The device comprises a mounting bracket, a vertical driving cylinder, an adsorption cylinder and a transmission connecting seat; the mounting bracket comprises an upper connecting plate and a vertical plate, wherein a vertical driving cylinder is fixedly arranged on the vertical plate, a first vertical rail is arranged at the lower part of the vertical plate, the back surface of the transmission connecting seat is embedded in the first vertical rail, a second vertical rail is arranged at the front surface of the transmission connecting seat, an adsorption cylinder is embedded in the second vertical rail, an adsorption head at the lower end of the adsorption cylinder faces downwards and is used for adsorbing a membrane, the lower piston end of the vertical driving cylinder is fixedly connected with an upper end plate of the transmission connecting seat, and the lower piston end penetrates through the rear lower part of the vertical driving cylinder; the top of the adsorption cylinder is provided with a pressure sensor, and the lower piston end faces the upper surface of the pressure sensor.

Background
After the product is manufactured, a film needs to be attached to the surface, film attaching operation is carried out manually in the prior art, in the actual process, the film needs to be taken manually, then the film is attached to the surface of the product, in the attaching process, the pressure is different, the product is damaged when being subjected to overlarge pressure, and cannot be completely attached when being subjected to undersize pressure, so that the production requirement cannot be met by manual attaching operation, and a stable and reliable film attaching mechanism capable of meeting the production requirement and attaching is urgently needed to be found.

the mounting bracket comprises an upper connecting plate and a vertical plate, wherein a vertical driving cylinder is fixedly arranged on the vertical plate, a first vertical rail is arranged at the lower part of the vertical plate, the back surface of the transmission connecting seat is embedded in the first vertical rail, a second vertical rail is arranged at the front surface of the transmission connecting seat, an adsorption cylinder is embedded in the second vertical rail, an adsorption head at the lower end of the adsorption cylinder faces downwards and is used for adsorbing a membrane, the lower piston end of the vertical driving cylinder is fixedly connected with an upper end plate of the transmission connecting seat, and the lower piston end penetrates through the rear lower part of the vertical driving cylinder; the top of the adsorption cylinder is provided with a pressure sensor, and the lower piston end faces the upper surface of the pressure sensor.

The working principle is as follows: the lower end adsorption head of the adsorption cylinder finishes adsorption film at an adsorption film station, then the cylinder is rotated to transfer the film adsorbed by the adsorption cylinder to the upper part of a product, then the vertical driving cylinder drives the transmission connecting seat to descend along a first vertical rail, so that the lower end adsorption head drives the film to be attached to the product directly above the product, then the vertical driving cylinder continuously descends to enable the lower piston end to press the pressure sensor downwards, finally the pressure sensor reaches a set pressure value, at the moment, the lower end adsorption head releases adsorption, the film is attached to the product through the set pressure, then the lower end adsorption head vertically ascends towards the driving cylinder to drive the adsorption cylinder to be away from the product, film attaching operation is finished, when the vertical driving cylinder descends, the adsorption cylinder keeps the product relatively static along a second vertical rail until the lower piston end of the vertical driving cylinder applies force to the adsorption cylinder, and the pressure sensor displays that a set value is reached, the vertical driving cylinder does not move downwards any more, the film attaching operation is completed later, and due to the existence of the spring, the pressing attachment can not generate overvoltage, so that the safety of the product is ensured.
