Abstract

本发明涉及一种电子工业、微电子工业用的点电焊焊头。它由耐高温金属材料制成的合在一起的两个平行电极及其中间的绝缘层组成,其特征是两个平行电极之间的绝缘层采用可同时起粘合固连和绝缘分隔作用的绝缘粘胶,省去了绝缘铆钉,同时两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,不但可以直接焊接漆包线,对裸线、金属片、金属带也有很好的焊接效果。本焊头结构简单、可靠,生产成本低,焊接质量好,工作效率高。

点电焊焊头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子工业、微电子工业用的点电焊焊头。
背景技术
点电焊焊接是大量电流在瞬间通过被焊接的两个金属体,电能转换为热能,使该两个金属体产生熔融的焊接过程。现有的电子工业、微电子工业用于细微焊接的点电焊焊头如图1所示,是用耐高温金属做成两个平行电极1,通常两个平行电极用机械加工成两个对称的φ2-5mm的半圆柱体,总长在20-40mm左右,靠近焊头尖端5-15mm的范围再加工成约6°-12°的劈形,在最尖端处加工成长方或正方柱体。两个平行电极中间用云母片作绝缘层2,在两个平行电极上分别加工两个绝缘铆钉孔,然后再用绝缘铆钉4把两个平行电极连接固定。由于该种焊头较小,用绝缘铆钉铆合的制造技术难度较大,生产成本较高;同时,由于加工绝缘铆钉孔而占据了一定的面积,使焊头与焊头夹的接触面积减少从而增大接触电阻;如果加工绝缘铆钉孔时留有毛刺或铆钉头突起,就会使焊头与焊头夹出现接触不良;加上该焊头尖端部分3的端面只做成平面型,且两个电极相互绝缘,使焊头只能焊接裸线或金属片、金属带,功能单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电子工业、微电子工业用的点电焊焊头,其生产工艺简易、产品质量稳定、可靠、生产成本低,同时改进焊头尖端部分的结构,使其具有多种功能。
本发明的点电焊焊头由耐高温金属材料制成的合在一起的两个平行电极及其中间的绝缘层组成,其特征是两个平行电极之间的绝缘层采用可同时起粘合固连和绝缘分隔作用的绝缘粘胶。绝缘分隔间隙一般在0.02-0.15mm之间。两个平行电极的形状、大小可与现有点电焊焊头相同。
本发明的点电焊焊头的两个平行电极的尖端部分,可做成相互欧姆接触,接触电阻一般≤200mΩ,其余部分绝缘分隔。两个平行电极的尖端部分也可做成相互绝缘。焊头尖端端面的形状可做成平面型,弧面型,或一侧平面型、另一侧弧面型,斜面型,V字型(或凹弧型)或楔型(劈型)等等。
由于该焊头焊接工作时,脉冲电压低(≤4.0V),脉冲时间短(≤40ms),电极发热少,因而对两个平行电极间绝缘层的绝缘性和耐热性要求不高,用绝缘粘胶作两个电极间的绝缘层和连接固定,省去了绝缘铆钉,简化了制造焊头的生产工艺,降低生产成本,而且连接固定效果比用绝缘铆钉要牢靠得多;由于没有绝缘铆钉和铆钉孔,焊头圆弧表面光滑,容易清洁,也增大了焊头与焊头夹的接触面积,杜绝了因绝缘铆钉或铆钉孔引起的接触不良。
焊头的两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,可以用于直接焊接漆包线。通电焊接时,当加在焊头上的焊接压力达到设定值,才触发主机,主机提供设定好的脉冲电流,大量电流首先通过具有一定电阻值的焊头尖端,使尖端产生热量,除去漆包线上的绝缘层;同时由于焊接压力的作用,大量电流转而通过绝缘漆下的金属线和金属基片,从而完成点电焊的熔融焊接。除漆和焊接的过程,在设定好的一个单脉冲时间(≤40ms)内同步完成。即使被焊接物为裸线、金属片、金属带,其表面总有一定的绝缘层,所以两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,不但可以直接焊接漆包线,对裸线、金属片、金属带也有很好的焊接效果。
本发明的点电焊焊头可适用于焊接线径为φ0.02-0.80mm的漆包线、金属线或相应尺寸的金属带、金属片。
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
图2中:1为焊头的两个平行电极,采用耐高温金属材料(如钨、钼及其合金等)制造。2为绝缘层,采用热固性绝缘粘胶粘结而成,绝缘分隔间隙可在0.02-0.15mm之间。3为焊头尖端部分,两电极的尖端稍向内弯,相互之间形成欧姆接触,接触电阻一般为≤200mΩ,其余部分由绝缘层2绝缘分隔开;焊头尖端部分3也可做成与现有焊头一样,两个平行电极完全由绝缘层2绝缘分隔开。
图3中:(a)为尖端端面呈平面型结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,而尖端端面的形状做成平面形。焊接时,除了可以直接焊接漆包线,也可以焊接各种裸线、金属带、金属片。(b)为尖端端面呈弧面型结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,而尖端端面形状做成(圆)弧面形。焊接时,可减少对漆包线、裸线、金属带、金属片的压伤。(c)为尖端端面呈斜面型结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,而尖端端面形状做成斜面形。焊接时,使焊头更易于切断被焊接的漆包线。(d)和(e)为尖端端面呈V字型(或凹弧型)结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,而尖端端面形状做成V字形(或凹弧形)。焊接时,焊头具有使漆包线自动对中的功能,也可以将两根或两根以上漆包线或金属线挤压在一起进行焊接。(f)为尖端端面呈楔型结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,而尖端端面形状做成楔形(劈形),可减少焊接面积,进而减少焊接压力,使焊头易于焊接较粗线径的漆包线或裸线、金属带和金属片。(g)为尖端端面呈平面型结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互绝缘分隔,而尖端端面的形状做成平面形,只能焊接裸线、金属片和金属带。(h)为尖端端面一侧呈平面形、另一侧呈弧面型结构的焊头,两个平行电极的尖端部分做成相互欧姆接触,而尖端端面形状一侧做成平面形,另一侧做成(圆)弧面形。焊接时,平面形一侧易于切断被焊接的漆包线,而弧面形一侧减少对漆包线的压伤,增加焊点的牢固性。图3中,1为焊头平行电极,2为绝缘粘胶绝缘层,3为焊头尖端部分,5为被焊接物(漆包线、裸线、金属片或金属带等)。

Claims (5)

1.一种点电焊焊头,由耐高温金属材料制成的、合在一起的两个平行电极及其中间的绝缘层组成,其特征是所说的两个平行电极之间的绝缘层为同时起粘合固连和绝缘分隔作用的绝缘粘胶。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的点电焊焊头,其特征是两个平行电极的尖端部分相互欧姆接触,其余部分由绝缘层绝缘分隔开。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的点电焊焊头,其特征是两个平行电极的尖端部分相互欧姆接触的接触电阻≤200mΩ。
4.一种如权利要求1、2或3所述的点电焊焊头,其特征是焊头尖端端面的形状为平面型,或弧面型,或一侧平面型、另一侧弧面型,或斜面型,或V字型,或凹弧型,或楔型。
5.一种如权利要求1、2或3所述的点电焊焊头,其特征是两个平行电极之间的绝缘层的绝缘分隔间隙为0.02-0.15mm。
