Considering the excellent moisture absorption and moisture release performance of the viscose fiber, in order to achieve a satisfactory after-finishing effect and reduce the damage to the physical and chemical properties of the fiber raw material, a cool finishing agent RUCO-THERM CMB-A and a nonionic hydrophilic silicone softening agent are selected, and a one-dip-one-roll (rolling residual ratio is 70%) method is adopted to perform cool and soft one-bath treatment on the fabric. In addition, the paths 1, 2, 5 and 6 of the circular knitting machine are 50S deodorant antibacterial viscose yarns and 20D Xiaoxing spandex H350 in the weaving process; and the paths 3, 4, 7 and 8 are 70D/48F semi-dull 6 nylon DTY high stretch yarns, and the mesh jacquard fabric is interwoven.
Comparative example: purchasing underwear fabric on the market: the product number QX0607, the brand superfine lycra fabric and the weight of the underwear fabric are 110 g.
Preparing cool and odor eliminating underwear fabrics according to the operation steps in the first to fifth examples, cutting out samples one to five of 110g respectively, taking the underwear fabric of the comparative example as a sample six, and then cutting the samples one to five according to the operation steps
The FZ/T73023-2006 antibacterial standard is qualitatively tested, namely (inoculate a standard required (or supplied) strain on an agar culture medium, culture for a fixed time under a standard environment, observe the reproduction condition of the strain and the size of a halo in a sterile area around a sample by using a magnifier, express diffusivity and antibacterial efficacy by using the antibacterial width), measure the antibacterial width of samples from one to six, and obtain a table I.
Watch 1
Item | Sample No | Sample No. 2 | Sample No. three | Sample No. 4 | Sample five | Sample six |
Width of zone of inhibition | 4.85mm | 4.91mm | 4.965mm | 5.012mm | 5.018mm | 6.225mm |
As can be seen from the table I, compared with the underwear fabric on the market, the cool odor-removing underwear fabric has the lasting odor-removing and antibacterial functions, and the antibacterial performance is more excellent.
