本发明涉及黄龙病流行区脐橙栽培的技术领域,特别是一种添加杀虫剂的防草布的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,黄龙病已经成为影响全球柑橘产业发展和产业布局的严重病害。在华南地区,在黄龙病防治技术取得新突破之前,由于本区域经济和社会发展、果园经营管理模式以及农村劳动力结构和质量的特点,防治木虱已成为控制黄龙病蔓延的重要因素。木虱作为黄龙病唯一的自然传播媒介,因此对木虱的防控尤为重要。另外杂草丛书,对柑橘的生长影响较大,也是制约柑橘品质的重要因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种添加杀虫剂的防草布的生产方法,兼具可释放杀虫剂和防草功能的复合功能。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种添加杀虫剂的防草布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、用纤维或扁丝制备防草布基布;
S2、在防草布基布表面上通过交联粘合工艺固定杀虫剂。
进一步的,所述防草布基布为以纤维为原料的非织造布。
进一步的,所述防草布基布为以扁丝为原料的扁丝编织布。
进一步的,所述交联粘合工艺具体为:交联剂药剂配比后放入轧液槽,防草布基布通过轧液槽吸收混合液后被轧车轧至40-60%带液量,再通过定型剂烘箱,固化,固化时间为60-90s,固化温度为110-130℃,在防草布基布表面形成牢固的含药薄膜。
进一步的,所述交联剂药剂为交联剂、杀虫剂、水按2:1:7的混合溶液。
进一步的,所述交联剂为含有羟基、氨基和封端氰基的改性PUC共聚物。

本发明具有以下优点:
1.在脐橙植株的水肥有效吸收范围布设复合功能防草布,利用自然降水,防草布中水溶性粘合剂被溶解的同时,病媒杀虫剂噻虫嗪溶于自然降水中并进入土壤,脐橙植株吸收农药并输送到叶片,对病媒发挥杀虫作业,保护脐橙植株免受黄龙病危害。
2.黑色避光防草布的可以有效遮蔽光照,限制脐橙植株下的杂草的生长。

S1、用纤维或扁丝制备防草布基布,在扁丝制备时,把杀虫剂和PE树脂按1:4混合后,制作成药剂母粒,在纺丝前,将药剂母粒与PE树脂按1:5的比例混合到原料里,通过螺杆挤压机加热熔融并从喷丝板挤出,水冷却后牵伸机牵伸,进入热水水浴箱,出水浴箱后再牵伸,卷绕;
S2、在防草布基布表面上通过交联粘合工艺固定杀虫剂,所述交联粘合工艺具体为:交联剂药剂配比后放入轧液槽,防草布基布通过轧液槽吸收混合液后被轧车轧至60%带液量,再通过定型剂烘箱,固化,固化时间为90s,固化温度为110℃,在防草布基布表面形成牢固的含药薄膜,所述交联剂药剂为交联剂、杀虫剂、水按2:1:7的混合溶液,所述交联剂为含有羟基、氨基和封端氰基的改性PUC共聚物,所述杀虫剂为对杀死木虱有高效的植物内吸式杀虫剂,在本实施例中,所述杀虫剂为噻虫嗪。

9.根据权利要求1所述一种添加杀虫剂的防草布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,在扁丝制备时,把杀虫剂和PE树脂按1:4混合后,制作成药剂母粒,在纺丝前,将药剂母粒与PE树脂按1:5的比例混合到原料里,通过螺杆挤压机加热熔融并从喷丝板挤出,水冷却后牵伸机牵伸,进入热水水浴箱,出水浴箱后再牵伸,卷绕。
