as shown in fig. 12, the deck 52 is lowered by about the height of one of the tiles 10 so that the deck 52 is at the second stop position, the pushing head 51 is at the third stop position, and the tile feeding device 4 feeds the tiles 10 along the length direction thereof onto the first tile 10 on the deck 52 so as to be stacked into one pile of tiles 10;
as shown in fig. 13, the card pushing motor 54 continues to drive the first curved wheel 55 and the second curved wheel 56 to rotate, the deck 52 is lifted from the second stop position to the first stop position, and the card pushing head 51 is at the third stop position;
as shown in fig. 14, the card pushing motor 54 continues to drive the first curved wheel 55 and the second curved wheel 56 to rotate, the card supporting platform 52 is stationary, and the card pushing head 51 pushes the mahjong cards 10 along the card storage slot 71 toward the card supporting strip 61 or toward the card storage slot 71;
as shown in fig. 15, the card pushing motor 54 continues to drive the first curved wheel 55 and the second curved wheel 56 to rotate, and the card pushing head 51 retreats to the initial position; the deck 52 is stationary;
as shown in fig. 16, the card pushing motor 54 continues to drive the first curved wheel 55 and the second curved wheel 56 to rotate, and the card pushing head 51 descends to a fourth stop position; the deck 52 is stationary;
the card pushing motor 54 continues to rotate the first curved wheel 55 and the second curved wheel 56, so that the card pushing head 51 and the deck 52 return to the initial state as shown in the figure.
The steps are repeated until the mahjong tiles 10 are fully arranged on the tile bearing strips 61 and the tile storage grooves 71, and then the tile pushing head 51 and the tile bearing platform 52 are kept in the state as shown in the figure so that the mahjong tiles 10 can pass through when the mahjong tiles are loaded.
A stacking and pushing method of a mahjong machine comprises a tile pushing head 51 and a tile bearing table 52, wherein the tile bearing table 52 is used for bearing mahjong tiles 10 conveyed from a tile outlet of a tile conveying device 4 along the length direction of the mahjong tiles 10, the tile pushing head 51 pushes the mahjong tiles 10 out of the tile bearing table 52 to a tile storage groove 71 along the width direction of the mahjong tiles, the tile outlet and the tile pushing head 51 of the tile conveying device 4 are respectively positioned at two adjacent sides of the tile bearing table 52, the tile inlets of the tile pushing head 51 and the tile storage groove 71 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the tile bearing table 52, and the stacking and pushing device 5 stacks and pushes the two mahjong tiles 10, and comprises the following steps:
1) the card-holding platform 52 stays at a first height which is lower than the height of the card outlet of the card-sending device 4, and the card-holding platform 52 holds a first mahjong card 10 sent from the card-sending device 4;
2) after the first mahjong tile 10 is detected to be positioned, the tile bearing platform 52 descends and stays at the second height, at the moment, the top surface of the first mahjong tile 10 is lower than the tile outlet of the tile conveying device 4, the tile bearing platform 52 receives the second mahjong tile 10 conveyed from the tile conveying channel, and the second mahjong tile 10 is superposed on the first mahjong tile 10;
3) after detecting that the second mahjong tile 10 is positioned, the tile pushing head 51 pushes the two superposed mahjong tiles 10 to the tile storage groove 71;
4) after the card pushing is finished, the card pushing head 51 returns to the original position, then the card pushing head 51 descends, and the top of the card pushing head 51 is not higher than the upper surface of the card bearing platform 52.
As shown in fig. 24-27, the horizontal pushing and tile loading device 6 is a desktop supporting plate descending horizontal pushing and tile loading device 6, and includes a lattice plate, and a second tile loading motor 62, a tile pushing mechanism and a lifting mechanism mounted on the lattice plate, a first cover plate 63 flush with the desktop 1 of the mahjong machine is arranged on the desktop 1 of the mahjong machine, the lifting mechanism drives the first cover plate 63 to ascend and descend, the second tile loading motor 62 rotates, the first cover plate 63 is driven by the lifting mechanism to descend to a height matched with the tile bearing strip 61, mahjong tiles 10 on the tile bearing strip 61 are pushed out to the first cover plate 63 by the tile pushing mechanism, and then the first cover plate 63 ascends to the desktop; further preferably, the upper part of the lattice plate is provided with a card holding strip 61, the first cover plate 63 is longitudinally and slidably arranged on the front side of the card holding strip 61, and the card pushing mechanism is arranged on the rear part of the lattice plate.
The support frame that is equipped with bottom cam curve below first apron 63, elevating system is including installing four gears of meshing transmission in proper order on the checkered plate, and second motor 62 output shaft of registering license is fixed with one of them gear, installs the driven lifting crank that cooperatees with the bottom cam curve of support frame on two outside gears in four gears to the first apron 63 of drive reciprocates.

In other embodiments, the horizontal pushing and card loading device 6 may also adopt an in-situ horizontal pushing and card loading device 6, as shown in fig. 19-23, which includes a lattice plate, and a second card loading motor 62, a card pushing mechanism and a lifting mechanism mounted on the lattice plate, the second card loading motor 62 rotates, the lifting mechanism drives the card bearing strip 61 to rise to be flush with the mahjong machine table surface 1, then the card pushing mechanism pushes out the mahjong cards 10 on the card bearing strip 61 onto the mahjong machine table surface 1, and then the card bearing strip 61 descends to reset.
In the embodiment, the second card-feeding motor 62 is in transmission connection with the card-pushing mechanism and the lifting mechanism through a gear transmission device; the gear transmission device comprises a left lifting gear, a driving gear, a push-pull gear and a right lifting gear which are sequentially meshed with each other and are arranged on the lattice plate, and the driving gear is connected with an output shaft of the second mahjong tile serving motor 62; the lifting mechanism comprises two lifting cranks, a support frame with a bottom cam curve is arranged below the mahjong tile bearing strip 61, the movable ends of the two lifting cranks are respectively matched and supported with the bottom cam curve of the support frame, and the two lifting cranks are respectively arranged on the left lifting gear and the right lifting gear; the card pushing mechanism comprises a card pushing cam, a transmission main shaft, two card pushing rocking bars, a card pushing plate and a first connecting piece, the card pushing cam is fixedly connected with a push-pull gear, one end of the first connecting piece is in transmission fit with the card pushing cam, the other end of the first connecting piece is fixed on the transmission main shaft, the transmission main shaft is installed on the lattice plate and can rotate, the lower ends of the two card pushing rocking bars are respectively fixed on the transmission main shaft, and the upper ends of the two card pushing rocking bars jointly push the card pushing plate to move; the tile pushing plate is fixed on the horizontal pushing sliding block 57, the horizontal pushing sliding block 57 is connected with the tile pushing support in a sliding mode, the horizontal pushing sliding block 57 is driven by the tile pushing rocker to move horizontally, and the tile pushing support is fixedly connected with the tile bearing strip 61 and ascends and descends synchronously.
In this embodiment, a second cover plate 64 is further provided, the second cover plate 64 is movable into and out of the outer card outlet 12, when the second cover plate 64 is located in the outer card outlet 12, the second cover plate 64 is flush with the table top 1 of the mahjong machine, when the second cover plate 64 is moved out of the outer card outlet 12, the lifting mechanism can drive the card holding strip 61 to be lifted to be flush with the table top 1 of the mahjong machine and the mahjong tiles 10 pass through the outer card outlet 12, and the card pushing mechanism can push the mahjong tiles 10 to the table top 1 of the mahjong machine.
In this embodiment, the second cover plate 64 is hinged to the lattice plate through a spring hinge, one side of the outer mahjong tile outlet 12 is provided with a flange which enables the second cover plate 64 to keep horizontal, the lifting support is fixedly provided with a vertical push rod, a rolling bearing is installed at the top end of the vertical push rod, and when the lifting support ascends, the vertical push rod jacks the second cover plate 64 open, so that the height of the mahjong tile bearing strip 61 is equal to or higher than that of the mahjong machine table top 1. The rolling bearing at the top of the vertical push rod reduces the friction between the second cover plate 64 and the vertical push rod, so that the movement is smoother, and the service life is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the second cover plate 64 is also controlled to be lifted and lowered by a separate lifting mechanism so as to move out of and into the outer card outlet 12.
In this embodiment, the second cover plate 64 may also be fixedly connected to the card support 61 for movement into and out of the outer card outlet 12.
The mahjong tile feeding method of the mahjong machine 10 is as follows:

the picking and carrying system further comprises a flat-pushing and tile-feeding device 6 and a slope tile-feeding device 7, wherein the flat-pushing and tile-feeding device 6 is used for feeding the arranged multi-pier mahjong tiles 10 onto the table top 1 of the mahjong machine, the four inner tile outlets 11 and the four outer tile outlets 12 are arranged on the table top 1 of the mahjong machine, the flat-pushing and tile-feeding device 6 is arranged at the outer tile outlet 12 and comprises a tile bearing strip 61 used for storing the mahjong tiles 10 and a flat-pushing and tile-feeding driving mechanism used for feeding the mahjong tiles 10 on the tile bearing strip 61 onto the table top 1 of the mahjong machine, the slope tile-feeding device 7 comprises a tile-feeding assembly and a tile-lifting assembly, the tile-feeding assembly comprises a tile storage groove used for storing the mahjong tiles 10, a tile-feeding pushing head 72 used for pushing the mahjong tiles 10 onto the slope and a slope tile-feeding driving mechanism thereof, the tile-lifting assembly is arranged at the inner tile outlet 11 and comprises a tile-lifting supporting plate 73 and a tile-lifting driving mechanism thereof; one end of the card storage groove is a first card outlet which is connected with the card holding strip 61 in the horizontal pushing and card loading device 6, the other end of the card storage groove is a second card outlet which is connected with the card lifting support plate 73 in the card loading assembly, and the card inlet of the card storage groove is arranged between the first card outlet and the second card outlet;
the card feeding pushing head 72 reciprocates along the card storage groove and has a first card pushing position and a second card pushing position; when the mahjong tiles are stored, the tile pushing head 51 pushes one pile of mahjong tiles 10 stacked on the tile bearing platform 52 into the tile storage groove through the tile inlet of the tile storage groove, when enough mahjong tiles 10 are arranged in the tile storage groove, the upper tile pushing head 72 moves from the first tile pushing position to the second tile pushing position and pushes the piles of mahjong tiles 10 in the tile storage groove onto the tile bearing strip 61, the upper tile pushing head 72 stays at the second tile pushing position, and the tile pushing head 51 continues to push the stacked mahjong tiles 10 into the tile storage groove until enough mahjong tiles 10 are arranged in the tile storage groove again; when the mahjong tiles are loaded, the tile pushing head 51 moves out of the slope tile loading channel, the tile loading pushing head 72 moves from the second tile pushing position to the first tile pushing position and pushes the multi-pier mahjong tiles 10 in the tile storage groove to the mahjong machine table surface 1, and the flat pushing tile loading device 6 pushes the mahjong tiles 10 on the tile bearing strip 61 to the mahjong machine table surface 1.
In this embodiment, the four inner card outlets 11 are distributed in a rectangular shape, the four outer card outlets 12 are distributed in a rectangular shape and are located outside the four inner card outlets 11, and the card lifting assembly is located inside the horizontal pushing card feeding device 6.

In the embodiment, when the mahjong tiles are pushed horizontally, the tile holding strip 61 rises to be flush with the mahjong machine table surface 1 through the outer tile outlet 12, then the mahjong tiles 10 on the tile holding strip 61 are pushed out to the mahjong machine table surface 1, and then the tile holding strip 61 descends and resets to wait for the next round of playing tiles.
In this embodiment, when pushing the mahjong tiles horizontally, the first cover plate 63 on the mahjong tile outlet 12 is lowered to a height matched with the mahjong tile bearing strip 61, then the mahjong tiles 10 on the mahjong tile bearing strip 61 are pushed out onto the first cover plate 63, and then the first cover plate 63 is raised until the mahjong machine table surface 1 is flush.
A mahjong machine adopts the mahjong loading method of the mahjong machine.
Example two:
the difference between the embodiment of the present application and the first embodiment is that the four inner card outlets and the four outer card outlets on the table top of the mahjong machine are parallel to each other and parallel to the edge of the table top of the mahjong machine, so that the card outlet direction of the first card outlet of the card storage groove is 0 degree or 90 degrees compared with the card outlet direction of the second card outlet and rotates along the clockwise direction. The arrangement can fully utilize the whole space in the mahjong machine, under the condition that the size of the table top of the mahjong machine is determined, the distance between the inner tile outlet and the outer tile outlet is increased, the distance between the inner tile outlets on the two opposite sides is increased, and a larger space is left for the stacking and pushing device and the shuffling large plate, so that the whole performance of the mahjong machine is in a better state.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 29 and fig. 30, the mahjong machine includes a table top 1 of the mahjong machine, a frame 2, a central control disk assembly and a big shuffling disk 3 located at the center of a bottom plate of the frame 2, four groups of picking-up and carrying systems are arranged around the big shuffling disk 3, the picking-up and carrying systems include a feeding device 4 for picking up and carrying out mahjong tiles 10 one by one from the big shuffling disk 3, a stacking device 5 for stacking two mahjong tiles 10 into one pile and pushing out the pile, the picking-up and carrying systems further include a flat pushing-up device 6 and a slope pushing-up device 7 for feeding the arranged piles of mahjong tiles 10 to the table top 1, four inner tile outlets 11 and four outer tile outlets 12 are arranged on the table top 1, the four outer tile outlets 12 are enclosed into a rectangular shape parallel to the edge of the table top, the four inner tile outlets 11 are enclosed into a rectangular shape parallel to the edge of the table top and are distributed inside the outer tile outlets 12, the flat-pushing mahjong-feeding device 6 is arranged at the outer mahjong-discharging opening 12 and comprises a mahjong-holding strip 61 for storing mahjong tiles 10 and a flat-pushing mahjong-feeding driving mechanism for feeding the mahjong tiles 10 on the mahjong-holding strip 61 to the tabletop 1 of the mahjong machine, the slope mahjong-feeding device 7 comprises a mahjong-feeding assembly and a mahjong-lifting assembly, the mahjong-feeding assembly comprises a mahjong-storing groove 71 for storing the mahjong tiles 10, a mahjong-feeding pushing head 72 for pushing the mahjong tiles 10 to be fed along the slope and a slope mahjong-feeding driving mechanism thereof, the mahjong-lifting assembly is arranged at the inner mahjong-discharging opening 11 and comprises a mahjong-lifting supporting plate 73 and a mahjong-lifting driving mechanism thereof, the stacking device 5 pushes the stacked mahjong tiles 10 into the mahjong-storing groove 71 through the mahjong-feeding opening of the mahjong-storing groove 71, the mahjong-storing groove 71 at least comprises an arc-shaped bending part, one end of the mahjong-storing groove 71 is a first mahjong-discharging opening, and the first mahjong-discharging opening is connected with the mahjong-holding strip 61 in the flat-pushing mahjong-feeding device 6, the other end of the card storage groove 71 is a second card outlet, the second card outlet is connected with a card lifting supporting plate 73 in the card loading assembly, the card outlet direction of the first card outlet of the card storage groove 71 is 0 degree or 90 degrees compared with the card outlet direction of the second card outlet and rotates along the clockwise direction, and the card inlet of the card storage groove 71 is arranged between the first card outlet and the second card outlet.
The horizontal pushing and card-loading device 6 and the card-lifting assembly in the card-picking and conveying system in the same group are positioned at two adjacent sides of the shuffling large plate 3, the card-lifting assembly is positioned at the inner side of the horizontal pushing and card-loading device 6, and the card-discharging direction of the first card-discharging port of the card storage groove 71 is rotated by 90 degrees along the clockwise direction compared with the card-discharging direction of the second card-discharging port.
In other embodiments, the horizontal pushing and playing device 6 and the card lifting assembly in the same group of card picking and carrying systems may be located on the same side of the shuffling large plate 3, the card lifting assembly is located on the inner side of the horizontal pushing and playing device 6, and the playing direction of the first card outlet of the card storage groove 71 is rotated by 0 ° in the clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction compared with the playing direction of the second card outlet.
