本发明公开了一一种环保高效的级配机,包括下传送带和上传送带;所述下传送带的包括C形传送部和O形传送部;上传送带盖设在C形传送部上方;所述下传送带和上传送带之间插入有若干入料口,入料口分别连通有若干定量下料结构。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以有效防止级配过程中各物料溢散或被与水冲掉,从而不需要安装在厂房内,节省了厂房空间,并且符合了环保要求。

技术领域
本发明属于混凝土领域,尤其涉及一种环保高效的级配机。
背景技术
混凝土在进行混料时,通常需要各类物料如沙、石子等,此外采用的沙和石子等也需要根据径粒范围进行级配,例如沙子就分为粗砂、中砂和细沙,需要按比例进行配比。而现有的级配机通常是在一个传送带上方分别设置若干不同的料仓,根据需要分别放出不同的物料以进行级配。但是其存在的问题在于,混凝土中的沙子、混凝土等,均是粉料,下料时很容易弥散到空气中,导致空气污染。此外,为了防止雨水等影响,通常级配机需要安装在室内,导致占地面积较大。因此需要一种环保的环保高效的级配机。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种环保高效的级配机。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以有效防止级配过程中各物料溢散或被与水冲掉,从而不需要安装在厂房内,节省了厂房空间,并且符合了环保要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种环保高效的级配机,包括下传送带和上传送带;所述下传送带的包括C形传送部和O形传送部;上传送带盖设在C形传送部上方;所述下传送带和上传送带之间插入有若干入料口,入料口分别连通有若干定量下料结构。
进一步的改进,所述C形传送部包括U形传送带架,U形传送带架底部和两侧的分别轴接有第一转辊。
进一步的改进,所述O形传送部包括梯形传送带架,梯形传送带架的顶部、底部和两侧均轴接有第二转辊。
进一步的改进,所述定量下料结构包括料仓,料仓的出料口内安装有转轴,转轴沿周向固定有若干定量下料扇叶,相邻定量下料扇叶之间形成定量料斗,转轴连接有旋转装置。
进一步的改进,所述旋转装置为伺服电机。
进一步的改进,所述下传送带的下方安装有清洁刷,配合清洁刷安装有负压吸尘装置。
进一步的改进,所述负压吸尘装置包括负压管,负压管上安装有负压泵并且连通有吸尘袋。
进一步的改进,所述入料口倾斜设置,入料口外轴接有轴承。
进一步的改进,所述上传送带的宽度大于下传送带的宽度,使得上传送带两侧凸出下传送带两侧。
本发明优点为:
1.通过上传送带和特殊结构的下传送带实现了封闭空间和遮挡雨水的作用。
2.可以有效防止灰尘溢散。
3.实现了各物料的定量下料。

以下通过具体实施方式并且结合附图对本发明的技术方案作具体说明。
实施例1
如图1-图4所示的一种环保高效的级配机,包括下传送带1、上传送带2、C形传送部3、O形传送部4、定量下料结构5、U形传送带架6、第一转辊7、梯形传送带架8、料仓9、出料口91、转轴92、下料扇叶93、定量料斗94、清洁刷10、负压吸尘装置11、负压管12、负压泵13、吸尘袋14、轴承15、第二转辊16和入料口17。
下传送带1的包括C形传送部3和O形传送部4;上传送带2盖设在C形传送部3上方;下传送带1和上传送带2之间插入有若干入料口17,入料口17分别连通有若干定量下料结构5。定量下料结构5包括料仓9,料仓9的出料口91内安装有转轴92,转轴92沿周向固定有若干定量下料扇叶93,相邻定量下料扇叶93之间形成定量料斗94,转轴92连接有旋转装置。旋转装置为伺服电机。
C形传送部3包括U形传送带架6,U形传送带架6底部和两侧的分别轴接有第一转辊7。O形传送部4包括梯形传送带架8,梯形传送带架8的顶部、底部和两侧均轴接有第二转辊16。
下传送带1的下方安装有清洁刷10,配合清洁刷10安装有负压吸尘装置11。
负压吸尘装置11包括负压管12,负压管12上安装有负压泵13并且连通有吸尘袋14。
入料口17倾斜设置,入料口17外轴接有轴承15。上传送带2的宽度大于下传送带1的宽度,使得上传送带2两侧凸出下传送带1两侧。
本发明的使用方法如下所示:
下传送带1和上传送带2运行,上传送带2与下传送带1的C形传送部3形成一个密封结构,然后各物料定量下料结构5穿过上传送带2与下传送带1的间隙,运送物料到C形传送部3部,然后下传送带运行,至O形传送部4被梯形传送带架8引导卷成圆筒状,从而将物料包裹,然后运动到搅拌站等位置。然后下传送带被清洁刷清洁后,灰尘被负压管吸入。其中定量下料装置通过控制旋转带动圈数和角度控制下料量。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方案中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里所示出与描述的图例。
