The indicator lamp 2 comprises a lampshade 21 and two multi-color LED lamps 22, wherein the multi-color LED lamps 22 are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the lampshade 21. The lighting of the indicator lamp 2 means that the respective multicolor LED lamps 22 of the indicator lamp 2 are lit. The commodity two-dimensional code is pasted on the goods.
In this embodiment, the handheld ultra-long-distance scanner of the read-write device is a commonly used scanner, and the scanning range is three meters to ten meters. The read-write device and the controller are both connected to the router through a wireless network. The commodity two-dimensional code and the bin two-dimensional code 23 are scanned through the reading and writing device to respectively obtain commodity information and warehouse information, the reading and writing device and the controller carry out information interaction through a wireless network, and the controller carries out data processing and storage on the commodity information and the warehouse information. The controller controls the indicator lamp 2 to be turned on and off according to the task state. In this embodiment, the method for information interaction via a wireless network supports interaction between an intranet and an intranet environment of a mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the task states of the controller include cargo warehousing, cargo ex-warehouse, and cargo inventory respectively. The multicolor LED lamp 22 can emit red light, green light and yellow light, wherein the controller controls the multicolor LED lamp 22 to emit different colored light according to different task states, and specifically, when the task state of the controller is that goods are put in storage, the colored light emitted by the multicolor LED lamp 22 is green light; when the task state of the controller is that goods are delivered from the warehouse, the color light emitted by the multi-color LED lamp 22 is yellow light; when the controller is in the duty state of cargo inventory, the multi-color LED lamp 22 emits red light.
Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the method for executing the system includes:
in the method S1, when the task state of the controller is that goods are put in storage, the two-dimensional code of the goods is scanned, then the indicator light 2 of the bin 1 corresponding to the goods is turned on, and the indicator light 2 emits green light to guide the staff to send the goods to the bin 1 corresponding to the goods; when goods need to be put into the bin position 1, the goods are firstly put into the bin position 1, then the bin position two-dimensional codes 23 on the corresponding indicating lamps 2 are scanned, the warehousing of the goods and the registration of the goods warehousing are completed, the controller is enabled to update the inventory data, and then the corresponding indicating lamps 2 are turned off.
Method S2, when the task state of the controller is goods delivery, the controller processes the delivery receipt, then the indicator light 2 of the position 1 corresponding to the goods to be delivered is turned on, the indicator light 2 emits yellow light to guide the staff to the position 1 corresponding to the goods to be delivered, the staff scans the two-dimensional code of the goods to be delivered, the controller updates the stock data, the staff takes the goods away, and finally the corresponding indicator light 2 is turned off.
In the method S3, when the task state of the controller is cargo checking, the cargo on the bin 1 is checked, the type, the quantity and the like of the cargo on the bin 1 are checked with the bin storage information and the commodity information which are correspondingly recorded by the controller, if the cargo is wrong, the indicator lamp 2 is turned on, and the indicator lamp 2 emits red light to prompt a worker that the cargo on the bin 1 is wrong.
