Description

Product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method and marker
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of product liability insurance and anti-counterfeiting, and particularly relates to a product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method and a marker.
Background
Policy refers to the official written proof that the insured life contracts with the insurer. The policy completely records the right obligation and responsibility of both parties of the insurance contract. The content of the policy record is the basis for the contract parties to fulfill. The policy is proof of the establishment of an insurance contract. The electronic insurance policy refers to an electronic insurance policy with an electronic insurance company electronic signature issued by an insurance company to an insured person by means of digital signature software and an enterprise digital certificate which conform to a PKI system. The electronic insurance policy has the same legal effectiveness as the paper insurance policy, and the electronic insurance policy can be used as the paper insurance policy after being subjected to color printing. Each insurance company has established a policy inquiry system, opens network inquiry and telephone inquiry, and can provide electronic policy inquiry service.
The product liability insurance means insurance that the insurer undertakes the liability for the damage when the insured life causes the third person to casualty or property loss to undertake the liability for the damage compensation in accordance with law due to the product defect. Product liability insurance insures that products or products manufactured and sold by insured life (manufacturers and distributors) are subject to accidents in the insured area causing personal injury, illness, death or property loss to the person using, consuming or operating the product or anyone else, and that the insurer is legally responsible for reimbursement within the agreed limit of reimbursement.
The inventor of the invention originally invented a genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method and a system (CN109658119A), which presets genuine responsibility insurance or/and insurance policy information for a product and establishes record information in an anti-counterfeiting query system database by combining anti-counterfeiting characteristic information in an anti-counterfeiting mark on the product; activating the insurance policy to enable the insurance policy to take effect while or after the anti-counterfeiting query system feeds back the identification conclusion information that the product to be searched is the genuine product to the smartphone of the inquirer; the third party guarantee that the product to be checked is genuine is provided for the inquirer by the insurance policy to enhance the trust of the inquirer on the authentication conclusion that the product to be checked is genuine. The method can enhance the credibility of the identification conclusion, improve the anti-counterfeiting query rate and enhance the anti-counterfeiting strength.
The inventor of the present invention originally invented "structural texture anti-counterfeiting method (CN 1074563C)" in 1998, which belongs to the information inspection type anti-counterfeiting technology. It has acquired international patents such as chinese invention patent, US invention patent (US6623041), russian invention patent (2202127), korean invention patent (0419436), vietnam invention patent (3347), etc. The random structure grain surface material is selected to manufacture a structure grain anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y); and printing an identification code with uniqueness; the random structure texture on the 'structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y)' is scanned and collected to be used as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, namely a basis for identifying authenticity, and is combined with the identification code to be recorded and stored in a computer anti-counterfeiting inquiry system database (namely a preset database) accessed to a telephone network or/and the Internet; the public can inquire and verify whether the random structure texture on the structure texture anti-counterfeiting marker conforms to the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (namely the record information) in the database through identification codes through communication tools such as telephones, mobile phone short messages, mobile phone multimedia messages, WeChat, faxes, computers on the Internet and the like, thereby verifying the authenticity. The patent 'grafting the ancient tiger-sign anti-counterfeiting principle with the modern communication technology and the computer technology', creating a new anti-counterfeiting field, and being evaluated as an anti-counterfeiting technical product which is 'originated in the world, advanced in the world, extremely difficult to forge, easy to identify and effective for a long time' by 'national anti-counterfeiting office' and national anti-counterfeiting industry association and organized national level evaluation and identification. And honor the first-class prize of the anti-counterfeiting science and technology of the third China Association for anti-counterfeiting industry. After more than twenty years of popularization, the anti-counterfeiting paper becomes the leading technical product in the domestic anti-counterfeiting market. The anti-counterfeiting technology has wide application, and is recognized as the anti-counterfeiting technology of the second generation information inquiry in China in the industry. Because the identification code and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information are clear, the anti-counterfeiting product can be purchased after being checked, so the query rate is higher, and the statistical display query rate is 1.1 percent, so the anti-counterfeiting strength is stronger and the anti-counterfeiting effect is better.
In the random structure texture surface material required by the structural texture anti-counterfeiting method (CN1074563C), individual elements such as randomly distributed fibers, fancy yarns, chips, particles, bubbles, sundries and the like are used for forming textures. For a long time, there has been a difficult application: in order to identify fake textures copied, a user needs to continuously publicize and warn the public that fibers are not printed ink marks, can adjust out the fibers with needles, and give a request for needle selection inspection (the detail can be checked in 2018 edition of 'Mofu brand new package certified products identification guide video'). Since 99.9% of consumers do not have sharp tools such as needles at hand during shopping, counterfeit products using counterfeit-grain anti-counterfeit prints copied by copying cannot be mistakenly purchased by the consumers due to failure of needle picking inspection.
In order to facilitate the public to discriminate true and false textures by hands, improve the anti-counterfeiting effect of the 'structural texture anti-counterfeiting method' and overcome the difficulty of disturbing texture anti-counterfeiting application, the inventor innovates a 'hand-tearing texture anti-counterfeiting method and a product and a material thereof (patent authorization publication No. CN 109215493B)'.
In order to facilitate the observation and discrimination of true and false textures by naked eyes of the public, improve the anti-counterfeiting effect of a 'structural texture anti-counterfeiting method' and overcome the puzzle texture anti-counterfeiting application problem, the Chinese patent application 'anti-counterfeiting mark, anti-counterfeiting system, texture particles for the anti-counterfeiting mark and use method (CN 106650872A)', creates a random structure texture plane material, which comprises a carrier and a plurality of texture particles randomly distributed on a bearing surface; the non-contact surface of each texture particle comprises at least two visual color parts, each visual color part presents respective visual color, so that at least one inclination angle exists, the integral visual color formed by observing the texture particles at the inclination angle presents visual color difference recognizable by human eyes, and the integral visual color formed by observing the texture particles in the vertical direction vertical to the bearing surface presents visual color difference recognizable by human eyes; the method can realize the specific identification characteristics of the texture particles in the random texture anti-counterfeiting mark without using auxiliary tools, thereby greatly improving the participation of the public. The attached drawings 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the specification are color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting markers which are commercially available and adopt the technology of the patent application (CN106650872A), two-dimensional codes are printed on a printing material, color-changing texture stickers are pasted on or around the two-dimensional codes, and the two-dimensional codes on samples are scanned to experience the process of verifying the authenticity of the samples. Because the color-changing texture paste can present different visual colors when being overlooked and squinted by naked eyes, the patent applicant vividly names the prepared film product with randomly distributed texture particles as a 'randomly distributed optical color-changing particle film'. Because the optical color-changing particles in the 'randomly distributed optical color-changing particle film' are required to be very thick, very dense and very uniform, the optical color-changing particles cannot be used for printing, can only be made into a very thick particle film for use, have extremely high cost, cannot be used as a printing material, and can only be cut into small blocks with the average size of 4mm multiplied by 4mm and adhered to a marker for use.
Research shows that the existing color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker products shown in the attached drawings 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the specification have the following technical defects: when the color-changing texture sticker is used on high-value products and used as a genuine product insurance marker, the color-changing texture sticker made of the randomly distributed optical color-changing particle film is easily cut off or peeled off by a counterfeiter completely and then is pasted on the surface or the periphery of a copied two-dimensional code. In other words, the color-changing texture sticker has high strength, is resistant to pulling and is not easy to damage, is easy to recycle and counterfeit, does not leave counterfeit marks and is not easy to find.

The color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker disclosed by the invention is classified into product packaging materials, namely belongs to one of thousands of product packaging materials. Sometimes the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker can be made into a small self-adhesive label and adhered to a large-size product package such as a paper box. Sometimes, the product packaging material is directly printed and manufactured on large-size product packaging materials such as paper boxes, bottles, iron cans and the like, and is combined with the product packaging materials into a whole.
The anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy of the invention comprises a printing policy or an electronic version of the printing policy. The anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy of the invention can also be called as genuine insurance policy or genuine insurance for short.
The identification code of the present invention is preferably a character string which is composed of characters such as letters, numbers, underlines, etc. and can be used as a link address.
The randomly distributed optical color-changing particle film generally refers to various random structure texture plane materials capable of presenting different colors when overlooking and squinting, and comprises but is not limited to the randomly distributed optical color-changing particle film in the patent application (CN106650872A), and a piece of small piece is formed by cutting and processing the plane materials, and the randomly distributed optical color-changing particle film is called as a color-changing texture sticker.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can produce the following beneficial technical effects.
Firstly, the characteristic information of the intersection area of the color-changing texture sticker and the identification code is collected to be used as another anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, namely intersection characteristic information. Therefore, it is difficult for a counterfeiter to cut off the intersection for counterfeiting. The experiment shows that: if the color-changing texture sticker and the intersection area thereof are cut off or stripped off together for counterfeiting, obvious cracks, dislocation, color difference and other counterfeiting marks are inevitably left between the cut and pasted area and the identification code, a user can see that the mark is fake at a glance (as shown in figure 15), and the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system software can also identify the counterfeiting marks and judge that the mark is a recovered counterfeit mark.
Secondly, when the printing material selects a product packaging material (such as a glass bottle/iron can), and the color-changing texture sticker is overlapped on the product packaging material by identification codes such as two-dimensional codes, the color-changing texture sticker and the product packaging material are combined into a firm and unbreakable whole, and cannot be sewn on the product packaging material like a patch, so that the packaging grade and the counterfeiting difficulty can be improved.
Thirdly, statistics display: the inquiry rate is improved by more than 30 times, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is greatly enhanced. The outstanding technical effect is unexpected and is the technical effect of dreaming of anti-counterfeiting technical research and development personnel at home and abroad.
In summary, the product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method provided by the invention realizes the anti-counterfeiting identification by combining the online inspection and the offline identification, for the online inspection, the system can identify the product according to the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information submitted by the user, for the offline identification, the system can inquire the corresponding offline identification mechanism to identify the product according to the insurance claim identification request submitted by the user, and before the online identification, the legality check can be carried out on the product seller information to ensure the legality of the product source, therefore, the online inspection and the offline identification are combined, the accuracy of the inspection result is effectively enhanced, the trust of the user on the product is improved, and the anti-counterfeiting strength and the anti-counterfeiting effect of the anti-counterfeiting identification technology are further enhanced.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment.
And setting an anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 for the product, wherein the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 comprises a printing policy or an electronic version of the printing policy.
As shown in fig. 7, the policy information 6 of the anti-counterfeiting liability policy 7 with the insurance beneficiary identity information column pending (i.e., left empty) is printed out with offset a5 paper and loaded into the product packaging 14. For example, the printed content is: the insurance company guarantees that the product purchased by the insurance company is a genuine product, and if doubts exist, the insurance company can carry out final judicial appraisal on the product through other third-party institutions with judicial appraisal qualification; in case of being identified as a fake product, you pay the available insurance company for insurance claim money equivalent to three times of the selling price of the product; the user terminal 9 such as a smart phone is used for worship to scan the two-dimensional code, an insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system is logged in, identity information is filled in, and the insurance beneficiary is registered under your name.
The anti-counterfeiting liability insurance policy 7 is coded, and each anti-counterfeiting liability insurance policy 7 is printed with a unique insurance policy code or serial number.
Preferably, non-setting adhesive easy-to-shred paper is used as the printing material 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a color-changing texture sticker 3 square block with the width of 7mm is manufactured by randomly distributing optical color-changing particle films, and the color-changing texture sticker 3 square block is pasted on the printing material 1, namely the non-setting adhesive easy-to-shred paper.
The identification code 2 is jet-printed on the color-changing texture sticker 3 and the printing material 1 in a two-dimensional code form, and the local area of the two-dimensional code is overlapped on the square of the color-changing texture sticker 3, so that the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 is manufactured; the center of the two-dimensional code is reserved with an artificial window of 4mm multiplied by 4mm, and the artificial window is considered to be a large coding gap 5 by the invention.
The color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 and the product packaging material 14 are combined into an unbreakable whole, so that the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 cannot be transferred to fake goods without damage.
Randomly distributed characteristic information of the optical color-changing particles exposed by the coding gaps 5 such as the window and the like on the color-changing texture sticker 3 is collected and is correspondingly stored in a preset database 10 as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and the policy information 6 and the identification code 2 of the anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 to serve as record information.
Preferably, the characteristic information (such as the information of the optical color-changing particles and the relative position relationship between the optical color-changing particles and the coding slits 5) of the intersection region 19 of the color-changing texture sticker 3 and the identification code 2 and the surrounding vicinity thereof can be collected as another anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, namely the intersection characteristic information 15. The intersection characteristic information 15 is another new anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, and is combined characteristic information formed by randomly combining randomly distributed characteristics of optical color-changing particles and characteristics around the mark coding ink block shape, position and the intersection area 19.
Preferably, the drying time is delayed by 1-2 seconds after the code is sprayed, so that the mark code 2 ink block has a longer time to diffuse or shrink by 0.03-0.1mm, thereby slightly deforming into a random shape. Therefore, when a counterfeiter copies the two-dimensional code, the ink block with the random shape is difficult to copy, so that the copying difficulty can be increased, and the anti-counterfeiting strength is improved.
Since the "randomly distributed optically variable particle film" is thick, and the average thickness is greater than or equal to 110 μm, it is preferable to cut the edge of the color-variable texture sticker 3 to be thin or/and to cut into burrs, such as a bevel edge (as shown in fig. 16), a multi-step edge, a burr edge, a curved edge, and the like. Therefore, the edges of the color-changing texture sticker 3 are smoothly and firmly adhered by the two-dimensional code ink blocks, and the difficulty of clipping and recovering the color-changing texture sticker can be increased.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 17, the color-changing texture paste is pasted in a preset (e.g., laser engraved) pit/window 20 on the printing material, so as to prevent the color-changing texture paste 3 in the intersection area 19 from being too high to affect the quality and the beauty of the two-dimensional code.
The user terminal 9 collects the anti-counterfeiting feature information on the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system receives the anti-counterfeiting feature information submitted by the user terminal 9, and the anti-counterfeiting feature information is checked by using the record information in the preset database 10 to obtain a checking result.
And at the same time of or after the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system sends the identification conclusion information 11 of which the checking result is a genuine product to the user terminal 9, sending the policy information 6 corresponding to the checked color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 to the user terminal 9 so as to prompt the user to purchase/consume at ease.
An insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system as shown in figure 8 is built. The system can be composed of an anti-counterfeiting inquiry subsystem 12 and a policy registration subsystem 13.
The policy information 6 and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information of the anti-counterfeiting liability policy 7 are stored and recorded in a preset database 10 of the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system in a one-to-one correspondence way with the identification codes 2.
Thus, when the consumer purchases the product, the user terminal 9 can be used to scan the identification code 2 and log in the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system, and the identity information of the consumer is registered as the insurance beneficiary.
The consumer subjectively logs in the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system after scanning the code, and the consumer objectively and unconsciously inquires and verifies the authenticity of the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system. If the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 is true, the set policy information 6 can be sent to the user terminal 9 of the user by the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system at the same time or after the authentication conclusion information 11 that the checked anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 is true is fed back to the user terminal 9 of the consumer. Referring to fig. 7, for example, the transmitted information is: the insurance company guarantees to you that the product purchased by you is genuine. If doubts exist, the product can be judiciously identified by other third parties with judicial qualification; in case of being identified as fake, you can obtain the insurance claim amount paid by the insurance company to three times of the selling price of the product.
On the contrary, if the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 is counterfeit, the insurance policy inquiry transmitting system sends out warning information (for example, sending out "you check that the insurance policy/product is counterfeit" and the like) to the user terminal 9 to prompt the user to be wary of counterfeiting.
In this way, the user can obtain insurance claims as an insurance beneficiary in case the product is counterfeit.
Example two.
Preferably, fragile paper is used as the printing material 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a color-changing texture sticker 3 square block with the width of 7mm is manufactured by using an optical color-changing particle film which is randomly distributed, and the color-changing texture sticker 3 square block is pasted on the printing material 1. Of course, the color-changing texture sticker 3 can also be made into a color-changing texture safety line with the width of 1-4mm and attached to the printing material 1.
The identification code 2 is printed on the color-changing texture sticker 3 and the printing material 1 in a two-dimensional code form, and the local area of the two-dimensional code is overlapped on the left side of the square of the color-changing texture sticker 3, so that the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 is manufactured.
The color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 and the product packaging material 14 are combined into an unbreakable whole, so that the color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 cannot be transferred to fake goods without damage.
Randomly distributed characteristic information (including texture characteristic information on the right side of a square of the color-changing texture sticker 3) of the optical color-changing particles exposed out of the coding gap 5 on the color-changing texture sticker 3 is collected and is correspondingly stored in a preset database 10 as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information together with policy information 6 and identification codes 2 of an anti-counterfeiting responsibility policy 7 to serve as record information.
Since the "randomly distributed optically variable particle film" is thick, and the average thickness is greater than or equal to 50 μm, it is preferable to cut the edge of the color-variable texture sticker 3 to be thin or/and to cut into burrs, such as a bevel edge (as shown in fig.
17, the color-changing texture patches are attached to the printing material in the predetermined (e.g., die-cut) pits/windows 20, so as to prevent the color-changing texture patches 3 in the intersection areas 19 from being too high to affect the printing quality of the two-dimensional code.
Example three.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of a product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method provided by the present invention, and the product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method may include:
s101: receiving anti-counterfeiting feature information submitted by a user terminal 9 (such as a smart phone), wherein the anti-counterfeiting feature information is acquired by a color-changing texture anti-counterfeiting marker 4 on a product acquired (such as acquisition modes of scanning/shooting) by the user terminal 9;
s102: checking the anti-counterfeiting feature information by using the record information in the preset database 10 to obtain a checking result;
s103: the result of the inspection is fed back to the user terminal 9.
The above steps are intended to realize online product anti-counterfeiting authentication, specifically, when a manufacturer produces a product, unique anti-counterfeiting feature information, such as intersection feature information 15, can be set on each product in advance, and meanwhile, each anti-counterfeiting feature information is recorded and stored in the preset database 10 so as to facilitate subsequent anti-counterfeiting authentication. Further, when a user needs to perform product anti-counterfeiting authentication, the user terminal 9 can acquire anti-counterfeiting feature information on a target product and send the anti-counterfeiting feature information to the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system for checking, the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting checking system can match the received anti-counterfeiting feature information by using the record information in the preset database 10, if the record information matched with the anti-counterfeiting feature information exists in the preset database 10, the target product is a genuine product and is qualified in authentication, otherwise, the authentication is unqualified, and finally, the result is fed back to the user terminal 9.
In addition, the manufacturer can also set anti-counterfeiting responsibility insurance for each product, and when the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information conforms to the record information in the preset database 10, namely the anti-counterfeiting checking result of the target genuine product is qualified, the policy information 6 of the target product can be simultaneously fed back to the user terminal 9, so that the authenticity of the checking result is further ensured, and the trust of the user on the checking result is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for ensuring the authenticity and the counterfeit prevention of the product further comprises the following steps: feeding back the inspection result number corresponding to the inspection result to the user terminal 9; it is preferable that the inspection result number is fed back to the user terminal 9 together with the inspection result.
Specifically, while the online inspection result is fed back to the user terminal 9, the corresponding inspection result number may also be fed back to the user terminal 9 together, so that the user terminal 9 may implement offline product authentication based on the inspection result number. The inspection result number is a string of randomly generated unique numbers, and the specific contents of the inspection result number include, but are not limited to, user ID information, number information of the target product, product purchase time information, product online authentication time information, and random numbers.
S104: receiving an insurance claim evaluation request submitted by a user terminal 9;
this step is intended to realize the reception of an insurance claim identification request, which is an anti-counterfeit identification request belonging to the judicial identification level for the offline target product, and which can be initiated by the user based on the corresponding user terminal 9, and the target product is the product to be identified. Specifically, when a user needs to perform anti-counterfeiting authentication on a certain product, an authentication request can be sent to the corresponding anti-counterfeiting authentication system, so that the anti-counterfeiting authentication of the product is realized. It will be appreciated that this step is designed to perform an offline secondary qualification, i.e., judicial qualification, of the product, which is equivalent to a final qualification, because the online inspection result (which is equivalent to a preliminary qualification) may be inaccurate, which may lead to the user purchasing a counterfeit.
S105: acquiring seller identity information according to the insurance claim identification request;
s106: the seller identity information is authenticated for validity (e.g., authenticity), and when the seller identity information is legitimate, authentication agency information is fed back to the user terminal 9.
The steps aim to realize the validity (especially the authenticity) check of the seller identity corresponding to the target product so as to ensure the validity of the source of the target product. Therefore, when the anti-counterfeiting authentication system receives an insurance claim identification request for a target product, the seller identity information of the target product is firstly obtained based on the insurance claim identification request so as to verify the legality of the seller identity, and corresponding authentication mechanism information can be fed back to the user terminal 9 only when the seller identity is legal, namely only after a user supplies a false suspect, wherein the authentication mechanism information is related to a professional organization capable of performing off-line product anti-counterfeiting authentication.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for ensuring the authenticity and the counterfeit prevention of the product can further comprise the following steps: receiving the purchase voucher information and/or the user identity information and/or the inspection result number of the product sent by the user terminal 9 (preferably before the above authentication mechanism information is fed back to the user terminal); and carrying out validity (for example, authenticity) authentication on the purchase voucher information and/or the user identity information and/or the verification result number.
In order to further ensure the source validity of the target product, the anti-counterfeiting authentication mechanism can also simultaneously acquire the purchase voucher information, the user identity information, the inspection result number and the like of the target product to authenticate the validity, and of course, the purchase voucher information, the user identity information and the inspection result number can be acquired based on the insurance claim authentication request, in other words, the insurance claim authentication request is accepted only when evidence such as the purchase voucher provided by the user can prove that the seller is suspected to sell the product.
As a preferred embodiment, the seller identity information may include one or more of a name of the seller, a contact address, a phone number, and an electronic mailbox; the purchase voucher information comprises one or more of a shopping receipt, an invoice, a payment voucher, a product brand, a three-pack card and a traceability code; the user identity information may include one or more of a name, an identification number, an address, a telephone number, a micro-signal number, and an electronic mailbox.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned various information may be attached to the user when the user initiates an authentication request, so that the anti-counterfeit authentication system can obtain corresponding information through request analysis, or can feed back an information obtaining request to the user terminal when the anti-counterfeit authentication system receives the authentication request, so that the user submits the product information to the user terminal 9 again, and thus, the obtaining method of various information is not unique, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Moreover, the specific content included in each piece of information is only one implementation manner provided by the preferred embodiment, and is not unique, and may also include one or more other types of related information according to actual situations.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for ensuring the authenticity and the counterfeit prevention of the product can further comprise the following steps: and feeding back the acceptance number corresponding to the insurance claim identification request to the user terminal 9.
Specifically, when the anti-counterfeit authentication system receives the insurance claim authentication request, the corresponding acceptance number can be fed back to the user terminal 9 to inform the user that the insurance claim authentication request is accepted or inquired to obtain a corresponding authentication conclusion, and meanwhile, the user can inquire the authentication process of the target product according to the acceptance number.
Further, when the product vendor information is legal, the authentication mechanism information is fed back to the user terminal 9, and in the specific implementation process, the anti-counterfeiting authentication system can query and determine the offline authentication mechanism corresponding to the target product through a pre-established database, for example, for different products and offline authentication mechanisms thereof, a corresponding relationship can be preset and stored in the database 10, and of course, the corresponding relationship can be a one-to-one, many-to-one, one-to-many corresponding relationship, which is not unique, and can be set according to actual requirements, so that the authentication mechanism information can be obtained by querying the database.
As a preferred embodiment, the feeding back the authentication mechanism information to the user terminal 9 may include: receiving product information and user information sent by a user terminal 9; determining each authentication mechanism corresponding to the product according to the product information; inquiring in each authentication mechanism according to the user information to obtain a target authentication mechanism; authentication agency information corresponding to the target authentication agency is fed back to the user terminal 9.
For a product, there may be multiple corresponding offline authentication mechanisms, that is, the product and the offline authentication mechanism are in a one-to-many relationship, and in order to determine the authentication mechanism for offline authentication of a target product, that is, the target authentication mechanism, the user information and the product information may be obtained simultaneously, so as to determine the target authentication mechanism among the multiple offline authentication mechanisms according to the user's needs. Therefore, the product information and the user information submitted by the user terminal 9 can be simultaneously acquired, each offline identification mechanism corresponding to the target product is acquired according to product information inquiry, and then the target identification mechanism is selected from each offline identification mechanism according to the user information, so that the product anti-counterfeiting identification is realized. The specific contents of the product information and the user information are not unique, and can be user identity information, product anti-counterfeiting identification requirement information and the like.
As a preferred embodiment, the querying each authentication mechanism for obtaining a target authentication mechanism according to user information may include: determining a target address according to the user information; each authentication means is queried as a target authentication means for the authentication means closest to the target address.
The preferred embodiment provides a more specific method for selecting a target authentication mechanism, which is implemented based on address information. Specifically, the current address of the user, namely the target address, can be determined according to the user information, and the identification mechanism closest to the target address is selected as the target identification mechanism, so that the user can conveniently and timely send the target product to the target identification mechanism for anti-counterfeiting identification, the identification efficiency is improved, and the user experience is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, the querying each authentication mechanism for obtaining a target authentication mechanism according to user information may include: acquiring user demand information according to the user information; determining the grade of a target mechanism according to the user demand information; each authentication means is queried for an authentication means that satisfies the rank of the target means as a target authentication means.
The preferred embodiment provides another specific method for selecting a target authentication mechanism, which is implemented based on the actual needs of the user. Specifically, since the authentication mechanisms may be classified into different levels, such as different scales, in order to improve the user experience and the user's confidence in the anti-counterfeit authentication conclusion of the product, the user may select the level of the target authentication mechanism, i.e., the level of the target mechanism, so that the authentication mechanism satisfying the level of the target mechanism may be used as the target authentication mechanism.
It should be understood that the above methods for selecting the target authentication mechanism are only two implementation manners provided by the present invention, and are not limited thereto, and may also be other types of feedback methods, for example, the relevant information of all authentication mechanisms corresponding to the target product may also be fed back to the user, so that the user can select the target authentication mechanism by himself, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
S107: and obtaining the product identification conclusion of the identification institution corresponding to the identification institution information, and feeding back the identification conclusion to the user terminal 9.
The step aims to realize the feedback of the offline identification conclusion, when a target identification mechanism is determined and the information of the target identification mechanism is fed back to the user terminal 9, the user can send the target product to the target identification mechanism for anti-counterfeiting identification, for example, a mailing method and other methods can be adopted, further, when the target identification mechanism finishes the identification of the target product to obtain the identification conclusion, the identification conclusion is fed back to the user terminal 9 through a product anti-counterfeiting identification system, and it can be understood that the identification conclusion is a manual detection conclusion, and thus, the offline product anti-counterfeiting identification is finished.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for ensuring the authenticity and the counterfeit prevention of the product can further comprise the following steps: when the result of the authentication is qualified, the authentication information is counted and saved to the product database 10.
The step aims to realize the storage of identification information, namely relevant information of anti-counterfeiting identification of a target product by a target identification mechanism, such as identifier information, identification time information, identification conclusion information and the like. More specifically, when the identification conclusion is obtained, it is determined whether the target product is genuine, and if true, the identification information is counted, and the identification information is stored together with other related information in the product preset database 10, so as to trace the source at a later stage.
Therefore, the product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method provided by the invention realizes the anti-counterfeiting identification of the product by combining the online inspection and the offline identification, the system can identify the product according to the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information submitted by the user for the online inspection, and can inquire the corresponding offline identification mechanism to identify the product according to the insurance claim identification request submitted by the user for the offline identification, and the legality check can be carried out on the product seller information before the online identification so as to ensure the legality of the product source, so that the online inspection and the offline identification are combined, the accuracy of the inspection result is effectively enhanced, the trust of the user on the product is improved, and the anti-counterfeiting strength and the anti-counterfeiting effect of the anti-counterfeiting identification technology are further enhanced.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the preferred embodiment provides a more specific product insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method, which is implemented based on an anti-counterfeiting identification system.
Specifically, the anti-counterfeiting identification system comprises an online checking system and an offline rechecking system, wherein the online checking system is used for realizing the anti-counterfeiting identification of the online product, and the offline rechecking system is used for realizing the anti-counterfeiting identification of the offline product.

5. the authentication mechanism feeds back the rechecking authentication conclusion to the intelligent terminal 9 of the consumer.
Example four.
As shown in fig. 15, if a counterfeiter cuts and recovers the color-changing texture sticker 3 in fig. 1 for counterfeiting, a clear forged trace 17 such as crack, dislocation, color difference and the like is inevitably left between the cut and pasted area 18 and the copied identification code 2, so that a user can see that the mark is false at a glance, and the insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting system software can also recognize the forged trace 17, in particular easily recognize the black and light difference and the new and old difference between the newly copied two-dimensional code area (the light black area in fig. 15) and the original two-dimensional code part (the dark black area in fig. 15) of the cut and pasted area 18, and determine that the mark is false due to recycling. In other words, after the scheme of the invention is adopted, the recycled color-changing texture sticker 3 is used for counterfeiting, seamless butt joint is difficult to achieve, and the color-changing texture sticker is easy to find.
The technical solution provided by the present invention is described in detail above.
