Abstract
According to the aldehyde-free addition authentication label tracing system management platform provided by the invention, a tracing system of an aldehyde-free addition artificial board and a product thereof is formulated by combining an aldehyde-free addition artificial board and a product authentication rule thereof and actual conditions of an artificial board industry, an aldehyde-free addition product label is applied on the platform by an aldehyde-free addition authentication artificial board and an artificial board product enterprise, and a terminal consumer can perform three-level tracing by scanning the label attached to the product; the first-level can inquire the manufacturer of the product, the quality of the batch of products, an authentication certificate and an enterprise promissory note, the second-level can trace back the artificial board raw material production enterprise, the type and the qualified type detection report used by the product, and the third-level can trace back the tracing information such as the type of the adopted adhesive.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of enterprise authentication information management, in particular to a non-aldehyde added authentication label tracing system management platform.
Background
With the general concern of consumers on formaldehyde release of artificial boards and products thereof, various products with low aldehyde and no aldehyde addition appear in the market, but a third party certification system of related national standards is lacked. Therefore, a tracing system for the artificial board without aldehyde addition and the product thereof and a tracing platform based on the tracing system are needed, wherein the tracing system is formulated by combining the artificial board without aldehyde addition and the product authentication rule thereof and the actual situation of the artificial board industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a management platform of an aldehyde-free added authentication label tracing system, which provides authentication and tracing of artificial boards and products thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, an aspect of the present invention provides a tracing system management platform without adding an authentication tag to an aldehyde, including:

the label management module is used for generating a label, auditing the label and activating the label, the label is scanned and used for displaying the primary traceability information, the secondary traceability information and the tertiary traceability information, the primary traceability information comprises a manufacturer of a product, the quality of the batch of products, an authentication certificate and an enterprise promissory book, the secondary traceability information comprises production enterprises, types and detection reports of artificial boards and raw materials, and the tertiary traceability information comprises the type of an adopted adhesive;
the data statistics module is used for checking the label data, the enterprise data and the product data;
the insurance claim settlement module is used for processing products which do not meet the environmental protection requirement and submitting the insurance company to pay in advance.

Fig. 1 is a system framework diagram of a management platform of a non-aldehyde-added authentication tag traceability system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, a non-aldehyde-added authentication management platform 100 of the present invention includes an enterprise management module 101, a classification management module 102, a product management module 103, a tag management module 104, a data statistics module 105, an anti-counterfeit check module 106, and an account management module 107.
The enterprise management module 101 is used for creating, deleting, modifying and checking enterprises in the platform, configuring certificates, configuring managers and resetting passwords, managing enterprises upstream and downstream of the formaldehyde-free artificial board industrial chain, and acquiring types of the enterprises, enterprise authentication certificates and enterprise promissory books, wherein the types of the enterprises comprise adhesive manufacturers, artificial board product manufacturers and deep processing processors.
Specifically, the enterprise management module 101 further includes an enterprise creation sub-module and an enterprise management sub-module.
Preferably, the enterprise creation sub-module is configured to provide an enterprise creation page, the enterprise creation page including an enterprise type, an enterprise name, an enterprise address, a contact, an enterprise commitment, and a credential type.
Preferably, the enterprise management submodule is used for providing an enterprise search page, an account configuration page, an enterprise information management page and a certificate configuration page.

The classification management module 102 is used to maintain the types of products and product authentication certificates, and set enterprise types, product names, product types and related detection reports, where the product types include adhesives, artificial boards, artificial board products and deep-processed products.
Specifically, the classification management module 102 includes: a product type configuration submodule and a certificate type configuration submodule.
The product type configuration submodule is used for creating, modifying and inquiring the enterprise type and the product type. The certificate type configuration submodule is used for creating, inquiring and modifying certificate types.
