对本发明各实施例制备的抗切割手套进行测试,手套抗切割性能结果如下:该抗切割手套采用EN388标准进行测试,可以达到抗切割5级标准,通过美标ANSI/ISEA105测试达到9级标准要求。
本发明提供的抗切割手套及其制备方法,旨在开发一种抗切割手套,主要方法是在纤维原料中添加一定比例的无机填料,通过控制无机填料的种类及配比,制成石墨烯抗切割纤维,然后使石墨烯抗切割浆料涂覆在纤维上,形成超强抗切割涂层,最后通过针织机编织成高抗切割手套,从而使手套具有超强抗切割性能。该手套广泛地应用于建筑、钢铁、汽车、化工、机械等各领域工人使用,最大程度的保护劳作工人的手部等部位免受伤害。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗切割手套的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包含:
步骤1,选取各原料;
步骤2,制备石墨烯抗切割纤维;所述的石墨烯抗切割纤维是将基础纤维原料与抗切割填料混合,通过纺丝工艺制备的纤维;所述的基础纤维包含锦纶长丝、涤纶长丝、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、芳纶中的任意一种或多种;所述的抗切割填料的用量按质量百分比计为石墨烯抗切割纤维总质量的1-5%;抗切割填料由石墨烯、玻璃纤维粉、氮化硅按重量比3:1:1均匀混合而得;
步骤3,制备石墨烯抗切割浆料;所述的石墨烯抗切割浆料,按重量份数计包含石墨烯1-8份、碳纤维粉10-60份、玻璃纤维粉15-30份、粘结剂10-30份、分散剂0.5-2份;所述的粘结剂包含聚乙烯醇、硅油、醋酸乙烯树脂、丙烯酸树脂中的任意一种或多种;分散剂包含甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸、高岭土、磷酸钙中的任意一种或多种;
步骤4,将步骤2所得的纤维通过浸渍涂覆的方式,包覆步骤3所得的石墨烯抗切割浆料;
步骤5,烘干步骤4所得的复合纤维,然后通过针织机编织成高抗切割手套;
所述的石墨烯采用二氧化碳超临界膨胀剥离石墨烯、化学氧化剥离的氧化石墨烯、偶联剂改性氧化石墨烯、阳离子表面活性剂改性氧化石墨烯中的任意一种或多种。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗切割手套的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤4中,浸渍涂覆是采用纱线上浆机设备以7-65m/min的速度对纤维进行上浆处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗切割手套的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤5中,烘干温度为50-120℃;针织机为15针或18针针织机。
4.一种通过如权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的方法制备的抗切割手套。
