a first receiving unit 501, configured to receive a first opening request sent by a vehicle owner through a mobile terminal scanning entry code, where the first opening request includes an identity of the vehicle owner;
the first saving unit 502 is configured to upload and save the identity identifier to a local database;
a first creating unit 503, configured to create a parking order associated with the identifier;
a first control unit 504 for controlling the barrier gate to open;
a second receiving unit 505, configured to receive a second opening request sent by the vehicle owner through the mobile terminal scanning the field code, where the second opening request includes an identity of the vehicle owner;
a first query unit 506, configured to query the parking order associated with the identifier;
a first judgment unit 507, configured to judge whether the parking order completes payment;
a second control unit 508, configured to control the barrier to open if the first determining unit 407 determines that the parking order has completed payment;
a third receiving unit 509, configured to receive a payment completion result of the parking order if the first determining unit 407 determines that the parking order has not completed payment;

a second receiving unit 605, configured to receive a second opening request sent by the vehicle owner through scanning an exit code of the mobile terminal, where the second opening request includes an identity of the vehicle owner;
a first query unit 606, configured to query the parking order associated with the identifier;
a first determination unit 607, configured to determine whether the parking order has been completed for payment;
a second control unit 608, configured to control the barrier to open if the first determining unit 607 determines that the parking order has completed payment;
a third receiving unit 609, configured to receive a payment completion result of the parking order if the first determining unit 607 determines that the parking order has not completed payment;
when the third receiving unit 609 receives the payment completion result of the parking order, the second control unit 608 is further configured to control the barrier gate to open.
In an optional embodiment, the platform server further includes:
a fifth receiving unit 610, configured to receive parking space information sent by the vehicle owner through scanning of the parking space code by the mobile terminal and an identity of the vehicle owner, where the parking space code is set in each parking space, the parking space code corresponds to the parking space information one by one, and the parking space information is used to identify coordinates of the parking space in a parking lot;
the first processing unit 611 is configured to associate and store the parking space information and the identity.
In an optional embodiment, the platform server further comprises:
a sixth receiving unit 612, configured to receive a vehicle-searching instruction sent by the vehicle owner through scanning a vehicle-searching code by the mobile terminal, where the vehicle-searching instruction includes an identity of the vehicle owner;
a second query unit 613, configured to query parking space information associated with the identity of the vehicle owner;
a first generating unit 614, configured to generate a car-finding route map according to the parking space information and the current location of the car owner;
a second sending unit 615, configured to send the route map to the mobile terminal.
For specific limitation of the platform server for toll collection by unlicensed vehicles in the second aspect, reference may be made to the above limitation on the method for toll collection by unlicensed vehicles in the first aspect, and details are not described here. The modules in the platform server may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application; the method comprises the following steps:
a processor 701, a memory 702, an input/output unit 703, a bus 704;
the processor 701 is connected with the memory 702, the input/output unit 703 and the bus 704;
the memory 702 stores machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 701, when the electronic device runs, the processor 701 communicates with the memory 702 through a bus, and the machine-readable instructions are executed by the processor 701 to perform corresponding steps in the method for paying tolls by unlicensed vehicles in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3, which are not described herein again.
A fourth aspect of the present application discloses a computer-readable storage medium, where a program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the program is executed on a computer, the program performs corresponding steps in the method for paying toll by using a unlicensed vehicle in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, which are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A method for paying toll by a unlicensed vehicle is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first switching-off request sent by a vehicle owner through a mobile terminal scanning entry code, wherein the first switching-off request comprises an identity of the vehicle owner;
storing the identity identification to a local database;
establishing a parking order associated with the identity and controlling a barrier gate to be opened;
receiving a second switching-off request sent by the vehicle owner through a scanning exit code of the mobile terminal, wherein the second switching-off request comprises an identity of the vehicle owner;
inquiring the parking order associated with the identity;
and judging whether the parking order finishes payment, if so, controlling a barrier gate to be opened, and if not, receiving a payment completion result of the parking order and controlling the barrier gate to be opened.
2. The method for paying toll for unlicensed vehicle according to claim 1, wherein before receiving a second brake-off request sent by the vehicle owner through scanning a code out of a field by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a payment request sent by the vehicle owner through a payment code in the mobile terminal scanning field;
and acquiring parking fee information of the vehicle owner according to the payment request, and sending the parking fee information to the mobile terminal, so that the vehicle owner completes payment according to the parking fee information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after creating the parking order associated with the identity and controlling a barrier gate to open, the method further comprises:
receiving parking space information and an identity of the vehicle owner, wherein the parking space information is sent by the vehicle owner through scanning of a parking space code by the mobile terminal, the parking space code is arranged on each parking space, the parking space code corresponds to the parking space information one by one, and the parking space information is used for identifying the coordinates of the parking space in a parking lot;
and associating and storing the parking space information and the identity.
4. The method for paying toll for unlicensed vehicle according to claim 3, wherein before receiving a second opening request sent by the vehicle owner through scanning a code of a field of the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a vehicle searching instruction sent by the vehicle owner through scanning a vehicle searching code by the mobile terminal, wherein the vehicle searching instruction comprises an identity of the vehicle owner;
inquiring parking space information associated with the identity of the vehicle owner;
and generating a car searching route map according to the parking space information and the current position of the car owner, and sending the car searching route map to the mobile terminal.
5. The method for paying toll for unlicensed vehicle according to claim 3, wherein the vehicle-searching code is arranged at an entrance and/or intersection of a parking lot and/or an elevator hall.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the identity of the vehicle owner is a micro-signal or a Payment account of the vehicle owner.

the second control unit is used for controlling the barrier gate to be opened if the first judgment unit determines that the parking order is completed for payment;
the third receiving unit is used for receiving a payment completion result of the parking order if the first judging unit determines that the parking order is not completed for payment;
when the third receiving unit receives the payment and payment completion result of the parking order, the second control unit is further used for controlling the barrier gate to be opened.
8. The platform server for unlicensed vehicle toll payment according to claim 7, wherein the management system further comprises:
the fourth receiving unit is used for receiving a payment request sent by the vehicle owner through a payment code in the mobile terminal scanning field;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring parking fee information of the vehicle owner according to the payment request;
and the first sending unit is used for sending the parking fee information to the mobile terminal so that the vehicle owner finishes payment according to the parking fee information.

the device comprises a processor, a memory, an input and output unit and a bus;
the processor is connected with the memory, the input and output unit and the bus;
