Effect verification
Selecting 75 male evaluation personnel with hair length of more than 10cm, wherein the male evaluation personnel are 25-40 years old, all the selected evaluation personnel have the problems of white hair, scalp itching and more scurf, the white hair number accounts for more than 20%, the scalp itching frequency is more than 10 times each time, the evaluation personnel are divided into 5 groups, 15 people in each group use the shampoos prepared in the embodiment 1, the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3 respectively, the shampoos are used 1 time every other day, the shampoo is used in an amount of 5-10 mL, and each massage and rubbing is carried out for 5-10 min. After three months of use, the evaluation was performed on the degree of hair blacking, the antipruritic effect, and the antidandruff effect, and the evaluation was classified into 3 grades, 0: no effect is obtained; 1: has partial effect; 2: has obvious effect.
The evaluation criteria of the degree of blackness are:
0: the white hair quantity ratio is still over 20 percent, and the white hair quantity ratio is not obviously reduced;
1: the white hair quantity accounts for less than 20 percent but still more than 5 percent, or the white hair quantity accounts for obviously reduced;
2: the white hair quantity is obviously reduced and is less than 5 percent.

From table 1, it can be seen that the scutellaria baicalensis extract alone has no effect on hair blackening, the polygonum multiflorum extract alone has no ideal hair blackening effect, and the combination of the scutellaria baicalensis extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract can promote hair blackening, compared with comparative examples 3 and 5, it is presumed that the active ingredients in the scutellaria baicalensis extract can inhibit microorganisms, eliminate oxidative free radicals, resist the factors generated by white hair, and generate a synergistic effect with the components in polygonum multiflorum for promoting hair blackening, so that the hair blackening effect of the polygonum multiflorum extract is further enhanced. The hair-blackening effect of comparative example 1 is better than that of comparative example 4, and the effect is remarkably improved by combining the polygonum multiflorum extract, probably because the fermented rice-washing water has the hair-blackening effect.
The evaluation criteria of the anti-dandruff effect are as follows:
0: there was no significant reduction in dandruff compared to before;
1: there was a reduction in dandruff compared to before, but dandruff was still visible;
2: dandruff is hardly or not visible at all.

According to table 2, it can be seen from comparative example 5 that the scurf removing effect of the polygonum multiflorum extract is not good, and from comparative example 4 that the scutellaria baicalensis extract has a certain scurf removing effect, and from comparison of comparative example 3 with comparative examples 4 to 5, the scurf removing effect of the polygonum multiflorum extract and the scutellaria baicalensis extract is obviously improved after combined use. Comparing example 1 with comparative example 3, it can be seen that the fermented rice-washing water can further improve the anti-dandruff effect of the scutellaria baicalensis extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract.
The evaluation standard of the itching relieving effect is as follows:
0: the scalp pruritus times are not obviously reduced compared with the prior art, and the scalp pruritus times per day are 10 times or more;
1: the scalp pruritus times are reduced compared with the prior scalp pruritus times, but the scalp pruritus times still appear for a plurality of times every day, and the appearance times are more than 2 times and less than 10 times;
2: the scalp itching problem hardly occurs any more, and the frequency of occurrence of scalp itching is 2 times or less.

According to table 3, it can be seen from comparative example 5 that the itching relieving effect of the polygonum multiflorum extract is very poor and almost no itching relieving effect is obtained, from comparative example 4 that the itching relieving effect of the scutellaria baicalensis extract is obvious, and from comparative example 3 compared with comparative examples 4-5, the itching relieving effect of the scutellaria baicalensis extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract is further improved after combined use, probably because the antibacterial and antioxidant effects of the scutellaria baicalensis extract are good, and the antibacterial and antioxidant functions of the scutellaria baicalensis extract are further improved after combined use with the polygonum multiflorum extract. As can be seen from comparison of example 1 with comparative example 3, the effect of relieving itching can be further improved by adding the fermented rice-washing water.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

9. The shampoo according to claim 5, characterized in that the fermentation time is 48-60 h.
10. The preparation method of the shampoo as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing all materials in parts by weight;
2) heating 1/4-1/3 of water to 50-60 ℃, adding the polygonum multiflorum extract and the scutellaria baicalensis extract in sequence under a stirring state, and uniformly mixing to obtain an extract mixed solution;
3) heating the residual water to 60-70 ℃, sequentially adding a surfactant, an auxiliary surfactant and a cation conditioner under stirring, cooling to room temperature after complete dissolution, adding the fermented rice-washing water, the extract mixed solution and a thickening agent, stirring until complete dissolution, and bottling.
