For the convenience of detection, a calibration plate 9 is provided on the upper side of the side member 12, a three-coordinate reference hole 91 is provided in the calibration plate 9, and the three-coordinate reference hole 91 serves as a reference point for detecting the three-coordinate of each component. In order to provide a working reference for the welding robot, a TCP assembly 92 is also provided on the calibration plate 9.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to improve the structural strength of the underframe 1, reinforcing rib plates are provided between the bottom beam 11 and the side beam 12 and the carrier beam 14, between the connecting beam 15 and the carrier beam 14 and the second connecting plate 46, and between the side beam 12 and the positioner adapter plate 16. After the device is installed on a positioner, the stress between the bottom beam 11 and the side beam 12 is large, so that two reinforcing rib plates 17 are adopted between the bottom beam 11 and the side beam 12, and the reinforcing rib plates 17 are in an L shape. Triangular reinforcing rib plates are preferably adopted between the bottom beam 11 and the carrier beam 14, between the connecting beam 15 and the carrier beam 14 and the second connecting plate 46, and between the side beam 12 and the positioner adapter plate 16.
As a preferred embodiment, a slide block 26 is fixedly arranged on the front side of the sliding plate 25, a slide rail 27 matched with the slide block 26 is arranged on the back side of the vertical plate 242, and the sliding plate 25 can be laterally limited by adopting a slide block slide rail mechanism, so that the sliding plate 25 can be ensured to stably move up and down. Be equipped with vertical opening 243 in the middle part of riser 242, the front side of slide 25 is connected with front bezel 29 through a plurality of connecting blocks 28, and connecting block 28 sets up in vertical opening 243, and then, connecting block 28 does not influence slide 25 and slides from top to bottom. The front plate 29 is preferably arranged at an interval with the vertical plate 242, the two pressing beams 22 are respectively fixed on two sides of the front plate 29, and when the pressing beam cylinder 23 extends and retracts, the pressing beams 22 are driven by the sliding plate 25, the connecting block 28 and the front plate 29 to move up and down, so that the main beam is loosened and pressed on the upper side of the energy absorption box.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the main beam pressing assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pressing wheel 51 and a pneumatic pressing block assembly 52 that are disposed at a lower side of the pressing beam 22, the pneumatic pressing block assembly 52 is disposed at an outer side of the pressing wheel 51, the pneumatic pressing block assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pressing cylinder 53 and a pressing block 54 connected to the pressing cylinder 53, and a buffer spring 55 is disposed between the pressing wheel 51 and the pressing beam 22. When the main beam is placed on the device, the main beam is laterally compressed through the lateral pressing mechanism, then the pressing beam 22 is driven to descend through the jacking assembly, the main beam is pressed on the energy absorption box through the pressing wheel 51, then the pressing cylinder 53 pushes the pressing block 54 downwards, and the main beam is further compressed. The buffer spring 55 and the lateral pressure cylinder stopper 34 can reduce the impact of the main beam clamping action.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, in order to prevent the position deviation of the main beam when the main beam is placed on the device, a main beam positioning assembly 6 is further arranged on the upper side of the base frame 1, the main beam positioning assembly 6 comprises a base 61, the base 61 is in an i-shape, the bottom of the base 61 is fixed on the base frame 1, a first adjusting block 62 is bolted on the upper side of the base 61, a positioning block 63 is bolted on one side of the first adjusting block 62, a second adjusting block 64 is bolted on the side of the positioning block 63, a main beam positioning pin 65 is arranged on the second adjusting block 64, and a plurality of adjusting gaskets with different thicknesses are respectively arranged between the first adjusting block 62 and the positioning block 63 and between the positioning block 63 and the second adjusting block 64. By increasing or decreasing the adjusting shim, the position of the main beam positioning pin 65 can be adjusted in the front-back direction and the left-right direction so as to correspond to the positioning hole on the main beam. Taking the adjustment gaps between the first adjusting block 62 and the positioning block 63 and between the positioning block 63 and the second adjusting block 64 as 3mm as an example, the number of the adopted adjusting shims may be five, and the optimal thicknesses are two adjusting shims of 1mm, one adjusting shim of 0.5mm, one adjusting shim of 0.3 mm and one adjusting shim of 0.2mm, and the positions of the main beam positioning pins 65 can be adjusted by subtracting the adjusting shims of corresponding sizes according to different errors.
As shown in fig. 11, in order to prevent the main beam from deforming during welding, an auxiliary supporting block 8 is further provided on the upper side of the base frame 1, and the auxiliary supporting block 8 is disposed between the two lateral pressing mechanisms 3. The auxiliary supporting block 8 of the embodiment of the invention comprises a first auxiliary supporting block 81 fixed on the upper side of the first chassis 1 and a second auxiliary supporting block 82 connected to the upper end of the first auxiliary supporting block 81 through a countersunk bolt, wherein the first auxiliary supporting block 81 is in an L shape, and the second auxiliary supporting block 82 is preferably a 304 steel block to prevent the main beam from being scratched.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 9, the embodiment of the present invention further integrates a marking machine 100, the marking machine 100 is fixed on the front side of the front plate 29 by a marking machine adapter plate 101, and the marking machine 100 is disposed between the two press beams 22. A proximity switch 103 is further provided on one side of the crash box clamping mechanism 4, the proximity switch 103 is used for detecting whether the crash box is put in, and the proximity switch 103 is preferably mounted on the upper side of the second connecting plate 46 through a bracket. A proximity switch 104 is also provided on the upper side of the pedestal 61 via a bracket, and the proximity switch 104 is used to detect whether a main beam is inserted.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that other parts not specifically described are within the prior art or common general knowledge to those of ordinary skill in the art. Without departing from the principle of the invention, several improvements and modifications can be made, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

  1. A clamping device for automatic welding of bumpers is characterized by comprising a chassis, wherein an energy absorption box clamping mechanism and a main beam pressing mechanism are arranged on the upper side of the chassis, the energy absorption box clamping mechanisms comprise two groups which are respectively arranged on the upper two sides of the chassis, the main beam pressing mechanism comprises a pressing mechanism and a side pressing mechanism, the pressing mechanism comprises a support frame arranged on the upper side of the chassis and a jacking assembly arranged on the rear side of the support frame, the jacking assembly is connected with a pressing beam and used for adjusting the pressing beam to move up and down, the pressing beam comprises two pressing beams which are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the jacking assembly, the pressing beam is provided with a main beam pressing assembly for pressing a main beam on the upper side of the energy absorption box, the side pressing mechanism comprises a plurality of side pressing air cylinders fixed on the upper side of the chassis, the side pressing air cylinders are connected with side pressing blocks, and the side pressing blocks are oppositely provided with limit blocks, the main beam limiting block is fixed on the upper side of the underframe, and the main beam is pressed between the side pressing block and the main beam limiting block by the side pressure cylinder.
  2. The clamping device for automatically welding the bumper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom frame comprises a bottom beam and side beams fixed at the front sides of the two ends of the bottom beam, the bottom beam and the side beams form a C-shaped structure, a plurality of load-bearing beams are arranged in the middle of the bottom beam, the load-bearing beams are arranged at the same side as the side beams, the front ends of the load-bearing beams are connected to one side of the connecting beam, base plates are fixed at the upper sides of the bottom beam and the load-bearing beams, and the energy-absorbing box clamping mechanisms are installed at the two ends of the connecting beam.
  3. The clamping device for the automatic welding of the bumpers as recited in claim 2, wherein said energy-absorbing box clamping mechanism comprises a base plate fixed at both ends of the connecting beam and two clamping jaws hinged relatively on the upper side of the base plate, each clamping jaw is hinged with a clamping jaw control cylinder through a connecting arm, said clamping jaw control cylinder controls the clamping jaw to turn over to loosen and clamp the energy-absorbing box.
  4. The clamping device for automatic bumper welding according to claim 1, wherein the jacking assembly comprises a pressing beam cylinder and a support, the support comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate which are arranged in an L shape, the transverse plate is fixed on the upper side of the bottom frame, the pressing beam cylinder is connected with a sliding plate through a floating head, the sliding plate and the vertical plate are connected with a sliding rail mechanism in a sliding mode through a sliding block, a vertical opening is formed in the middle of the vertical plate, the front side of the sliding plate is connected with a front plate through a plurality of connecting blocks, the connecting blocks are arranged in the vertical opening, and the two pressing beams are arranged on two sides of the front plate respectively.
  5. The clamping device for automatic bumper welding according to claim 1, wherein the main beam pressing assembly comprises a pressing wheel and a pneumatic pressing block assembly, the pressing wheel and the pneumatic pressing block assembly are arranged on the lower side of the pressing beam, the pneumatic pressing block assembly is arranged on the outer side of the pressing wheel, the pneumatic pressing block assembly comprises a pressing cylinder and a pressing block connected with the pressing cylinder, and a buffer spring is arranged between the pressing wheel and the pressing beam.
  6. The clamping device for automatically welding the bumper as claimed in claim 1, wherein an auxiliary supporting block and a main beam positioning component are further arranged on the upper side of the underframe, the main beam positioning component comprises a pedestal, a first adjusting block is connected to the upper side of the pedestal through a bolt, a positioning block is connected to one side of the first adjusting block through a bolt, a second adjusting block is connected to the side of the positioning block through a bolt, a main beam positioning pin is arranged on the second adjusting block, and a plurality of adjusting gaskets with different thicknesses are respectively arranged between the first adjusting block and the positioning block and between the positioning block and the second adjusting block.
  7. The clamping device for the automatic bumper welding according to claim 3, wherein the energy-absorbing box positioning and supporting assembly comprises an L-shaped reference block and an adjusting block which are connected to the base through bolts, the L-shaped reference block is connected with the adjusting block through bolts, a supporting block and an energy-absorbing box positioning pin are arranged on the upper side of the adjusting block, the upper end of the energy-absorbing box positioning pin is higher than the upper surface of the adjusting block, and a plurality of adjusting gaskets with different thicknesses are arranged between two side portions of the L-shaped reference block and the adjusting block and between the adjusting block and the supporting block.
  8. The clamping device for automatic bumper welding according to claim 7, wherein the clamping jaw control cylinder is arranged at the lower side of a seat plate, and the seat plate is provided with a through hole for a connecting arm to pass through; all be equipped with a plurality of through-holes on adjusting block and the bedplate, the bedplate downside is equipped with energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder, energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder is connected with the connecting block, the connecting block upside is equipped with a plurality of ejector pins, the ejector pin interlude sets up in the through-hole, energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder is under the contraction state, the upper end of ejector pin is less than the supporting shoe, energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder is under the state of stretching out, the upper end of ejector pin is higher than the upper end of energy-absorbing box locating pin.
  9. The clamping device for automatically welding the bumper as claimed in claim 2, wherein a positioner adapter plate is connected to the outer side of the side beam to mount the underframe on a positioner; and a calibration plate is arranged on the upper side of the side beam, and a three-coordinate reference hole and a TCP assembly are arranged on the calibration plate.
  10. The device of claim 2, comprising a marking machine, wherein the marking machine is fixed on the front side of the front plate through a marking machine adapter plate, and the marking machine is arranged between the two press beams.
