Abstract
The invention relates to a process for pasting a protective film, which comprises the following steps: 1) after the PU leather is coated with glue at high temperature, cooling for a period of time, and then uncovering adhesive film release paper on the surface of the PU leather; 2) the PU leather is kept stand for 48 hours under the environment that the temperature is 21-25 ℃ and the humidity is 50-70 percent until the PU leather shrinks to the size before high-temperature glue coating; 3) the PET protective film is flatly pasted on the surface of the PU leather, so that the pasting film is flat and bubble-free; 4) standing the PU leather stuck with the PET protective film for 1 hour; 5) using a cutting die to perform shape punching on the PU leather pasted with the PET protective film on a punch press, and removing the waste edges of the PET protective film; 6) and (5) checking whether the sticking film is qualified. The invention solves the problem that the size of the PU leather is difficult to control.

5) using a cutting die to perform shape punching on the PU leather pasted with the PET protective film on a punch press, and removing the waste edges of the PET protective film;
6) and (5) checking whether the sticking film is qualified.
Preferably, between the step 2) and the step 3), the adhesion of the PET protective film is selected according to the smoothness and the texture of the surface of the PU leather.
Preferably, the adhesion of the PET protective film is 70 g.
Preferably, in the step 3), the PET protective film is flatly pasted on the surface of the PU leather through a film laminating machine, and the air pressure of the film laminating machine is 0.28 MPa-0.32 MPa.
