Description

Wolfberry fruit and mulberry paste and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines and health care, in particular to a medlar mulberry paste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With social progress and economic development, people pay more attention to their health conditions. Since the 90 s of the 20 th century, the health care consumption of global residents has been rising year by year, and the demand of nutritional health care products is very vigorous. Among the 15 types of international industries classified according to international standards, medical care is one of the five industries in which world trade is the fastest growing, and the sales of health foods are increasing at a rate of 10% or more each year. Health food is called "health food" or "health food" in europe and america, also called "nutritious food", is called "improved food" in germany, is called "functional food" in japan, is changed to "specific health food" in 1990, and is included in the category of "specific nutritious food". The development of health food is very important in all countries in the world, and new functions, new products, new shapes and new eating methods are continuously appeared.
Foreign research considers that a single health food is difficult to have multiple health functions, and the nutritional health needs of people and the health needs of disease treatment are various. The nutrition health care experts or the nutrition doctors are obligated and responsible for providing the scientific, convenient and reasonable combination which is suitable for specific people for the public so as to solve the problem that consumers are difficult to be suitable and blindly select in a plurality of health care food markets.
The traditional Chinese medicine ointment is a dosage form which has a wide application range and is inherited by traditional Chinese medicine culture for hundreds of years, is applied to internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology and the like, and has very definite effects on the aspects of conditioning chronic diseases, recovering after illness, conditioning sub-health, nursing season, nourishing without illness, maintaining beauty and keeping young, delaying senility and the like.
At present, medicinal cream formulas for treatment and edible cream formulas for recuperation and nourishing are more available on the market, but are mostly prepared by modern production technology, the extraction and concentration benefits have obvious advantages, but the preparation process is rough, large process flow can only be kept due to large-equipment process preparation, and the preparation details have obvious defects, so that the preparation cannot be carried out according to the property characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine to a great extent, for example, special processing of certain specific traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, the decoction of certain specific traditional Chinese medicine ingredients before decoction and the like cannot be realized according to requirements, and the effect of the cream formulas is influenced and weakened to a great extent.
In order to solve the problems, a preparation method which can be innovated according to the property characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine and a paste formula which can keep the efficacy of various traditional Chinese medicine components are needed.
