技术领域
本发明涉及球阀技术领域,特别涉及一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组。
背景技术
LNG作为当今世界增长最快的清洁能源,是国家目前调整能源结构重点推动工作之一,伴随LNG工厂、接收站、运输、气化站等项目的快速发展,超低温阀门的地位越发重要。
为保证上述项目中管线截断的可靠性,通常会在管线上安装多个超低温阀门,而多个单阀的布局就需要把控各节点的密封性能,该方式成本高、安装工作量大,且在特定工况或设计空间有限的情况下,存在部分单阀无法安装的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,包括阀体,所述阀体上并排设置有至少两个相互连通的阀腔,所述阀腔内设置有球体,所述球体的两侧分别设置有上游密封机构和下游密封机构,球体的上方设置有与阀体密封连接的阀盖,所述阀盖内穿设有与球体连接的阀杆,阀盖与阀杆之间设置有填料密封机构。
进一步地,所述上游密封机构包括滑动设置在阀腔内的上游阀座圈,所述上游阀座圈的头部嵌有上游密封阀座,上游阀座圈的尾部设置有预紧组件,所述上游密封阀座在预紧组件的作用下始终紧贴球体的密封面。
进一步地,所述预紧组件包括沿下游往上游方向依次设置在上游阀座圈与阀体之间的挡板、支撑环和波簧。
进一步地,所述下游密封机构包括滑动设置在阀腔内的下游阀座圈,所述下游阀座圈的头部嵌有与球体的密封面紧贴的下游密封阀座,下游阀座圈的尾部与阀体之间设置有第一唇形密封圈。
进一步地,所述阀体由耐腐蚀金属制成,阀体的两端设置有连接体,阀体上还开设有介于阀腔之间的放泄孔。
进一步地,所述阀盖为长颈结构,阀盖的外周中部设置有滴水板,阀盖与阀体之间自上而下依次设置有定位销、金属石墨缠绕垫片和第二唇形密封圈。
进一步地,所述阀杆内设置有加热件,所述加热件包括电加热管,所述阀杆与球体、阀杆与阀盖之间均设置有防静电装置。
进一步地,所述填料密封机构位于阀盖的顶部,填料密封机构包括自下而上依次设置的第三唇形密封圈、隔环、柔性石墨、压环、碟簧和压板。

1.双阀共用一个阀座,能有效减少管线上的连接节点、节省空间、降低成本,且截流效果更加可靠;
2.阀组结构设计合理、密封效果可靠,可在超低温工况安全使用。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,提供了一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,包括阀体1,阀体1上并排设置有至少两个相互连通的阀腔101,阀腔101内设置有球体2,球体2的两侧分别设置有上游密封机构和下游密封机构,球体2的上方设置有与阀体1密封连接的阀盖3,阀盖3内穿设有与球体2连接的阀杆4,阀盖3与阀杆4之间设置有填料密封机构。
本实施例通过对阀体1改进设计两个阀腔101,使两个起截断作用的球体2共用一个阀体1,并于球阀、阀杆4及阀盖3处设计密封结构形成浮动球阀阀组,相较于设置多个单阀而言,双阀配合截流效果更加可靠,能有效减少管线上的连接节点、节省空间、降低成本。该浮动球阀阀组的各处密封结构如下:
如图2所示,上游密封机构包括滑动设置在阀腔101内的上游阀座圈5,上游阀座圈5的头部嵌有上游密封阀座6,上游阀座圈5的尾部设置有预紧组件,其中,预紧组件包括沿下游往上游方向依次设置在上游阀座圈5与阀体1之间的挡板7、支撑环8和波簧9;上游密封阀座6在预紧组件的作用下始终紧贴球体2的密封面。
在球体2的上游,波簧9与支撑环8一起安装在阀腔101内,挡板7与上游阀座圈5的尾部紧贴,使上游密封阀座6始终紧密接触球体2的密封面实现密封。本实施例的支撑环8的截面形状为T形结构,以形成止口方便安装波簧9;其中挡板7为楔形结构,挡板7的顶部还连接有一个螺栓,螺塞在阀盖3预留的开孔内,当在线拆卸上游密封时,仅需打开阀盖3通过绳或钢丝提拉螺栓,即可带动挡板7从支撑环8和上游阀座圈5中取出,操作简单方便。
下游密封机构包括滑动设置在阀腔101内的下游阀座圈10,下游阀座圈10的头部嵌有与球体2的密封面紧贴的下游密封阀座11,下游阀座圈10的尾部与阀体1之间设置有第一唇形密封圈12。
在球体2的下游,下游密封阀座11与球体2的密封面紧贴形成密封,下游阀座圈10与阀体1由第一唇形密封圈12进行密封,介压越大唇形密封效果越好。
球体2的密封面上开设有连通自身介质流道的泄压孔201。
由于该阀组用于LNG截流,为防止阀门关闭时中腔内残留的LNG快速升温气化,导致压力急剧升高造成密封泄露、紧固失效等意外事故,阀门在关闭后泄压孔201连通阀体1的上游,防止中腔异常升压。
如图1、图3所示,阀盖3为长颈结构,阀盖3的外周中部设置有滴水板13,阀盖3与阀体1之间自上而下依次设置有定位销14、金属石墨缠绕垫片15和第二唇形密封圈16。
长颈结构的阀盖3可使填料密封远离低温,保证密封效果;滴水板13即可防止雨水、冷凝水下落,又可缓解阀体1温度向上传递。阀盖3与阀体1的位置精度通过定位销14保证,金属石墨缠绕垫片15和第二唇形密封圈16在前后形成两道密封,有效解决了低温下外漏的问题,密封效果可靠。
如图4所示,填料密封机构位于阀盖3的顶部,填料密封机构包括自下而上依次设置的第三唇形密封圈19、隔环20、柔性石墨21、压环22、碟簧23和压板24。
阀杆4处采用第三唇形密封圈19和柔性石墨21两道密封,其中柔性石墨21由碟簧23进行预紧,这样即使柔性石墨21在使用中由于温度和介质压力变化等原因而出现松动,填料处也能始终保持一定的预紧力,增强了阀杆4与阀盖3密封的可靠性。
如图1所示,阀杆4内设置有加热件17,加热件17包括电加热管,阀杆4与球体2、阀杆4与阀盖3之间均设置有防静电装置18。
加热件17可对阀杆4进行加热,避免低温顺阀杆4到达填料密封处影响密封效果,由于是通过加热抵消低温,因此阀盖3可以大幅缩短的长度以减小体积,降低成本,在本实施例中,加热件17安装在阀杆4中部位置最佳,即可避免对球阀加热引发LNG气化,又可避免对第三唇形密封圈19造成损坏。该防静电装置18由金属滚珠和金属弹簧构成,可将阀门开关过程中产生的静电导出,避免静电集聚发生安全事故。
相邻阀盖3之间设置有自动消防装置25,自动消防装置25上设置有在线监测装置26。
在线监测装置26可对阀门是否泄漏进行实时监测,如采用气体传感器、低温传感器、摄像装置等,一旦发生泄漏自动消防装置25启动,该自动消防装置25可在上下方向以不同角度对泄漏部位喷射泡沫灭火剂进封堵,避免事态恶化,提高使用的安全性。
阀体1由耐腐蚀金属制成,以保证阀体1的使用寿命,阀体1的两端设置有连接体102,以方便连接,阀体1上还开设有介于阀腔101之间的放泄孔103,放泄孔处可安装发泄阀,用于实现放泄功能。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,包括阀体(1),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)上并排设置有至少两个相互连通的阀腔(101),所述阀腔(101)内设置有球体(2),所述球体(2)的两侧分别设置有上游密封机构和下游密封机构,球体(2)的上方设置有与阀体(1)密封连接的阀盖(3),所述阀盖(3)内穿设有与球体(2)连接的阀杆(4),阀盖(3)与阀杆(4)之间设置有填料密封机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述上游密封机构包括滑动设置在阀腔(101)内的上游阀座圈(5),所述上游阀座圈(5)的头部嵌有上游密封阀座(6),上游阀座圈(5)的尾部设置有预紧组件,所述上游密封阀座(6)在预紧组件的作用下始终紧贴球体(2)的密封面。
3.如权利要求2所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述预紧组件包括沿下游往上游方向依次设置在上游阀座圈(5)与阀体(1)之间的挡板(7)、支撑环(8)和波簧(9)。
4.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述下游密封机构包括滑动设置在阀腔(101)内的下游阀座圈(10),所述下游阀座圈(10)的头部嵌有与球体(2)的密封面紧贴的下游密封阀座(11),下游阀座圈(10)的尾部与阀体(1)之间设置有第一唇形密封圈(12)。
5.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)由耐腐蚀金属制成,阀体(1)的两端设置有连接体(102),阀体(1)上还开设有介于阀腔(101)之间的放泄孔(103)。
6.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述阀盖(3)为长颈结构,阀盖(3)的外周中部设置有滴水板(13),阀盖(3)与阀体(1)之间自上而下依次设置有定位销(14)、金属石墨缠绕垫片(15)和第二唇形密封圈(16)。
7.如权利要求1或6所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述阀杆(4)内设置有加热件(17),所述加热件(17)包括电加热管,所述阀杆(4)与球体(2)、阀杆(4)与阀盖(3)之间均设置有防静电装置(18)。
8.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述填料密封机构位于阀盖(3)的顶部,填料密封机构包括自下而上依次设置的第三唇形密封圈(19)、隔环(20)、柔性石墨(21)、压环(22)、碟簧(23)和压板(24)。
9.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,相邻所述阀盖(3)之间设置有自动消防装置(25),所述自动消防装置(25)上设置有在线监测装置(26)。
10.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀阀组,其特征在于,所述球体(2)的密封面上开设有连通自身介质流道的泄压孔(201)。
