A375 cells and Hacat cells 1:2, adjusting the cell density to 4.5X 104one/mL was inoculated in 6-well plates, 2mL per well, at 37 ℃ and 5% CO2And then the mixture is incubated for 24 h. Adding 400 μ L of distilled water to dilute, mixing well, adding into 96-well plate at 100 μ L/well, each group having 4 multiple wells, and measuring OD value of each well at 490nm wavelength.

The instant sea cucumber granules are characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of sea cucumber powder, 2-4 parts of trehalose, 3-7 parts of honey, 0.1-0.3 part of sorbitol, 0.5-0.8 part of citric acid, 10-15 parts of cod liver oil, 13-17 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract and 20-25 parts of konjac flour.
2. The instant sea cucumber granule as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Chinese medicinal extract is prepared from 6-11 parts by weight of fructus Lycii, 3-5 parts by weight of rhizoma Polygonati, 11-18 parts by weight of herba Dendrobii, and 7-10 parts by weight of radix Puerariae.
3. The method for preparing instant sea cucumber granules according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the sea cucumber powder comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning fresh sea cucumber to remove internal organs, adding the treated fresh sea cucumber into a saline solution with the mass concentration of 45%, and crushing by using a crusher to prepare a sea cucumber mixed solution;
(2) enzymolysis: heating the sea cucumber mixed liquor to 20-35 ℃, adding an enzymolysis liquid, wherein the enzymolysis liquid comprises 0.5-1.5% of trypsin, 0.3-0.7% of compound protease and the balance of water by mass percent, the enzymolysis time is 2-3h, and the mass ratio of the sea cucumber mixed liquor to the enzymolysis liquid is 3:0.4-0.8, so as to prepare an enzymolyzed sea cucumber mixed liquor;
(3) heating: heating the enzymolysis sea cucumber mixed solution in a high pressure reactor to 80-90 deg.C under 0.5-1.5MPa for 8-12min to obtain heated mixed solution;
(4) and (3) drying: and drying the heated mixed solution by using a spray dryer to obtain a sea cucumber powder crude product, and crushing the sea cucumber powder crude product by using an ultrafine crusher to obtain the sea cucumber powder.
4. The method for preparing instant sea cucumber granules according to claim 2, wherein the method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing Chinese wolfberry, rhizoma polygonati, dendrobium officinale and radix puerariae to prepare traditional Chinese medicine mixed powder, adding purified water with a material-liquid ratio of 1:2-3, heating to 35-40 ℃, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20-30min, standing for 2-3h to prepare first supernatant and first filter residue, soaking the first filter residue for 1-2h by using 35% ethanol solution, wherein the mass ratio of the first filter residue to the ethanol solution is 1:1-1.5, preparing second supernatant, and combining the first supernatant and the second supernatant to prepare traditional Chinese medicine supernatant;

(2) placing the sea cucumber granule mixture into a high-pressure homogenizer, homogenizing for 2 times at a pressure of 30MPa, and homogenizing for 5-10min at 40MPa to obtain homogenized sea cucumber granule mixture;
(3) drying the homogenized sea cucumber granule mixture at 60-70 deg.C for 50-70min, and pulverizing with micronizer to obtain instant sea cucumber granule.
6. The method for preparing instant sea cucumber granules according to claims 3 and 5, wherein 200 mesh sea cucumber powder and instant sea cucumber granules are prepared by using an ultrafine grinder.
7. The method for preparing instant sea cucumber granules according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), the mass ratio of the processed fresh sea cucumber to the saline solution is 1: 5.
