背景技术
ITO玻璃即ITO导电玻璃是在钠钙基或硅硼基基片玻璃的基础上,利用磁控溅射的方法镀上一层氧化铟锡(俗称ITO)膜加工制作成的。ITO玻璃制作过程中,过清洗线时氧化铟锡膜易被清洗剂腐蚀,存在电性功能不良的潜在风险,市场急需一款对ITO玻璃无腐蚀性的环保清洗剂。
