the inner side wall of the seat body is provided with a hook, the outer side wall of the seat body is assembled with a first bearing, a first rotating shaft is assembled on the first bearing, the inner end of the first rotating shaft is positioned in the seat body, the inner end of the first rotating shaft is assembled with a first bevel gear, the outer end of the first rotating shaft is positioned outside the seat body, and the outer end of the first rotating shaft is assembled with a crank;
a second bearing is arranged at the upper end in the seat body, a second rotating shaft is assembled on the second bearing, a third bearing is arranged at the lower end in the seat body, and a third rotating shaft is assembled on the third bearing;
a fourth rotating shaft is arranged in the seat body, the upper end of the fourth rotating shaft is connected with the lower end of the second rotating shaft through a coupler, and the lower end of the fourth rotating shaft is connected with the upper end of the third rotating shaft through a coupler;
a second bevel gear is assembled on the fourth rotating shaft and meshed with the first bevel gear;
the upper end of the second rotating shaft and the lower end of the third rotating shaft are both assembled and connected with a screw rod seat, the tail end of the screw rod seat is exposed out of the seat body, the tail end of the screw rod seat is provided with a sleeve, a pin shaft is arranged on the sleeve, and a first pin hole which is radially formed is arranged on the sleeve;
one end of the screw rod is provided with a second pin hole which is arranged along the radial direction, one end of the screw rod is inserted into the sleeve, and the pin shaft can penetrate through the first pin hole and the second pin hole, so that the sleeve and the screw rod are assembled into a whole by the pin shaft;
the upper end and the lower end of the seat body are hinged with a locking plate on one side of the sleeve, the locking plate is provided with a third pin hole, and the pin shaft can penetrate through the first pin hole and the third pin hole so as to assemble the sleeve and the locking plate into a whole;
the locking plate comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate which are connected into a whole, the connecting part of the transverse plate and the vertical plate is hinged with the seat body, and the vertical plate is provided with a third pin hole; when the vertical plate is in a vertical state, the third pin hole is aligned to the first pin hole, and the transverse plate is attached to the outer surface of the seat body;
the bearing mechanism comprises a bearing plate, and both ends of the bearing plate are provided with screw nuts;
the sleeves of the screw seats below the two lifting mechanisms are assembled with the screws into a whole, the screw nuts at the two ends of the bearing plate are assembled at the other ends of the two screws, and when the screw nuts are positioned at the set positions of the screws, the sleeves of the screw seats above the two lifting mechanisms are assembled with the locking plate into a whole; or the sleeves of the screw seats above the two lifting mechanisms are assembled with the screws into a whole, the screw nuts at two ends of the bearing plate are assembled at the other ends of the two screws, and when the screw nuts are positioned at the set positions of the screws, the sleeves of the screw seats below the two lifting mechanisms are assembled with the lock plate into a whole;
the portable screw lifting carrier roller replacing method comprises the following steps:
step 1, respectively placing two lifting mechanisms on two sides of a belt conveyor, and respectively hanging hooks of the two lifting mechanisms on belt racks on two sides of the belt conveyor;
step 2, when the lower conveying belt is lifted, assembling a sleeve of a screw rod seat below the two lifting mechanisms and one end of a screw rod into a whole, placing a bearing plate below the lower conveying belt, assembling screw rod nuts at two ends of the bearing plate at the other ends of the two screw rods, manually shaking a crank to enable the screw rod nuts to be located at set positions of the screw rods, and then enabling the lower conveying belt to be located at a set height position for lifting;
when the upper conveying belt is lifted, the sleeves of the screw rod seats above the two lifting mechanisms and one end of the screw rods are assembled into a whole, the bearing plate is placed below the upper conveying belt, screw rod nuts at two ends of the bearing plate are assembled at the other ends of the two screw rods, the crank is manually shaken to enable the screw rod nuts to be located at the set positions of the screw rods, and at the moment, the upper conveying belt is also located at the set height position for lifting;
step 3, when the lower conveying belt is lifted, the sleeves of the screw rod seats above the two lifting mechanisms and the locking plate are assembled into a whole, so that the screw rod nuts are kept at the set positions of the screw rods, and the lower conveying belt is also kept at the set height position for lifting;
when the upper conveying belt is hoisted, the sleeves of the screw rod seats below the two hoisting mechanisms and the locking plate are assembled into a whole, so that the screw rod nuts are kept at the set position of the screw rod, and the upper conveying belt is also kept at the set height position for hoisting;
and 4, after the lower conveying belt or the upper conveying belt is kept at the set height position for lifting, carrying out subsequent carrier roller replacement work by an operator.
2. A portable screw elevating idler exchange method as claimed in claim 1 wherein: both ends of the bearing plate are respectively provided with a reinforcing plate, and a screw nut is arranged on the reinforcing plate.

6. A portable screw lifting idler replacement method as claimed in claim 1, in which: a pin shaft is movably connected in the first pin hole, one end of the pin shaft is provided with a handle, and a spring is connected with one end of the sleeve and one end of the pin shaft.

A portable screw lifting idler replacement method as claimed in claim 1, in which: an upper bearing seat is arranged at the upper end inside the seat body, and a second bearing is assembled on the upper bearing seat; and a lower bearing seat is arranged at the lower end in the seat body, and a third bearing is assembled on the lower bearing seat.

A portable screw elevating idler exchange method as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the coupler comprises an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate and a plurality of bolts; the upper end of the fourth rotating shaft is provided with a lower flange plate, the lower end of the second rotating shaft is provided with an upper flange plate, and the upper flange plate is connected with the lower flange plate through bolts; the lower end of the fourth rotating shaft is provided with an upper flange, the upper end of the third rotating shaft is provided with a lower flange, and the upper flange is connected with the lower flange through bolts.
