Abstract
本发明公开了双维发动机,其特征在于:包括驱动装置、双维压气机、出气管、加油装置、保险装置、电点火装置、轴流式压气机、曲柄连杆机构;所述的电点火装置设置在出气管的左侧;所述的曲柄连杆机构设置在出气管的下方;所述的驱动装置包括第一电机、第一齿轮、第一传力杆和设置在第一传力杆上的第一齿条;所述的第一齿条与第一齿轮相啮合;所述的双维压气机包括上压板、第一圆筒板、第二圆筒板、固定杆、第一承压板、第二承压板、外壳。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单、能量利用率较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机制造技术。
背景技术
发动机是一种能够把其它形式的能转化为机械能的机器,包括如内燃机(汽油发动机等)、外燃机(斯特林发动机、蒸汽机等)、电动机等。如内燃机通常是把化学能转化为机械能。发动机既适用于动力发生装置,也可指包括动力装置的整个机器(如:汽油发动机、航空发动机)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供双维发动机,解决现有技术中结构过于复杂、能量利用率不高的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
双维发动机,其特征在于:包括驱动装置、双维压气机、出气管、加油装置、保险装置、电点火装置、轴流式压气机、曲柄连杆机构;所述的电点火装置设置在出气管的左侧;所述的曲柄连杆机构设置在出气管的下方;所述的驱动装置包括第一电机、第一齿轮、第一传力杆和设置在第一传力杆上的第一齿条;所述的第一齿条与第一齿轮相啮合;所述的双维压气机包括上压板、第一圆筒板、第二圆筒板、固定杆、第一承压板、第二承压板、外壳;所述的第一传力杆的底部与上压板的部分顶部固定连接;所述的上压板的内部中空;所述的第一圆筒板的顶部与上压板的部分底部固定连接;所述的第二圆筒板的顶部与上压板的部分底部固定连接;所述的外壳的上部开有进气口;所述的轴流式压气机设置在进气口的左侧;所述的轴流式压气机的出气口与进气口相通;所述的外壳的部分底部向下凸起形成第一凹槽;外壳的部分底部向下凸起形成第二凹槽;所述的第一圆筒板可以在第一凹槽内上下活动;所述的第二圆筒板可以在第二凹槽内上下活动;所述的外壳的部分底部上开有第二出气口;所述的出气管的顶部与外壳的部分底部固定连接;所述的固定杆的顶部与上压板的部分底部固定连接;所述的第二承压板上开有第一小孔,所述的固定杆穿过第一小孔后与第二承压板固定连接;所述的固定杆的底部与第一承压板的部分顶部固定连接;所述的固定杆的内部中空;所述的第一承压板的内部中空;所述的第二承压板的内部中空;所述的第一圆筒板的内部中空;所述的第二圆筒板的内部中空;所述的外壳的内部中空;所述的第一承压板和第二承压板可在出气管内上下活动;所述的保险装置包括第三电机、第三齿轮、第三保险杠、设置在第三保险杠上的第三齿条、设置在所述的第一传力杆上的第四齿条;所述的出气管上开有第二小孔;所述的加油装置设置在第二小孔的附近。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单、能量利用率较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图1所示的双维发动机,其特征在于:包括驱动装置5、双维压气机6、出气管9、加油装置10、保险装置12、电点火装置35、轴流式压气机34、曲柄连杆机构68;所述的电点火装置35设置在出气管9的左侧;所述的曲柄连杆机构68设置在出气管9的下方;
所述的驱动装置5(如图2所示)包括第一电机1301、第一齿轮1302、第一传力杆1303和设置在第一传力杆1303上的第一齿条1304;所述的第一齿条1304与第一齿轮1302相啮合;所述的双维压气机6(如图3所示)包括上压板14、第一圆筒板15、第二圆筒板16、固定杆38、第一承压板39、第二承压板65、外壳17;所述的第一传力杆1303的底部与上压板14的部分顶部固定连接;所述的上压板14的内部中空;所述的第一圆筒板15的顶部与上压板14的部分底部固定连接;所述的第二圆筒板16的顶部与上压板14的部分底部固定连接;所述的外壳17的上部开有进气口18;所述的轴流式压气机34设置在进气口18的左侧;所述的轴流式压气机34的出气口与进气口18相通;所述的外壳17的部分底部2301向下凸起形成第一凹槽19;外壳17的部分底部2302向下凸起形成第二凹槽20;所述的第一圆筒板15可以在第一凹槽19内上下活动;所述的第二圆筒板16可以在第二凹槽20内上下活动;所述的外壳17的部分底部2303上开有第二出气口21;所述的出气管9的顶部与外壳17的部分底部2304固定连接;所述的固定杆38的顶部与上压板14的部分底部固定连接;所述的第二承压板65上开有第一小孔67,所述的固定杆38穿过第一小孔67后与第二承压板65固定连接;所述的固定杆38的底部与第一承压板39的部分顶部固定连接;所述的固定杆38的内部中空;所述的第一承压板39的内部中空;所述的第二承压板65的内部中空;所述的第一圆筒板15的内部中空;所述的第二圆筒板16的内部中空;所述的外壳17的内部中空;所述的第一承压板39和第二承压板65可在出气管9内上下活动;所述的保险装置12(如图4所示)包括第三电机3701、第三齿轮3702、第三保险杠3703、设置在第三保险杠3703上的第三齿条3704、设置在所述的第一传力杆1303上的第四齿条3705;所述的出气管9上开有第二小孔66;所述的加油装置10设置在第二小孔66的附近。
本发明的具体操作过程为:
1.外界气体经轴流式压气机34的出气口从进气口18进入双维压气机6内。
2.第一电机1301启动后驱动第一传力杆1303向下运到,上压板14也随之向下运动并压缩双维压气机6内的气体;压缩后的气体进入出气管9内。
3.加油装置10往出气管9内加入经过汽油。
4.电点火装置35点燃出气管9内的气体。第三电机3701启动使得第三保险杠3703向右运动,第三保险杠3703插入第四齿条3705的齿条中间以阻止第一传力杆1303向上运动。
5.出气管9内的气体推动曲柄连杆机构68做功。

1.双维发动机,其特征在于:包括驱动装置(5)、双维压气机(6)、出气管(9)、加油装置(10)、保险装置(12)、电点火装置(35)、轴流式压气机(34)、曲柄连杆机构(68);所述的电点火装置(35)设置在出气管(9)的左侧;所述的曲柄连杆机构(68)设置在出气管(9)的下方;所述的驱动装置(5)包括第一电机(1301)、第一齿轮(1302)、第一传力杆(1303)和设置在第一传力杆(1303)上的第一齿条(1304);所述的第一齿条(1304)与第一齿轮(1302)相啮合;所述的双维压气机(6)包括上压板(14)、第一圆筒板(15)、第二圆筒板(16)、固定杆(38)、第一承压板(39)、第二承压板(65)、外壳(17);所述的第一传力杆(1303)的底部与上压板(14)的部分顶部固定连接;所述的上压板(14)的内部中空;所述的第一圆筒板(15)的顶部与上压板(14)的部分底部固定连接;所述的第二圆筒板(16)的顶部与上压板(14)的部分底部固定连接;所述的外壳(17)的上部开有进气口(18);所述的轴流式压气机(34)设置在进气口(18)的左侧;所述的轴流式压气机(34)的出气口与进气口(18)相通;所述的外壳(17)的部分底部(2301)向下凸起形成第一凹槽(19);外壳(17)的部分底部(2302)向下凸起形成第二凹槽(20);所述的第一圆筒板(15)可以在第一凹槽(19)内上下活动;所述的第二圆筒板(16)可以在第二凹槽(20)内上下活动;所述的外壳(17)的部分底部(2303)上开有第二出气口(21);所述的出气管(9)的顶部与外壳(17)的部分底部(2304)固定连接;所述的固定杆(38)的顶部与上压板(14)的部分底部固定连接;所述的第二承压板(65)上开有第一小孔(67),所述的固定杆(38)穿过第一小孔(67)后与第二承压板(65)固定连接;所述的固定杆(38)的底部与第一承压板(39)的部分顶部固定连接;所述的固定杆(38)的内部中空;所述的第一承压板(39)的内部中空;所述的第二承压板(65)的内部中空;所述的第一圆筒板(15)的内部中空;所述的第二圆筒板(16)的内部中空;所述的外壳(17)的内部中空;所述的第一承压板(39)和第二承压板(65)可在出气管(9)内上下活动;所述的保险装置(12)包括第三电机(3701)、第三齿轮(3702)、第三保险杠(3703)、设置在第三保险杠(3703)上的第三齿条(3704)、设置在所述的第一传力杆(1303)上的第四齿条(3705);所述的出气管(9)上开有第二小孔(66);所述的加油装置(10)设置在第二小孔(66)的附近。
