Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a partitioned easily-peelable film product. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method comprises the following steps of 1), cutting an original film into required width according to the size of a product; 2) determining the position size of a coating and printing positioning hole on the original film according to the size of the product size; 3) manufacturing a coating printing screen plate according to the specification and the size of a required product and the position of a positioning hole on the original film; 4) coating and printing at the position of a product for the first time, wherein the release gram weight meeting the product requirement is required; 5) dividing areas outside the product position; 6) and coating and printing a self-setting release gram weight in each area. 6) and coating and printing a self-setting release gram weight in each area.
