中药重蒸是中医外治疗法的一种，又称“药透疗法”，中药的熏洗法是指将中药组合物煎煮后，趁热先用蒸气熏疗，待药液降温后，再用药液洗浴全身或局部以治疗疾病的一种方法。《外科十三方考》中提出，各药共同煎水，乘热先熏后洗，洗后避风，即为熏洗法的早期应用。
现有的外用熏洗汤，不能够针对熏蒸理疗、养生洗浴、美容美体方面提出有效的熏洗汤，不能够起到良好的治疗及改善体质的作用，为此，我们提出一种外用熏洗汤。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种外用熏洗汤，解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现，一种外用熏洗汤，所述熏洗汤原料药包括以下组成部分：荆芥、川椒、白芷、羌活、独活、木瓜、千年健、伸筋草、透骨草、玫瑰、丹皮、防风、川牛膝、川乌、草乌，余量为水。

(1)、材料选取
按质量克称取荆芥45-55克、川椒45-55克、白芷20-30克、羌活20-30克、独活20-30克、木瓜12-18克、千年健3-8克、伸筋草3-8克、透骨草3-8克、玫瑰3-6克、丹皮3-8克、防风3-8克、川牛膝3-8克、川乌2-4克、草乌2-4克，洗净后晾干；
(2)、材料处理
将上述原料中的荆芥、川椒、木瓜和伸筋草打碎，将上述原料中的透骨草和玫瑰捣碎，并将上述原料中的白芷、羌活、独活、千年健、丹皮、防风、川牛膝、川乌、草乌研磨成粉末状，待后续熏洗使用；
(3)、熏洗汤制备
将上述处理后的原料投入到蒸煮容器中，混合后加水浸泡，然后再加入余水，采用60-80℃的中温加热20min，再采用100-110℃的高温将药液烧开至翻滚，而后采用40-50℃的低温加热保持30min，在加热的过程中持续低速搅拌，最后对上述药液进行过滤除杂，取得的药液即为熏洗汤；
(4)、熏洗使用

按质量克称取荆芥50克、川椒50克、白芷25克、羌活25克、独活25克、木瓜15克、千年健5克、伸筋草5克、透骨草5克、玫瑰5克、丹皮5克、防风5克、川牛膝5克、川乌3克、草乌3克，洗净后晾干；
(2)、材料处理
将上述原料中的荆芥、川椒、木瓜和伸筋草打碎，将上述原料中的透骨草和玫瑰捣碎，并将上述原料中的白芷、羌活、独活、千年健、丹皮、防风、川牛膝、川乌、草乌研磨成粉末状，待后续熏洗使用；
(3)、熏洗汤制备
将上述处理后的原料投入到蒸煮容器中，混合后加水浸泡，原料加水浸泡的浸泡时间为25-35min，浸泡时水量需没过药材原料3-5cm，然后再加入余水，熏洗汤熬煮所用的水量为药材原料总重量的60-100倍，采用60-80℃的中温加热20min，再采用100-110℃的高温将药液烧开至翻滚，而后采用40-50℃的低温加热保持30min，在加热的过程中持续低速搅拌，最后对上述药液进行过滤除杂，取得的药液即为熏洗汤，首次过滤后的药渣继续留待下一次使用，每份剂量的药材原料可重复使用4-5次；

用药前患者分别有不同程度的颈椎病、腰间盘突出、肩周炎、腰肌劳损、关节炎、风湿等症状；
用药一疗程后，观察试验效果，2名患者颈椎病、腰间盘突出、肩周炎症状减轻，3名患者肩周炎、腰肌劳损的疼痛减轻，同时5名患者关节炎、风湿状况出现疼痛降低；
用药三疗程后，观察试验效果，2名患者颈椎病、腰间盘突出、肩周炎症状显著减轻，3名患者肩周炎、腰肌劳损的疼痛明显缓解，同时5名患者关节炎、风湿状况出现频率降低，效果明显。
具体实施例二：
选择5名皮肤疾病症状的患者作为临床使用人员，使用本发明的外用熏洗汤，用药时每重蒸3天体息2天，不宜连续重蒸，每五天为一个疗程，所见结果如下：
用药前患者分别有不同程度的湿疹、皮肤瘙痒、手足癣、皮炎、冻疮症状，其中皮肤瘙痒使用熏洗汤时需使用温洗或凉洗；
用药一疗程后，观察试验效果，2名患者湿疹、皮炎症状减轻，2名患者皮肤瘙痒、手足癣的瘙痒情况减轻，1名患者皮炎、冻疮接近痊愈；
用药三疗程后，观察试验效果，2名患者湿疹、皮炎症状面积减小，逐步恢复，2名患者皮肤瘙痒、手足癣的瘙痒情况大面积减少，恢复良好，1名患者皮炎、冻疮痊愈，效果明显。
具体实施例三：
选择5名妇科、内科疾病症状的患者作为临床使用人员，使用本发明的外用熏洗汤，用药时每重蒸3天体息2天，不宜连续重蒸，每五天为一个疗程，所见结果如下：
用药前患者分别有不同程度的盆腔炎、瘙痒、外阴炎症、虚寒性胃肠疾病、感冒等症状；
用药一疗程后，观察试验效果，2名患者盆腔炎症状减轻，2名患者外阴炎症、瘙痒的面积减少，1名患者虚寒性胃肠疾病症状减轻，感冒症状接近痊愈；
用药三疗程后，观察试验效果，2名患者盆腔炎症状减轻，疼痛减弱，2名患者外阴炎症、瘙痒的面积大幅度减少，1名患者虚寒性胃肠疾病症状减弱至消失，感冒症状痊愈，效果明显。

1.一种外用熏洗汤，其特征在于，所述熏洗汤原料药包括以下组成部分：荆芥、川椒、白芷、羌活、独活、木瓜、千年健、伸筋草、透骨草、玫瑰、丹皮、防风、川牛膝、川乌、草乌，余量为水。
所述外用熏洗汤包括以下使用步骤：
(1)、材料选取；
(2)、材料处理；
(3)、熏洗汤制备；
(4)、熏洗使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外用熏洗汤，其特征在于，所述外用熏洗汤包括以下具体步骤：
(1)、材料选取
按质量克称取荆芥45-55克、川椒45-55克、白芷20-30克、羌活20-30克、独活20-30克、木瓜12-18克、千年健3-8克、伸筋草3-8克、透骨草3-8克、玫瑰3-6克、丹皮3-8克、防风3-8克、川牛膝3-8克、川乌2-4克、草乌2-4克，洗净后晾干；
(2)、材料处理
将上述原料中的荆芥、川椒、木瓜和伸筋草打碎，将上述原料中的透骨草和玫瑰捣碎，并将上述原料中的白芷、羌活、独活、千年健、丹皮、防风、川牛膝、川乌、草乌研磨成粉末状，待后续熏洗使用；
(3)、熏洗汤制备
将上述处理后的原料投入到蒸煮容器中，混合后加水浸泡，然后再加入余水，采用60-80℃的中温加热20min，再采用100-110℃的高温将药液烧开至翻滚，而后采用40-50℃的低温加热保持30min，在加热的过程中持续低速搅拌，最后对上述药液进行过滤除杂，取得的药液即为熏洗汤；
(4)、熏洗使用
取得熏洗汤后，应将熏洗汤送入到熏蒸机中，然后通过熏蒸机对其进行加温，使得熏洗汤的蒸汽雾化进入到熏蒸仓，再通过人体的皮肤和毛孔进入病灶，从而快速吸收起到治疗养生的作用，每次熏蒸30-45min，熏蒸至后期，可待药液降温后将剩余熏洗汤送入到熏蒸仓洗浴全身，进行熏洗时适当活动关节至药液变凉为止。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种外用熏洗汤，其特征在于，所述(3)熏洗汤制备的过程中，原料加水浸泡的浸泡时间为2535min，浸泡时水量需没过药材原料35cm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种外用熏洗汤，其特征在于，所述(3)熏洗汤制备的过程中，熏洗汤熬煮所用的水量为药材原料总重量的60-100倍。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种外用熏洗汤，其特征在于，所述(3)熏洗汤制备的过程中，首次过滤后的药渣继续留待下一次使用，每份剂量的药材原料可重复使用4-5次。
