It can be understood that the distance between the lowest point of the folding shovel plate 5222 and the workbench 1 is smaller than the distance between the lowest point of the fixed pressing block 523 and the workbench 1, and this structural arrangement makes the folding shovel plate 5222 and the fixed pressing block 523 move simultaneously, and when the fixed pressing block 523 abuts against the paperboard 101, the folding shovel plate 5222 can move upwards after passing through the paperboard 101 to fold the lifting part 1011 upwards, and the fixed pressing block 523 can press the folded lifting part 1011.

The limiting plate 5225 is disposed at the bottom end of the turnover fixing plate 5223, and can limit the turnover connecting plate 5226 from coming off the fourth slide rail 5224. The folding shovel plate 5222 is disposed on the folding connecting plate 5226. The elastic member 5227 has one end connected to the folding connection plate 5226 and the other end connected to the folding fixing plate 5223, and the folding shovel plate 5222 always has a force toward the jam 101 by the force of the elastic member 5227. This structure has avoided damaging turnover shovel board 5222 when equipment breaks down, makes to turn over between turnover shovel board 5222 and the fixed plate 5223 and is the flexible connection, effectively protects turnover shovel board 5222. In this embodiment, the fourth slide rail 5224 is a standard linear guide rail slider mechanism, which is convenient to purchase. The elastic member 5227 is an extension spring.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the securing assembly 53 will now be described in connection with fig. 8. Specifically, the fixing assembly 53 includes a fixing base 531, a pawl member 532, and a plurality of first stoppers 533. The unable adjustment base 531 sets up on workstation 1, and a plurality of first stopper 533 enclose to locate on unable adjustment base 531, and when data line subassembly 100 was placed on unable adjustment base 531, the outer wall that a plurality of first stopper 533's inner wall can the butt data line provided the direction when placing for data line subassembly 100, and claw part 532 sets up on unable adjustment base 531, can press from both sides tight data line subassembly 100. It can be understood that the first stopper 533 is provided with a first inclined surface toward one side of the data line assembly 100, so that the data line assembly 100 can be more smoothly placed on the fixing base 531.
In this embodiment, the first stoppers 533 are disposed at four positions, and the four first stoppers 533 are uniformly disposed at the periphery of the data line assembly 100, so that the position layout is more reasonable.

It will be appreciated that the side of the paperboard 101 facing away from the lifting portion 1011 has a film 1012 which needs to be removed when it is loaded into a product box. Since the film 1012 is in a flat state when it is attached to the jam 101 and a portion thereof protrudes from the contour of the jam 101, the portion protruding from the jam 101 is a protrusion, and therefore, the protrusion needs to be bent to facilitate the film 1012 being grasped by the film grasping mechanism 54. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, a fixed pressing plate 5231 is provided on the fixed pressing piece 523, and the fixed pressing plate 5231 can bend the protrusion part downward when the fixed pressing piece 523 moves downward to press the lifting part 1011. More specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the gripping member 5412 includes a fourth driving piece 5412a, a fifth driving piece 5412b, a sixth driving piece 5412c, and two gripping fingers 5412 d. The fourth driving element 5412a is fixedly disposed on the clamping fixing plate 5411, the fifth driving element 5412b is disposed at an output end of the fourth driving element 5412a, the sixth driving element 5412c is disposed at an output end of the fifth driving element 5412b, and the two clamping fingers 5412d are disposed at an output end of the sixth driving element 5412 c. It will be appreciated that the fifth drive element 5412b is capable of driving the sixth drive element 5412c in a direction towards the film 1012 to move the two gripping fingers 5412d towards each other under the action of the sixth drive element 5412c to grip the film 1012, and then the fifth drive element 5412b drives the sixth drive element 5412c to return. Fourth actuator 5412a drives fifth actuator 5412b horizontally toward recovery unit 542, and sixth actuator 5412c drives two gripping fingers 5412d away from each other to open so that recovery unit 542 recovers film 1012.

The vacuum suction head 5421 is provided on an end surface of the fixing base 531 facing away from the data line assembly 100, the vacuum suction head 5421 has a vacuum suction port through which the pellicle 1012 can enter. A vacuum generator 5422 is provided between the vacuum suction head 5421 and the recovery vessel 5423 for communicating the vacuum suction port with the recovery vessel 5423. The vacuum generator 5422 is capable of generating a vacuum suction force so that the pellicle 1012 can enter the vacuum suction head 5421 through the vacuum suction port and enter the recovery container 5423 through the vacuum generator 5422.
Further, in order to enable the vacuum suction opening to be close to the film 1012 gripped by the clamping assembly 541, the recycling assembly 542 further includes a seventh driving member 5424, the seventh driving member 5424 is disposed on an end surface of the fixing base 531 facing away from the data line assembly 100, and the vacuum suction head 5421 is disposed at an output end of the seventh driving member 5424. When the film 1012 is sucked away, the seventh drive 5424 drives the vacuum nozzle 5421 back to the position away from the gripping fingers 5412d to ensure that no interference between the parts occurs.
In this embodiment, the fourth driving element 5412a, the fifth driving element 5412b and the seventh driving element 5424 are sliding table cylinders. The sixth driving member 5412c is a finger cylinder. It can be understood that the air cylinder structure is adopted, so that the design of the whole machine is simplified, a complex transmission mechanism is omitted, and the cost is saved.
