Abstract

本发明涉及一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀,包括阀体、加长阀盖和球体,阀体与加长阀盖之间设置有阀盖密封组件,加长阀盖内穿设有阀杆,阀杆的底部与球体连接,阀杆的顶部设置有阀杆密封组件,阀杆与球体和/或加长阀盖之间设置有防静电装置,球体上开设有流道泄压孔,球体的上、下游分别设置有上游阀座密封组件和下游阀座密封组件,当球体处于关闭状态时,流道泄压孔与上游连通。该超低温顶装式浮动球阀结构设计合理、使用寿命长、密封性能好,且具有防静电及自泄压的功能,可在超低温工况安全可靠使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及球阀技术领域,特别涉及一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀。
背景技术
作为清洁能源,LNG当今世界增长最快的能源,同时,LNG建设也是国家目前调整能源结构重点推广工作之一。随着LNG工厂、接收站、运输、气化站等项目的快发发展,需使用到超低温阀门这一关键设备,目前,超低温阀门大部分依赖进口,价格高、周期长,且对国家的能源建设和运行存在巨大风险。
为此,需设计一种能应用于超低温工况的浮动球阀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种密封性能好、安全可靠的超低温顶装式浮动球阀。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀,包括阀体、加长阀盖和球体,所述阀体与加长阀盖之间设置有阀盖密封组件,所述加长阀盖内穿设有阀杆,所述阀杆的底部与球体连接,阀杆的顶部设置有阀杆密封组件,阀杆与球体和/或加长阀盖之间设置有防静电装置,所述球体上开设有流道泄压孔,球体的上、下游分别设置有上游阀座密封组件和下游阀座密封组件,当所述球体处于关闭状态时,所述流道泄压孔与上游连通。
优选地,所述加长阀盖为长颈结构,加长阀盖的中部外周焊接有滴水板。
优选地,所述阀盖密封组件包括自下而上设置在阀体与加长阀盖之间的第一唇形密封圈和金属石墨缠绕垫片。
优选地,所述阀杆密封组件包括自下而上设置在阀杆与加长阀盖之间的第二唇形密封圈、隔环、柔性石墨填料、压环、碟簧和压板。
优选地,所述上游阀座密封组件包括滑动设置在球体与阀体之间的上游阀座圈,所述上游阀座圈尾部设置有预紧单元,其头部在预紧单元的作用下紧贴球体进行密封。
优选地,所述预紧单元包括自上游往下游方向依次设置在阀体与上游阀座圈之间的弹性件、支撑环和挡板。
优选地,所述下游阀座密封组件包括设置在球体与阀体之间的下游阀座圈,所述下游阀座圈的头部紧贴球体进行密封,其尾部与阀体之间设置有第三唇形密封圈。
优选地,所述球体的表面设置有耐低温保护层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该超低温顶装式浮动球阀结构设计合理、使用寿命长、密封性能好,且具有防静电及自泄压的功能,可在超低温工况安全可靠使用。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1、图4所示,本实施例提供一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀,包括阀体1、加长阀盖2和球体3,阀体1与加长阀盖2之间设置有阀盖密封组件4,加长阀盖2内穿设有阀杆5,阀杆5的底部与球体3连接,阀杆5的顶部设置有阀杆密封组件6,阀杆5与球体3和/或加长阀盖2之间设置有防静电装置7,球体3上开设有流道泄压孔3a,球体3的上、下游分别设置有上游阀座密封组件8和下游阀座密封组件9,当球体3处于关闭状态时,流道泄压孔3a与上游连通。
由于LNG属于易燃易爆介质,阀门开关过程中会产生静电,本实施例通过在阀杆5与球体3和/或加长阀盖2之间设置防静电装置7,可将产生的静电即使导入外界,以防止静电集聚发生安全事故。此外,通过在球体3上开设流道泄压孔3a,在球阀处于关闭状态时,球阀的流道可通过流道泄压孔3a连通上游,防止中腔异常升压。防静电和自泄压的设计提高了该球阀使用的安全可靠性。
该球阀的密封结构中,阀体1与加长阀盖2采用阀盖密封组件4进行密封,阀杆5与加长阀盖2采用阀杆密封组件6进行密封,球体3与阀体1之间采用上游阀座密封组件8和下游阀座密封组件9进行密封,具体密封结构参见下面图2、图3、图5和图6的说明。
如图2所示,阀盖密封组件4包括自下而上设置在阀体1与加长阀盖2之间的第一唇形密封圈41和金属石墨缠绕垫片42。
阀盖密封组件4中第一唇形密封圈41作为首道密封,金属石墨缠绕垫片42为第二道密封,有效解决了低温工况下介质外漏的问题。
如图3所示,阀杆密封组件6包括自下而上设置在阀杆5与加长阀盖2之间的第二唇形密封圈61、隔环62、柔性石墨填料63、压环64、碟簧65和压板66。
阀杆密封组件6中采用第二唇形密封圈61和柔性石墨填料63双道密封,并且由于柔性石墨填料63由碟簧65预紧,这样即使柔性石墨填料63在使用中由于温度和介质压力变化等原因而出现松动,加长阀盖2的填料函处也能始终保持一定的预紧力,增加了阀杆5密封的可靠性。
如图5所示,上游阀座密封组件8包括滑动设置在球体3与阀体1之间的上游阀座圈81,上游阀座圈81尾部设置有预紧单元,其头部在预紧单元的作用下紧贴球体3进行密封,其中,预紧单元包括自上游往下游方向依次设置在阀体1与上游阀座圈81之间的弹性件82、支撑环83和挡板84。
如图6所示,下游阀座密封组件9包括设置在球体3与阀体1之间的下游阀座圈91,下游阀座圈91的头部紧贴球体3进行密封,其尾部与阀体1之间设置有第三唇形密封圈92。
上游阀座密封组件8的支撑环83与挡板84配合安装,挡板84与上游阀座圈81背面紧贴,在弹性件82的作用下,上游阀座圈81始终紧密接触球体3。其中,弹性件82可为弹簧、波簧等部件,本实施例中,由于支撑环83与阀体1形成的空间有限,故弹性件82优选波簧。而下游阀座密封组件9中,下游阀座圈91的头部与球体3密接触球体3,尾部由第三唇形密封圈92于阀体1形成密封。整个阀座结构设计能够实现良好的密封,保证与阀体1及球体3密封的有效性。
加长阀盖2为长颈结构,加长阀盖2的中部外周焊接有滴水板。
长颈结构是为了保证阀杆5填料远离低温,避免阀杆密封组件6结霜或结冰影响密封的有效性。滴水板用于防止加长阀盖2上部的雨水或冷凝水沿长颈往下流入,影响阀门使用。
球体3的表面设置有耐低温保护层。
耐低温保护层可对低温工况下的球体3进行保护,本实施例中,耐低温保护层为纤维增强的树脂材料。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种超低温顶装式浮动球阀,包括阀体(1)、加长阀盖(2)和球体(3),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)与加长阀盖(2)之间设置有阀盖密封组件(4),所述加长阀盖(2)内穿设有阀杆(5),所述阀杆(5)的底部与球体(3)连接,阀杆(5)的顶部设置有阀杆密封组件(6),阀杆(5)与球体(3)和/或加长阀盖(2)之间设置有防静电装置(7),所述球体(3)上开设有流道泄压孔(3a),球体(3)的上、下游分别设置有上游阀座密封组件(8)和下游阀座密封组件(9),当所述球体(3)处于关闭状态时,所述流道泄压孔(3a)与上游连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述加长阀盖(2)为长颈结构,加长阀盖(2)的中部外周焊接有滴水板(21)。
3.如权利要求2所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述阀盖密封组件(4)包括自下而上设置在阀体(1)与加长阀盖(2)之间的第一唇形密封圈(41)和金属石墨缠绕垫片(42)。
4.如权利要求2所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆密封组件(6)包括自下而上设置在阀杆(5)与加长阀盖(2)之间的第二唇形密封圈(61)、隔环(62)、柔性石墨填料(63)、压环(64)、碟簧(65)和压板(66)。
5.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述上游阀座密封组件(8)包括滑动设置在球体(3)与阀体(1)之间的上游阀座圈(81),所述上游阀座圈(81)尾部设置有预紧单元,其头部在预紧单元的作用下紧贴球体(3)进行密封。
6.如权利要求5所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述预紧单元包括自上游往下游方向依次设置在阀体(1)与上游阀座圈(81)之间的弹性件(82)、支撑环(83)和挡板(84)。
7.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述下游阀座密封组件(9)包括设置在球体(3)与阀体(1)之间的下游阀座圈(91),所述下游阀座圈(91)的头部紧贴球体(3)进行密封,其尾部与阀体(1)之间设置有第三唇形密封圈(92)。
8.如权利要求1所述的超低温顶装式浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述球体(3)的表面设置有耐低温保护层。
