the automatic chip feeding device (1) comprises a rotary conveying mechanism (1.1), chip carrier plates (1.2) and a chip position adjusting mechanism, wherein the chip carrier plates (1.2) are arranged on the rotary conveying mechanism (1.1) at intervals along the rotary conveying direction, the chip position adjusting mechanism is arranged on the rotary conveying mechanism, and the chip carrier plates (1.2) are subjected to position adjustment through the chip position adjusting mechanism;
the automatic chip tray falling device (3) is arranged adjacent to the chip burning device (2), the automatic chip tray falling device (3) comprises a third conveying mechanism (3.1), a guide mechanism (3.2), chip trays (30), push plates (3.4) and slow-falling assemblies (3.5), the guide mechanism (3.2) is arranged above the third conveying mechanism (3.1) at intervals, a vertical guide channel is arranged on the guide mechanism (3.2), the bottom end of the guide channel is arranged on the conveying surface of the third conveying mechanism (3.1) at intervals, a plurality of chip trays (30) are vertically stacked in the guide channel, a plurality of push plates (3.4) are arranged on the conveying surface of the third conveying mechanism (3.1) at intervals along the conveying direction, and the slow-falling assemblies (3.5) are arranged adjacent to the back surfaces of the push plates (3.4) in the conveying direction; the chip tray (30) at the bottom end in the guide channel slowly falls on the conveying surface through the slow descending assembly (3.5).
