Abstract
The invention discloses an oil tank mounting bracket which comprises a mounting beam, a bracket body and a hoop, wherein the bracket body is connected with the mounting beam, the mounting beam is lapped on an oil tank, the hoop surrounds the outer side of the oil tank, and the end part of the hoop is connected with the bracket body. The support body comprises an upper support, a lower support and a connecting support, wherein one ends of the upper support and the lower support are connected with the mounting beam, the upper support is positioned above the lower support, three sides of the upper support, which are far away from the mounting beam, are bent towards the lower support, and three sides of the lower support, which are far away from the mounting beam, are bent towards the upper support, so that a connecting cavity is formed between the upper support and the lower support; the upper bracket and the lower bracket are respectively provided with an opening at one side edge far away from the oil tank, the two openings form a connecting groove, the connecting bracket penetrates through the connecting groove and is fixed in the connecting cavity, and the anchor ear is connected with the connecting bracket. The invention can effectively eliminate the risk of oil leakage caused by the insertion of the bracket into the oil tank when the vehicle collides with the side surface.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile oil tank fixing brackets, in particular to an oil tank mounting bracket.
Background
The oil tank is the power storage equipment of car, generally all fixes the oil tank on the automobile body through staple bolt and corresponding support to the staple bolt among the prior art all encircles the oil tank setting, so corresponding support also establishes on corresponding side. the support body comprises an upper support, a lower support and a connecting support, wherein one ends of the upper support and the lower support are connected with the mounting beam, the upper support is positioned above the lower support, three sides of the upper support, which are far away from the mounting beam, are bent towards the lower support, and three sides of the lower support, which are far away from the mounting beam, are bent towards the upper support, so that a connecting cavity is formed between the upper support and the lower support; the upper bracket and one side of the lower bracket, which is far away from the oil tank, are respectively provided with an opening, the two openings form a connecting groove, the connecting bracket penetrates through the connecting groove and is fixed in the connecting cavity, and the anchor ear is connected with the connecting bracket.
Optionally, according to the fuel tank mounting bracket of the present invention, a groove is provided on the fuel tank at a position corresponding to the bracket body, and the bracket body is embedded in the groove.
Optionally, according to the fuel tank mounting bracket of the present invention, the clip corresponding to the connecting bracket in the connecting cavity is arc-shaped.
Optionally, according to the fuel tank mounting bracket of the present invention, an elastic pad is disposed on a side of the anchor ear facing the fuel tank, and the elastic pad is slidably connected with the anchor ear.
Optionally, according to the fuel tank mounting bracket of the present invention, the connecting bracket has a U-shaped structure, an opening of the connecting bracket faces the lower bracket, and an upper surface of the connecting bracket is fixedly connected with the upper bracket.
Optionally, according to the oil tank mounting bracket of the present invention, two mounting holes are provided on the upper bracket, at least two docking holes are provided on the connecting bracket, and the docking holes are connected with the mounting holes through bolts.
Optionally, according to the oil tank mounting bracket provided by the invention, through holes are further formed in two side edges of the connecting bracket, connecting rods are sleeved in the through holes, and the end parts of the anchor ear are connected to the connecting rods.
Optionally, according to the oil tank mounting bracket of the present invention, the upper plane of the connecting bracket is further provided with a downward bent binding, and the binding is attached to the outer side of the anchor ear.
Optionally, according to the oil tank mounting bracket of the present invention, the upper bracket is further provided with a lightening hole.
Optionally, according to the fuel tank mounting bracket of the present invention, an end of the lower bracket away from the anchor ear is gradually inclined toward the upper bracket, so that a thickness of an end of the connecting cavity near the fuel tank is smaller than a distance between two sides of the connecting bracket and an upper plane.
The oil tank mounting bracket disclosed by the invention can effectively eliminate the risk of oil leakage caused by the fact that the bracket is inserted into an oil tank when a vehicle collides laterally. The oil tank can be positioned through the groove on the oil tank when the support body is limited, so that the oil tank is prevented from moving, the upper support and the lower support form a connecting cavity, the connecting support is positioned in the connecting cavity, and even if a vehicle collides laterally, the side wall of the connecting cavity can effectively prevent the risk caused by the fact that the connecting support is inserted into the oil tank.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any specific values should be construed as merely illustrative, and not a limitation. Thus, other examples of exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further discussion thereof is necessary in subsequent figures.
According to fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides an oil tank mounting bracket, which comprises a mounting beam 4, a bracket body and a hoop 5, wherein the bracket body is connected with the mounting beam 4, the mounting beam 4 is lapped on the oil tank, the hoop 5 surrounds the outer side of the oil tank, and the end part of the hoop is connected with the bracket body.
The bracket body comprises an upper bracket 1, a lower bracket 2 and a connecting bracket 3, wherein one ends of the upper bracket 1 and the lower bracket 2 are connected with a mounting beam 4, the upper bracket 1 is positioned above the lower bracket 2, three sides of the upper bracket 1, which are far away from the mounting beam 4, are bent towards the lower bracket 2, and three sides of the lower bracket 2, which are far away from the mounting beam 4, are bent towards the upper bracket 1, so that a connecting cavity is formed between the upper bracket 1 and the lower bracket 2; the upper bracket 1 and the lower bracket 2 are respectively provided with an opening at one side far away from the oil tank, the two openings form a connecting groove, the connecting bracket 3 penetrates through the connecting groove and is fixed in the connecting cavity, and the anchor ear 5 is connected with the connecting bracket 3.
The invention can effectively eliminate the risk of oil leakage caused by the insertion of the bracket into the oil tank when the vehicle collides with the side surface. The upper bracket 1 and the lower bracket 2 form a connecting cavity, the connecting bracket 3 is positioned in the connecting cavity, and even if a vehicle collides laterally, the side wall of the connecting cavity can effectively prevent the risk caused by the insertion of the connecting bracket 3 into the oil tank.
Further, a groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the bracket body, of the oil tank, and the bracket body is embedded in the groove. The oil tank can be positioned when the groove on the oil tank limits the bracket body, so that the oil tank is prevented from moving.
Further, the nail clamps corresponding to the connecting brackets 3 in the connecting cavities are arc-shaped. Thereby avoiding the damage to the oil tank caused by the sharp included angle.
Further, an elastic pad 51 is arranged on one side of the anchor ear 5 facing the oil tank, and the elastic pad 51 is slidably connected with the anchor ear 5. The abrasion between the hoop 5 and the oil tank is reduced, so that the effect of protecting the side surface of the oil tank is achieved.
Further, the linking bridge 3 is U-shaped structure, and its opening is towards lower carriage 2, and linking bridge 3's upper surface and upper bracket 1 fixed connection, the linking bridge 3 of U-shaped structure can carry out direct spacing to staple bolt 5, prevents that staple bolt 5 from rocking.
Still further, two mounting holes 11 are provided on the upper bracket 1, at least two butt-joint holes are provided on the connecting bracket 3, and the butt-joint holes are connected with the mounting holes 11 through bolts. The connecting bracket 3 can be adjusted to extend out of the length of the connecting cavity by connecting the mounting blocks with different butt joint holes, so that the connecting bracket is suitable for oil tanks with different sizes.
Further, through holes 32 are further formed in the two side edges of the connecting support 3, connecting rods 33 are sleeved in the through holes 32, and the end portions of the hoops 5 are connected to the connecting rods 33. The strength of the connection with the anchor ear 5 is increased by the connecting rod 33, so that the anchor ear 5 can distribute the force to the various surfaces of the connecting bracket 3 when bearing the weight of the oil tank.
Still further, the upper plane of linking bridge 3 still is equipped with the bordure 31 of buckling downwards, and bordure 31 is laminated with the outside of staple bolt 5, is favorable to carrying out spacing once more to staple bolt 5.
Further, the upper bracket 1 is also provided with a lightening hole 12. The weight of the bracket body is lightened, so that the supporting structure of the oil tank is light.
Further, the end of the lower bracket 2 away from the anchor ear 5 is gradually inclined towards the upper bracket 1, so that the thickness of the end of the connecting cavity close to the oil tank is smaller than the distance between the two sides of the connecting bracket 3 and the upper plane. So that a safety gap is left between the end of the connecting bracket 3 and the oil tank, and even if the connecting bracket 3 receives a side collision, the connecting cavity with narrow space cannot be effectively passed.

1. The oil tank mounting bracket is characterized by comprising a mounting beam, a bracket body and a hoop, wherein the bracket body is connected with the mounting beam, the mounting beam is lapped on the oil tank, the hoop surrounds the outer side of the oil tank, and the end part of the hoop is connected with the bracket body;
the support body comprises an upper support, a lower support and a connecting support, wherein one ends of the upper support and the lower support are connected with the mounting beam, the upper support is positioned above the lower support, three sides of the upper support, which are far away from the mounting beam, are bent towards the lower support, and three sides of the lower support, which are far away from the mounting beam, are bent towards the upper support, so that a connecting cavity is formed between the upper support and the lower support; the upper bracket and the lower bracket are respectively provided with an opening at one side far away from the oil tank, the two openings form a connecting groove, the connecting bracket penetrates through the connecting groove and is fixed in the connecting cavity, and the anchor ear is connected with the connecting bracket;
the oil tank is provided with a groove at the position corresponding to the bracket body, and the bracket body is embedded in the groove.
2. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the clip corresponding to the connecting bracket in the connecting cavity is arcuate.
3. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein an elastic pad is provided on a side of the anchor ear facing the fuel tank, and the elastic pad is slidably connected to the anchor ear.
4. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the connecting bracket has a U-shaped structure with an opening facing the lower bracket, and an upper surface of the connecting bracket is fixedly connected with the upper bracket.
5. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 4, wherein the upper bracket is provided with two mounting holes, the connecting bracket is provided with at least two butt joint holes, and the butt joint holes are connected with the mounting holes through bolts.
6. The oil tank mounting bracket of claim 4, wherein through holes are further formed in two side edges of the connecting bracket, connecting rods are sleeved in the through holes, and end portions of the anchor ear are connected to the connecting rods.
7. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 6, wherein the upper plane of the connecting bracket is further provided with a downward bent binding, the binding being attached to the outside of the anchor ear.
8. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the upper bracket is further provided with a lightening hole.
9. The fuel tank mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein an end of the lower bracket remote from the anchor ear is gradually inclined toward the upper bracket such that a thickness of an end of the connection cavity near the fuel tank is smaller than a distance between both sides of the connection bracket and an upper plane.
