Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of commodity anti-counterfeiting, and particularly relates to an improved application of an ink edge anti-counterfeiting method and an ink edge anti-counterfeiting network identification system (CN 106096971B) and a genuine product insurance anti-counterfeiting method and a genuine product insurance anti-counterfeiting system (CN 109658119A), namely a commodity insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method.
Background
The Chinese patent application discloses insurance fidelity series patents such as 'genuine insurance anti-counterfeiting method and system (CN 109658119A)' and the like which are initiated by the inventor, and the insurance policy information which are responsible for genuine goods are preset for the goods, and the record information is established in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database by combining the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information in the anti-counterfeiting label on the goods; activating the insurance policy to enable the insurance policy to take effect while or after the anti-counterfeiting checking system feeds back the authentication conclusion information that the checked commodity is a genuine commodity to the smart phone of the consumer; the insurance policy is used to provide the consumer with the guarantee that the checked commodity is the genuine commodity, so as to enhance the trust of the consumer on the identification conclusion that the checked commodity is the genuine commodity. Said invention can make consumer purchase and consume at ease.
Chinese patent applications such as ' uncovering type anti-counterfeiting mark and preparation method thereof (CN 105469704B) ' a novel plastic film uncovering bottom-left label (CN 206711492U) ', and the like, comprise a label upper layer (called as an uncoverable surface layer in the application) and a label lower layer (called as a non-uncoverable bottom layer in the application); the lower layer of the label comprises a release agent layer, an opaque layer (referred to as a colored background layer in the application) and a self-adhesive layer, wherein the release agent layer is printed with an anti-counterfeiting pattern. They have a common disadvantage: because the anti-counterfeiting pattern of the label is printed on the unreleasable bottom layer, the production process sequence comprises the steps of firstly printing the anti-counterfeiting pattern and then coating the adhesive sticker; but can not be operated reversely, firstly coating the non-setting adhesive and then printing the anti-counterfeiting pattern. This disadvantage results in long label production periods and high production costs for small batches of label orders.
The Chinese patent 'ink edge anti-counterfeiting method and ink edge anti-counterfeiting network identification system (CN 106096971B)' authorizes the technical scheme of the applicant for anti-counterfeiting by using ink edge sawteeth, and comprises the steps of printing codes/pictures and texts on a printing stock, and randomly deforming the edges of the codes/pictures and texts ink to generate personalized ink edge sawteeth; carrying out enlarged shooting on the printed codes/pictures and texts so as to shoot and obtain the ink edge sawtooth characteristic information and the code information; and storing the ink edge sawtooth characteristic information and the corresponding code information acquired by amplifying and shooting into an anti-counterfeiting checking system database to serve as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information for the public to check the authenticity.
The study showed that: after a counterfeiter obtains the ink edge sawtooth image of the code or the image and text by a high-definition scanning method, very vivid ink edge sawtooth can be printed and copied by a plate printing process such as an offset press, so that the software identification difficulty of the anti-counterfeiting checking system is increased, and the accuracy of checking conclusion is reduced. This may increase the security liability in "genuine insurance security method and system" (CN 109658119A). In other words, the prior art has technical holes that are vulnerable to spoofing.
How to increase the difficulty of copying and forging ink along sawteeth, prevent recovery and counterfeiting, block the technical loopholes of fraud and guarantee and reduce the anti-counterfeiting responsibility is a technical problem to be solved urgently by an ink edge anti-counterfeiting method and an ink edge anti-counterfeiting network identification system (CN 106096971B) and a genuine product insurance anti-counterfeiting method and system (CN 109658119A).
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the method is used for increasing the difficulty of copying and forging ink along sawteeth, preventing recovery and counterfeiting, blocking the technical loophole of fraud and guarantee and reducing the anti-counterfeiting responsibility.
A commodity insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is characterized in that: providing the anti-counterfeiting responsibility insurance policy and insurance policy information for the commodity; arranging an anti-counterfeit label on the commodity; storing and recording the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (on the anti-counterfeiting label) into an anti-counterfeiting checking system database (accessed to the Internet) (to be used as a basis for identifying the authenticity of the commodity, namely recording information); the consumer uses the smart phone to check the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information (on the anti-counterfeiting label) to the anti-counterfeiting checking system (whether the anti-counterfeiting characteristic information accords with the record information in the database so as to identify the authenticity of the commodity); the anti-counterfeiting checking system feeds back the identification conclusion information and insurance policy information of the checked commodity as a genuine product to the smart phone (of the consumer); the anti-counterfeiting label comprises a surface layer which can be uncovered and a bottom layer which can not be uncovered, wherein a release agent layer is arranged between the surface layer and the bottom layer, and a peelable structure is formed between the surface layer and the bottom layer by the release agent layer; the surface layer is provided with a plurality of holes; the depth H of the hole is more than or equal to the thickness of the surface layer, and H is 0.01-0.8 mm, or 0.035-0.05 mm, or 0.06-0.1 mm; the surface layer and the bottom layer in the hole are printed with coding/graphic ink. Preferably, the ink on the cover and the base within the hole are stitched to form a complete coding/graphics pattern.
Preferably, the surface tension L of the surface layer is adopted in the method for ensuring the authenticity and the anti-counterfeiting of the commodity insurance1Surface tension L with the underlayer2The ratio of k = L1/ L2K is not less than 1.2, or 1/k is not less than 1.2. As a result, the coding/graphic ink has distinct ink edge serrations. In order to increase the difficulty of counterfeiting, k is preferably more than or equal to 3, or 1/k is more than or equal to 3, so that the ink along the sawtooth difference between the surface layer and the bottom layer is more obvious.
Preferably, the thickness of the bottom layer is more than or equal to 0.01mm, 0.02mm, 0.03mm, 0.04mm, 0.05mm or 0.06mm in the method for guaranteeing the authenticity and the anti-counterfeiting of the commodity. This is so because the thicker the base layer, the less likely it is that the laser will damage (i.e., penetrate) the base layer and cause substantial waste when it is engraved in the face layer. It should be noted that the thickness of the bottom layer of the current common tamper-evident self-adhesive paper (including film) is less than 0.01mm, even less than 0.008 mm. Preferably, in order to make the touch of the hole more obvious to the public, the diameter (i.e. width) of the hole is preferably 0.06-3.8 mm, or 1-3 mm, or 1.5-2.5 mm.
Preferably, in the method for fidelity and anti-counterfeiting of the commodity insurance, the holes are laser engraved holes, and the holes can be mechanically cut; or full-page holes are distributed on the surface layer; alternatively, the hole has a raised edge and the hand touches the hole to a rough touch.
Preferably, in the method for ensuring the authenticity and the anti-counterfeiting of the commodity, the raised edge is a pimple formed by melting the surface layer material (the laser engraving temperature is changed sharply).
Preferably, in the method for ensuring the authenticity and the anti-counterfeiting of the commercial product, the raised edge is a lump formed by melting the coating layer on the surface layer. The study showed that: because the surface layer and the coating layer have different thermal shrinkage strengths, when the holes are engraved by laser, the coating layer is shrunk and melted to form a ring of pimples by the sharply changed temperature.
Preferably, the commodity insurance fidelity anti-counterfeiting method is characterized in that a metal ink layer is additionally arranged in the bottom layer to further enhance the thickness of the bottom layer and avoid laser burning through the bottom layer.
Preferably, in the method for fidelity and anti-counterfeiting of the commodity insurance, the color of the surface layer at the edge of the hole is different from the color of the bottom layer in the hole. Thus, it is almost impossible, i.e. more difficult, to reproduce the counterfeit because of the error of the overprinting machine, if the counterfeiter wants to accurately locate the boundary between the color of the edge of the hole to be reproduced and the color of the bottom layer in the hole.
Preferably, the code and the text are combined into one, in other words, the code is used as the text.
Thus, after the anti-counterfeit label is attached to the commodity, a counterfeiter can only lift the surface layer but not the bottom layer. The ink on the bottom layer in the hole is necessarily retained on the commodity along the saw teeth, so that the ink edge characteristic information cannot be completely recovered, and the recovery and counterfeiting can be effectively prevented.
The insurance policy generally refers to effective evidences of the insurance letter, the insurance policy, the insurance certificate, the guaranty book and the like which undertake the responsibility of anti-counterfeiting failed claim payment, and includes but is not limited to the insurance policy such as the written certificate of the insurance contract signed by the insurer and the policyholder. The insurance letter is also called insurance certificate, and is a kind of written credit guarantee certificate issued to third party (including consumer) by law makers such as bank, insurance company, guarantee company, anti-counterfeiting company, etc.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can produce the following beneficial technical effects.
First, cannot replicate: the current plate printing process transfers the ink image and text to the contacted printing stock through a printing plate. Because the bottom layer in the hole is lower than the surface layer, the printing plate can not be contacted, so that the counterfeiter can not transfer the ink which is wanted to be forged into the hole of the depression along the anti-counterfeiting feature such as the sawtooth by using the printing plate, and particularly can not transfer the ink which is wanted to be forged into the corner area (namely the dead angle area) of the hole along the sawtooth by using the printing plate. If the counterfeiter also adopts the plateless printing process such as jet printing, the ink sprayed into the hole is inevitably and rapidly diffused and deformed, so that the copied and forged ink is different from the original plate along the saw teeth, and the software of the anti-counterfeiting checking system can be easily identified, so that the product adopting the invention has the characteristic of no copying.
Secondly, can prevent to retrieve and make the fake: when the anti-counterfeit label is attached to the commodity, a counterfeiter can only lift the surface layer but not the bottom layer. The ink on the bottom layer in the hole is necessarily retained on the commodity along the saw teeth, so that the ink edge characteristic information cannot be completely recovered, and the recovery and counterfeiting can be effectively prevented.
Thirdly, the inspection can be carried out by touching with hands: the public can touch the hole with hands and obviously sense whether the hole exists, so that the authenticity of the hole can be determined by hands.
In conclusion, the invention can increase the difficulty of copying and forging the ink edge sawteeth, prevent the ink edge from being recycled and counterfeited, block the technical loopholes of fraud protection, reduce the anti-counterfeiting responsibility, and ensure that consumers can purchase and consume without worry.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment.
Ordering a tamper-evident sticker having a face layer 1 preferably 0.08mm thick and a back layer 2 preferably 0.05mm thick as shown in FIG. 3, and ensuring a surface tension L of the back layer 22Greater than surface tension L of face layer 11. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the surface layer 1 is 0.08mm thick (e.g., 80 g/m)2Coated paper) some holes 3 with a diameter of 1.5mm were engraved with a laser engraving machine. In order to avoid the problem that the laser will damage (i.e. burn through) the bottom layer 2 and cause a lot of waste products when engraving holes 3 in the surface layer 1, a method of increasing the thickness of the colored background layer 7 can be adopted. White ink, e.g. by engraved intaglioCoating to a thickness of more than 20 micrometers to be used as a colored background layer 7; for another example, covering with 17g/m2The above friable paper was used as the colored background layer 7. In order to prevent the laser from burning through the bottom layer 2 to cause a great deal of waste products, it is better to coat a metal ink layer 11 which is difficult to burn through by the laser below the colored background layer 7. In other words, metal ink layer 11 thickens base layer 2, blocking the laser energy.
And (3) adopting an ink-jet printer to jet-print black ink forming the two-dimensional code 4 and the image-text 5 in the shape of starlight on the anti-uncovering self-adhesive material, and ensuring that one part of the ink falls on the bottom layer 2 in the hole 3 and the other part of the ink falls on the surface layer 1. In other words, some of the ink is allowed to pass through the holes 3 to the bottom layer 2 and spread or shrink on the bottom layer 2 to form the ink rim serrations 9.
Preferably, because of the surface tension L of the underlayer 22Greater than surface tension L of face layer 11Therefore, the ink formed on the bottom layer 2 in the hole 3 is larger along the serrations 9.
By referring to the 'ink edge anti-counterfeiting method and the ink edge anti-counterfeiting network identification system (CN 106096971B)', the characteristic information of the code 4 and the ink edge sawtooth 9 formed by diffusion of the code 4 is collected and stored in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database as anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and the code 4 correspondingly to be used as record information for the public to check the authenticity, so that consumers can purchase at ease and consume at ease.
Example two.
Ordering a tamper-evident adhesive transparent plastic film material as shown in FIG. 3, wherein the transparent surface layer 1 has a thickness of preferably 0.025mm, and the white bottom layer 2 has a thickness of preferably 0.045mm, to ensure the surface tension L of the bottom layer 22Greater than surface tension L of face layer 11. Top layer 1 (e.g., 25 g/m) at 0.025mm thickness2Film of (2), plus 12 g/m2The plastic film coating layer 12 is formed by engraving holes 3 with a diameter of 1.5mm by a laser engraving machine. In order to avoid the laser damaging (i.e. burning through) the bottom layer 2 and causing a lot of waste when engraving the hole 3, a method of increasing the thickness of the colored background layer 7 can be adopted. For example, under the colored background layer 7, a layer of metallic powder ink 11 that is harder to burn through by the laser is applied. Changeable pipeIn other words, the metal powder ink layer 11 thickens the bottom layer 2, blocking the laser energy.
Preferably, a raised edge 10 is made at the aperture to facilitate a public hand check of the authenticity of the hole 3. Preferably, the apertures produce a raised edge 10 after lamination of facing layer 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. The study showed that: the surface layer 1 and the film coating layer 12 have different thermal shrinkage strengths, and when the holes 3 are engraved by laser, the film coating layer 12 is shrunk and melted to form a ring of pimples by the sharply changed temperature, so that the required raised edge 10 is formed. This protruding edge 10 feels roughly, can make things convenient for public hand to touch inspection hole 3, and obvious perception hole 3 exists to bare-handed authenticity in confirming the hole. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the pimples on the raised edge 10 are more random and rough.
And (3) adopting an ink-jet printer to jet-print black ink forming the two-dimensional code 4 and the image-text 5 in the shape of starlight on the anti-uncovering self-adhesive film, and ensuring that one part of the ink falls onto the bottom layer 2 in the hole 3 and the other part of the ink falls onto the surface layer 1.
The image and text 5 can be any characters, figures, lines and the like formed by ink. The holes 3 can be designed according to the needs of users, the aperture size can be adjusted, the hole density can be changed, and the hole arrangement pattern can be selected, for example, the holes 3 are arranged on the label surface layer 1 in a full-page manner.
The technical solution provided by the present invention is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the principle of the present invention, several improvements and modifications can be made to the present invention, and these improvements and modifications also fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
