According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the handling apparatus 30 includes: a first conveyor 31 for conveying the plate to be drilled in a first direction and a plurality of first jack-up translators 32 arranged in the first direction; the first jacking translation machine 32 conveys the plate to be drilled along the direction vertical to the first direction; the inlets of the first jacking translators 32 are all butted with the first conveyor 31; the inlets of the plurality of drills 20 are respectively butted against the outlets of the plurality of first lifting translators 32.
The first conveyor 31 may be an existing belt conveyor, a roller conveyor, or the like.
The first jacking translation machine 32 can be implemented by adopting the existing structure, and the concrete structure is that a conveyor is arranged on the jacking mechanism. In the present embodiment, the first conveyor 31 is a belt conveyor having a plurality of belts arranged in a perpendicular first direction, the conveying direction of the belts being in the first direction. The conveyor of the jacking translation machine is a roller conveyor, and the space between two belts of the belt conveyor is used for placing rollers of the roller conveyor, so that interference is avoided.
In the present embodiment, the combination of the first conveyor 31 and the plurality of first lifting/lowering units 32 enables more drilling machines 20 to be used than the combination of the gantry robot and the six-axis robot, and the plate material can be continuously transported more efficiently.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the drilling machine 20 includes a feeding module 21 and a drilling module 22 connected in sequence; the feeding module 21 is butted with an outlet of the first jacking translation machine 32 and used for positioning and guiding the plate to be drilled; the drilling module 22 is used for drilling the plate to be drilled.
The loading module 21 may be an existing conveyor and may be provided with baffles on both sides of the vertical conveyor transport direction, wherein at least one baffle is slidable along the vertical conveyor transport direction to position and guide the sheet and feed the sheet to the drilling module 22.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, further comprising: a visual inspection device 40 for inspecting whether the drilling process of the plate material after the drilling process is completed is qualified; and a transferring device 50 for transferring the plate material having completed the drilling process to the visual inspection apparatus 40.
The visual detection device 40 can be realized by adopting the existing CCD camera, and the CCD camera can move and the plate is not moved; the reverse is also possible; it is also possible to move both the CCD camera and the sheet. The visual inspection device 40 may be used to detect whether the number of drilled holes and the positions of the drilled holes are consistent with the machining requirement information.
The transfer device 50 may be structurally identical to the handling device 30. Specifically, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the transfer device 50 includes: a second conveyor 51 for conveying the plate material subjected to the drilling process in the first direction and a plurality of second lifting and translating machines 52 arranged in the first direction; the second lifting and translating machine 52 conveys the board subjected to the drilling processing along the direction vertical to the first direction; the inlets of the second lifting and translating machines 52 are respectively butted with the outlets of the plurality of drilling machines 20; the outlets of the plurality of second jack-up translators 52 are each butted against the second conveyor 51.
In this embodiment, the transfer device 50 and the carrying device 30 are arranged on two sides of the drilling machine 20, so that the layout is reasonable and the floor space is small.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the drilling machine 20 side outlet is provided with a blanking machine 23.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, further comprising: a third conveyor 60 for conveying the processed plate material in a direction perpendicular to the first direction and toward the drilling machine 20, wherein the visual inspection device 40 is provided on the third conveyor 60; the third jacking translator 70 has its inlet butted against the outlet of the second conveyor 51 and its outlet butted against the inlet of the third conveyor 60. The third conveyor 60 is arranged to change the flow direction of the processed plates, so that an operator of the sorted and processed plates is closer to the drilling machine 20, the drilling machine 20 is convenient to timely handle faults, and manpower is saved.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a side of the third conveyor 60 remote from the drilling machine 20 is arranged with at least one sorting conveyor 80 in a direction perpendicular to the first direction; the third conveyor 60 is provided with a plurality of fourth lifting and translating machines 90 along the vertical first direction, and the fourth lifting and translating machines 90 are used for conveying the plates on the third conveyor 60 to the corresponding sorting conveyors 80.

the method comprises the steps that a one-dimensional code or a two-dimensional code is arranged on a plate, the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code stores machining requirement information of the plate, and the machining requirement information comprises drilling hole quantity information and drilling hole position information;
acquiring and sending the processing requirement information of the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code;
receiving the processing requirement information and conveying the plate to the corresponding drilling machine 20, wherein the drilling machine 20 stores the processing program corresponding to the processing requirement information;
