本发明公开了一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料及其配制工艺。将25‑30份豆粕、15‑20份米粕、25‑30份鱼粉蛋白料、8‑12份藻粉、4‑6份复合维生素以及4‑6份复合多矿混料,依次经过混合、除尘除铁、过筛,得到混合物A,然后投入粉碎机中进行两次粉碎处理,得到混合物B,再与5‑8份次粉酵母充分混合进行二次配料得到粗饲料,最后将粗饲料依次经过制粒、熟化、冷却、破碎分级、成品打包,得成品饲料。本发明是小白虾原始养殖模式的一次重大技术进步,所得饲料能够提供生长期小白虾的基础营养物质,促进快速生长;投喂后,不需要再添加其它鲜杂鱼等蛋白补充料,能够实现节约成本、净化水环境的技术效果,小白虾生长效果好,质量同比明显提高。

背景技术
脊尾白虾(E.carinicauda),又称白米虾、小白虾,十足目(Decapoda)长臂虾科(Palaemonidae)白虾属(Exopalaemon),广泛分布于我国沿海,尤其是苏北沿海,是虾蟹贝混养的主要品种。脊尾白虾成虾体长4~9厘米,腹部第3节至第6节背面中央有明显的纵脊,故名。
小白虾一般生活在泥沙底之浅海或河口附近,适宜盐度为6.8~30.4,对环境适应能力强,生长和繁殖都快,在黄海和渤海沿岸产量仅次于中国毛虾和中国对虾,渔民用拖网、张网等捕捞。它还是对虾养殖池和海水鱼类养殖池中的重要副产品,产量可观;除供鲜食外,还可干制成质量很好的虾米,卵可干制成虾子。
饲养优质小白虾对饲料的要求较高,为保证营养要素,在养殖过程中需要添加鲜杂鱼等蛋白补充料,目前对于这些蛋白补充料属于粗放型添加,养殖成本较高,而且容易造成水体污染,无法维持小白虾良好的生长环境。
发明内容
本发明目的是解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料及其配制工艺,旨在通过对饲料的原料成份、配比以及配制工艺的研究与改进,提高饲料质量,保证饲养优质小白虾的饲料供给。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料,包含豆粕、米粕、鱼粉蛋白料、次粉酵母、藻粉、复合维生素以及复合多矿混料,其特征在于:该饲料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
豆粕为25-30重量份,
米粕为15-20重量份,
鱼粉蛋白料为25-30重量份,
次粉酵母为5-8重量份,
藻粉为8-12重量份,
复合维生素为4-6重量份,
复合多矿混料为4-6重量份;
其中,复合多矿混料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
铜为0.5-1.5重量份;
锌为0.5-1.5重量份;
锰为0.5-1.5重量份;
钴为0.5-1.5重量份;
益母草为1-3重量份;
陈皮为1-2重量份;
甘草为1-2重量份。
上述原料当中,所述复合维生素包括:维生素A、维生素D、维生素E3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6以及生物素;尤其是,每公斤所述复合维生素中包含:维生素A,2000IU;维生素D,400IU;维生素E3,20mg;维生素B1,3mg;维生素B2,4mg;维生素B6,2mg;生物素,0.5mg。
本发明还提供一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料配制工艺,根据前述原料及其重量份数配比,按以下步骤进行配制——
步骤S1:利用电子称分别称取豆粕、米粕、鱼粉蛋白料、藻粉、复合维生素、复合多矿混料,依次经过混合、除尘除铁、过筛,得到混合物A;
步骤S2:将混合物A投入粉碎机中进行两次粉碎处理,得到混合物B;
步骤S3:将混合物B与按照重量份数称取的次粉酵母充分混合进行二次配料,完成后得到粗饲料;
步骤S4:将粗饲料依次经过制粒、熟化、冷却、破碎分级、成品打包,得成品饲料。
以上饲料配制工艺当中:在步骤S2中还可以向混合物A中添加油脂混合物。

(1)本发明通过原料和配比的研究与选择,结合配制工艺的优化,制得适合饲养小白虾的优质饲料,该饲料能够提供生长期小白虾的基础营养物质,促进生长期小白虾快速生长;
(2)本发明改变了传统的“配合料+鲜杂鱼”的养殖模式,是小白虾原始养殖模式的一次重大技术进步。投喂此料后,不需要再添加其它鲜杂鱼等蛋白补充料,能够实现节约成本、净化水环境的技术效果,小白虾生长效果好,质量同比明显提高一个档次;
(3)本发明原料易得、配制工艺不复杂,宜于大面积推广使用,市场前景非常广阔,经济效益显著。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实例,对本发明技术方案进行详细描述。显然,所描述的仅是典型范例,而不是全部实施例;基于所列举的实施例,本领域普通技术人员没有经过创造性劳动所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
【实施例1】
一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料,利用电子杆称取:豆粕为25重量份、米粕为15重量份、鱼粉蛋白料为25重量份、藻粉为8重量份、复合维生素为4重量份、复合多矿混料为4重量份,其中,多矿混料由以下重量份的组份制成:铜为0.5重量份、锌为0.5重量份、锰为0.5重量份、钴为0.5重量份、益母草为1重量份、陈皮为1重量份、甘草为1重量份,依次经过混合、除尘除铁、过筛,得到混合物A;将混合物A投入粉碎机中进行两次粉碎处理,得到混合物B;将混合物B与5重量份数的次粉酵母充分混合进行二次配料,完成后得到粗饲料;将粗饲料依次经过制粒、熟化、冷却、破碎分级、成品打包,得成品饲料。
【实施例2】
一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料,利用电子杆称取:豆粕为28重量份、米粕为18重量份、鱼粉蛋白料为28重量份、藻粉为10重量份、复合维生素为5重量份、复合多矿混料为5重量份,其中,多矿混料由以下重量份的组份制成:铜为1重量份、锌为1重量份、锰为1重量份、钴为1重量份、益母草为2重量份、陈皮为1.5重量份、甘草为1.5重量份,依次经过混合、除尘除铁、过筛,得到混合物A;将混合物A投入粉碎机中,添加油脂混合物后进行两次粉碎处理,得到混合物B;将混合物B与7重量份数的次粉酵母充分混合进行二次配料,完成后得到粗饲料;将粗饲料依次经过制粒、熟化、冷却、破碎分级、成品打包,得成品饲料。
【实施例3】
一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料,利用电子杆称取:豆粕为30重量份、米粕为20重量份、鱼粉蛋白料为30重量份、藻粉为12重量份、复合维生素为6重量份、复合多矿混料为6重量份,其中,多矿混料由以下重量份的组份制成:铜为1.5重量份、锌为1.5重量份、锰为1.5重量份、钴为1.5重量份、益母草为3重量份、陈皮为2重量份、甘草为2重量份,依次经过混合、除尘除铁、过筛,得到混合物A;将混合物A投入粉碎机中,添加油脂混合物后进行两次粉碎处理,得到混合物B;将混合物B与8重量份数的次粉酵母充分混合进行二次配料,完成后得到粗饲料;将粗饲料依次经过制粒、熟化、冷却、破碎分级、成品打包,得成品饲料。
对于以上实施例,利用原子吸收分光光度计与紫外可见光光度计检测饲料的钙、磷的成分含量,结果表明:其中钙成分含量高于2.4,磷成分含量低于0.7,实验组的钙、磷的成分含量明显优于对照组;而且,实验组生长期小白虾死亡率与对照组相比大大降低。由此可见,本发明在饲料当中加入鱼粉蛋白料和复合多矿混料,不仅能够提高生长期小白虾的生长效率,还可以提供生长期小白虾自身的免疫力,大大降低了其死亡率。
综上所述,本发明通过原料和配比的研究与选择,结合配制工艺的优化,制得适合饲养小白虾的优质饲料,该饲料能够提供生长期小白虾的基础营养物质,促进生长期小白虾快速生长;本发明改变了传统的“配合料+鲜杂鱼”的养殖模式,是小白虾原始养殖模式的一次重大技术进步,投喂此料后,不需要再添加其它鲜杂鱼等蛋白补充料,能够实现节约成本、净化水环境的技术效果,小白虾生长效果好,质量同比明显提高一个档次;此外,本发明原料易得、配制工艺不复杂,宜于大面积推广使用,市场前景非常广阔,经济效益显著。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (8)
1.一种饲养优质小白虾的饲料,包含豆粕、米粕、鱼粉蛋白料、次粉酵母、藻粉、复合维生素以及复合多矿混料,其特征在于:该饲料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
豆粕为25-30重量份,
米粕为15-20重量份,
鱼粉蛋白料为25-30重量份,
次粉酵母为5-8重量份,
藻粉为8-12重量份,
复合维生素为4-6重量份,
复合多矿混料为4-6重量份;
其中,复合多矿混料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
铜为0.5-1.5重量份;
锌为0.5-1.5重量份;
锰为0.5-1.5重量份;
钴为0.5-1.5重量份;
益母草为1-3重量份;
陈皮为1-2重量份;
甘草为1-2重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饲养优质小白虾的饲料,其特征在于:该饲料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
豆粕为25重量份,
米粕为15重量份,
鱼粉蛋白料为25重量份,
次粉酵母为5重量份,
藻粉为8重量份,
复合维生素为4重量份,
复合多矿混料为4重量份;
其中,复合多矿混料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
铜为0.5重量份,
锌为0.5重量份,
锰为0.5重量份,
钴为0.5重量份,
益母草为1重量份,
陈皮为1重量份,
甘草为1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饲养优质小白虾的饲料,其特征在于:该饲料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
豆粕为30重量份,
米粕为20重量份,
鱼粉蛋白料为30重量份,
次粉酵母为8重量份,
藻粉为12重量份,
复合维生素为6重量份,
复合多矿混料为6重量份;
其中,复合多矿混料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
铜为1.5重量份,
锌为1.5重量份,
锰为1.5重量份,
钴为1.5重量份,
益母草为3重量份,
陈皮为2重量份,
甘草为2重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饲养优质小白虾的饲料,其特征在于:该饲料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
豆粕为28重量份,
米粕为18重量份,
鱼粉蛋白料为28重量份,
次粉酵母为7重量份,
藻粉为10重量份,
复合维生素为5重量份,
复合多矿混料为5重量份;
其中,复合多矿混料由以下重量份的组份配制而成:
铜为1重量份,
锌为1重量份,
锰为1重量份,
钴为1重量份,
益母草为2重量份,
陈皮为1.5重量份,
甘草为1.5重量份。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的饲养优质小白虾的饲料,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素E3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6以及生物素。
6.根据权利要求5所述的饲养优质小白虾的饲料,其特征在于:每公斤所述复合维生素中包含:维生素A,2000IU;维生素D,400IU;维生素E3,20mg;维生素B1,3mg;维生素B2,4mg;维生素B6,2mg;生物素,0.5mg。
7.饲养优质小白虾的饲料配制工艺,其特征在于:根据权利要求1所述的重量份数配比,按以下步骤进行配制,
步骤S1:利用电子称分别称取豆粕、米粕、鱼粉蛋白料、藻粉、复合维生素、复合多矿混料,依次经过混合、除尘除铁、过筛,得到混合物A;
步骤S2:将混合物A投入粉碎机中进行两次粉碎处理,得到混合物B;
步骤S3:将混合物B与按照重量份数称取的次粉酵母充分混合进行二次配料,完成后得到粗饲料;
步骤S4:将粗饲料依次经过制粒、熟化、冷却、破碎分级、成品打包,得成品饲料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的饲养优质小白虾的饲料配制工艺,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述步骤S2当中,向混合物A中添加油脂混合物。
