The straw cutting and conveying device is characterized by comprising a mounting cylinder, a driving motor, a stirring assembly, a crushing assembly, a storage bin and a straw conveying component; one end of the mounting cylinder is provided with a feed inlet, the other end of the mounting cylinder is communicated with the feed bin, an output shaft of the driving motor penetrates into the feed bin from one side of the feed bin, which is far away from the mounting cylinder, and the driving motor is sequentially and fixedly connected with the straw conveying part, the crushing assembly and the stirring assembly, the straw conveying part and the crushing assembly are contained in the feed bin, and the stirring assembly is arranged on one side of the crushing assembly, which is far towards the feed inlet; the stirring assembly is used for primarily cutting the straws fed into the mounting cylinder through the feeding opening and conveying the straws subjected to primary cutting to the crushing assembly for secondary cutting; the straw conveying component is used for conveying the straw cut by the crushing component out of the bin; the stirring assembly comprises a connecting disc, a cutting knife and a central stirring sheet, wherein the connecting disc is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor, the axis of the connecting disc is collinear with the axis of the output shaft of the driving motor, a circle of communication gap is formed between the edge of the connecting disc and the inner side wall of the mounting cylinder, and the space, facing to one side of the feeding port, of the connecting disc is communicated with the crushing assembly through the communication gap; the cutting knife and the center stirring sheet are arranged on one side, facing the feed inlet, of the connecting disc, the cutting knife is used for cutting straws, and the center stirring sheet is used for throwing the cut straws to the communication gap; the center stirring sheet is used for breaking straws;
the crushing assembly comprises a crushing cutter, a chassis and a filter cartridge, wherein the filter cartridge is accommodated in the storage bin, one end of the filter cartridge is communicated with one end of the mounting cartridge, which is far away from the feed inlet, and is fixedly connected, the other end of the filter cartridge is sealed through the chassis, and the crushing cutter and the chassis are respectively accommodated in the filter cartridge; the chassis is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the driving motor, the axis of the chassis is collinear with the axis of the output shaft of the driving motor, and the crushing cutter is fixedly connected with one side of the chassis, facing the connecting disc; the filter cartridge is also provided with a plurality of filtering through holes which are respectively communicated with the bin, and the crushing assembly outputs straws to the bin through the filtering through holes;
the cutting knife comprises a plurality of cutting blades, the crushing knife comprises a first connecting plate and a cutting blade, the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the connecting disc, the first connecting plate is perpendicular to the cutting blade, and the cutting blade is used for cutting straws; the center stirring piece protrudes out of one side of the connecting disc to form stirring teeth, and the cutting knives are rotationally symmetrical with the axis of the connecting disc as the center.
