the main beam pressing mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the underframe; the main beam pressing mechanism comprises a pressing mechanism and a side pressing mechanism, and the pressing mechanism comprises a support frame, a jacking assembly, a pressing beam and a main beam pressing assembly; the supporting frame is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the bottom frame, the jacking assembly is arranged on the back side of the supporting frame, the jacking assembly is fixedly connected with the pressing beam, the jacking assembly is used for driving the pressing beam to move up and down, and the two pressing beams are respectively arranged on two sides of the jacking assembly; the main beam pressing assembly is arranged on the pressing beam and used for pressing the main beam on the upper side of the energy absorption box; the side pressing mechanism comprises a side pressing cylinder, a side pressing block and a main beam limiting block, the side pressing cylinder is arranged on the upper side of the bottom frame, the side pressing block is connected to a driving rod of the side pressing cylinder, the main beam limiting block is arranged on the upper side of the bottom frame, the side pressing cylinder is used for driving the side pressing block to move towards the main beam limiting block so as to press a main beam between the side pressing block and the main beam limiting block, and the main beam limiting block comprises a first main beam limiting block and a second main beam limiting block which is fixed on the upper portion of the first main beam limiting block side through a countersunk bolt; a side pressure cylinder limiting block is fixed on the underframe;
the jacking assembly comprises a pressing beam cylinder and a support, the pressing beam cylinder is provided with a locking mechanism, the support is arranged on the upper side of the underframe, the output end of the pressing beam cylinder is connected with a sliding plate, and the sliding plate is connected to the support in a sliding manner;
the floating head is arranged between the pressing beam cylinder and the sliding plate and used for reducing vibration;
the energy-absorbing box positioning support assembly comprises an L-shaped reference block and an adjusting block which are connected to the base through bolts, the L-shaped reference block is connected with the adjusting block through bolts, a supporting block and an energy-absorbing box positioning pin are arranged on the upper side of the adjusting block, the upper end of the energy-absorbing box positioning pin is higher than the upper surface of the adjusting block, and a plurality of adjusting gaskets with different thicknesses are arranged between two edges of the L-shaped reference block and the adjusting block and between the adjusting block and the supporting block.
2. The crash box clamp mechanism as recited in claim 1, wherein the upper side of the seat plate is further provided with a mistake proofing pin.
3. The crash box clamp mechanism as set forth in claim 1, wherein the jaw control cylinder is disposed on an underside of a seat plate, the seat plate having a through hole for the connecting arm to pass through, the connecting arm being inserted and disposed in the through hole.

The energy-absorbing box clamping mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the adjusting block and the seat plate, an energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder is arranged on the lower side of the seat plate, a connecting block is connected to the energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder, a plurality of ejector rods are arranged on the upper side of the connecting block, each ejector rod is arranged in one through hole in an inserting mode, the energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder is in a contracted state, the upper end of each ejector rod is lower than the supporting block, the energy-absorbing box jacking cylinder is in an extended state, and the upper end of each ejector rod is higher than the upper end of each energy-absorbing box positioning pin.
5. The crash box clamp mechanism of claim 4, wherein the ejector pin comprises two ejector pins disposed on opposite sides of the crash box locating pin.
6. The crash box clamp mechanism of claim 1 wherein the upper end of the crash box locating pin is tapered.
