Abstract
本发明涉及一种芦根型保健饮料,其特征在于它采用芦根、山楂、绞股蓝、薏苡仁、何首乌、甘草、金银花、菊花、荷花、荷叶、枸杞子、银杏叶、葛花、麦芽、决明子、薄荷、葛根、蛹虫草和饮用水为原料,和白砂糖、蜂蜜、拧棱香精、拧橡酸铀、薄荷香精、甜蜜素、焦糖和枣汁为调料,原料按常规中药的煮提方法进行水煮提,其提出液经浓缩后加入调料搅拌,再加饮用水制成液体芦根型保健饮料,该产品配方科学合理、具有清热泻火,生津止渴,活血化瘀,通经活络、培元固本、快速解决不适症状,无毒副作用的高级营养品,口感好、无任何苦涩昧,具有防暑降温,利尿多种功效的优点及效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有芦根型保健饮料,属保健饮料领域。
背景技术
目前市场上有多种保健、功能饮料,但大多数还是以果蔬型为主,虽有一些保健饮品,但真正被卫生部批准的保健饮料很少,这些保健品虽丰富了人们的生活,给人们带来了健康的补充,但多数是以单一的植物药物制成,因此功能单一,对人体整体调理不够理想,效果不佳,适用范围较小,且价格昂贵,很难普及,尤其在佛教领域中更为稀少。
发明内容
本发明目的正是为了克服上述已有技术的缺点与不是而提供一种多位药食同源的植物为原料的功能完善、新型口感的薄荷清爽的具有多种功能保健功能的饮料,从而长期饮用增强人体的免疫功能,增强抗病能力,达到随时补充营养延年益寿。
本发明目的是通过下列技术方案实现的:
一种具有多功能保健功能的饮料,它由下述重量配比的原料和调料组成,原料按常规中药的煮提方法进行水煮提,其提出液经浓缩至比重为1.08-1.1后再加入调料搅拌,再加饮用水制成多功能保健功能的饮料,
原料:芦根10-30份、山楂20-35份、绞股蓝25-35份、薏苡仁5-12份、何首乌2-25份、甘草5-15份、金银花5-20份、菊花5-20份、荷花20-35份、荷叶5-20份、枸杞子2-25份、银杏叶5-20份、葛花5-20份、麦芽1-15份、决明子5-20份、薄荷5-25份、葛根5-20份、蛹虫草5-20份和饮用水4000-10000份,
调料:白砂糖250-650份、蜂蜜20-120份、拧橡香精10-50份、拧棱酸10-50份、薄荷香精5-20份、甜蜜素2-10份、焦糖2-5份和枣汁300-650份。
所述原料山植为8-9月采集的山植果和山植叶组成,按山植果和山植叶干重量配比为2-5∶10。
本发明的保健饮料选择了药食同源的植物为原料,使药借食力,食助药力,各种植物所含的营养互补,综合利用各药中的营养成分提高食疗保健疗效、功能,根据各植物生长特性、部位特性、药理作用,诸多因素,经过上百次的不断调正配方,并经过多年的临床验证而总结的,其中,芦根采2、8月的根,晒干备用,其根茎含N,N-二甲基色胺,5-氧甲基-N-甲基色胺,赡毒色胺、去氢赡毒色胺,蟾蜍特尼定等多种吲哚衍生物,性寒、味苦、无毒、清热利水、治热病发狂,虚劳骨蒸,淋病、小便不利、风火牙痛兼解食物中毒。头昏目赤;山植以8-9月采集的果和叶为最好原料,按山植果和山植叶干重量配比为2-5∶10为宜,阴干备用,果实中含有酒石酸、柠檬酸、山楂酸、黄酮类、内酯、糖类及甙类,野山植果中也含有苹果酸、维生素C、蛋白质及脂肪,性味酸、甘、微涩无毒、具有消食积、散淤血、驱涤虫,治肉积,癜澱、痰饮、痞满、吞酸、泻痢、肠风、腰痛、疝气、产后儿枕痛、恶露不尽、小儿乳食停滞等症;绞股篮,也称五叶参、七叶旦,荷中人参,它含有总甙元,其皂甙高于人参4倍,它含有人体必须的18种氨基酸,17种微量元素、维生素、它具有降低血脂、血压、防止溃疡、消除疲劳、抑制甾族化合物激素的副作用、使白发变黑、滋润皮肤、镇静催眠,延缓衰老、提高免疫力、防癌治癌多种功效、对治疗和防治高血脂、高血压、血栓形成、糖尿病、便秘、痔疮出血、支气管炎、哮喘、偏头痛、老年斑、青春痘有良好的疗效;薏苡仁,补中益气,利水渗湿,健脾止泻、除痹,退热、消淤散结;何首乌,补肝益肾,养血祛风,强筋益髓,黑发轻身、延年耐寒,润肠通便;甘草,具消抗炎镇静解热、降血脂抗心率失常、抗溃疡保肝、提高免疫功能,调和诸药;金银花,甘寒,归肺,心,胃经,有清热解毒,凉散风热、扶正固本功效;能促进白细胞的吞噬功能,减少肠内胆固醇的吸收、增加胃肠蠕动,并有一定的抗肿瘤作用;菊花,含有龙脑、樟脑、葡油环酮、并有腺嘌呤胆碱、小苏碱、还含有葡甙、氨基酸,黄酮类及维量元B1等,味平、无毒,具有疏风清热明目解毒功效,治头痛、眩晕目赤心脑烦热,疔疮肿毒;荷花以含苞未放的大花营或未开放的荷花为最好原料,阴干备用,含槲皮素,樨草素,异槲甙、槲皮甙、葡萄糖甙、山奈酚多种黄酮类物质,味苦甘,性凉,无毒、能活血化淤、止血、祛风除湿、治署湿泻泄、治呕血、吐血、天泡、湿疮;荷叶,含莲碱、荷叶碱、原荷叶碱、亚美罂粟碱、N-去甲基荷叶碱、D-N-甲基乌药碱、番荔枝碱、鹅掌秋碱、槲皮素、异槲皮甙、莲甙、酒石酸、草酸、琥珀酸、鞣质、还含有抗分裂作用的碱性成分,它性味微温、平、无毒、入心肝,脾经,可清暑利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血;枸杞子,补益肝肾,养血明目;银杏叶,甘,苦涩,平,入肺经,益心敛肺、化湿至泻、含黄酮与萜类成份,主要作用是扩张冠动脉,改善心机血液循环,促进脑血液与改善脑细胞代谢,清除氧自由基,抑制细胞膜脂质过氧化,防止血栓形成,降低血液粘度:葛花,具有解酒醒脾,止血之功效,用于伤酒烦热口渴,头痛头晕,脘腹胀满,呕逆吐酸,不思饮食,吐血,肠风下血;麦芽,清热利水,止汗;决明子,补肝益肾、清热明目、消脂减肥;薄荷,清热解毒,消除暑气,止呕吐,调脾胃不和,薄荷清热解毒,消除暑气,止呕吐,调脾胃不和;葛根,解酒,降血脂;蛹虫草,能补肺阴,又能补肾阳,主治肾虚,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后虚弱,久咳虚弱,劳咳痰血,自汗盗汗等,是一种能同时平衡、调节阴阳的功效。
上述药物的君药:绞股蓝、山植和银杏叶;臣药:何首鸟、拘妃子、金银花、荷叶、芦根和蛹虫草;佐药:决明子、菊花、甘草和荷花;使药:麦芽、薏苡仁、葛根、薄荷、葛花。
本饮料功效:调理血脂、调节免疫功能,降低总胆固醇,降低血压、解酒、祛除口腔异味、快速化解尿道结石、降低血糖、消渴、利水利尿、润脏止咳、生津养胃,补肝补肾,培元固本,强身健体,是一种营养与食治、食补型的保健饮料,对各种癌症患者饮用后均有杀死和抑制癌细胞作用,防治和增强免疫功能及抗病能力的作用,对各种化疗病人有快速恢复红、自细胞以及A、B细胞的损伤,调整内循环系统,能明显提高体内的血浆蛋白,长期服用能活血化瘀、补肝益肾、增强记忆,恢复视力,降血脂、降血压、胆固醇、调节脏腑的阴平阳密,充分发挥中医未病的中药理论,通过食疗达到食治的目的、从而达到强体健身、益寿延年的保健效果。

取实施例1的芦根18kg和上述阴干的山植果6.46kg、山植叶21.54kg、绞股蓝28kg、薏苡仁8g、何首乌15kg、甘草10kg、金银花15kg、菊花15kg、荷花28kg、荷叶15kg、枸杞子15kg、银杏叶15kg、葛花8kg、麦芽10kg、决明子15kg、薄荷20kg、葛根15kg、蛹虫草8kg原料按常规中药的煮提方法进行水煮提,其提出液经浓缩至比重为1.09后再加入白砂糖400kg、蜂蜜60kg、柠檬香精30kg、柠檬酸钠30kg、薄荷香精15kg、甜蜜素5kg、焦糖3kg和枣汁400kg搅拌,再加饮用水8000kg制成液体多功能保健功能饮料。

取实施例1的芦根10kg和上述阴干的山植果11.67kg、山植叶23.33kg、绞股蓝35kg、薏苡仁12g、何首乌25kg、甘草15kg、金银花5kg、菊花5kg、荷花35kg、荷叶5kg、枸杞子2kg、银杏叶5kg、葛花20kg、麦芽15kg、决明子5kg、薄荷25kg、葛根5kg、蛹虫草20kg原料按常规中药的煮提方法进行水煮提,其提出液经浓缩至比重为1.1后再加入白砂糖650kg、蜂蜜20kg、柠檬香精50kg、柠檬酸钠10kg、薄荷香精20kg、甜蜜素2kg、焦糖5kg和枣汁650kg搅拌,再加饮用水8000kg制成液体多功能保健功能饮料。

1.一种具有芦根型保健饮料,其特征在于它由下述重量配比的原料和调料组成,原料按常规中药的煮提方法进行水煮提,其提出液经浓缩至比重为1.08-1.1后再加入调料搅拌,再加饮用水制成的芦根型保健饮料,
原料:芦根10-30份、山楂20-35份、绞股蓝25-3份、薏苡仁5-12份、何首乌2-25份、甘草5-15份、金银花5-20份、菊花5-20份、荷花20-35份、荷叶5-20份、枸杞子2-25份、银杏叶5-20份、葛花5-20份、麦芽1-15份、决明子5-20份、薄荷5-25份、葛根5-20份、蛹虫草5-20份和饮用水4000-10000份,
调料:白砂糖250-650份、蜂蜜20-120份、拧橡香精10-50份、拧棱酸10-50份、薄荷香精5-20份、甜蜜素2-10份、焦糖2-5份和枣汁300-650份。
