本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种提高肉鸡鸡肉品质的饲料及使用方法。
背景技术
随着中国快餐业的迅速发展,鸡肉的消费逐年增加,鸡肉味道鲜美且有营养。鸡肉是人们最喜爱的食物之一,其以价格低廉、味道鲜美受到人们的喜爱,作为鸡肉的主要来源—肉鸡被大量饲养,肉鸡不同于蛋鸡,肉鸡主要以体重衡量,同样的喂养时间和饲料量,体重越多的效益越高,而目前喂养肉鸡的饲料多以添加含有各种营养成分的组分来提供营养,目前肉鸡养殖,短期的育肥过程对大鸡饲料的使用多为高能饲料,增加了肉鸡中的脂肪含量。然而,高能日粮的饲喂,降低了肉鸡的转化效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的饲料添加剂及使用方法,饲料中添加0.15wt%-0.3wt%止痢草提取物,主要集中于大鸡阶段,可以有效的改变肉鸡脂肪含量,改善料肉比,提高肉鸡的出栏重及鸡肉的抗氧化能力,提高鸡肉品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种提高肉鸡鸡肉品质的饲料,原料按质量分数计为:国产玉米50.1%-55.6%、3级大豆粕22%-24.5%、止痢草提取物0.15%-0.3%、全脂大豆2%-5%、黄面粉5%-6%、2级米糠1.4%-2.9%、石粉0.7%、磷酸氢钙0.9%、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.4%-0.6%、预混料3%、羽毛粉1%、玉米蛋白粉3%-3.5%、猪油2.3%-3%、食盐0.2%;总质量分数之和为100%。
其中,优选地止痢草提取物含量为0.2%。
其中,预混料的组分按照30Kg规格为整体计算包括:按质量分数计,肉鸡用植酸酶5000 1.445%、沸石粉0.946%、鸡用多维2.86%、腐殖酸钠12.015%、60%氯化胆碱9.893%、有机禽矿14.813%、丁壮素7.138%、苏氨酸19.07%、L-蛋氨酸31.82%。
其中,鸡用多维含以下6种元素,铁≥0.375wt%、铜≥0.05wt%、锌≥0.375wt%、锰≥0.45wt%、碘≥0.0025wt%、硒≥0.00175wt%。
肉鸡饲养方法在大鸡阶段,时间从26-42日龄;26-35日龄期间,每日饲喂5次,首次喂养时间5:00 am,间隔时间4小时,该期间21:00-22:00为关灯黑暗时间,开灯后饲喂第五次;36-42日龄每日饲喂5次,首次喂养时间5:00 am,间隔时间4.5小时。
该方案中的绿色添加剂为止痢草提取物,在每公斤饲料中添加200mg止痢草提取物,主要集中于大鸡阶段,可以有效的改变肉鸡脂肪含量,改善料肉比,提高肉鸡的出栏重及鸡肉的抗氧化能力,提高鸡肉品质。
本发明的显著优点在于:

(2)本发明在每公斤饲料中添加200mg止痢草提取物可以有效调节肉鸡的活重,降低销售运输途中的活鸡重量损失。另外,可以明显降低饲养期内鸡舍氨味(氨气)浓度,鸡粪成型好,饲养过程发病率降低,减少了兽药用量。
(3)本发明有益效果为提高饲料转化率,降低肉鸡的脂肪沉积,增加饲喂效率,提高肉鸡的重量。
具体实施方式
实施例1
2020年5月在开展试验。试验材料为白羽肉鸡,饲喂含止痢草提取物的饲料,即本发明的饲料配方(表1),白羽肉鸡26日龄开始饲喂本发明配方,饲料添加集中在大鸡阶段,大鸡阶段时间从26-42日龄。26-35日龄期间,每日饲喂5次,首次喂养时间5:00am,间隔时间4小时,该期间21:00-22:00为关灯黑暗时间,开灯后饲喂第五次。36-42日龄每日饲喂5次,首次喂养时间5:00am,间隔时间4.5小时。白羽肉鸡饲养35日龄称重,连续称重3日,测定白羽肉鸡增重。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高肉鸡鸡肉品质的饲料,其特征在于:鸡用多维含以下6种元素,铁≥0.375wt%、铜≥0.05wt%、锌≥0.375wt%、锰≥0.45wt%、碘≥0.0025wt%、硒≥0.00175wt%。
5.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述饲料的使用方法,其特征在于:肉鸡饲养方法在大鸡阶段,时间从26-42日龄;26-35日龄期间,每日饲喂5次,首次喂养时间5:00 am,间隔时间4小时,该期间21:00-22:00为关灯黑暗时间,开灯后饲喂第五次;36-42日龄每日饲喂5次,首次喂养时间5:00 am,间隔时间4.5小时。
