As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the recycling treatment device for forestry waste of the present invention, when in operation, firstly, the forestry waste including branches, fallen leaves, and hay is thrown into the upper port of the crushing pipe 14, then the water pump 24 and the crushing motor 17 are turned on, the water pump 24 pumps out the fermentation liquid into the liquid conveying pipe 25, the fermentation liquid is ejected out through the plurality of nozzles 27 on the two branch pipes 26, the bacteria liquid ejected out by the plurality of nozzles 27 forms water mist at the upper port of the crushing pipe 14, the crushing motor 17 drives the crushing rollers 15 to synchronously rotate relatively through the gear box 16, the mutually engaged crushing knives on the two crushing rollers 15 are matched to crush the forestry waste including leaves and dry branches, the crushed forestry waste including leaves and dry branches is input into the material pushing box 18 through the lower port of the crushing pipe 14, then the material pushing motor 20 drives the auger rod 21 to rotate through the speed reducer 19, the auger rod 21 drives the auger blade 22 to synchronously rotate, the auger blade 22 pushes the forestry waste fragments in the pushing cavity to move leftwards and enter the compression cavity of the compression chamber 4 through a pushing outlet, the auger blade 22 continues to push materials until the compression cavity of the compression chamber 4 is filled with the compacted forestry waste fragments, a right-end feed inlet of the compression chamber 4 is closed by using the partition plate 8, the compression cylinder 5 is extended, the compression cylinder 5 pushes the extrusion plate 7 to move towards the partition plate 8, the forestry waste is compressed again until the forestry waste is compressed into a compact square block, finally, the two hooks 11 are rotated to enable the two hooks 11 to be unhooked from the two round rods 10, the turnover plate 9 is turned over and opened under the action of gravity, and the forestry waste square block is discharged from a discharge outlet on the lower end face of the compression chamber 4.
The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: the volume of compression forestry rubbish makes things convenient for the loading to put things in good order, and recovery processing efficiency is high.
According to the forestry garbage recycling and treating device, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the device can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the device can be achieved; the crushing roller 15, the gear box 16, the crushing motor 17, the speed reducer 19, the pushing motor 20, the auger rod 21, the auger blade 22 and the water pump 24 of the forestry garbage recycling and processing device are purchased from the market, and technicians in the industry only need to install and operate according to the attached operating instructions without creative labor of the technicians in the field.
