5 may collect the anti-counterfeiting feature information on the target product and send the anti-counterfeiting feature information to the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system for checking, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting checking system may match the received anti-counterfeiting feature information with the record information in the preset database 4, if the record information matched with the anti-counterfeiting feature information exists in the preset database 4, the target product is a genuine product and the authentication is qualified, otherwise, the authentication is not qualified, and finally, the checking result is fed back to the user terminal 5.
In addition, the manufacturer can also set anti-counterfeiting responsibility insurance for each product, and when the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information conforms to the record information in the preset database 4, namely the anti-counterfeiting checking result of the target genuine product is qualified, the policy information of the target product can be simultaneously fed back to the user terminal, so that the authenticity of the checking result is further ensured, and the trust of the user on the checking result is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for protecting the authenticity of the insurance product further comprises: feeding back the inspection result number corresponding to the inspection result to the user terminal 5; it is preferable that the inspection result number is fed back to the user terminal 5 together with the inspection result.
Specifically, while the online inspection result is fed back to the user terminal 5, the corresponding inspection result number may also be fed back to the user terminal 5 together, so that the user terminal 5 may implement offline product authentication based on the inspection result number. The inspection result number is a string of randomly generated unique numbers, and the specific contents of the inspection result number include, but are not limited to, user ID information, number information of the target product, product purchase time information, product online authentication time information, and random numbers.
S104: receiving an insurance claim evaluation request submitted by a user terminal 5;
this step is intended to realize the reception of an insurance claim qualification request, which is a true and false qualification request belonging to a judicial qualification level for the offline target product, and which can be initiated by the user based on the corresponding user terminal 5, and the target product is the product to be qualified. Specifically, when a user needs to perform true and false authentication on a certain product, an authentication request can be sent to an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system so as to realize the true and false authentication of the product. It will be appreciated that this step is designed to perform an offline secondary qualification, i.e., judicial qualification, of the product, which is equivalent to a final qualification, because the online inspection result (which is equivalent to a preliminary qualification) may be inaccurate, which may lead to the user purchasing a counterfeit.
S105: acquiring seller identity information according to the insurance claim identification request;
s106: the identity information of the seller is identified legally (for example, authenticity), and when the identity information of the seller is legal, the information of the identification mechanism is fed back to the user terminal 5;
the steps aim to realize the validity (especially the authenticity) check of the seller identity corresponding to the target product so as to ensure the validity of the source of the target product. Therefore, when the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives an insurance claim identification request for a target product, the seller identity information of the target product is firstly obtained based on the insurance claim identification request so as to verify the legality of the seller identity, and corresponding identification mechanism information can be fed back to the user terminal 5 only when the seller identity is legal, namely only after a suspect of selling and counterfeiting is provided by a user, wherein the identification mechanism information is related to a professional organization capable of performing offline product authenticity identification.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for protecting the authenticity of the insurance product can further comprise: receiving the purchase voucher information and/or the user identity information and/or the inspection result number of the product sent by the user terminal 5 (preferably before the above authentication mechanism information is fed back to the user terminal); and carrying out validity (for example, authenticity) authentication on the purchase voucher information and/or the user identity information and/or the verification result number.
In order to further ensure the source validity of the target product, the authenticity identification mechanism may also obtain the purchase voucher information, the user identity information, the inspection result number, and the like of the target product to perform validity identification, and of course, the purchase voucher information, the user identity information, and the inspection result number may all be obtained based on the insurance claim identification request, in other words, the insurance claim identification request is accepted only when the evidence such as the purchase voucher provided by the user can prove that the seller is suspected to sell the product.
As a preferred embodiment, the seller identity information may include one or more of a name of the seller, a contact address, a phone number, and an electronic mailbox; the purchase voucher information comprises one or more of a shopping receipt, an invoice, a payment voucher, a product brand, a three-pack card and a traceability code; the user identity information may include one or more of a name, an identification number, an address, a telephone number, a micro-signal number, and an electronic mailbox.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned various information may be attached to the user when the user initiates the authentication request, so that the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system can obtain the corresponding information by analyzing the request, or can feed back the information obtaining request to the user terminal when the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives the authentication request, so that the user submits the product information to the user terminal 5 again, and thus, the obtaining method of the various information is not unique, and the invention is not limited to this. Moreover, the specific content included in each piece of information is only one implementation manner provided by the preferred embodiment, and is not unique, and may also include one or more other types of related information according to actual situations.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for protecting the authenticity of the insurance product can further comprise: and feeding back the acceptance number corresponding to the insurance claim identification request to the user terminal.
Specifically, when the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives the insurance claim identification request, the corresponding acceptance number can be fed back to the user terminal to inform the user that the insurance claim identification request is accepted or inquired to obtain a corresponding identification conclusion, and meanwhile, the user can inquire the identification process of the target product according to the acceptance number.
Further, when the product seller information is legal, the authentication mechanism information is fed back to the user terminal, and in the specific implementation process, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system can query and determine the offline authentication mechanism corresponding to the target product through a pre-established database, for example, for different products and offline authentication mechanisms thereof, a corresponding relationship can be preset and stored in the database 4, of course, the corresponding relationship can be a one-to-one, many-to-one, one-to-many corresponding relationship, and is not unique, and can be set according to actual requirements, so that the authentication mechanism information can be obtained by querying the database.
As a preferred embodiment, the feeding back the authentication mechanism information to the user terminal 5 may include: receiving product information and user information sent by a user terminal 5; determining each authentication mechanism corresponding to the product according to the product information; inquiring in each authentication mechanism according to the user information to obtain a target authentication mechanism; authentication agency information corresponding to the target authentication agency is fed back to the user terminal 5.
For a product, there may be multiple corresponding offline authentication mechanisms, that is, the product and the offline authentication mechanism are in a one-to-many relationship, and in order to determine the authentication mechanism for offline authentication of a target product, that is, the target authentication mechanism, the user information and the product information may be obtained simultaneously, so as to determine the target authentication mechanism among the multiple offline authentication mechanisms according to the user's needs. Therefore, the product information and the user information submitted by the user terminal can be simultaneously acquired, each offline authentication mechanism corresponding to the target product is firstly acquired according to product information inquiry, and then the target authentication mechanism is selected from each offline authentication mechanism according to the user information, so that the true and false authentication of the product is realized. The specific content of the product information and the user information is not unique, and can be user identity information, product authenticity identification requirement information and the like.
As a preferred embodiment, the querying each authentication mechanism for obtaining a target authentication mechanism according to user information may include: determining a target address according to the user information; each authentication means is queried as a target authentication means for the authentication means closest to the target address.
The preferred embodiment provides a more specific method for selecting a target authentication mechanism, which is implemented based on address information. Specifically, the current address of the user, namely the target address, can be determined according to the user information, and the identification mechanism closest to the current address is selected as the target identification mechanism, so that the user can conveniently and timely send the target product to the target identification mechanism for true and false identification, the identification efficiency is improved, and the user experience is guaranteed.
As a preferred embodiment, the querying each authentication mechanism for obtaining a target authentication mechanism according to user information may include: acquiring user demand information according to the user information; determining the grade of a target mechanism according to the user demand information; each authentication means is queried for an authentication means that satisfies the rank of the target means as a target authentication means.
The preferred embodiment provides another specific method for selecting a target authentication mechanism, which is implemented based on the actual needs of the user. Specifically, since the certification authorities may be classified into different levels, such as different scales, in order to improve the user experience and the user confidence in the product authenticity certification conclusion, the user may select the level of the target certification authority, i.e., the target authority level, so that the certification authority satisfying the target authority level may be used as the target certification authority.
It should be understood that the above methods for selecting the target authentication mechanism are only two implementation manners provided by the present invention, and are not limited thereto, and may also be other types of feedback methods, for example, the relevant information of all authentication mechanisms corresponding to the target product may also be fed back to the user, so that the user can select the target authentication mechanism by himself, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
S107: and obtaining the product identification conclusion of the identification institution corresponding to the identification institution information, and feeding back the identification conclusion to the user terminal 5.
The step aims to realize the feedback of the offline identification conclusion, when a target identification mechanism is determined and the information of the target identification mechanism is fed back to the user terminal 5, the user can send the target product to the target identification mechanism for true and false identification, for example, a mailing method and other methods can be adopted, further, when the target identification mechanism finishes the identification of the target product to obtain the identification conclusion, the identification conclusion is fed back to the user terminal 5 through a product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, it can be understood that the identification conclusion is a manual detection conclusion, and thus, the offline product true and false identification is finished.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for protecting the authenticity of the insurance product can further comprise: and when the identification conclusion is qualified, counting the identification information, and storing the identification information into the product database 4.
The step aims to realize the storage of identification information, namely relevant information of the target product identified by a target identification mechanism, such as identifier information, identification time information, identification conclusion information and the like. More specifically, when the identification conclusion is obtained, it is determined whether the target product is genuine, and if true, the identification information is counted, and the identification information is stored together with other related information in the product database 4, so as to trace the source at a later stage.
Therefore, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method provided by the invention realizes the product authenticity identification by combining the online inspection and the offline identification, the system can identify the product according to the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information submitted by the user for the online inspection, and can inquire the corresponding offline identification mechanism to identify the product according to the insurance claim identification request submitted by the user for the offline identification.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the preferred embodiment provides a more specific insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method, which is implemented based on an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system.
Specifically, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system comprises an online checking system and an offline rechecking system, wherein the online checking system is used for realizing online product authenticity identification, and the offline rechecking system is used for realizing offline product authenticity identification.
One, on-line checking system
1. Setting an information inquiry type marker 2 for a product in the production process of the product;
2. setting (purchasing) anti-counterfeiting responsibility insurance for the marker 2 and endowing policy information 6;
3. storing the policy information and the anti-counterfeiting feature information on the marker as record information into an online checking system database 4 accessed to the Internet;
4. the consumer uses the intelligent terminal 5 (such as a smart phone) to inquire and verify whether the anti-counterfeiting feature information in the product marker is matched with the record information or not to identify the authenticity;
5. when the checked anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is matched with the record information in the database 4, the on-line checking system feeds back the identification conclusion information 11 that the product corresponding to the checked marker is a genuine product and the policy information 6 thereof to the intelligent terminal 5 of the consumer;
6. when the checked anti-counterfeiting feature information does not accord with the recorded information in the database 4, the on-line checking system feeds back the identification conclusion information 11 that the product corresponding to the checked marker is a counterfeit product to the intelligent terminal 5 of the consumer.
Second, the online rechecking system
1. A consumer uses the intelligent terminal 5 to apply for rechecking identification to the offline rechecking system;
2. the consumer uses the intelligent terminal 5 to fill the identity information, the contact information and the shopping information (commodity seller, shopping receipt, payment voucher, etc.) into the rechecking system;
3. the rechecking system feeds back acceptance information (acceptance notice such as name, address and the like of an authentication organization) to the intelligent terminal 5 of the consumer;
4. the consumer mails the product or the marker 2 on the product to a designated authentication organization according to the accepted information so as to carry out offline rechecking authentication;
5. the authentication mechanism feeds back the rechecking authentication conclusion to the intelligent terminal 5 of the consumer.
To solve the above technical problem, the present invention further discloses an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting marker, please refer to fig. 16, and fig. 16 is a schematic plan view of the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting marker provided by the present invention.
The identifier 2 is arranged on the product package 1, the identifier 2 is provided with an anti-counterfeiting feature 19 (such as randomly distributed structure grains, random saw teeth, random passwords and other individual anti-counterfeiting features) and an identifier code 10, and the anti-counterfeiting feature information and the identifier code 10 are combined into record information and stored in the preset database 4, so that the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system can check the anti-counterfeiting feature information submitted by the user terminal 5 by using the record information to obtain a checking result; the marker 2 and the product package 1 are connected into a non-destructive and separable whole to prevent the marker 2 from being transferred without damage; a knife edge line 3 (e.g., a die cut line/cut guide line, etc.) is provided around the area of the marker 2 on the product package 1 or around the area of the security feature 19 on the marker 2 so that the user can obtain the marker 2 (a partial area or a full area of the marker) based on the knife edge line 3 and submit it to an authentication facility to obtain an authentication conclusion.
Specifically, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting marker 2 is arranged on the product packaging material 1 so as to realize the true and false identification of the corresponding product, the marker 2 is provided with an anti-counterfeiting feature 19 and an identification code 10 for comparing and verifying the anti-counterfeiting feature information to be verified submitted by a user, the identification code 10 has uniqueness, but the number of the identification codes 10 arranged on the marker 2 is not unique and can be multiple; further, the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and the identification code 10 are combined into record information and stored in the preset database 4, so that after a user collects the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information on the marker 2 through the user terminal 5 and submits the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information to the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system can call the record information in the preset database 4 to check the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, and further a checking result is obtained, and therefore online anti-counterfeiting verification is achieved. Furthermore, the marker 2 is connected with the product package 1 as a non-destructive separable whole to prevent the marker 2 from being transferred to a counterfeit product without damage; and, the knife edge line 3 is set around the area of the marker 2 or the area of the anti-counterfeiting feature 19, so that the user can obtain the marker 2 based on the knife edge line 3, and the obtained marker 2 can be submitted to an authentication mechanism for authentication by adopting methods such as cutting, tearing and the like, so as to obtain an authentication conclusion, thereby realizing the off-line true and false authentication.
Referring to fig. 17 as a preferred embodiment, fig. 17 is a schematic plan view of another insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting marker (adopting a sawtooth anti-counterfeiting technology CN104794629B) provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where the marker 2 is provided with a vulnerable area 20 and a non-destructive area 21 (the non-destructive only refers to a damage condition that no damage trace is visually seen or that no software identification is affected); wherein the vulnerable area 20 and the product package 1 are connected into a non-damage separable whole to prevent the marker 2 from being transferred without damage; the intact zone 21 is connected to the product package 1 via the frangible zone 20, or the intact zone 21 is releasably connected to the product package 1, so that the user can obtain the identifier 2 or the intact zone 21.
Specifically, a vulnerable area 20 and a non-destructive area 21 are arranged on the marker 2, wherein the vulnerable area 20 is inseparably connected with the product package 1, so as to effectively ensure that the marker 2 is not transferred without damage, and further ensure the authenticity of the corresponding product; the non-destructive zone 21 is connected to the product package 1 and may be connected to the frangible zone 20, for example by being bonded to the product package 1 by a strong adhesive layer, or by being releasably connected by a removable adhesive layer, to facilitate access to the identifier 2 or the non-destructive zone 21 for off-line authenticity verification of the product.
As a preferred embodiment, the knife-edge line 3 is arranged in the vulnerable zone 20, the knife-edge line 3 separating the vulnerable zone 20 from the non-damaged zone 21. Specifically, referring also to fig. 17, the knife-edge line 3 is disposed between the vulnerable area 20 and the non-damaged area 21, and separation of the vulnerable area 20 and the non-damaged area 21 is achieved.
As a preferred embodiment, the existing uncovering bottom-left transparent self-adhesive material is adopted as a printing material to print the marker 2, a white background ink layer 22 is printed on the printing material, and the identification code 10 is printed on the white background ink layer 2 to be used as a lossless area 21, so that after the marker 2 is uncovered from the product package 1, even if the uncovering bottom layer is damaged, the anti-counterfeiting characteristics such as the sawtooth of the identification code 10 on the background of the white background ink layer 22 can be identified by software, and the offline true and false identification of the product can be realized.
