Abstract
本发明公开了一种银镜的生产工艺,涉及镜子的生产制造领域,旨在解决银镜使用寿命短,反射率低的问题,其技术方案要点是:一种银镜的生产工艺,包括:玻璃清洗抛光;敏化;超敏化;镀银;钝化;预热;淋底漆;底漆烘烤;喷环氧树脂涂液;淋面漆;风冷;酸洗表面;表面清洗;晾干。本发明的一种银镜的生产工艺能够保证银层持久性长,反射率高,使用寿命长的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃镜的加工技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种银镜的生产工艺。
背景技术
现在市面上所出售的银镜产品,无论是使用在家具卫浴还是在装修装饰方面,多为普通银镜。
普通银镜在普通平板玻璃的基础上生产加工而成,目前的玻璃镜的镀银方法其工艺为:玻璃清晰-敏化-超敏化-镀银-钝化-二道钝化-淋底漆-底漆烘烤-淋面漆-风冷-酸洗表面-表面清洗-成品;而目前对于玻璃镜的镀银层要求制得的玻璃镜的反射率高同时提高银层厚度,并且对银层的致密性有着严格的要求,当致密性提升时,比如会影响到银层厚度,而当厚度不够时,银镜在后期使用过程中容易发生氧化以及磨损,导致银层变薄,使玻璃镜的反射率降低,影响银镜的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种银镜的生产工艺,其通过在银镜表面覆盖环氧树脂,从而保护银层,提高耐磨性,延长银镜的使用寿命。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种银镜的生产工艺,包括:
玻璃清洗抛光;
敏化;
超敏化;
镀银;
钝化;
预热;
淋底漆;
底漆烘烤;
喷环氧树脂涂液;
淋面漆;
风冷;
酸洗表面;
表面清洗;
晾干。
本发明进一步设置为:所述环氧树脂涂液包括环氧树脂、固化剂以及二甲苯。
本发明进一步设置为:在喷涂环氧树脂涂液之前将玻璃烘烤至110℃以上10min-15min。
本发明进一步设置为:将环氧树脂涂液喷涂完成后继续烘烤,温度在110℃-120℃,时间15min-20min。
本发明进一步设置为:在镀银之后钝化之前将玻璃进行低温静置。
本发明进一步设置为:所述低温静置为将玻璃在温度-5℃-0℃的空间里静止20min-25min。
本发明进一步设置为:低温静置后待玻璃恢复至常温后进行钝化。
本发明进一步设置为:所属环氧树脂涂液含有乙醇,乙醇的质量份数浓度为50%-100%。
本发明进一步设置为:所述镀银步骤包括一次镀银和二次镀银。
本发明进一步设置为:所述一次镀银的温度为20~25℃,镀银时间为2~3分钟,使玻璃上的单位面积银重为100~200mg/m2;二次镀银的温度为30~35℃,镀银时间为1~2分钟,使玻璃上的单位面积银重为700~800mg/m2。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:通过在镀银工艺步骤中增加环氧树脂层,环氧树脂能够有效将银层覆盖,避免银层发生氧化,并且环氧树脂层具有优异的耐磨性,能够很好的保护银层不被磨损,同时环氧树脂层具有一定的黏连性,能够保护镜面发生破裂时而不会掉落,提高镜子的安全使用功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
一种银镜的生产工艺,包括步骤一,玻璃的清洗抛光:取玻璃基片进行预洗处理,用清水喷淋,之后用盘刷以及辊刷进行打磨清洗;
步骤二,抛光:对步骤一所述预洗处理的钢化玻璃基片通过使用10%-20%的氧化铈悬浊液,将玻璃基板通过圆盘刷进行抛光处理后,使用去离子水进行深度清洗,然后风干;
步骤三,敏化处理:对步骤二抛光处理的玻璃基片进行敏化处理,使钢化玻璃基片表面产生一个亚锡离子敏化层;
步骤四,超敏化处理:对步骤三所述敏化处理的玻璃基片进行超敏化处理,即在所述亚锡离子敏化层表面产生一个金属薄膜活化层;
步骤五,镀银:将银氨溶液和还原液同时喷涂到所述金属薄膜活化层上,经氧化还原反应后,银离子被还原成金属银,所述金属银沉淀于所述金属薄膜活化层的表面形成银膜反射层;
步骤六,钝化处理:将钝化剂均匀喷涂于所述银膜反射层上,产生均匀的钝化剂涂层;
步骤七,预热处理:通过红外加热管对玻璃基片进行加热处理;
步骤八,喷底漆:向所述钝化剂涂层上喷淋底漆;
步骤九,烘干底漆;
步骤十,喷环氧树脂涂液:环氧树脂涂液包括环氧树脂、固化剂以及二甲苯,环氧树脂可以为100重量份,固化剂30重量份,二甲苯10-30重量份进行配比,固化剂可以选用HG/T3875-2006的酚醛胺环氧树脂固化剂,环氧树脂可以选为符合GB/T13657—1992的双酚A型环氧树脂;将混合后的环氧树脂涂液均匀涂覆在底漆表面,喷涂温度设置在120℃左右;
步骤十一,喷淋面漆,并烘干面漆,得到喷淋底漆和面漆的玻璃基片;
步骤十二,成品:将玻璃基片依次进行冷却、清洗,即得玻璃银镜。
同时在上述步骤中,在喷涂环氧树脂涂液之前将玻璃烘烤至110℃以上10min-15min;将环氧树脂涂液喷涂完成后继续烘烤,温度在110℃-120℃,时间15min-20min;这样是为了给玻璃基片进行前期预热以及喷涂完成后保持高温使环氧树脂涂液能够均匀的分布在银层表面,充分铺展开来。
为了进一步提高银镜的质量,在镀银之后钝化之前将玻璃进行低温静置,低温静置为将玻璃在温度-5℃-0℃的空间里静止20min-25min,低温静置后待玻璃恢复至常温后进行钝化工艺,这样设置是为了能够当银层迅速固化,排出银层内含有的气体分子,并且内部结构能够进行迅速稳定,使银层的化学稳定性得到很大的提升。
并且需要将镀银工艺分别设置为两次镀银,一次镀银的温度为20~25℃,镀银时间为2~3分钟,使玻璃上的单位面积银重为100~200mg/m2;二次镀银的温度为30~35℃,镀银时间为1~2分钟,使玻璃上的单位面积银重为700~800mg/m2。
一次镀银工艺主要提供致密的银层,二次镀银工艺主要提供银层的厚度;一次镀银工艺的温度为20~25℃,反应液中的还原液为低速反应还原液,以提高银层的致密性,由此提供玻璃镜的反射率;二次镀银工艺的温度为30~35℃,反应液中的还原液为高速反应还原液,由此提高反应液中硝酸银的转化率,以此提高银层的厚度,当然在一次镀银完成后还可以将玻璃基片通过风冷装置进行迅速降温至-5℃-0℃进行固化反应,然后再进行二次镀银,这样能够更好的降低镀银厚度而提高镀银的反射率;以上就能够很好的保护银层不被磨损,提高银层的反射率,从而提升银镜的实用寿命了。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种银镜的生产工艺,包括:
玻璃清洗抛光;
敏化;
超敏化;
镀银;
钝化;
预热;
淋底漆;
底漆烘烤;
喷环氧树脂涂液;
淋面漆;
风冷;
酸洗表面;
表面清洗;
晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂涂液包括环氧树脂、固化剂以及二甲苯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的工艺,其特征在于:在喷涂环氧树脂涂液之前将玻璃烘烤至110℃以上10min-15min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的工艺,其特征在于:将环氧树脂涂液喷涂完成后继续烘烤,温度在110℃-120℃,时间15min-20min。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的工艺,其特征在于:在镀银之后钝化之前将玻璃进行低温静置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的工艺,其特征在于:所述低温静置为将玻璃在温度-5℃-0℃的空间里静止20min-25min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的工艺,其特征在于:低温静置后待玻璃恢复至常温后进行钝化。
8.根据权利要求2所述的工艺,其特征在于:所属环氧树脂涂液含有乙醇,乙醇的质量份数浓度为50%-100%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于:所述镀银步骤包括一次镀银和二次镀银。
10.根据权利要求9所述的工艺,其特征在于:所述一次镀银的温度为20~25℃,镀银时间为2~3分钟,使玻璃上的单位面积银重为100~200mg/m2;二次镀银的温度为30~35℃,镀银时间为1~2分钟,使玻璃上的单位面积银重为700~800mg/m2。
