Abstract

一种显示基板及其制备方法、显示装置。显示基板包括:衬底基板(101)以及移位寄存器单元(104)、第一时钟信号线(GCK)以及第二时钟信号线(GCB)。移位寄存器单元(104)包括输入电路(1041)、输出电路(1043)、第一控制电路(1042)、第二控制电路(1045)和稳压电路(1046)。移位寄存器单元(104)的第二控制电路(1045)的第一降噪晶体管(T7)的第一极(SD71)和移位寄存器单元(104)的稳压电路(1046)的稳压晶体管(T8)的第一极(SD81)位于第一源漏电极层,第一源漏电极层包括第一转接电极(E1),第一转接电极(E1)包括第一部分(E11)以及第二部分(E12),第一部分(E11)与第一降噪晶体管(T7)的第一极(SD71)以及稳压晶体管(T8)的第一极(SD81)连接,第二部分(E12)与第一控制电路(1042)的第一控制晶体管(T2)的栅极(G2)连接。移位寄存器单元(104)的布线更加简洁,有利于增加显示基板的空间利用率,从而更容易实现显示基板的窄边框。
