In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shelf system of the present invention includes a shelf 1, a two-dimensional code 2, an article/article container 3, a barcode 4, an LED strip 5, a controller 6, and a code reader 7. The two-dimensional code 2 and the LED lamp strip 5 are arranged on the shelf 1; the bar code 4 is provided on the item/item container 3; the LED lamp strip 7 and the code reader 7 are connected with the controller 6.
The goods shelf 1 comprises a plurality of transverse plates 11 and a plurality of vertical plates 12, the transverse plates 11 and the vertical plates 12 form a plurality of storage lattices 10, and the storage lattices 10 are used for placing the articles/article containers 3. Preferably, the shelf 1 is provided with a cabinet 13 at the bottom thereof, and the cabinet 13 can be used for accommodating the controller 6 or other articles.
Referring to fig. 2, the two-dimensional code 2 is adhered to or printed on the side of the horizontal plate 11 to indicate a storage position. The storage position is used for placing at least one article/article container 3. One storage sash 10 can be pasted or printed with one two-dimensional code 2, and can also be pasted or printed with a plurality of two-dimensional codes 2, and can be flexibly determined according to actual needs. Preferably, the two-dimensional code 2 is pasted or printed on the front and back sides of the transverse plate.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the LED strip 5 is disposed on the side of the horizontal plate 11, and at least one LED display lamp 50 in the LED strip corresponds to a position of one two-dimensional code 2, and the two-dimensional code is set and bound to the corresponding display lamp 50 in the controller 6. Preferably, the LED strip is a multi-color strip, and each LED display lamp 50 can display at least three colors.
The bar code 4 is affixed or printed on the article/article container 3, and one bar code 4 may be affixed to one article/article container 3, or a plurality of different bar codes 4 may be affixed.
In conjunction with the above description, the method of use of the shelving system of the invention is described below with reference to figures 1 and 2 of the drawings:
the shelf system of the present invention first scans the bar code 4 on the item/item container 3 with the code reader 7 (new bar code, which is unbound in the controller). If a plurality of different bar codes 4 are affixed or printed on the item/item container 3, the plurality of different bar codes 4 are scanned one by one.
Next, the item/item container 3 is placed on the shelf 1 at a position corresponding to a certain two-dimensional code 2, and the two-dimensional code 2 is scanned with the code reader 7. At this time, the controller 6 binds the new barcode 4 information (or multiple barcodes 4 information) with the two-dimensional code 2 information scanned later.
Then, when a new article with the bound bar code 4 needs to be placed/classified, the bar code 4 on the new article is read by the code reader 7, and the controller 6 instructs the LED display lamp 50 corresponding to the two-dimensional code 2 to light up/flash/change color for a short time according to the information of the bound two-dimensional code 2, so as to find out the position where the new article should be placed.
As an optimized scheme, when the code reader 7 reads the bar code 4 and the two-dimensional code 2 in sequence and is bound by the controller 6, the controller 6 simultaneously instructs the LED display lamp 50 corresponding to the two-dimensional code to light blue.
As a further optimization, when the bar code 4 on the new item is read, the controller 6 instructs the corresponding LED display lamp 50 to flash or turn red.
As a further optimization scheme, when the bound bar codes 4 are two or more different, the two or more different bar codes correspond to different new articles; when the bar code 4 on the first new item that should be placed is scanned, the controller 6 instructs the corresponding LED display lamp 50 to turn pink; when the barcode 4 on the last new item is scanned, the controller 6 instructs the corresponding LED display lamp 50 to turn red. This solution is particularly suitable for pairing of items. For example, the hearing aids typically include a left ear hearing aid and a right ear hearing aid, and thus, 2 bar codes are affixed to the article containers stored on the shelf 1 to indicate the left ear hearing aid and the right ear hearing aid, respectively. The worker first takes information such as design parameters of the left ear hearing aid and a pre-prepared bar code identical to the bar code on the article container from the article container to manufacture the left ear hearing aid. After the left ear hearing aid is manufactured, the bar code is pasted. After the bar code on the left ear hearing aid is scanned by the code reader 7, the display lamp 50 at the storage position of the object container can light pink light, and a worker finds the object container according to the light and places the left ear hearing aid in the object container. Meanwhile, the staff can know that a hearing aid is not manufactured or a bar code reserved by the hearing aid is not scanned according to light, and then the staff walks information such as design parameters of the right-ear hearing aid and the like and a pre-manufactured bar code which is the same as the bar code on the article container from the article container to manufacture the right-ear hearing aid. And after the right ear hearing aid is manufactured, the bar code is pasted. After the bar code on the right-ear hearing aid is scanned by the code reader 7, the display lamp 50 at the storage position of the article container can light red light, and the worker finds the position of the article container according to the light and places the right-ear hearing aid in the article container.
As another optimization scheme, a buzzer 8 is arranged at the position, corresponding to each two-dimensional code 2, on the goods shelf 1, and the two-dimensional codes 2 and the corresponding buzzers 8 are bound in the controller 6. When the bar code 4 on the new item is read, the controller 6 simultaneously instructs the buzzer 8 corresponding to the two-dimensional code 2 to sound. The auxiliary rapid finding of the placement positions of the articles is facilitated.
Further, a computer or PCL may be selected as the controller 6 of the shelving system.
Preferably, the controller 6 is also connected to a display 9, by means of which display 9 the shelf is simulated and the position of the items/item containers 3 is displayed.
The use method of the shelf system comprises the following steps:
firstly, storing an article/article container 3 adhered with a bar code 4 at a position corresponding to a two-dimensional code 2 on a shelf 1;
secondly, scanning the bar code 4 on the article/article container 3 by using a code reader 7;
thirdly, scanning the two-dimensional code 2 at the storage position of the article/article container 3 on the goods shelf by using a code reader 7, and binding the bar code 4 with the two-dimensional code 2 by using a controller 6;
and step four, scanning the new article with the bar code 4 by using a code reader 7, and controlling the LED lamp strip to be lightened or change the color or flash by using the controller 6 so as to indicate the position of the article/article container 3.
As a further preferable scheme, after another set of corresponding bar codes 4 and two-dimensional codes 2 are scanned by the code reader 7 and bound, the LED display lamp 50 at the position is turned off or turned on to be blue.
When the bound bar codes are two or more different bar codes, the two or more different bar codes correspond to different articles respectively; when the bar code on the first new article to be placed is scanned, the controller instructs the corresponding LED display lamp to turn pink; when the bar code on the last new item that should be placed is scanned, the controller instructs the corresponding LED display light to turn red.
