Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,包括面料,里料,分别通过抑菌粘接层粘接于面料外表面、里料内表面的外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层,以及填充于面料和里料之间的羽绒;所述面料和里料均包括聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维;所述抑菌粘接层包括光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛;所述外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层均包括由甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银制成且表面设置有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,所述网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内均设置有超疏水蜡质。本发明羊毛纤维配合光敏胶和紫外线灯光照射技术,能够同时实现粘接稳定、纳米二氧化钛不易脱落以及纳米二氧化钛吸收紫外线能够实现光催化降解整个羽绒服中含有的有机污染物和微生物等至少三种功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于羽绒服领域,具体涉及一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服。
背景技术
儿童天性顽皮、爱玩耍,一件清洗好的衣服穿上没多久就会被弄脏,给大人带来很多烦恼,除了玩耍会把衣服很快弄脏之外,吃饭的时候,也会把衣服弄脏,染上污渍油脂等,不及时清洗还会滋生很多细菌,不利于儿童健康成长。因此,亟需发明一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,包括面料,里料,分别通过抑菌粘接层粘接于面料外表面、里料内表面的外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层,以及填充于面料和里料之间的羽绒;
所述面料和里料均包括聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维;
所述抑菌粘接层包括光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛;
所述外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层均包括由甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银制成且表面设置有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,所述网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内均设置有超疏水蜡质。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维按重量份数计分别为60-80份、20-40份。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述纳米二氧化钛与光敏胶的质量比为2-3:10。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银按重量份数计分别为20-40份、50-60份、10-20份。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述超疏水蜡质按重量份数计包括氟季胺硅烷耦合剂75-88份、二氧化硅凝胶材料2-5份、海藻炭5-10份、纳米银5-10份。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述疏水纹路为防三穗苔草条纹结构。
一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维混纺得到里料和面料;
S2、将氟季胺硅烷耦合剂、二氧化硅凝胶材料、海藻炭、纳米银混合,得到液体状的超疏水蜡质备用;
S3、利用湿法纺丝将混合的甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银加工成表面带有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,即为内抑菌蓄热层,再喷涂超疏水蜡质至网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内,干燥后得到外抗污抗油层;
S4、将光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛混合并涂覆于面料和里料的一侧表面,再将内抑菌蓄热层和外抗污抗油层分别置于面料和里料的一侧表面,并通过紫外线光照射,得到一体化粘接的面料、外抗污抗油层,以及一体化粘接的里料、内抑菌蓄热层;
S5、将里料与面料贴合,外抗污抗油层与内抑菌蓄热层分别位于外表面和内表面,再将里料缝合于面料上并于面料和里料之间填充羽绒,得到儿童羽绒服。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤S3中,喷涂超疏水蜡质至网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内的方法为:先垂直于网状纤维层进行高压射流喷涂至少一次,再分别左右倾斜低压射流喷涂至少一次。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,高压射流的超疏水蜡质的压力值大于3MPa,低压射流的超疏水蜡质的压力值介于0.5MPa-1MPa之间,倾斜角度在10-30°之间。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明面料和里料中均采用羊毛纤维,并配合光敏胶和紫外线灯光照射技术,羊毛纤维在紫外线灯光照射下能够打开毛鳞片,充分吸收光敏胶内的纳米二氧化钛,充分与网络纤维层内的纤维结合粘接,紫外线灯光照射下能够同时实现粘接稳定、纳米二氧化钛不易脱落以及纳米二氧化钛吸收紫外线能够实现光催化降解整个羽绒服中含有的有机污染物和微生物等至少三种功能,工艺简单实用;
2)本发明在外抗污抗油层、内抑菌蓄热层表面均设置疏水纹路,疏水纹路产生的立体空间效果能够增加内抑菌蓄热层的保暖蓄热效果,也避免跑绒,外抗污抗油层表面的疏水纹路和超疏水蜡质能够增加其表面的疏水能力,能够抗污抗油;
3)本发明采用高压射流和倾斜低压射流的方式喷涂超疏水蜡质,高压射流能够使得超疏水蜡质致密的附着在网状纤维层上,起到很好的疏水效果,倾斜低压射流能够使得超疏水蜡质再次附着在网状纤维层上,并且使得部分超疏水蜡质流至疏水纹路内,形成较为平滑的蜡质层,全面提高网状纤维层的疏水效果;
4)本发明通过在外抗污抗油层、内抑菌蓄热层以及超疏水蜡质内添加的甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银,能够提高整个衬衫面料的抗油污、抑菌效果;
5)本发明甲壳素为碱性材料,与羊毛纤维接触时,也能够打开羊毛纤维毛鳞片,充分吸收光敏胶内的纳米二氧化钛,使得纳米二氧化钛不易脱落,也充分与网络纤维层内的纤维结合粘接,实现各面料层之间粘接稳定。
具体实施方式
下面对本申请作进一步详细描述,有必要在此指出的是,以下具体实施方式只用于对本申请进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述申请内容对本申请作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,包括面料,里料,分别通过抑菌粘接层粘接于面料外表面、里料内表面的外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层,以及填充于面料和里料之间的羽绒;
所述面料和里料均包括聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维,所述聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维按重量份数计分别为60份、40份;
所述抑菌粘接层包括光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛,所述纳米二氧化钛与光敏胶的质量比为2:10;
所述外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层均包括由按重量份数计甲壳素20份、海藻炭60份、纳米银20份制成且表面设置有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,所述网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内均设置有超疏水蜡质;其中,超疏水蜡质按重量份数计包括氟季胺硅烷耦合剂75份、二氧化硅凝胶材料5份、海藻炭10份、纳米银10份,疏水纹路为防三穗苔草条纹结构。
本实施例抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服的制备方法如下:
S1、采用聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维混纺得到里料和面料;
S2、将氟季胺硅烷耦合剂、二氧化硅凝胶材料、海藻炭、纳米银混合,得到液体状的超疏水蜡质备用;
S3、利用湿法纺丝将混合的甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银加工成表面带有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,即为内抑菌蓄热层,再喷涂超疏水蜡质至网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内,干燥后得到外抗污抗油层;其中,
喷涂超疏水蜡质至网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内的方法为:先垂直于网状纤维层进行高压射流喷涂一次,再分别左右倾斜低压射流喷涂一次;高压射流的超疏水蜡质的压力值大于3MPa,低压射流的超疏水蜡质的压力值介于0.5MPa-1MPa之间,倾斜角度在10-30°之间;
S4、将光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛混合并涂覆于面料和里料的一侧表面,再将内抑菌蓄热层和外抗污抗油层分别置于面料和里料的一侧表面,并通过紫外线光照射,得到一体化粘接的面料、外抗污抗油层,以及一体化粘接的里料、内抑菌蓄热层;
S5、将里料与面料贴合,外抗污抗油层与内抑菌蓄热层分别位于外表面和内表面,再将里料缝合于面料上并于面料和里料之间填充羽绒,得到儿童羽绒服。
实施例2
该实施例提供一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服及其制备方法,儿童羽绒服及其制备方法与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:
聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维按重量份数计分别为70份、30份;
纳米二氧化钛与光敏胶的质量比为2.5:10;
甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银按重量份数计分别为30份、55份、15份;
超疏水蜡质按重量份数计包括氟季胺硅烷耦合剂82份、二氧化硅凝胶材料3份、海藻炭7份、纳米银8份。
实施例3
该实施例提供一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服及其制备方法,儿童羽绒服及其制备方法与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:
聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维按重量份数计分别为80份、20份;
纳米二氧化钛与光敏胶的质量比为3:10;
甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银按重量份数计分别为40份、50份、10份;
超疏水蜡质按重量份数计包括氟季胺硅烷耦合剂86份、二氧化硅凝胶材料4份、海藻炭5份、纳米银5份。
对比例1
该对比例提供一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服及其制备方法,其儿童羽绒服及其制备方法与实施例2基本相同,区别在于:抑菌粘接层不采用光敏胶,采用其他种类的树脂胶,面料和里料中不添加羊毛纤维。
对比例2
该对比例提供一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服及其制备方法,其儿童羽绒服及其制备方法与实施例2基本相同,区别在于:抑菌粘接层不添加纳米二氧化钛,外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层以及超疏水蜡质内均不添加纳米银。
对上述实施例1-3以及对比例1-2制得的儿童羽绒服进行耐污、抗菌测试,耐污等级参照GB/T30159.1-2013《纺织品防污性能的检测和评价第一部分:耐沾污性》,抗菌率参照美国AATCCTestMethod100标准检测,测试得到以下数据:

由上表可知,本发明通过面料和里料中添加了纳米银,抑菌粘接层添加了纳米二氧化钛,其抗菌效果更好,且纳米二氧化钛在紫外线作用下对羽绒服进行杀菌,制得的羽绒服抗菌、抑菌效果均较好;外抗污抗油层表面的疏水纹路的设置以及超疏水蜡质的使用,能够增加其表面的疏水能力,实现抗污抗油,而面料和里料中均采用羊毛纤维,采用紫外线灯光照射,能够使得纳米二氧化钛与羊毛纤维充分结合,不易脱落,具有较好的抑菌效果。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,其特征在于:包括面料,里料,分别通过抑菌粘接层粘接于面料外表面、里料内表面的外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层,以及填充于面料和里料之间的羽绒;
所述面料和里料均包括聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维;
所述抑菌粘接层包括光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛;
所述外抗污抑菌层、内抑菌蓄热层均包括由甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银制成且表面设置有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,所述网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内均设置有超疏水蜡质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维按重量份数计分别为60-80份、20-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化钛与光敏胶的质量比为2-3:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,其特征在于:所述甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银按重量份数计分别为20-40份、50-60份、10-20份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,其特征在于:所述超疏水蜡质按重量份数计包括氟季胺硅烷耦合剂75-88份、二氧化硅凝胶材料2-5份、海藻炭5-10份、纳米银5-10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服,其特征在于:所述疏水纹路为防三穗苔草条纹结构。
7.一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用聚酯纤维、羊毛纤维混纺得到里料和面料;
S2、将氟季胺硅烷耦合剂、二氧化硅凝胶材料、海藻炭、纳米银混合,得到液体状的超疏水蜡质备用;
S3、利用湿法纺丝将混合的甲壳素、海藻炭、纳米银加工成表面带有疏水纹路的网状纤维层,即为内抑菌蓄热层,再喷涂超疏水蜡质至网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内,干燥后得到外抗污抗油层;
S4、将光敏胶和纳米二氧化钛混合并涂覆于面料和里料的一侧表面,再将内抑菌蓄热层和外抗污抗油层分别置于面料和里料的一侧表面,并通过紫外线光照射,得到一体化粘接的面料、外抗污抗油层,以及一体化粘接的里料、内抑菌蓄热层;
S5、将里料与面料贴合,外抗污抗油层与内抑菌蓄热层分别位于外表面和内表面,再将里料缝合于面料上并于面料和里料之间填充羽绒,得到儿童羽绒服。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗污抑菌的儿童羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中,喷涂超疏水蜡质至网状纤维层表面以及疏水纹路内的方法为:先垂直于网状纤维层进行高压射流喷涂至少一次,再分别左右倾斜低压射流喷涂至少一次。
