Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, it being pointed out that the examples described are intended only to facilitate an understanding of the invention and are not intended to be limiting in any way.
Referring to fig. 1, referring to fig. 2 to 7, a finished cigarette disassembly and inspection device provided in this embodiment, a cigarette case disassembly device 200 provided in this embodiment includes a trimming conveying mechanism 201, an end face cutting component 205, a clamping conveying component 202 and a case pulling component 206, the end face cutting component 205 is respectively disposed at left and right sides of a conveying direction of the trimming conveying mechanism 201, a clamping conveying component 202 is disposed at a tail end of the trimming conveying mechanism 201, and a case pulling component 206 is disposed at a tail end of the clamping conveying component 202. By way of example, the end face removal assembly 205 includes a first end face removal assembly and a second end face removal assembly for removing two end faces, respectively, and when the cigarette carton 104 reaches this position, the two end faces of the cigarette carton 104 are removed and the end faces are removed and transferred to the shell extraction assembly 206 for shell removal.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the shell assembly 206 includes an upper roller frame 263 and a lower roller frame 266, the upper roller frame 263 is provided with an upper roller 265, the lower roller frame 266 is provided with a lower roller 264, and the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264 form a pair of rollers; the upper roller frame 263 is provided with a stop 260, and the stop 260 is opposite to the tail end of the clamping and conveying assembly 202. Referring to fig. 10, an upper roller frame 263 is connected with a lower roller frame 266 through a connecting seat 268, a blade 267 is arranged on the lower roller 264, a knife slot is arranged on the upper roller 265, the blade 267 is arranged in the knife slot, the connecting seat 268 and the blade 267 are on the same straight line, and the lower roller 264 is connected with a driving device; the blade 267 is used for tearing the package, avoiding the connection seat from blocking the package from being conveyed forward, and separating the shell more conveniently. As another example, the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264 are both connected to a driving device, and in this embodiment, the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264 may be respectively fixed on a non-passing fixed frame, because the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264 support may not be provided with a connecting seat, and thus a blade is not required.
Referring to fig. 5, the clamp transfer assembly 202 includes a side belt 262 and/or a bottom belt 261, the side belt 262 and/or the bottom belt 261 being respectively coupled to a drive device. Stop 260 is used to abut against the package in the package, and bottom belt 261 and/or side belt 262 are used to drive the package forward to separate the package from the package. Side belts 262 are provided on both left and right sides of the bottom belt 261, and a distance between the side belts 262 is adapted to the running width dimension of the cigarette rod 104.
Referring to fig. 3, the end face cutting assembly 205 includes a cutter 250, a cutter holder 251 and an extrusion block 252, the cutter 250 is disposed on the cutter holder 251, the extrusion block 252 is disposed beside the cutter 250, and the strip cigarette 104 is extruded by the extrusion block 252 before passing through the cutter 250, so that a larger gap is left on the end face of the strip cigarette 104, and the cutter 250 is prevented from cutting the package in the strip cigarette 104. The cutter holder 251 is further provided with a transfer pair roller 253, and the transfer pair roller 253 is disposed at the working rear end of the cutter 250. The conveying pair roller 253 is used for conveying the cut cigarette sticks 104 laterally away, and an end face collecting box 208 is arranged below the end face cutting assembly 205 and is used for collecting cut end faces of the cigarette sticks 104.
Referring to fig. 3, the trim delivery mechanism 201 includes a power unit and a push plate 215, the push plate 215 being disposed on a slider of the power unit. The pusher plate 215 is used to push the cigarette rod 104 forward. The trimming conveying mechanism 201 further comprises a carrier plate 216 and a pressing strip 217, the carrier plate 216 is arranged on a sliding block of the power unit, the push plate 215 is vertically arranged on the carrier plate 216, the pressing strip 217 is arranged on the upper portion of the push plate 215, and the push plate 215, the carrier plate 216 and the pressing strip 217 form a die box 207, so that the die box 207 can move back and forth in the trimming conveying mechanism 201.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the cigarette with the end face cut enters the cigarette carton 207, the shell removing device further comprises a steering device, the steering device comprises a power unit and a pushing frame 203, the pushing frame 203 is arranged on a sliding block of the power unit, the sliding direction of the sliding block is in the same straight line with the moving direction of the clamping and conveying assembly 202 and is perpendicular to the moving direction of the edge cutting and conveying mechanism 201, the pushing frame 203 is arranged opposite to a conveying belt of the clamping and conveying assembly 202, the pushing frame 203 pushes the cigarette carton in the carton 207 into the shell extracting assembly, and the structure is convenient for conveying the cigarette carton and is beneficial for steering the cigarette carton.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the shell removing apparatus further includes a lifting device 210, where the lifting device 210 includes a limiting channel 211, a lifting plate 212 and a side pushing plate 213, the limiting channel 211 is an up-down channel surrounded by four limiting plates, the lifting plate 212 can lift up and down in the limiting channel 211, the side pushing plate 213 is disposed at an upper end of the limiting channel 211, the lifting plate 212 and the side pushing plate 213 are respectively connected with a power device, and the power device is an air cylinder 214. The lifting device 210 is used to lift the inner package within the package into a further track.
The strip cigarettes are conveyed forwards through the trimming conveying mechanism 201, and the strip cigarettes 104 are extruded by the extrusion block 252 before passing through the cutter 250, so that larger gaps are reserved on the end faces of the strip cigarettes 104; the end face is cut off through the end face cutting assemblies 205 arranged on two sides of the edge cutting conveying mechanism 201, the cut end face falls into the end face collecting box 208 through the conveying of the conveying pair roller 253, and then the strip cigarettes 104 with the cut end face are subjected to 90-degree turning through the turning device and enter the clamping conveying assembly 202; after the package is pushed to move forward by the bottom belt 261 and/or the side belt 262, the package enters a device formed by the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264, the stop block 50 stops the package in the cigarette strip 104, the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264 clamp the package to move forward continuously, the package is separated from the cigarette packet, the package falls into the package collecting box 209, the cigarette packet enters the limiting channel 211 of the lifting device 210, the lifting plate 212 can lift up and down in the limiting channel 211, and the cigarette packet is conveyed to another track after being lifted, so that the disassembly of the package is completed.
The lifting device 210 of the cigarette carton and shell removing apparatus 200 is connected with the first conveying rail 301 of the cigarette packet appearance detecting apparatus 300, and conveys the cigarette packet to the cigarette packet appearance detecting apparatus 300.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, the apparatus 300 for detecting the appearance of a tobacco bale provided in this embodiment includes a first conveying rail 301, a second conveying rail 302, and a turning mechanism 305, where the first conveying rail 301 and the second conveying rail 302 are disposed at an angle to each other, preferably at an angle of 90 degrees to each other, an imaging device is disposed around the first conveying rail 301 for detecting the appearance of a tobacco bale 306, an imaging device is disposed around the second conveying rail 302 for detecting the appearance of a tobacco bale 306, the turning mechanism 305 is disposed at the junction of the first conveying rail 301 and the second conveying rail 302, the turning mechanism 305 includes a rotary die case 350 and a pushing assembly, the rotary die case 350 is disposed between the pushing assembly and the second conveying rail 302, the pushing assembly is configured to push the tobacco bale 306 in the rotary die case 350 to the second conveying rail 302, and the rotary die case 350 is capable of rotating 180 degrees under the driving of the rotary power unit 351.
The full-appearance detection device for the tobacco bale 306 of this embodiment detects the appearance of three sides of the tobacco bale 306 on the upper side and the two sides of the first conveying track 301 by using three cameras, then the tobacco bale 306 enters the rotary die box 350 and rotates 180 degrees to turn the bottom surface upwards, and because the first conveying track 301 and the second conveying track 302 are arranged at 90 degrees, the three sides which are not detected by the tobacco bale 306 before are replaced to the two sides and the upper side of the second conveying track 302, and then the appearance of the other three sides of the tobacco bale 306 is detected on the upper side and the two sides of the second conveying track 302 by using three cameras, so that images of all sides of the tobacco bale 306 are obtained for defect analysis. In this embodiment, six sides of the tobacco bale 306 can be completely detected through the smart design of the turnover mechanism 305.
Referring to fig. 8, a first imaging device 370, a second imaging device 371, and a third imaging device 372 are disposed around the first transfer rail 301, the first imaging device 370 is disposed at an upper portion of the first transfer rail 301, and the second imaging device 371 and the third imaging device 372 are disposed at both sides of the first transfer rail 301, respectively. The three imaging devices respectively acquire images of three sides of the tobacco bale 306. A fourth imaging device 373, a fifth imaging device 374, and a sixth imaging device 375 are provided around the second conveying rail 302, the fourth imaging device 373 being provided at an upper portion of the second conveying rail 302, the fifth imaging device 374 and the sixth imaging device 375 being provided at both sides of the second conveying rail 302, respectively. Referring to fig. 8, 10 and 11, the first transfer rail 301 includes a first transfer belt 313, a first left guide 311 and a first right guide 312, the first left guide 311 and the first right guide 312 being disposed at left and right sides of the first transfer belt 313, respectively, a second imaging device 371 being disposed at a working rear end of the first left guide 311, and a third imaging device 372 being disposed at a working rear end of the first right guide 312, respectively. The second conveying track 302 includes a second conveying belt 323, a second left limiting plate 321 and a second right limiting plate 322, the second left limiting plate 321 and the second right limiting plate 322 are respectively disposed on the left side and the right side of the second conveying belt 323, a sixth imaging device 375 is disposed at the working rear end of the second left limiting plate 321, and a fifth imaging device 374 is disposed at the working rear end of the second right limiting plate 322. The left guide plate and the right guide plate have a limiting function, and can correct the position of the cigarette packet, so that the imaging position of the imaging device is more accurate.
Referring to fig. 9, the rotary die case 350 includes two accommodating chambers 352 that are symmetrically disposed to each other and accommodate the tobacco bale 306, a rotating shaft is disposed between the two accommodating chambers 352, the rotating shaft is connected to a rotary power unit 351, and the rotary power unit 351 is a rotary cylinder or a rotary motor. The rotating mechanism comprises an arc plate 357, wherein the arc plate 357 is arranged as an arc plate, the inner side surface of the arc plate is matched with the rotating track of the rotating die box in a fit manner, and the arc plate 357 is connected with the rotating die box 350 through a connecting plate 358. The pushing component comprises a linear motion unit 354, a second pushing head 355 and a power unit 356, wherein the linear motion unit 354 is arranged on a mounting seat 353, the power unit 356 is arranged on a sliding block of the linear motion unit 354, the second pushing head 355 is vertically arranged on a rotating shaft of the power unit 356, the second pushing head 355 pushes the cigarette packet 306 to the second conveying track 302 along the linear motion of the linear motion unit 354, and the power unit 356 is a rotary cylinder or a rotary motor. The detection device further comprises a defective tobacco packet collecting box 376 and a removing push rod 377 driven by a motor or a cylinder, wherein the removing push rod 377 is arranged at the rear end of the second conveying track 302, and the moving direction of the removing push rod 377 is perpendicular to the second conveying track 302.
Further, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth imaging devices 370, 371, 372, 373, 374, 375 include a camera and an auxiliary light source 378, respectively, the auxiliary light source 378 illuminating an imaging position of the camera. The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth imaging devices 370, 371, 372, 373, 374, 375 transmit the appearance detection images of the packets 306 to a service processor, which analyzes the appearance defects of the packets 306 and sends reject signals of the defective packets 306 to a control device, which drives a reject push rod 377 to push the defective packets 306 out of the second transfer rail 302 into a defective packet collection box 376. The service processor can record the appearance defect image of the cigarette packet 306, and when detecting that the appearance of the cigarette packet 306 is defective, the industrial personal computer automatically stores the defect image and can check the defect image in time to help an operation maintenance personnel to control the product quality; the device can automatically and accurately reject defective tobacco packages, once defective tobacco packages 306 are detected, the PLC starts to perform step counting displacement, and when the conditions are met, the PLC sends out a signal to open a reject valve to reject defective tobacco packages 306.
The second conveying rail 302 of the tobacco bale appearance detecting apparatus 300 is connected to the third conveying rail 410 of the tobacco bale glass paper disassembling apparatus 400, and the tobacco bale is conveyed to the tobacco bale glass paper disassembling apparatus 400 for disassembly, and may be pushed onto a tobacco bale placing table 416 through a reject push rod 314.
Referring to fig. 12 to 17, the apparatus 400 for disassembling a glass paper of a tobacco packet provided in this embodiment includes a side film cutting device 401, a pushing device, a mask cutting device 402, and a film disassembling device 403, wherein the front end and the rear end of the pushing device are respectively abutted against the side film cutting device 401 and the mask cutting device 402, the side film cutting device 401 and the mask cutting device 402 are used for cutting a film of the tobacco packet 306 into two parts, specifically referring to fig. 19 to 21, the film disassembling device 403 includes an upper roller group 430 and a lower roller group 431, a tobacco packet channel 432 is formed by cooperation between the upper roller group 430 and the lower roller group 431, the upper roller group 430 includes a pair of upper clamping rollers 4300, the upper clamping rollers 4300 are respectively contacted with two sides of the tobacco packet 306, and the clamping rollers rotate to clamp a part of the packaging film; the lower roller set 431 also includes a pair of lower gripping rollers 4310, where the pair of lower gripping rollers 4310 are respectively in contact with two sides of the tobacco bale 306, and the lower gripping rollers 4310 rotate to grip another portion of the packaging film, and the two pairs of gripping rollers are respectively disposed on opposite corners of the tobacco bale channel 432. The static eliminator 435 is arranged at the conveying tail ends of the upper conveying roller 4303 and the lower conveying roller 4313, the static eliminator 435 can eliminate static on the film, the static attraction is avoided, the packaging film is more conveniently removed, and the film detaching device 403 can be driven by the third air cylinder 434. Referring to fig. 21, one of the pinch rollers can rotate clockwise and the other roller can rotate counterclockwise.
Referring to fig. 15, the upper roller set 430 further includes an upper seat plate 4304 and an upper auxiliary roller 4301, where the upper seat plate 4304 is disposed perpendicular to the upper clamping roller 4300, the upper auxiliary roller 4301 is parallel to the upper clamping roller 4300 and is disposed at the edge of the tobacco packet channel 432, a driving belt is disposed between the upper auxiliary roller 4301 and the upper clamping roller 4300, and the upper auxiliary roller 4301 contacts with one surface of the tobacco packet 306, so as to assist movement of the packaging film; the upper roller set 430 further includes an upper conveying roller 4303, the upper conveying roller 4303 is parallel to the upper clamping roller 4300 and is disposed on the upper seat plate 4304, a conveying belt is disposed between the upper conveying roller 4303 and the upper clamping roller 4300, and the upper conveying roller 4303 is used for conveying the film clamped by the upper clamping roller 4300 to the cellophane collecting box 433. The upper roller set 430 also includes an upper tensioner 4302 for adjusting the tension of the upper nip roller 4300 and the upper auxiliary roller 4301. Similarly, the lower roller group 431 further includes a lower seat plate 4314 and a lower auxiliary roller 4311, the lower seat plate 4314 is perpendicular to the lower clamping roller 4310, the lower auxiliary roller 4311 is parallel to the lower clamping roller 4310 and is arranged at the edge of the cigarette packet channel 432, a transmission belt is arranged between the lower auxiliary roller 4311 and the lower clamping roller 4310, and the lower auxiliary roller 4311 contacts with one surface of the cigarette packet 306 to assist the movement of the packaging film; the lower roller set 431 further includes a lower conveying roller 4313, the lower conveying roller 4313 is parallel to the lower clamping roller 4310 and is disposed on the lower seat plate 4314, a conveying belt is disposed between the lower conveying roller 4313 and the lower clamping roller 4310, and the lower conveying roller 4313 is used for conveying the film clamped by the lower clamping roller 4310 to the cellophane collecting box 433. The lower roller set 431 further includes a lower tensioning wheel 4312 for adjusting the tightness of the lower pinch roller 4310 and the lower auxiliary roller 4311.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a side film cutting device 401 is used for cutting the film on the opposite side of the cigarette packet 306 along a diagonal line, a mask cutting device 402 is used for cutting the film on the opposite side of the cigarette packet 306 along a straight line, and the cutting line of the side film cutting device 401 is connected with the cutting line of the mask cutting device 402 to divide the packaging film into two parts. The dashed line portions in fig. 21 are cut lines, and the back surface has corresponding cut lines, which are not shown.
Referring to fig. 12, the side film bisecting device 401 includes a third conveying track 410, a first channel plate 411 and a second channel plate 412, the first channel plate 411 and the second channel plate 412 are respectively disposed on two sides of the third conveying track 410, the first channel plate 411 and the second channel plate 412 are connected by a connecting rod 413, side cutter seats 414 are disposed on the first channel plate 411 and the second channel plate 412, side cutter blades 415 are disposed on the side cutter seats 414, and the first channel plate 411 and the second channel plate 412 are fixed by a support. The limiting structure is simple, and the packaging film is convenient to cut.
Referring to fig. 12, a cigarette packet placement table 416 is disposed on the third conveying track 410, a placement surface of the cigarette packet placement table 416 has an inclination angle with a horizontal plane, the third conveying track 410 is driven by a motor or a cylinder to move the cigarette packet 306 forward, and when the cigarette packet 306 passes through a space formed by the first channel plate 411 and the second channel plate 412, two side cutting blades 415 on two sides cut two side surfaces of the packaging film, so that the packaging film can be cut into a slant line from the upper left corner to the lower right corner.
Referring to fig. 12, the pushing device further includes a first pushing component 404, a fourth conveying track 426, and a second pushing component 405, where the first pushing component 404 is disposed at the front end of the fourth conveying track 426, the second pushing component 405 is disposed at the rear end of the fourth conveying track 426, a third pushing head 440 of the first pushing component 404 faces the end station of the side film bisecting device 401 and its moving direction is perpendicular to the fourth conveying track 426, and a pushing head of the second pushing component 405 faces the tobacco packet channel 432 and its moving direction is perpendicular to the fourth conveying track 426. The first pushing assembly 404 includes a power unit and a third pushing head 440, the third pushing head 440 is disposed on a reciprocating slider of the power unit, and the power unit is a pneumatic linear motion unit or an electric linear motion unit. The second pushing component 405 includes a power unit and a fourth pushing head 450, where the fourth pushing head 450 is disposed on a reciprocating slider of the power unit, and the power unit is a pneumatic linear motion unit or an electric linear motion unit. The fourth pushing head 450 is used for pushing the cigarette packet 306 into the mask cutting device 402, pushing out the mask cutting device 402, pushing in the film removing device 403, or pushing out any one or more of the film removing devices 403.
Referring to fig. 14, the mask cutting device 402 includes an upper sleeve plate 412, a lower sleeve plate 422 and a surface cutting blade 425, the upper sleeve plate 412 and the lower sleeve plate 422 are vertically matched to form a tobacco packet channel, the upper sleeve plate 412 and the lower sleeve plate 422 are both provided with a slit 423, the surface cutting blade 425 is arranged on the adjusting tool holder 424, and the surface cutting blade 425 is positioned at the slit 423. The face cutting blade 425 cuts both surfaces of the wrapping film as the packet 306 passes through the packet passage formed by the upper and lower sleeve plates 412, 422, the cut line intersecting the oblique cut line. The upper and lower sleeve plates 412, 422 form two slits 423, which are respectively provided at opposite corners of the pack passage. The limiting structure is simple, and the packaging film is conveniently cut into two parts.
The automatic film removing device of the embodiment cuts the film of the tobacco packet 306 into two parts by arranging the side film bisecting device 401 and the surface film bisecting device 402, and separates the packaging film from the products in the film by friction force through the upper clamping roller 4300 of the upper roller group 430 and the lower clamping roller 4310 of the lower roller group 431, so that the automatic film removing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and is particularly suitable for removing the film on the tobacco packet.
The tobacco bale glass paper disassembling device 400 is connected with the tobacco bale conveying reversing device 700, and is reversed through the tobacco bale conveying reversing device and then pushed into the tobacco bale shell disassembling device, specifically, the tobacco bale with glass paper disassembled enters the tobacco bale conveying reversing device.
Referring to fig. 28 to 31, a tobacco packet pushed out by the fourth push head 450 in the tobacco packet glass paper disassembling device 400 enters an inlet at the upper end of the vertical input channel 720, and falls into the accommodating groove 717 from an outlet, the rotating part of the rotating cylinder 712 can drive the guard plate 716 on the rotating cylinder to rotate simultaneously, so as to perform angle rotation on a conveying packing box in the accommodating groove 716, when the rotating cylinder rotates to a target position, the pushing device works, the linear power unit 732 of the pushing device drives the output push head to push the packing box out of the accommodating groove and enter the guide mechanism 740, and after the conveying direction of the packing box is limited to a certain proper direction, the rear end of the guide plate 743 of the guide mechanism is in butt joint with the inlet of the tobacco packet shell disassembling device 500.
Referring to fig. 18 to 22, the apparatus 500 for removing a casing of a tobacco bale provided in this embodiment includes a rotary wheel 508, a tobacco bale case 509, a flip device 501, an aluminum paper pull tab removing device 503, an aluminum paper stretching device 504 and an extrusion device 506, where the tobacco bale case 509 is disposed on the rotary wheel 508, and the flip device 501, the aluminum paper pull tab removing device 503, the aluminum paper stretching device 504 and the extrusion device 506 are sequentially disposed along the rotation direction of the rotary wheel 508 and correspond to the tobacco bale case 509. The rotary wheel 508 is disposed on a wheel shaft, and the power device can drive the rotary wheel 508 to rotate. The tobacco bale die box 509 is used for placing the tobacco bale 306, the flip cover device 501 is used for clamping the flip cover of the tobacco bale 306 and then turning over, the aluminum paper pulling sheet removing device 503 is used for removing the aluminum paper pulling sheet, the aluminum paper supporting device 504 is used for pulling out aluminum paper, and the extruding device 506 is used for extruding the tobacco bale 306 and then pouring out cigarettes in the tobacco bale 306.
Referring to fig. 19, the flip device 501 includes two clamping portions 510, the clamping portions 510 are connected with a first rotating motor 511, the first rotating motor 511 can drive the clamping portions 510 to rotate, flip the lid of the tobacco packet 306 open, the clamping portions 510 are mounted on a first clamping portion adjusting unit 512, the first clamping portion adjusting unit 512 can drive the clamping portions 510 to linearly move, and clamp the end cover of the tobacco packet 306, the first clamping portion adjusting unit 512 is mounted on a second clamping portion adjusting unit 513 for adjusting the clamping portions 510 to align with the flip lid of the tobacco packet 306, and the second clamping portion adjusting unit 513 and the first clamping portion adjusting unit 512 are driven by a motor or a cylinder. The first clamping part adjusting unit 512 and the second clamping part adjusting unit 513 are vertically arranged, and can adjust the clamping part 510 to align with the flip cover in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction, and then the first rotating motor 511 drives the clamping part 510 to rotate so as to flip the flip cover of the tobacco bale 306. The structure can realize multidimensional adjustment, and the accuracy is higher.
Referring to fig. 18, the apparatus for removing the shell of the tobacco bale further includes an aluminum paper hasp detecting camera 502, and after the flip cover of the tobacco bale 306 is turned over, the aluminum paper hasp detecting camera 502 is used for obtaining an appearance image of the aluminum paper hasp, and a light source is disposed beside the aluminum paper hasp detecting camera 502. An aluminum paper hasp detection camera 502 is provided behind the station of the flip device 501 and is provided corresponding to the pack case 509. Preferably, after the cigarette packet is turned over, there may be a problem of packaging quality of the white card (i.e. the liner paper) in the cigarette packet, so that a white card detection camera 537 may be further disposed on the rotary wheel 508, the white card detection camera 537 is used for detecting the liner paper in the cigarette packet, and the white card detection camera 537 is disposed after the station of the aluminum paper pulling-tab removing device 503 and is disposed corresponding to the cigarette packet die box 509, and a light source is disposed beside the white card detection camera 537.
Referring to fig. 20, the aluminum paper tab removing device 503 includes two brushes 531 and a clamping device 532, the brushes 531 are connected with a second rotating motor 533, the second rotating motor 533 can drive the brushes 531 to rotate to brush aluminum paper of the cigarette packet 306 open, the brushes 531 and the clamping device 532 are mounted on a first brush adjusting unit 535, the clamping device 532 is connected with a tension detecting device 534, the clamping device 532 is used for clamping the aluminum paper tab, the tension detecting device 534 is used for detecting tension of the aluminum paper tab, the first brush adjusting unit 535 can drive the clamping device 532 to move to pull the aluminum paper tab open, the removed aluminum paper tab is placed in an aluminum paper tab collecting box 530, the first brush adjusting unit 535 is mounted on a second brush adjusting unit 536 for adjusting the brushes 531 and the clamping device 532 to be aligned with the aluminum paper tab, and the first brush adjusting unit 535 and the second brush adjusting unit 536 are driven by a motor or a cylinder. The first brush adjusting unit 535 and the second brush adjusting unit 536 are vertically disposed, and the brush 531 and the clamping device 532 can be adjusted in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction to be aligned with the aluminum paper tab. The structure can realize multidimensional adjustment, and the accuracy is higher.
Referring to fig. 21, the aluminum paper stretching device 504 includes two paddles 550, the paddles 550 are mounted on a first paddle adjusting unit 551, the first paddle adjusting unit 551 can drive the paddles 550 to reciprocate linearly for stretching the aluminum paper, the first paddle adjusting unit 551 is mounted on a second paddle adjusting unit 552 for adjusting the position of the aluminum paper to be stretched, and the second paddle adjusting unit 552 is mounted on a third paddle adjusting unit 553. The aluminum paper tensioning device 504 is fixedly mounted by a fixing seat 554. The first plectrum adjusting unit 551, the second plectrum adjusting unit 552 and the third plectrum adjusting unit 553 are vertically arranged, and can adjust the plectrum 550 to align with the aluminum paper in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, and then the aluminum paper is spread by the plectrum 550. The structure can realize multidimensional adjustment, and the accuracy is higher. The first, second and third blade adjustment units 551, 552 and 553 are driven by a motor or a cylinder.
Referring to fig. 18, the device for removing the shell of the tobacco bale further includes a tobacco end face detection camera 505, after the aluminum paper is pulled out, the tobacco end face detection camera 505 is used for obtaining an appearance image of the tobacco end face, and a light source is arranged beside the tobacco end face detection camera 505. The cigarette end face detection camera 505 is arranged behind the station of the aluminum paper supporting device 504 and corresponds to the cigarette packet die box.
Referring to fig. 22, the extruding device 506 includes two extruding heads 560, the extruding heads 560 are mounted on a first extruding head adjusting unit 561, the first extruding head adjusting unit 561 is used for driving the clamping part 510 to generate holding force, and after the tobacco packet 306 is extruded, the cigarettes in the tobacco packet 306 are poured out, and the first extruding head adjusting unit 561 is mounted on a second extruding head adjusting unit 562. The pressing device 506 is fixedly installed through the installation seat. The first extrusion head adjusting unit 561 and the second extrusion head adjusting unit 562 are vertically arranged, and can adjust the extrusion head 560 to be aligned with the tobacco bale 306 in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction. The structure can realize multidimensional adjustment, and the accuracy is higher. The first and second head adjusting units 561 and 562 are driven by a motor or a cylinder.
Referring to fig. 18, a plurality of tobacco bale cases 509 are uniformly arranged along the circumference of the rotary wheel 508, eight tobacco bale cases 509 are provided in this embodiment, a compression cylinder is arranged on the tobacco bale cases 509, and the compression cylinder is used for pressing tobacco bales in the tobacco bale cases, so that the tobacco bales are fixed in the tobacco bale cases, and falling during rotation is avoided. The first station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the tobacco bale inlet direction, the second station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the flip device 501, the third station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the aluminum paper hasp detection camera 502, the fourth station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the aluminum paper pulling piece dismantling device 503, the fifth station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the aluminum paper supporting device 504, the sixth station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the cigarette end face detection camera 505, the seventh station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the extrusion device 506, the eighth station tobacco bale die box is opposite to the removing device (not shown in the figure), and the removing device comprises a power unit and a push head arranged on a power unit sliding block, and the push head is opposite to the eighth station tobacco bale die box. The packets are disassembled as they are transported over the rotating wheel 508.
The cigarette packet shell removing device of the embodiment is simple in structure, can automatically disassemble a cigarette packet, can detect the quality of cigarettes in the cigarette packet 306, and fills the technical blank of related devices by arranging the cigarette packet die box 509 on the rotary wheel 508, and then arranging the flip device 501, the aluminum paper buckle detecting camera 502, the aluminum paper pulling piece removing device 503, the aluminum paper supporting device 504, the cigarette end face detecting camera 505, the extruding device 506 and other devices around the rotary wheel 508.
The device can be used as laboratory equipment for replacing a quality inspector in a laboratory, on one hand, the working intensity of the quality inspector can be reduced, on the other hand, the detection result can be quantized, the detection data is automatically stored, the problem of quality defect smoke is rapidly found, and the quality management level is improved. The equipment can ensure the stability of quality inspection quality; the labor cost of enterprises can be effectively reduced; the management difficulty is reduced, the standardized operation is realized, and the intelligent manufacturing of the tobacco industry is realized.
As another example, the rotary wheel disc structure may not be provided, that is, the tobacco bale breaking apparatus includes a linear mounting table, a die case, a flip device, an aluminum paper pull tab removing device, an aluminum paper stretching device and an extrusion device, the die case is disposed on the linear mounting table, the flip device, the aluminum paper pull tab removing device, the aluminum paper stretching device and the extrusion device are sequentially disposed along a linear movement direction of the linear mounting table and correspond to the die case, the tobacco bale is sequentially broken, and the detection device is also disposed on the linear mounting table. Other structures are the same as or similar to those of the above examples, and will not be described in detail here.
As shown in fig. 32 to 36, the upper end opening pair of the material cavity 8110 of the material box 811 presses the cigarettes from the lowest end station of the rotary wheel disc, namely the station where the cigarettes fall down through the pressing device, after the cigarettes enter the material cavity 8110, the sliding cylinder 818 works to drive the movable sliding table 819 in the material cavity to retract, so that the cigarettes entering the material cavity 8110 fully enter, and the sliding cylinder 818 and the movable sliding table 819 work to reduce the falling stroke of the cigarettes entering the material cavity and avoid the damage of the cigarettes; after the cigarettes fully enter the material cavity, the sliding block of the linear motion unit drives the rack connecting rod 822 to act so as to push the rack 823 to be matched with the gear 817 in a rotating way, so that the material cavity rotates, and the material position state in the material cavity 8110 is driven to change; after the material position state reaches the required target position, the cover cylinder 812 drives the movable sealing plate to work, so that the movable sealing plate 814 and the opening surface of the material cavity 8110 are opened, and cigarettes in the material cavity 8110 smoothly fall into the storage bin 611 of the cigarette appearance detection device.
Referring to fig. 23 to 27, the cigarette appearance detecting apparatus 600 provided in this embodiment includes a cigarette rotating mechanism, a detecting assembly and a power system 633, the detecting assembly is disposed around the cigarette rotating mechanism, the cigarette rotating mechanism includes a conveyor belt 631, a follower roller set and a rotation driving device 640, the conveyor belt 631 is provided with the follower roller set, the follower roller set is formed by a plurality of follower rollers disposed in parallel, the follower roller set is in rotation fit with the rotation driving device 640, and the conveyor belt 631 is connected with the power system 633. The cigarette rotating mechanism is used for rotating the cigarette 610; the detecting assembly includes a lateral detecting device and a cylindrical detecting device fixed on the fixing frame 620, the lateral detecting device is disposed on the left and right sides of the running direction of the cigarette rotating mechanism, and the cylindrical detecting device is disposed above the cigarette rotating mechanism. The side detection device comprises a first detection camera 621 and a second detection camera 622, the first detection camera 621 and the second detection camera 622 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the cigarette rotating mechanism, the cylindrical surface detection device comprises a third detection camera 623, a fourth detection camera 624 and a fifth detection camera 625, the third detection camera 623, the fourth detection camera 624 and the fifth detection camera 625 are sequentially arranged above the cigarette rotating mechanism along the running direction of the cigarette rotating mechanism, and a matched light source is arranged beside each detection camera and is matched with the light source to irradiate the imaging position of the detection camera. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth detection cameras 621, 622, 623, 624, 625 transmit the photographed appearance detection images to the service processor, which analyzes the appearance defects of the cigarettes 610 and sends reject signals of the cigarettes 610 with the appearance defects to the control device, pushing out the defective cigarettes 610 to fall into the waste collection bin 652. The service processor can record the appearance defect image of the cigarette 610, and when detecting that the appearance of the cigarette 610 is defective, the industrial personal computer automatically stores the defect image and can check the defect image in time to help an operation maintenance personnel to control the product quality; the device can automatically and accurately reject defective cigarettes. As shown in fig. 25 to 27, the follower roller includes a spindle 636 and a movable roller 637, the movable roller 637 is provided on the spindle 636 through a bearing 638, a rotation fitting portion 630 is provided on the movable roller 637, the rotation fitting portion 630 is rotatably fitted with a rotation driving device 640, an end portion of the spindle 636 is connected with a conveyor belt 631, specifically, the spindle 636 is connected with the conveyor belt 631 through a belt mounting hole 639 of the end portion, and a plurality of follower rollers are connected to constitute a follower roller group. Referring to fig. 30 and 31, as an embodiment, the rotating fit portion 630 is provided as a gear, the rotation driving device 640 is provided as a rack, the gear is in rotating fit with the rack, and the gear can drive the movable roller 637 to rotate after rotating, so as to drive the cigarettes on the follower roller set to rotate, thereby realizing omnibearing detection, and the rack is fixed on the rack mounting seat 641. The rack transmission structure has the advantage of control precision. By setting the meshing distance between the rack and the gear, the cigarette can be rotated by a certain equal division angle, for example, every 120 degrees, the cigarette 610 is rotated by 1/3 surface, or every 180 degrees, the cigarette 610 is rotated by 1/2 surface, so that sequential appearance detection is realized. The mandrel 636 of the follower roller moves along with the conveyor belt 631, and after the movable roller 637 arranged on the mandrel 636 through the bearing 638 is matched with the rotation driving device 30, the cigarette between the movable rollers 637 also rotates along with the rotation, and in the rotation process, the camera is used for photographing from above the cigarette, so that the 360-degree circumferential surface of the cigarette is detected by the camera. As another embodiment, the rotating engaging portion 630 is configured as a rough roller surface (not shown in the drawings), the rotating driving device 640 is configured as a rubber pad, and the rough roller surface is in friction engagement with the rubber pad, so as to drive the cigarette to rotate by friction force.
Referring to fig. 23, the power system includes a motor 634, an intermediate transmission assembly and a driving wheel 632, the intermediate transmission assembly may be a belt, a chain or a gear, the motor 634 drives the intermediate transmission assembly, the tail end of the intermediate transmission assembly drives the driving wheel 632, the driving wheel 632 drives the conveyor belt 631, the conveyor belts 631 are arranged in parallel, the two conveyor belts 631 are respectively connected with two ends of a mandrel 636 of the follower roller, the running fit portion 630 is arranged in the middle of the follower roller, and the running drive device 640 is arranged below the follower roller and is in running fit with the running fit portion 630; the cylinder detection device is arranged above the follow-up roller set, the side detection devices are arranged on two side surfaces of the follow-up roller set, and the sorting recovery device is arranged at the rear end of the detection assembly. Referring to fig. 27 and 28, the sorting and recycling device further includes a movable baffle 650, a shield 651, a waste collection tank 652 and a recycling tank 653, wherein the movable baffle 650 is disposed at the outlet of the cigarette rotating mechanism, and the movable baffle 650 can be lifted or lowered under the drive of the motor 634; a shield 651 is provided at the baffle plate, and a waste collection tank 652 and a recovery tank 653 are provided around the baffle plate. When a defective cigarette 610 is detected, the flap 650 is lifted, the defective cigarette 610 falls into the waste collection bin 652, and when the cigarette 610 detects normal, the flap 650 is lowered, and the cigarette 610 falls into the recovery bin 653. Power system 633 may be selectively driven by motor 634. Side plates 635 are provided on both sides of the cigarette rotating mechanism.
Referring to fig. 23, the detecting apparatus further includes a storage bin 611, where the storage bin 611 is disposed at a working initial end of the follower roller set, the storage bin 611 includes a cigarette storage box and an adjusting chain 612, an opening is disposed on an upper and a lower sides of the cigarette storage box, a cigarette outlet is disposed on a face in a cigarette outlet direction of the cigarette storage box, an adjusting chain 612 is disposed on the cigarette outlet, the adjusting chain 612 is in rolling fit with the follower roller set, and the adjusting chain 612 is used for straightening cigarettes 610. When the cigarettes 610 are transported on the follow-up roller set, the cigarettes 610 may not all be placed in sequence, and when a plurality of cigarettes 610 are placed between the transverse cigarettes 610, the oblique cigarettes 610 and the adjacent follow-up rollers, the cigarettes 610 are adjusted to the set position after the cigarettes 610 are blocked by the rolling wheels on the adjusting chain 612. Because the adjusting chain 612 is fixed with only one end movably connected, the adjusting chain 612 cannot excessively squeeze the cigarette 610, so that the cigarette 610 is damaged.
The appearance detection device of the cigarette 610 in this embodiment adjusts the transverse cigarette and the oblique cigarette to be between the adjacent follower rollers by arranging the adjusting chain 612 when the cigarette 610 is transmitted on the cigarette rotating mechanism, and only one cigarette is placed between the follower rollers; and shooting the appearance image of the end face of the cigarette 610 by using an end face detection camera, and shooting the appearance image before the rotation of the cigarette 610 and the appearance image after the rotation by using more than two cylindrical face detection cameras to obtain the complete images of the end face and the circumferential surface of the cigarette 610. The detection device is simple in structure and can detect the overall appearance of the cigarette 610. The detection device can be used for rechecking the quality of the cigarettes 610 in a laboratory, can also be used for detecting the quality of the cigarettes 610 on line, and is particularly suitable for detecting the cigarettes.
The embodiment also provides a finished product smoke removing and detecting method, which comprises the following steps:
Step one, a tobacco strip shell removing step
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, in the automatic case removing method for cigarettes of the present embodiment, first, any two opposite end surfaces of the cigarettes 104 are cut off, then the cigarettes 104 with the cut end surfaces are transferred to the case removing assembly 206, the packages in the cigarettes 104 are blocked by the block 260, and the package case is driven to move forward by the bottom belt 261 and/or the side belt 262, so that the package case is separated from the packages. Preferably, the strip cigarette 104 is extruded by the extrusion block 252 before passing through the cutter 250, so that a larger gap is reserved on the end face of the strip cigarette 104; the end face is cut by the end face cutting assemblies 205 arranged on two sides of the edge cutting conveying mechanism 201, and then the cigarette strips 104 with the end faces cut are turned 90 degrees by the clamping conveying assembly 202; after the package is pushed forward by the bottom belt 261 and/or the side belt 262, the cigarettes 104 enter the device formed by the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264, and the upper roller 265 and the lower roller 264 clamp the package to continue to move forward.
Step two, the appearance detection step of the tobacco package
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, in the full-appearance inspection method of the tobacco bale of the present embodiment, the first imaging device 370, the second imaging device 371, and the third imaging device 372 disposed on the upper surface and both sides of the first transfer rail 301 are used to acquire images of three surfaces of the tobacco bale 306, and then the tobacco bale 306 is transferred into the rotary die case 350 to rotate 180 degrees, with the previous bottom surface turned upward; the second pushing head 355 is used for pushing the cigarette packet into the second conveying track 302, and the fourth imaging device 373, the fifth imaging device 374 and the sixth imaging device 375 which are arranged on the upper surface and the two sides of the second conveying track 302 are used for acquiring images of the other three surfaces of the cigarette packet 306, so that the full-appearance detection of the cigarette packet 306 is completed.
Step three, the glass paper of the tobacco bale is removed
Referring to fig. 12 to 17, in the automatic film removing method of the present embodiment, the packaging film of the tobacco packet 306 is first cut into two parts, and then the tobacco packet 306 is pushed into the film removing device 403, and the film removing device 403 withdraws the packaging film by two pairs of gripping rollers. Specifically, the pack is placed on a pack placement table having an inclined angle, then both sides of the pack cellophane are cut in a diagonal direction using both side cutting blades 415, then the pack is pushed into the mask cutting device 402 using a push head, and both surfaces of the pack cellophane are cut using both side cutting blades 425, thereby dividing the pack cellophane into two parts; the cigarette packet is pushed into the film removing device 403 by the pushing head, one half of the cellophane is pulled out by a pair of upper clamping rollers 4300 of the upper roller set 430, the other half of the cellophane is pulled out by a pair of lower clamping rollers 4310 of the lower roller set 431, and film removing is completed.
Fourth, the reversing step of the packaging box
Referring to fig. 28 to 31, three kinds of tobacco packages for drawing cellophane in the steps enter the inlet at the upper end of the vertical input channel 720, and drop into the accommodating groove 717 from the outlet, the rotating part of the rotating cylinder 712 can drive the guard plate 716 thereon to rotate simultaneously, so as to perform angular rotation on the transported package in the accommodating groove 716, when the package is rotated to the target position, the pushing device works, the linear power unit 732 of the pushing device drives the pushing head to push the package out of the accommodating groove and enter the guiding mechanism 740, and the rear end is in butt joint with the inlet of the next step after the transportation direction of the package is limited to a certain suitable direction by the guide plate 743 of the guiding mechanism.
Step five, a tobacco bale shell removing step
Referring to fig. 18 to 22, the unpacking method of the tobacco package of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
the outlet end tobacco bale of the previous step is automatically pushed into a tobacco bale die box 509 of the box station;
1) A flip station for flipping the flip of the tobacco bale 306 open by the clamping portion 510 of the rotating motor;
2) The aluminum paper pulling-on piece removing station comprises the steps of firstly brushing the aluminum paper pulling-on piece open by using a hairbrush 531, and then pulling the aluminum paper pulling-on piece open by using a clamping device 532;
3) The plectrum 550 supports Zhang Gongwei, and aluminum paper is poked through the plectrum 550;
4) The extrusion station is used for extruding two sides of the tobacco bale 306 through an extrusion head 560 and pouring out cigarettes in the tobacco bale 306;
5) The cigarette packet recovery station pushes the cigarette packet out of the cigarette packet die box through the push head and puts the cigarette packet die box into the cigarette packet collecting box 507.
After the step 2) is completed, the camera is used for obtaining the appearance image of the aluminum paper hasp, and after the step 3) is completed, the cigarette end face detection camera is used for obtaining the appearance image of the cigarette end face.
Specifically, in step 1), the first clamping part adjusting unit 512 and the second clamping part adjusting unit 513 adjust the clamping part 510 to align with the flip cover in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction to clamp, and then the first rotating motor 511 drives the clamping part 510 to rotate, so as to flip the flip cover of the tobacco packet 306;
In step 2), the brushes 531 and the clamping devices 532 are adjusted to align the aluminum paper tabs in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction by the first brush adjusting unit 535 and the second brush adjusting unit 536; the pulling force of the aluminum paper pulling-on piece is detected through the pulling force detecting device 534 while the aluminum paper pulling-on piece is pulled apart;
In step 3), the first plectrum adjusting unit 551, the second plectrum adjusting unit 552 and the third plectrum adjusting unit 553 adjust the plectrum 550 to align with the aluminum paper in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, and then the aluminum paper is spread by the plectrum 550.
In step 4), the first extrusion head adjustment unit 561 and the second extrusion head adjustment unit 562 adjust the extrusion head 560 to align with the tobacco bale 306 in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction, and then the poured tobacco rod is extruded.
Step six, cigarette adjustment
After the poured cigarettes enter the cigarette adjusting device, an adjusting cavity of the cigarette following adjusting device is adjusted from a vertical state to a horizontal state, and the cigarettes are freely placed in a vertical state, such as cigarette appearance detecting equipment; as shown in fig. 26 to 30, the upper end opening pair of the material cavity 8110 of the material box 811 presses and drops the cigarettes from the lowest end station of the rotary wheel disc, namely the station where the cigarettes are pressed and dropped by the pressing device, after the cigarettes enter the material cavity 8110, the sliding cylinder 818 works to drive the movable sliding table 819 in the material cavity to retract, so that the cigarettes entering the material cavity 8110 fully enter, and the sliding cylinder 818 and the movable sliding table 819 work to reduce the dropping stroke of the cigarettes entering the material cavity and avoid the damage of the cigarettes; after the cigarettes fully enter the material cavity, the sliding block of the linear motion unit drives the rack connecting rod 822 to act so as to push the rack 823 to be matched with the gear 817 in a rotating way, so that the material cavity rotates, and the material position state in the material cavity 8110 is driven to change; after the material position state reaches the required target position, the cover cylinder 812 drives the movable sealing plate to work, so that the movable sealing plate 814 and the opening surface of the material cavity 8110 are opened, and cigarettes in the material cavity 8110 smoothly fall into the storage bin 611 of the cigarette appearance detection device.
Seventh, the appearance detection step of cigarettes
Referring to fig. 23 to 27, in the appearance detection method of the cigarette of the present embodiment, a cigarette 610 is placed between adjacent follower rollers and is conveyed forward, an appearance image of an end face of the cigarette 610 is photographed by using a first detection camera 621 and a second detection camera 622, an appearance image of 1/3 face of the cigarette is photographed by using a third detection camera 623, the cigarette 610 is rotated by 1/3 face by cooperation of a rotation-fit portion 630 and a rotation-drive device 640, an appearance image of another 1/3 face of the cigarette 610 is photographed by using a fourth detection camera 624, the cigarette 610 is rotated by 1/3 face by cooperation of the rotation-fit portion 630 and the rotation-drive device 640, and an appearance image of another 1/3 face of the cigarette 610 is photographed by using a fifth detection camera 625, so that a complete image of the end face and the circumferential surface of the cigarette 610 is obtained. It should be noted that, the detection can be realized by rotating the cigarette by a certain equal angle, for example, the detection camera may be used to shoot an appearance image of 1/2 surface of the cigarette every time by rotating the cigarette by a certain equal angle, the rotation matching portion 630 is matched with the rotation driving device 640 to rotate the cigarette 610 by 1/2 surface, then the other detection cameras are used to shoot an appearance image of the other 1/2 surface of the cigarette 610, so as to obtain a complete image of the end surface and the circumferential surface of the cigarette 610, and the circumferential surface of the cigarette can be completely shot by only arranging two cylindrical detection cameras; of course, 1/4 or 1/5 of the same may be performed, and the description thereof will not be repeated here. When the cigarette 610 is rotated, the cigarette 610 can be rotated by matching a rack with a gear, or the cigarette 610 can be rotated by friction fit of a rough roller surface with a rubber pad.
Further, first, an adjusting chain 612 is used to adjust the axial cigarettes, the inclined cigarettes and the redundant cigarettes arranged between the adjacent follow-up rollers to a set position; the cigarettes are positioned between the adjacent follow-up rollers, and only one cigarette is placed between the adjacent follow-up rollers; removing cigarettes with appearance defects through a control device after the appearance detection of the cigarettes is finished, and storing the cigarettes in a waste collecting box 652; cigarettes without appearance defects are stored in a recovery box 653.
