Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building waterproof construction, and particularly relates to a coating type building foundation waterproof construction method.
Background
Nowadays, modern building technology mostly adopts reinforced concrete building, which has the advantages of earthquake resistance, fire resistance, sound insulation, etc., and most of roads, bridges, buildings and houses are of the type. However, although the reinforced concrete building has many advantages, fine cracks are easily generated due to stress accumulation and shrinkage in the concrete forming process, and the cracks gradually erode the internal reinforcing steel bar structure under the action of water permeation in underground water or soil, so that the durability of the structure is reduced, and the inner wall of the building is also subjected to a white phenomenon (commonly called as wall cancer), thereby seriously affecting the visual attractiveness.
Therefore, the perfect waterproof protection for building foundation is the direction of industrial efforts, the existing foundation waterproof engineering can be roughly divided into two types, one type is a rigid waterproof construction method, resin powder is added into cement, and a waterproof layer is formed after the cement is formed, but the phenomena of cracking, fine gaps and the like can occur under the repeated action of high temperature and low temperature of the cement, and water and gas enter the interior of the building along the cracks to cause the waterproof failure. Another type is a flexible waterproof construction method, for example, chinese patent No. 02153040.8 "foundation waterproof construction method and waterproof structure" is one of the so-called flexible waterproof construction methods; such construction methods include tarpaulins, waterproof blankets, self-adhesive waterproof membranes, water guide panels, coated waterproof materials, and the like. The waterproof cloth (membrane) is formed by bonding and splicing due to size limitation, so that the joint and the turning part of the male and female corners are particularly easy to damage, moisture is easy to permeate and expand from the damaged part, and poor adhesion between the surface of the waterproof cloth (membrane) and poured concrete is also a big problem; the water guide plate project has the problem of water seepage of indirect seams of plates, and once the water guide ditch is blocked by sundries such as silt, dry leaves and the like, the water-proof project is similar to a nominal project, so that more problems are caused. The ideal foundation waterproof construction method is a coating waterproof construction method, and an integrally formed coating film has no defects of seam cracking; the adhesive has excellent adhesiveness to heterogeneous materials, and the problem of leakage due to water pressure is completely solved; moreover, the waterproof coating film with high toughness and high extensibility can allow cracking of cement to a limited extent, and the waterproof effect is more durable. However, as the existing area of the constructed land is less and less, under the huge cost pressure of the inch of soil, the best use of the constructed area is desired, and finally, the distance between the constructed objects is too small, so that personnel and machines cannot pass through the constructed objects, the coating type waterproof construction method cannot be implemented, and the waterproof engineering is developed at once.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a waterproof method for a building foundation according to the present invention includes the steps of, after a building foundation 1 is properly buried and before cement is poured:
and building temporary walls 2 around the building foundation 1.
The temporary wall 2 may be made of any one of cement board, wood board, calcium silicate board, plywood, brick mud board, polystyrene board, paper board, adhesive tape, adhesive film, non-woven fabric, fire blanket, waterproof blanket, cotton blanket, fiber blanket, brick wall, soil wall or cement wall.
And coating an interface modified primer layer 3 on the surface of the temporary wall 2 and the surface of the foundation 1 to strengthen the plain ground, penetrate and wet, level and fix dust.
Wherein the interface modified primer layer 3 is composed of a resin.
Wherein the resin can be any one of polyurethane, polyurea, acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin, epoxy resin or liquid rubber.
And coating the surface of the interface modified primer layer 3 with a waterproof material to form a waterproof layer 4.
The coating method may be any one of brushing, troweling and spraying.
Wherein, the waterproof material is a resin, and can be any one of polyurethane, polyurea, acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin, epoxy resin or liquid rubber.
Polyurethane or polyurea is often selected because of its excellent toughness and ductility, and excellent water-proof performance.
And coating an interface modified paint layer 5 on the surface of the waterproof layer 4.
Wherein, the interface modified paint layer 5 is composed of resin.
The interface modified paint layer 5 may be any one of polyurethane, polyurea, acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin, epoxy resin, or liquid rubber.
Wherein the interface modified paint layer 5 is further mixed with coarse bone powder 51 to roughen the surface.
After the above-mentioned layers are formed, cement 6 can be poured on the surface of the interface modified paint layer 5.
Therefore, the interface modified paint layer 5 bonded with the cement 6 can enhance the interface bonding strength between the cement 6 and the waterproof layer 4, and the interface modified paint layer 5 is a core structure with waterproof capability, and if delamination occurs, waterproof failure can be caused by moisture leakage.
In the cement pouring and forming process, the coarsened bone powder 51 mixed in the interface modified paint layer 5 can adsorb cement due to the pores, so that the waterproof layer 4 and the cement 6 are closely attached to each other, and the further effect of self-adhesion is achieved.
The construction method is adopted to finish the waterproof construction of the building foundation.
The invention relates to a building foundation waterproof construction method, which particularly realizes the advantage of integral molding of a coating type waterproof construction method, can completely solve the problem that the construction is difficult when the distance between buildings is too small, greatly shortens the construction period, does not need to spend time for cement curing, does not need to spend manpower and time cost for form removal after the construction, has the advantages of free form removal, self-adhesion, easy construction and the like, has a plurality of excellent performances of root resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt mist erosion resistance and the like, completely protects the building foundation, and saves huge renovation cost caused by water and gas leakage.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
