Abstract
The invention discloses a fertilizer production device, which comprises: a barrel body and a barrel cover; the barrel body is internally provided with a partition device, the inner wall of the barrel body is provided with a circular containing groove, the partition device comprises an opening with adjustable size, the opening is formed by a plurality of movable blocks which are distributed circumferentially by taking the circle center of the circular containing groove as the center, two side surfaces of each movable block are respectively abutted against the adjacent movable blocks at two sides, and the movable blocks rotate clockwise or anticlockwise along the circle center of the circular containing groove under the action of external force to adjust the size of the opening; a crushing device is arranged in the center of the lower end face of the barrel cover; a fermentation device is arranged in the barrel body and below the partition device; the fermentation device comprises: the stirring mechanism is arranged inside the barrel body, the heating mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the barrel body, and the heat insulation layer is arranged on the outer wall of the barrel body; and a discharging device is arranged below the barrel body. a crushing device is arranged in the center of the lower end face of the barrel cover;
a fermentation device is arranged in the barrel body and below the partition device;
the fermentation device comprises: the stirring mechanism is arranged inside the barrel body, the heating mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the barrel body, and the heat insulation layer is arranged on the outer wall of the barrel body;
and a discharging device is arranged below the barrel body.
2. The fertilizer production apparatus of claim 1, wherein said partition means further comprises a rotary switch disposed on one of said movable blocks, said rotary switch being controlled by a first motor.
3. The fertilizer production apparatus of claim 1, wherein said fermentation apparatus further comprises a temperature sensor disposed on an inner wall of said barrel.
4. The fertilizer production apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an air outlet provided in communication with the interior of the barrel, the air outlet being provided with a safety valve.
5. The fertilizer production apparatus of claim 1, wherein said crushing means comprises a second motor provided at the center of said tub cover and a crushing blade provided on an output shaft of said second motor.
6. The fertilizer production device of claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a third motor arranged at the bottom of the barrel body, a stirring shaft arranged at the output shaft end of the third motor, and a helical blade arranged on the output shaft.
7. The fertilizer production device of claim 4, wherein the edge of the barrel cover is hinged to the barrel body, and the fertilizer production device further comprises a primary link mechanism for connecting the barrel body and the barrel cover, and the primary link mechanism is used for driving the barrel cover to open and close.
8. The fertilizer production device of claim 1, wherein a sealing groove adapted to the barrel body is formed in the lower end surface of the barrel cover, and a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove.
