本发明公开一种可持妆的粉类组合物及其制备方法,可持妆的粉类组合物包括:96‑96.5wt%的基料和3.5‑4.0wt%的油相,其中,所述基料包括经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成云母粉、经聚甲基硅氧烷处理的硅石、经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、一氮化硼;所述油相包括润肤剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂。本申请所述云母粉、合成云母粉、硅粉相互复配,能对脸部油脂进行吸附,从而达到持妆效果,其次该三种原料分别经过硅油处理,增加其防水性能,达到吸附脸部油脂而不吸水的效果,最后增加抗氧化剂,提高粉类组合的稳定性,可增强产品的持妆效果。

背景技术
人在脸上涂抹彩妆后,因人体皮肤会分泌油脂和汗水,且粉底液也具有各种油脂,彩妆产品上脸后会脸部油脂或外界的水分子影响,从而导致脱妆,所以会使用定妆产品,对妆容进行定妆处理,目前的粉类定妆产品,主要分为粉饼和散粉,普通定妆产品上妆后会在短时间内进行锁妆,但是却不能长时间持妆。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可长效持妆的可持妆的粉类组合物,本申请采用的技术方案为:
一种可持妆的粉类组合物,包括:96-96.5wt%的基料和3.5-4.0wt%的油相,其中,
所述基料包括经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成云母粉、经聚甲基硅氧烷处理的硅石、经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、一氮化硼;
所述油相包括润肤剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂;
作为优选,96-96.5wt%的所述基料包括经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成云母粉5.2-6wt%、经聚甲基硅氧烷处理的硅石20-20.6wt%、经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉15-15.6wt%、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物 45-46wt%、一氮化硼 9-10wt%;

步骤3)将物料一和物料二混合后搅拌均匀,获得可持妆的粉类组合物;
作为优选,将所述步骤1)-步骤3)中的搅拌速度均控制在50转/s;
作为优选,所述步骤3)中将物料一和物料二混合后以50转/s的速度搅拌6min,获得可持妆的粉类组合物;
本发明所述可持妆的粉类组合物采用基料和油相制备而成,其中:
合成氟金云母属硅酸盐类、片层状、六方结构的晶体材料,具有良好的延展性及对油脂的吸油作用,经过硅油(三乙氧基辛基硅烷)的表面处理,与普通合成云母粉相比,疏水效果提高,降低遇水掉妆的可能性;
硅石为天然矿物物质,有吸附油脂作用且具有一定的润滑度,经过硅油(聚甲基硅氧烷)的处理后,疏水效果提高,降低遇水掉妆的可能性;
云母为天然矿物物质,具有层状结构和较好的延展性,经过硅油三乙氧基辛基硅烷的表面处理,与普通云母粉相比,其疏水效果提高,降低对水的吸附程度,降低遇水掉妆的可能性;
乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物为有机硅树脂披覆有机硅橡胶粉末的复合粉末,赋予产品润滑度,能提高各个成分间的结合度,起到稳定产品的作用;
氮化硼,由氮原子和硼原子所构成的晶体,具有光散射性质,使皮肤形成透明闪光的效果,且具有皮肤润滑效果,能增加产品的润滑度;
聚甲基倍半硅氧烷为微米级高度交联的空间网状结构的球形结构,具有清爽性的手感,独特网状结构可以对油脂进行吸附,从而达到持妆效果;
润肤剂和保湿剂能增加粉体的粘合性,提高粉体的皮肤附着性和润滑效果,提高粉体的延展性;其中,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯有不油腻质感,能增加粉体的润滑效果,提高延展性;
亚丁香基丙二酸二乙基己酯,有润肤效果,且对配方有稳定效果,间接促使产品增强持妆的效果;
本申请所述云母粉、合成云母粉、硅粉相互复配,能对脸部油脂进行吸附,从而达到持妆效果,其次该三种原料分别经过硅油处理,增加其防水性能,达到吸附脸部油脂而不吸水的效果,最后增加抗氧化剂,对其配方的稳定巩固,可增强产品的持妆效果;

本发明实施例所述可持妆的粉类组合物包括:96-96.5wt%的基料和3.5-4.0wt%的油相,其中,
96-96.5wt%的所述基料包括经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成氟金云母粉5.2-6wt%、经聚甲基硅氧烷处理的硅石20-20.6wt%、经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉15-15.6wt%、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物 45-46wt%、一氮化硼 9-10wt%;
3.5-4.0wt%的所述油相包括苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷 1-2wt%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯1-2wt%、对羟基苯乙酮 0.5wt%、辛酰羟肟酸 0.1wt%、癸二醇 0.1wt%、经亚丁香基丙二酸二乙基己酯改性的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1wt%;
本实施例中的原料来源如表1所示;

与实施例1不同的是,对比例5中的原料将经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉替换为普通云母粉;

与实施例1不同的是,对比例6中的原料中将三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成氟金云母粉替换为合成氟金云母粉;
对比例7
与实施例1不同的是,对比例7中的原料中将三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉替换为普通硅石粉;
将实施例1-4和对比例1-7中的原料采用以下方法制备成可持妆的粉类组合物;
步骤1)将基料混合以50转/s的速度搅拌均匀,获得物料一;
步骤2)将油相搅拌以50转/s的速度混合均匀,获得物料二;
步骤3)将物料一和物料二以50转/s的速度混合搅拌6min,获得可持妆的粉类组合物;
将实施例1和对比例1-7中制得的可持妆的粉类组合物分别进行评价试验,评价试验具体包括:
妆容抗氧化测试:受试者单次使用可持妆的粉类组合物进行上妆,通过 VISIA-CR进行面部图像采集并计算皮肤亮白度 L*值、皮肤颜色(黄-蓝)值 b*值,评估该测试样品在持妆方面的功效;
持妆功效测试:该检测方法为通标标准技术服务有限公司广州分公司提供的内部检测方法,具体内容包括:专业化妆师在受试者全脸涂抹上相同量的粉底液,左边脸用粉扑蘸取实施例1的持妆组合物按压面部后,并用刷子刷走多余持妆组合物,而右边脸用粉扑分别蘸取对比例的可持妆的粉类组合物按压面部,并用刷子刷走多余粉体后,利用面部高清成像仪VISIA-CR对受试者面部进行图像采集,受试者在温度为21±1℃、相对湿度为50±10wt%RH的环境中待4个小时后,再次利用面部高清成像仪VISIA-CR对受试者进行图像采集;
实施例1-2和对比例1-7中制得的可持妆的粉类组合物的妆容抗氧化测试和持妆功效测试结果如下表3所示;

根据测试结果可知:
使用实施例1制得的可持妆的粉类组合物的受试者与使用对比例1-7制得的可持妆的粉类组合物的受试者面部的皮肤亮白度和皮肤颜色相比,变化更小,表明本实施例所述可持妆的粉类组合物具有良好的持妆效果;
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制;凡本行业的普通技术人员均可以上所述而顺畅地实施本发明;但是,凡熟悉本专业的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,利用以上所揭示的技术内容而做出的些许更动、修饰与演变的等同变化,均为本发明的等效实施例;同时,凡依据本发明的实质技术对以上实施例所作的任何等同变化的更动、修饰与演变等,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,包括:96-96.5wt%的基料和3.5-4.0wt%的油相,其中,
所述基料包括经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成云母粉、经聚甲基硅氧烷处理的硅石、经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、一氮化硼;
所述油相包括润肤剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,96-96.5wt%的所述基料包括经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的合成云母粉5.2-6wt%、经聚甲基硅氧烷处理的硅石20-20.6wt%、经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉15-15.6wt%、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物 45-46wt%、一氮化硼 9-10wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,所述合成云母为合成氟金云母。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包括苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯和经亚丁香基丙二酸二乙基己酯改性的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸和癸二醇中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为亚丁香基丙二酸二乙基己酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可持妆的粉类组合物,其特征在于,3.5-4.0wt%的所述油相包括苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷 1-2wt%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯1-2wt%、对羟基苯乙酮 0.5wt%、辛酰羟肟酸 0.1wt%、癸二醇 0.1wt%、经亚丁香基丙二酸二乙基己酯改性的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.1wt%。
8.一种可持妆的粉类组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)按配方称取基料,将基料混合后搅拌均匀,获得物料一;
步骤2)按配方称取油相,将油相混合后搅拌均匀,获得物料二;
步骤3)将物料一和物料二混合后搅拌均匀,获得可持妆的粉类组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可持妆的粉类组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述步骤1)-步骤3)中的搅拌速度均控制在50转/s。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可持妆的粉类组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中将物料一和物料二混合后以50转/s的速度搅拌6min,获得可持妆的粉类组合物。
